26. I Can't Take It

This poem seems a lot like the last one for some reason. This is what Hotaru feels like about Kaolinite when she basically abuses her.

I can't take it anymore,

The pain that you cause.

I cry myself to sleep,

When I did nothing.

I did nothing to deserve this,

But it's your entire fault,

That I'm crying on my knees,

Hoping for forgiveness.

I cry and cry again,

As you shove it in my face,

And ignore the hurt in my eyes,

But see the happiness on my face.

I put up a façade,

But you can't see through,

And it hurts that you aren't trying,

Causing me to cry,

And repeat this broken cycle.
