Hello, everyone! PHANTOMKNIGHTMARE47 here, with the first chapter to the rewrite of Kamen Rider Nebula! My friend, WOLFWATCHER12 will help me in co-writing.
In this story, 21 year old Nakashima Kazuma, the nephew of Ryo Murasame, AKA Kamen Rider ZX, lives a normal life in the city of Winter Bluffs, a city north of Domino City, with his friends, following the day his parents died in a car wreck., until one day, after being severely injured by a Darkmare, a monster created by the Giganoidian Empire, and the warlord, Giganidas, Nakashima is converted into a white lion-themed cyborg by the Allied Multiverse Protection Squadron, and protects the Multiverse as the Child of the Stars, Kamen Rider Nebula! Along the way, Nakashima gains a harem of lovers in his travels.
Will Nakashima and his friends be able to save the Multiverse from the Giganoidian army? Grab a soda, pop some popcorn, order a pizza, and get ready to find out in KAMEN RIDER NEBULA!

Location: Winter Bluffs
It cuts to a city north of Domino City. This was Winter Bluffs, home to a spectrum center, a community college, a public library, a shopping district, five different cupcake shops, with two using vegan ingredients, and more.
(Author's Note: I based Winter Bluffs off of Seoul, South Korea from Agents Of Mayhem, as well as Sunset City from Sunset Overdrive and Mantle from RWBY.)
We turn to see a young man who had brown hair and yellow-green eyes, wearing an indigo-blue denim jacket over an Attack On Titan t-shirt, gray jeans, red sneakers, a crimson red motorcycle glove on his right hand, and a navy blue motorcycle glove on his left hand. This was Nakashima Kazuma, an autistic college student who lived with some friends of his, after his parents died in a car accident. He was also the nephew of Ryo Murasame, AKA Kamen Rider ZX, a cyborg Rider who fought against the Badan Empire, and won, with help from Kamen Riders Ichigou, Nigou, V3, Rider-Man, X, Amazon, Stronger, SkyRider, and Super-1
"It's really nice here in Winter Bluffs." said Nakashima, sounding like Lan Hikari crossed with Reiji Ozora. "I just you and Mom were here to see this, Dad." Nakashima was around 8 years old when his parents died. He then noticed a group of thugs tormenting a blind old woman
"HEY, YOU SCUMFUCKS!" said Nakashima, as he stormed up to the thugs with an infuriated expression on his face "WHERE DO YOU ASSHOLES GET OFF ON TORMENTING ON A POOR OLD BLIND LADY!?"
"Stay outta this, boy scout." said one of the thugs, as he shoved Nakashima aside ``This doesn't concern you."
"LIKE HELL IT FUCKING DOESN'T!" said Nakashima, getting angry as he fought against the thugs. Nakashima pummeled one thug with some jabs and hooks, and clocked the thug in the jaw. He then popped a second thug in the nose, and kicked him in the crotch, before knocking him to the ground with a leg sweep. Nakashima then slugged the third thug square in the gut, making him hack up blood, and he flip-kicked him in the face.
Nakashima then notices the lead thug get agitated, he then pulls out a switchblade "YOU'RE DEAD MEAT, YA LITTLE SHITSTAIN!" the lead thug roared, charging at Nakashima like a bull. But Nakashima sidestepped the thug, and knocked him to the ground with a leg sweep, before wrenching his wrist, damaging it and making the lead thug drop his knife
"OW!" the lead thug yelped, his eyes watering from the pain. He got to his feet "WE'LL REMEMBER THIS! WATCH YOUR BACK!" With that, the lead thug and his flunkies made a break for it.
"AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING BACK!" said Nakashima. He then helped the blind old woman "You gonna be okay, ma'am?" he asked
"Yes, young man. I'll be alright." said the woman, smiling a little.
"My name is Nakashima. Nakashima Kazuma." said Nakashima, introducing himself with a smile "And I'm here to help out those who need it."
"Bless your heart, Nakashima-san." said the old blind woman, as she and Nakashima went their separate ways.

"My name's Nakashima. Nakashima Kazuma. I'm an autistic college student attending Winter Bluffs Community College, in a segment for those with disabilities. I currently llive with some friends of mine ever since my mom and dad died in a car wreck, and I like to help those in need, because it's the right thing to do. I never knew there would be other worlds outside of ours, or even an alien species hellbent on ruling the universe. Until now, it seems. This is my story."

It cuts to the various Kamen Riders of the Showa Era from Ichigo to BLACK RX, to the Heisei era from Kuuga to Zi-O, and then to the Reiwa-era with Zero-One, Saber, Revice, and Geats, and it shows Nakashima

It shows Nakashima sitting on a hill with some of his friends, and then he gets to his feet.

Nakashima then extends a hand to the skies, and appears to be grabbing ahold of the moon, and the logo for Kamen Rider Nebula appears

It shows Nakashima in his college apartment relaxing with his friends, and then it shows Nakashima looking at a childhood photo of him with his parents prior to their deaths.

It shows the members of AMPS, such as Commander Raymond Fielding III, Professor Jeremiah Broslowski, Dr. Martin Hendrickson, Field Commander Ryuji Katsuragi, and Lieutenant Asuka Shimada.

It shows the Giganoidians, which were composed of the warlord, Giganidas, the swordsman, Zankord, the general, Kenvardon, the assassin, Xalderion, the the jester, Jyrax.

It shows Nakashima's allies in his travels throughout the Multiverse, such as the Members of WOOHP, Tom Kullersen, Shane Vancel, Danny Phantom, Tsukune Aono, Ichigo Kurosaki, the Maximals, Edward Elric, Team Sonic, the Paris Miraculous Team, Ruby's Group, the TMNT, Yuichi Usagi, the Justice League, the Avengers, Cal Kestis, Fairy Tail, the Hellsing Organization, Steven Universe, Jonathan Joestar, Yugo Ogami, Dante, and others to name a few.

It shows the people of Winter Bluffs being tormented by the Zomborgs, and Nakashima arrives on the scene, and does the same movements Kotaro Minami does, before saying "Ectophase Activate!", and he transforms into Rider Form

Nebula then faces off against the Zomborgs, before he slides a Grid-Card over the top of his belt, and his Nebula Gunslasher appears, and he slashes the Zomborgs with it in sword-mode before switching to gun mode, and shooting them.
[Asu no heiwa he no ishizue to nare]
Sonic, alongside Chris Thorndyke, Shintaro the Shark, Corey the Tiger, Yutaro the Panther, Brad the Maned Wolf, Noah the White Lion, Sam Manson, Cyo the Lion, and Noire the Lioness become the new Saber Riders, armed with the ten Elemental Seiken, whereas the Paris Miraculous team enter superhero form, with Nolan Anderson transforming into Night Bat, using the Bat Miraculous.
[Atsuku nare ookiku sake ten ni sasageshi inochi yo]
Nebula is fighting in a sword duel against Zankord, who had become the new Kamen Rider Falchion, and is dual-wielding his own sword with Mumeiken Kyomu

Nebula does his Rider Kick on a monster, destroying it in one hit, and he drives off on his motorcycle.

Chapter 1: Enter: Kamen Rider Nebula!
It cuts to Nakashima heading to his apartment, where he saw his friends, Nagisa Hayase, Nagisa's twin brother, Nagato, and their friend, Takeda Watanabe. Nagisa was a girl with russet-brown hair, and indigo eyes, and wore a RWBY t-shirt, jean shorts, and heels Nagisa's brother Nagato had brown hair and forest-green eyes, and wore a Star Wars shirt under an Attack On Titan jacket, gray jeans, and black Nike sneakers. Takeda had black hair, brown eyes, and wore a Transformers shirt, with indigo pants, and red converse sneakers.
"Hey, guys." said Nakashima, as he walked up to his friends.
"Yo, Nakashima." said Nagisa, smiling at her childhood friend. Nagisa was studying to become a doctor, because she wanted to help those in need. Her brother, Nagato wanted to be an Esports athlete, and was a skilled gamer. Takeda wanted to help those in need, so he helped out at the local homeless shelter in his spare time.
"How're ya doin'?" said Nagato, looking at his closest friend.
"I managed to save a poor old blind lady from being bullied by some monsters in human clothing," said Nakashima.
"Good to hear. Those jerks brought that ass-kicking all on themselves." said Nagisa.
Meanwhile, it cuts to an alien spaceship entering Earth's orbit. It resembled a cross between the Malevolence from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Prince Vekar's ship from Power Rangers Super Megaforce. This was the Nightmare Fortress, a ship owned by the Giganoidian Army, led by the warlord, Giganidas, the swordsman, Zankord, the general, Kenvardon, the assassin, Xalderion, and the jester, Jyrax.
Giganidas resembled Absolute Tartarus from Ultraman, crossed with N-Daguva-Zeba from Kamen Rider Kuuga, with a purple, green and gold color-scheme, and the face of Perfect Cell from Dragon Ball Z. His eyes were blood red with purple sclera, and slit pupils.
Zankord resembled DeluKnight from Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger, but his head looked similar to Yaiba from Boukenger crossed with Sambash from Gingaman.
Kenvardon resembled Damaras from Super Megaforce crossed with General Schwarz from Toqger and Wreckmate from Dino Fury.
Xalderion resembled a sci-fi version of Deathstroke from Injustice: Gods Among Us
Jyrax resembled Reala from the NiGHTS games crossed with the Creepypasta character, Laughing Jack.
"Report, Zankord." said Giganidas, sounding similar to Baron Draxum from Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
"It appears that we are in Earth's orbit, as we speak, Lord Giganidas" said Zankord, sounding similar to Ripcon from Ninja Steel mixed with Snide from Dino Supercharge.
"Excellent." said Kenvardon, chuckling darkly "Soon, that worthless pile of dirt that calls itself a "planet" will belong to the Giganoidian army!"
"Now, which Darkmare shall we send to terrorize the people?" said Xalderion "There's a numerous amount of monsters at our disposal. Why not send them all?"
"No, one at a time will be enough." said Giganidas "All these monsters released onto the planet at once would be bedlam, and it would make our conquest of this world completely one-sided."
Jyrax then revealed a Kaijin that resembled a cross between a tarantula and a star-nosed mole "May I be pleased to introduce, Mogurachnid!" he announced, as the monster knelt before the Giganoidian warlord.
"My liege." said Mogurachnid.
"Mogurachnid, I command you to cause havoc in Winter Bluffs, a town north of Domino City, and terrorize as many humans as you possibly can!" said Giganidas.
"As you command." said Mogurachnid, as he was beamed down to Earth in an indigo-blue light.
Meanwhile, we see a futuristic base similar to the GUTS-Select base from Ultraman Trigger and Ultraman Decker. This was the base for AMPS, the Allied Multiverse Protection Squad, a government-funded organization of scholars, soldiers and scientists dedicated to protecting the Multiverse from the forces of evil. We see the leader of AMPS, Commander Raymond Fielding III, Raymond was a man in military commander attire similar to Roy Mustang with themes of Jotaro Kujo. He had black hair and indigo eyes. With Raymond was the head scientist of AMPS, Professor Jeremiah Broslowski, or just Jeremy for short., a Jewish-American scientist from a family of Holocaust survivors. He then took notes of this. Jeremy had russet-brown hair and green eyes behind a pair of oval glasses, and wore a lab-coat.
"Commander, are you seeing this?" said Jeremy, with a concerned expression on his face.
"Yes, Jeremy." said Raymond, with a serious expression on his face. "The Giganoidians have targeted Earth for conquest. We need to find someone with a brave heart and kind soul in order to stop them."
"I think I found someone, sir." said a scientist. "His name is Nakashima Kazuma. He's a college student on the autism spectrum, who lives with some friends of his following his parents' death when he was eight years old. His uncle is Ryo Murasame, AKA Kamen Rider ZX, who fought the Badan Empire, and won."
"Let's find him and bring him here." said Raymond.
"Yessir!" said Jeremy, as he and his fellow scientists boarded a jeep, which drove off.
Later, it cuts to Nakashima and his friends walking, until he noticed smoke emerging from a house, and his eyes widened with shock. Fearing that there might be people trapped in there, he and his friends sprung into action. Nagisa grabbed a garden hose, and started putting out the fire, while Nagato and Takeda managed to get the door open, and they, alongside Nakashima managed to get the people out, and Takeda called the fire department.
"Phew. That was way too close for comfort." said Nakashima. Suddenly, the gang heard a dark chuckle, and looked to see a humanoid monster that resembled a cross between an Aracnea Worm from Kamen Rider Kabuto, and the Stage 2 Mole Amazon from Kamen Rider Amazons.
"Oh, lookie what we have here. A goody-goody two-shoes gumdrop and his friends playing 'hero', my favorite." said Mogurachnid, sneering at Nakashima. He then swiped at Nakashima with his sharpened claws, and shredded his shirt.
"Nice try, you freak of nature!" said Nakashima in a taunting manner.
"How about this!?" said Mogurachnid, as he stomped on Nakashima's left leg, creating a compound fracture
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Nakashima screamed.
"Next is your arm!" said Mogurachnid, as he damaged Nakashima's right arm in three different places. Nakashima couldn't stand up and run, or even fight back. At this rate, he was about to be turned into a rotting corpse.
"Who or, what even are you?" said Nakashima
"I am a Darkmare, and my name is Mogurachnid." said Mogurachnid, as he was about to take Nakashima's head off with his claws "SAY YOUR GOODBYES, HUMAN!"
"Not so fast, you disgusting monster!" said Jeremy, as he shot Mogurachnid with a blaster-pistol.
"GAH! Damn you!" said Mogurachnid, as he then escaped. Jeremy and his fellow scientists loaded Nakashima's injured body onboard their jeep, as Nagato, Nagisa, and Takeda followed them.
Later, back onboard the Nightmare Fortress, Giganidas saw the whole thing unfold. "So, Mogurachnid's progress has been impeded by Humans?"
"It appears so, Milord." said Zankord, having seen this.
"This proves irksome." said Giganidas, scowling.
Later, back on Earth, we see Nakashima being operated on by Jeremy and his fellow scientists, being fitted with a mechanical left leg and right arm similar to Edward Elric's prosthetic limbs, but robotic in nature, and having a gemstone called the Nebula Jewel implanted inside of him, along with some cyborg enhancements.
Nakashima woke up, and saw Jeremy with his fellow scientists. "Huh? What's going on?" said Nakashima
"Easy there, kiddo." said Jeremy. "You were damaged when you fought that monster, but we fixed you up."
Nakashima then got to his feet. "Huh. Normally, I wouldn't be able to stand normally with a damaged leg. What's going on?"
"When you got maimed by that monster, we had to fit you with cyborg enhancements and prosthetic limbs." said Jeremy. "Long story short, to save your life, we had to convert you into a cyborg."
"Wait, WHAT!?" Nakashima blurted out, shocked to hear this news. "You put machine parts in me? How is that possible?"
"Well, quoting from The Six Million Dollar Man, "We have the technology"." said Raymond, as he walked up to Nakashima "Hello there, Nakashima. My name is Commander Raymond Thompson III, the leader of the Allied Multiverse Protection Squad, or AMPS. We're a group of soldiers, scholars and scientists dedicated to protecting the Multiverse from the forces of evil."
"So, you're a government-funded organization?" said Nakashima, perplexed by this.
"Correct." said Raymond, nodding in confirmation
"My name is Professor Jeremiah Broslowski, but everyone calls me Jeremy." said Jeremy. "With me is my colleague, Dr. Haruo Takayama, and his apprentice, Jordan Maxwell."
"Hello there, young sir." said Haruo. He was a man in a labcoat with black hair, and pewter eyes. Jordan was a young man in a labcoat over a gray shirt, jean-shorts, and sneakers.
"Yo." said Jordan
"Over here is our field-commander, Raiga Terasaka, and his son, Keisuke." said Raymond. Raiga was a man with stubble on his jaw, black hair, and green eyes. His son, Keisuke had indigo-blue hair and gray eyes, and wore a My Hero Academia shirt, jeans, and sneakers.
"Hello there, young man." said Raiga, greeting Nakashima.
"Hiya, dude." said Keisuke.
"And here comes our newest member. Nakashima, this is Lieutenant Asuka Shimada." said Raymond. Asuka was a woman standing at 6 ft., 8 in. tall, and resembled Sakurako Hono from Mazinger Angels crossed with Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail. She had indigo-blue hair styled like Yang Xiao-Long and Raven Branwen from RWBY crossed with Mio Kusakai from Keijo and Poison from Street Fighter 4, violet eyes, and was totally stacked, muscular and busty. She wore attire similar to Raymond's, but colored differently.
"Hi, Nakashima." said Asuka, sounding similar to Blair the Cat Witch from Soul Eater crossed with Ms. Kobayashi from Ms. Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. "My name's Asuka, and I'm new here."
"H-Hi, Asuka." said Nakashima, whose face was redder than cherry pie. To him, Asuka looked to be the most beautiful woman he laid his eyes on.
"Nakashima, we've brought you here, because our universe and others like it are under attack by the Giganoidians, and it's up to all of us to stop them." said Raymond
"Nakashima, you have been chosen to become Kamen Rider Nebula." said Jeremy
"Kamen Rider…Nebula?" said Nakashima, stunned to hear this. "Umm, well I don't wanna be themed after a bug, okay?"
"Not to worry, your Rider Motif is a lion." said Jeremy.
"A lion? Nifty." said Nakashima. He was then taken to another room where he saw two vehicles. One was a modified 2022 HONDA CB400SF, with a lion's head in front similar to Brave Leon from Ryukendo. The other vehicle looked to be similar to Kamen Rider Drive's car, the Tridoron, crossed with the Wild Liger from ZOIDS Wild.
"These, Nakashima, are your Rider Machines." said Jeremy, explaining everything to Nakashima. "The motorcycle here is Cosmic Streaker. It can go at speeds clocking at Mach 10, and has front-mounted laser-cannons in the cowl. It can also become a humanoid robot. The car is known as Galaxy Prowler. It has front-mounted laser cannons, and it can change from a car into either a jet fighter or a speed-boat."
"Yo, Nakashima!" said Cosmic Streaker, sounding similar to Robbie Shifton from Cosmic Quantum Ray. "My name's Cosmic Streaker, and anywhere you wanna go, I can get ya there in a zim-zam second!"
"Cosmic, there's no need to brag about yourself, only I get to do that." said Jeremy, scolding the bike "Sorry, Nakashima. He's a tad conceited."
With that, Cosmic Streaker transformed into a humanoid robot similar to Cruise from Power Rangers Beast Morphers, crossed with Gaon from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.
The gang heard the alarm, and they looked to see Mogurachnid terrorizing people in the town. "Crap. That's the monster who fucked me up and nearly killed me!" said Nakashima
"That would be Mogurachnid, and he's a Darkmare." said Jeremy. "One of the monsters created by the Giganoidian Army."
"Time to kick some monster ass!" said Nakashima. Cosmic then did a backflip, and transformed into his motorcycle form. Nakashima hopped on.
"OK, to transform, you first do the same movements that Kotaro Minami did to become BLACK RX, and say "Ectophase Activate"." said Jeremy, "Like what Prince Dex of Edenoi did when fighting against the monsters of Count Dregon."
"Noted." said Nakashima, as the hanger door opened, and Nakashima drove out. He then noticed the GPS guiding him, and he looked to see Mogurachnid fighting against the SWAT Team
"Fire at will!" said a SWAT Team member, as he and the others proceeded to open fire, although their bullets bounced off of Mogurachnid's tough exoskeleton.
"Beat him up at will!" said another SWAT Team soldier, as he and the others tried to whale on Mogurachnid, only to have the snot beaten out of them by the spider/mole hybrid Kaijin.
"Face the facts, Humans!" said Mogurachnid, scowling "You are no match for the Giganoidian Army!"
"That's where you're wrong, fuck-face!" said Nakashima, as he dismounted from his bike, and took his helmet off.
"Hey, you're that little pissant I mangled!" said Mogurachnid.
"Yeah, and I'm here to put you six feet under!" said Nakashima. With that, he did the same movements as Kotaro Minami, as a belt similar to Kamen Rider Kuuga's belt, the Arcle, crossed with Kamen Rider BLACK's belt, the Vital-Charger appeared on his waist.
[HENSHIN]
"ECTOPHASE ACTIVATE!" said Nakashima, as he was enveloped in a bright light. In his place was an armored figure that resembled Kamen Rider Revi's Lion Genome, with Revi's White Leo Genome. His armor was white and blue, like Ryukendo in his base form, and his helmet was like Kamen Rider Revi Lion Genome and White Leo Revi mixed with Kamen Rider Horan, the blue-colored lion-themed DGP Rider, and his forehead piece was silver with an oval-cut blue gem in the middle, and his optics were golden yellow.
"B-B-Bakana! How is this possible!?" said Mogurachnid, shocked to see this. "Wh-Who even are you!?"
"I am the Child of the Stars, Kamen Rider Nebula!" said the transformed Nakashima. He then fought Mogurachnid in hand-to-hand combat, landing punches and kicks on the spider/star-nosed mole hybrid monster.
"You think you're big!?" said Mogurachnid, scowling "You're a miserable nobody who's just gotten an upgrade! You should know by now, that evil should prevail over good, and dreams were never meant to come true! Just accept that fact and die!"
(Cue BGM: "Run Around" by Jason Radford)
"That's where I most passionately disagree, you disgusting monster!" said Nebula, as he cracked Mogurachnid in the gut. "Because as long as there's life in me, I will always be there to bring hope to the people, and send you monsters to Hell!"
Nebula then thrashed Mogurachnid with some jabs and hooks, until his right fist started glowing blue.
"RIDER PUNCH!" said Nebula, as he cracked Mogurachnid in the face with an energy-charged right hook. He then got a running start, and jumped before doing a somersault, and coming down with a drop kick
"RIDER KICK!" said Nebula, with both boots glowing cyan as he delivered a powerful kick to Mogurachnid, defeating him
"DAMMIT AAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!" Mogurachnid bellowed, as he then fell backwards and exploded, like what all Kamen Rider monsters do when they meet their end.
"Wow! That was amazing!" said a girl, stunned to see Nebula in action. "Who are you, Mister?"
"My name is Kamen Rider Nebula." said Nebula, introducing himself "And my motto is: "If there's a monster out there, causing trouble and mayhem, I'll be there to stop it"."
"Thank you, Kamen Rider Nebula." said the girl's mother. With that, Nebula then walked towards his motorcycle, and drove back to the AMPS base.
Meanwhile, we cut to Giganidas, fuming. "DAMN IT! Our first monster, slain by a Kamen Rider!? CURSE HIM!"
"Tch. He's as green as grass, to be honest." said Zankord, scowling "He's new to the whole hero game."
"No matter, we can still try again." said Jyrax.

"This here is the Novachaser." said Raymond, introducing the ship to the gang. "With it, we'll be able to travel throughout the Multiverse."
"And our first stop, is the universe of Totally Spies and Martin Mystery." said Jeremy. With that, Nakashima and co. boarded the Novachaser."
"Welcome to AMPS, everyone." said Raymond, smiling a little.
With that, once everyone got onboard, the Novachaser then lifted off, and flew through a dimensional portal.
