It was dawn over the city of Musutafu and as the sun began to rise over the metropolis with its people beginning to move.

However, while most of the city's population was still asleep, there was a group that had been awake for a long time, inside a huge office at the prestigious U.A. hero academy. where the sun's rays did not reach stood in the middle of the large office stood a small man with a distinguishable blue chalk and large glasses, around him multiple screens were lit showing the silhouettes of various people on them.

"The preparations are ready" said the small man with his arms crossed behind his back addressing the other people on the screen.

"We trust that you have everything ready for the selection" said one of the silhouettes.

"Yes, I have already selected 50 participants" replied the short man "I have taken the trouble to send the files of each of the participants so that they can see them and judge the selection".

"Very impressive records for teenagers, how do you know only 16 will pass the tests?" asked one of the silhouettes.

"In addition to the tests, I have also placed several examiners among the selection with the sole objective of only maintaining a number of 16 participants, in the event that there are more than the limit they will be in charge of choosing the best and in case of that there be less they will select one of the failed ones to fill the places" said the short man in a solemn tone.

"I still have doubts about the project, as you know it will be successful"

"The program has been evaluated in 15 of the best universities and has been designed with the sole purpose of correcting and re-educating the behavior of these students, each one will be subjected to tests that will make them re-evaluate their lives and teach them the path of heroism" he replied the short man

"but teaching these criminals how to maximize their quirks and giving them weapons is the best way"

"penitentiary institutions for minors in Japan are full, more and more young people decide to use their powers to commit crimes and then seek protection under the law for the protection of minors, if this program is successful we will be taking a step on the road to rehabilitation of our youth and leading to a new tomorrow in japan" said the short man stretching his arms to the sides and while moving his head up.

"Well Shinazugawa, we put all our trust in your hands, remember that if something goes wrong, it will be your full responsibility"

SHINAZUGAWA KABUTO
QUIRK: COMPUTER-Create a personal holographic computer and manipulate data through interactions with the hologram.

"I understand my lords and I appreciate your trust" Shinazugawa said, bowing to which shortly after all the screens went off and the steel curtains that kept the room in darkness rose.

Kabuto let out a sigh then fell on his butt and his glasses fell off his face, he took a deep breath, this had been one of the most tense situations he had ever had in his life he had been working for the last few months in the creation and preparation for this program in addition to devoting himself hard to the selection of young people who were most likely to reform, he was risking his name and prestige in this and if he failed he would not only lose his career and his job but also his life .

While he was still immersed in his thoughts, the door of his office opened revealing a tall woman in her 30s and with curves with tanned skin and curly red hair with closed eyes and thick red lips. .

"I see that the meeting is over, sir," said the woman.

Kabuto didn't reply just getting up from the floor and grabbing his glasses from the floor and putting them back on walking back to his desk.

"Sir, you better take a break, you haven't slept in three days," the woman said with a worried voice.

Kabuto just sat on his chair making a holographic screen appear in front of him and a keyboard manifested in his hands starting to type commands at high speed "I don't have time to rest miss sakura, this project is in its most important phase one mistake It could cost me everything at this point."

"Sir, but..." Sakura spoke worriedly, but she was interrupted by the sudden appearance of a holographic screen.

"I sent you the medical records of all the participants, the infirmary must be prepared and ready for the injured" said kabuto without stopping typing.

"You don't mean in case of injuries" Sakura said in dismay.

"I said what I meant, the infirmary must be prepared, I fully trusted you" said Kabuto.

"Yes sir" said the woman bowing and heading towards the man to leave some pills on her desk. "just in case you feel bad sir"

Kabuto just looked at her sideways "thank you sakura"

"yes sir" sakura said making a final bow and leaving the room.

"If this goes well all our futures will be assured" Kabuto said as the photos of several young people scrolled before his eyes.

OC form rules:

1) OCs must be sent by private message, not within the reviews section.

2) Use only the given form to create your character, otherwise I will ignore the character.

3) They must be sent with the following format [retraining program: Surname/Name - Quirk - Gender - role]

4) This is serious; I absolutely don't want any Gary Stu/Mary Sue characters in this story. NONE. Nobody is perfect.

5) For your character to be taken into account in the death clause, you must write "yes", otherwise it would be a joke, no character will have plot armor.

6) Remember that if you create a character with multiple abilities also an equal number of weaknesses. Impressive strength is fine, but find the necessary balance, okay? If you don't, I'll nerf them for you! And I will nerf them a lot.

7) Please don't give me a copy of One For All and All For One. I won't even bother with your character if I feel like his Quirk is too similar to any of these Quirks.

8) This is not on a first-come, first-served basis. This is not a race. I will not value you over others because you came first. I am valuing the QUALITY. If I see that you put REAL effort into your OC, your chances increase exponentially.

9) This story is set a long time after the main story so I ask you to avoid making descendants of any of the main story characters.

10) Remember to be respectful, first and foremost.

11) You have the right to make changes to your oc as you see fit. You'll be asked if it's okay to make changes, but if you're planning something big with your character, you have the right to keep that information to yourself until it's time to reveal it to everyone.

12) I will be writing to users as I need feedback from you if I am to know that I am writing your character correctly I will be writing via PM.

13) ) We would also like it to be as detailed and descriptive as possible. This would give us a clear picture of what you want your OC to be.

14) Please remove these ( ) and anything in between as you go.

15) Because I want people to be attentive to the story and not just to the chapters in which their characters appear, I will put a limit of three chapters for you to review otherwise your character may be killed or left aside until the next review.

16) Unless you have a solid reason to be in Japan, all foreign characters will be rejected.

17) There will be a total of 16 positions for students, but you can still send other characters such as professional heroes, teachers, policemen or villains.
