A/N I got this idea after watching the first movie. I know I'm evil!
Raph watched helpless as the Shredder held his brother down at katana point. 'Shit no this is bad!'
"You may have overpowered me with the loss of but one," Shredder sneered.
'No!' Raph's mind screamed.
"Now your fate will be his!" Shredder yelled as he plunged the blade into Leonardo's throat.
Leo choked for a minute then died.
Raph watched horrified as Leonardo went limp. He heard Mike crying behind him and Don about to lose it himself.
A growl caught their attention. They turned to see a very furious Master Splinter.
"Oroku Saki, you have taken your last innocent! I will kill you for what you have done to my son!"
Saki charged at him and Splinter flipped him over the edge.
Donatello and Michelangelo rant to their father and embraced him.
Raphael went to Leo. He held him and shut his eyes. "No..." he whispered.
Don and Mike joined him. Don checked Leo's neck and wrist and hoped for a miracle.
Unfortunately, it wasn't to be.
Splinter knelt by them and took him from Raphael. He allowed his tears to fall in silence as he said a Japanese prayer for his deceased son.
Raph placed his hand on Leo's cheek and said softly:" Thank you Leo for always bein' there for me. I...I love you."
Don held Mike as he cried.
Through this terrible act of evil Leonardo lost his life to protect his family as a brother and a son. He would never be forgotten and his sacrifice would not be in vain. His family would make sure of that.
