Memories

Brief: This poem is supposed to describe Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship in a way. Although bits of here and there were served onto another topic... please review and tell me what you think!
During those times,
You fight battles with such ease.
But the days you are injured,
I just want to kiss your wounds all away.
With our memories that's left to share,
They stay in my heart for eternal.
Guarded by a diamond barrier,
Unbreakable, and never to be takened away.
Never to be lost, and never to be shattered.
Such times when you heal me,
Such times when you cut through my soul,
The hurt seem to never go away, and I wonder,
How much longer it will take,
To break me apart will your final words.
Each day, you'd come into my head,
Caressing my every thought and emotion,
Leading me off to think about you more often.
And everytime I do, my soul feels as though I'm fading away,
Being pulled apart, feeling broken.
I stay by your side,
Never to leave you, as I promised,
Knowing that you'll always stay by mine too.
But when that time comes,
Who will you stay by then?
Will our memories still remain?
Back then when I met you,
I thought I'd never fall inlove.
And now as time passes,
My feelings towards you seem so much stronger.
But I know that the one I love,
May be the one that will untangle the threads of memories,
And the threads never to be weaved again.
Even now as we walk together,
These memories seem to disperse.
But I know that I'll never forget you.
As that phase come and all our memories fly away,
I know that I'll always remember you.
Our memories will always remain.
