Summary: The gang reflects on how different things have been since the Sea-Wise-Odyssey cruise.
Note: This final story of Rugrats: Calm After The Storm series takes place weeks prior to Celrock's story "Zoey's Birthday Cruise".
It was a beautiful day in Yucaipa, California as Rugrats and Susie were hanging out in Tommy and Dil's backyard.
"C'mon guy's" said Tommy. "Lets sees if we can digs a hole the size of the Graham Canyon" he said.
"Yeah" replied the other in unison as they started to dig in the sand box.
Meanwhile, Drew was dropping off Angelica and Zoey as Didi answered the door.
"Hi everyone" said Didi.
"Hi" replied Drew, Angelica and Zoey in unison.
"Thanks for being able to babysit today" said Drew.
"Happy to do it" replied Didi.
"Be good you two" said Drew.
"We will" replied Angelica and Zoey.
Then Drew got in his car and drove away as Didi and the girls went inside.
"Our friends are in the backyard, lets join them" said Angelica.
"Sure" replied Zoey.
The two girls were soon out in the backyard.
"Hey guys" said Angelica and Zoey in unison.
"Hey" replied Susie and the Rugrats in unison.
"What'cha guys doing" asked Zoey.
"We're just playing in the sand here" replied Chuckie.
"Uh-huh, you wanna help" asked Kimi.
"Sure" replied Angelica and Zoey in unison.
All the kids were soon digging in the sand making a hole to resemble the Graham (Grand) Canyon. As they were digging Zack had a thought.
"You know guys it's been a year since Angelica had stopped bullying us all" said Zack.
"It has" asked Phil and Lil in unison.
"Come to think of it, yeah it really has been a whole year" replied Susie.
"Wow time flies" said Dil and Savannah in unison.
"It's hard to believe just a year ago we really disliked Angelica" replied Jesse.
"Yeah, it really was no fun being the big bully that nobody likes" said Angelica.
"I'm real glad we metted you Zoey" said Tommy.
"Me too Tommy" replied Zoey. "But you know, as crazy as it sounds we all probably wouldn't have met one another if Angelica's Uncle William hadn't invited most of you to come on that cruise" she said.
"What do you mean by that" asked Phil and Lil in unison.
"Yeah, Angelica's evil cousin Anthony was a real big bad guy" said Chuckie.
"Uh-huh, he is even worser than Coco if I mights goes as far as to say" added Kimi.
"Think about it" said Zoey, "If you hadn't come on the cruise you would have missed out on meeting and making a new friend that was willing to help a misunderstood and troubled friend out" she said.
"Come to think of it, yeah" replied Tommy. "Acause it's like the same when most of us went to Paris and metted Kimi and her mommy. And Chuckie's Daddy marrying a real nice lady for Chuckie to have as a new mommy as well as a sister" he said.
"Uh-huh, I wouldn't be having this much fun if most of you had never came to Paris" said Kimi.
"Yeah, and I'd still be without a new mommy as well as a sister if we didn't go" added Chuckie.
"And on some adventures there's the ratty, nasty bad guy" said Phil.
"Yeah, and compared to what happened in Paris, we all had to stop Anthony's truly evil plan" added Lil.
"Like Coco, Anthony only pretended to be good just to get what he really wanted" said Dil.
"I'm only sorry we didn't figure that out sooner when most of us were planning our rebenge (revenge) on Angelica for her evilness" said Tommy.
"Relax guys" said Angelica. "My bullying towards you all was bound to come back to haunt me sooner or later, even if I refused to believe it" she added.
"I know this sounds really crazy, but if Anthony hadn't made us do those horrible things to Angelica and try to really hurt us all when we realized our mistake and told the grown ups, I think maybe it would have been almost impossible to get her to stop being mean to everyone on our own" said Susie.
"And if I had given up on Angelica, I would hate to think about what would have happened if Anthony had accomplished his true intensions" said Zoey.
"And we all would have really hated it of Anthony did live in our neighborhood" said Chuckie.
"Uh-huh, his personality is just too bad for us" added Kimi.
"Based on what you guys tolded us about the cruise, he sounds like he really is meanerer than Angelica could have eber been" said Savannah.
"Yeah, I'm glad you guys had the guts to foil his real evil plans against Angelica when things turned bad very fast" replied Jesse.
"Yeah, specially when you feel likes you've done the worstest thing you could possibly do and feels really guilty about it" said Phil.
"Yep, now we know how Angelica must have felt when she helped Coco trick Chuckie's daddy" added Lil.
"It felts likes I was eating my own words when I tolded Angelica that was the worstest thing she ever did that one time" said Tommy.
"I guess now most of us had done something that was the worstest thing we could have possibly done" said Angelica.
The kids who went to Paris and the Sea-Wise-Odyssey cruise nodded in agreement.
"I know for a fact that everybody makes mistakes, even the good guys" said Zoey. "It's a part of life" she added.
"Even I myself am not perfect at times" said Zack.
"Us too" replied Phil and Lil in unison.
"Yeah, me too" replied Chuckie.
"Same here" said Tommy.
"As am I" replied Susie.
"Can't say I was totally perfect since day one" said Dil.
"Getting rebenge (revenge) on Angelica was my biggest mistake ever" said Kimi.
"My hyperness can gets me in troubles at times" replied Jesse.
"I certain there might have been mistakes I like to forget that happened" said Savannah.
"I'm glad I'm not alone on that or for anything anymore" replied Angelica.
"But since that cruise came to an end, I had a feeling that we're all going to become really good friends" said Zoey.
"Uh-huh, we're really glad we ran into you on our adventure that time" replied Kimi.
"You gots a nicer personality than Anthony" added Chuckie.
"Your really brave and adventurous" said Tommy.
"It's a real pleasure to have you for a friend that likes to have fun and have a big a sweet tooth as me" replied Angelica.
"Oh yeah, we never metted anybody that didn't likes Angelica when she caused trouble for you just once" said Phil.
"And for somebody that likes to gets down and dirty at times likes Me and Phillip, your pretty cool" added Lil.
"Since we met you were so grateful that you were able to help Angelica when she needed a real good friend likes you" said Jesse.
"Yeah, Angelica is a lot more fun to hangout and play with than ever before" added Savannah.
"We've waited for a miracle to come along and that cruise apparently answered our wish" said Susie.
"While I couldn't have been there to see how it all unfolded and based on what everyone said, I thinks you did a great job helping a former bully out" said Zack.
"And since we met you, Angelica has helped us out more than ever to stand ups to other bullies that pick on us at times" added Dil.
"Gee guys this means a lot to me coming from you since I met you all" said Zoey.
"That's what friends are for" said Angelica.
"Yep, we've been having even funnerer adventures that didn't have Angelica being the bad one since that cruise" said Tommy.
"Oh yeah" said Phil and Lil in unison.
"Even when Angelica was still the bad one, I still believed in her when no one else had up to a point" said Kimi.
"Yeah the constant bickering between the protagonist's and the antagonist had to come to an end one day" added Zack.
"Yep, even before she became a bully, she was fun to be around with" said Chuckie.
"But now Angelica is more fun than ever before" said Savannah.
"Yeah specially when your bullying ways catch up to you" added Jesse.
"I'm glad we can all have greater and better adventures with Angelica" said Susie.
"Me too" added Zoey.
"Thanks everyone for forgiving me on that cruise and giving me another chance" said Angelica.
All the kids shared a group hug and resumed playing in the sand box and doing other activities in the backyard afterwards.
