As You Wish
Aragorn stood looking over his new kingdom. It was enormous. There were so many levels with so many people. How am I ever going to do this? He thought to himself.
He felt a presence behind him and turned to see Legolas, his Elvin companion. "The festivities are inside my friend, what are you doing in here?"
"Wondering why the king is not celebrating his coronation."
"What's it like?"
"What?"
"Being royal."
"You know what its like. You grew up in Rivendell. "
"I never thought this day would come. I'm never going to be able to go on an adventure with my brother or you. There will never be anything like the fellowship again."
"I am not yet king so I do not know what you are feeling. I do know you though. If there is ever an adventure, so great, you will be there. You will not be left out of anything."
"When do you think you will be king?"
"I don't know if I will. The human race is coming into power. The Elvin race is leaving power. My people are leaving these shores."
"Are you leaving?"
"Not yet. The ring was just destroyed; I want to see what happens next."
"How long will you stay?"
"I don't have an answer to that."
A comfortable silence fell upon the two friends.
"Come on, My King; let's get back to the festivities."
"Please, My Prince, do not call me that. Not from you,"
"As you wish, My King." Legolas joked
"As King I order you not to call me that. I now out rule you. Ha." Aragorn replied with a chuckle.
"Lets go Aragorn."
"Alright"
The two friends then walked back into the party.
