These Feelings I Have For You
Chapter 1
Awakening
An Ocean.
Kari gasped.
"No…"
She looked around herself in fear. But there was no one else on the beach with her.
She hugged herself.
Alone.
She stood.
"Kari"Her eyes widened. She gulped.
"Tai?" She breathed.
Nothing.
She shivered. "T.K.?"
"Kaaaariiii"She stood, as if she was in a trance.
Watching, for anything.
Then, she saw dark figures.
She gasped and tried to run away, but found that they surrounded her.
She screamed and before she knew it, everything turned black.

"Kari?" "Kari!"
Kari blinked out of her trance.
She and T.K. were sitting on a wooden bench right outside of their school. A small, willow like tree was growing next to it, covered with pink blooming flowers. Their lunch boxes were in their laps and a warm breeze in the air swept some flowers scattering around their bodies.
Kari turned her head to T.K.
"Huh?"
"Whew, for a second there I thought you were hypnotized" TK said, chuckling.
"Oh." Kari said, her eyes began to close and she starting to nod off again.
"A-Are you okay?" TK asked, inching towards her; looking at Kari with concern.
"Huh? Yeah I'm fine…just tired" She said grinning sheepishly.
"You've been saying that for a week now".
Kari rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, according to you".
"Hey!" T.K. laughed while pushing her playfully. "But really, is everything ok?" He leaned in close and practically whispered: "Is it the dark ocean?"
"No, it's not the dark ocean…and yes, everything's fine.". Kari said leaning forward, putting her head in her hands, so he couldn't see her face; she couldn't lie to him when he looked at her like that.
"Well, if nothings wrong I suggest we go back inside". T.K. said as he closed his lunch box and stood up, facing the school.
Kari leaned back against the bench and looked up at him. "Why? Is something wrong?" She asked with a worried face.
"Nothing's wrong". T.K. looked at her with his blue orbs and grinned. "Its just, well, the 'end of the lunch' bell rang about five minutes ago; we're late for class.
Kari gasped and looked around the courtyard; just realizing that it was totally empty. She practically jumped up.
"Late! We can't be late!"
She franticly glanced at the clock above the entrance to the courtyard.
It read: 12:05. Five minutes past the end of lunchtime.
Kari was ready to kill him.
She whipped her head back around to T.K., But he was already half way to the exit by then.
"TAKERU!"
He stopped, turned around, and grinned. "Haha, Come on Kari! We don't want to be late!" and laughing, he ran inside, his lunch box swinging out behind him.
"T.K. your dead! This is the second time this week!" Kari shouted as she ran after him.
She heard T.K.'s faint voice saying: "Come on Kari!" Coming from inside the school.
Kari shut her lunch box and ran after him, leaving her dream, and thoughts, behind.

I had more written, but I decided to end the chapter here and add the rest to the next chapter instead. And I guess it came up a little short but oh well. I'm working on the next chapter as fast as I can. Thanks for reading and don't forget to review!
