Chapter 2: Saved
My leg now had two huge bloody holes in it. I was in so much pain, that I began to feel faint and lightheaded. As colors and stuff began to make swirly things in the sky, I saw a blurry figure run towards me.
" Arwweeeen! Oh, AAArwen! Where are you! Come out, come out where ever you are!"
It became obvious that the figure was Leggy.
" I'm here, Legolas, in this hole!" I yelled at him.
Leggy came closer and closer to me. As I tried to climb out, Legolas reached for my hand.
" Thanks," I said when he pulled me out.
" Oh my God, Arwen. What happened?" He gasped.
" I-I…was …b-by a snake." I said.
It felt like my throat was closing. It was like that time Legolas and me ate a bunch of peanuts, only to find out that we were allergic.
" How do you feel?" Legolas asked worriedly.
" Like I'm gonna pass out." I coughed.
" Okay, I gotta get you-"
Suddenly everything swirled into a dark hole. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I opened my eyes and saw a crowd of people standing around me.
"Ada…Naneth… is that you?" I asked blinking wildly.
" Oh thank goodness she's alive." Mother said.
" Where am I what's going on?" I asked.
" You're in the infirmary," Father began. " You were bitten by a snake. You're lucky be alive right now. If Legolas hadn't have carried you back to us, you'd probably be dead."
I sat up and looked around the room. As I looked around the room, I saw Legolas standing by a window.
" Leggy!" I said grinning ear to ear.
" Arwen!" Legolas said turning around.
Next thing I knew, he was holding my hand and looking lovingly into my eyes.
" I thought I had lost you," He said softly.
" I thought I had lost everyone."
Legolas and I hugged and my parents left.
"I guess we can't play hide-and-seek for a long time?" He said sadly.
"I guess not," I said.
" Well," Legolas began.
"Well what," I said.
" Well, we can shoot arrows!"
" Great! I love shooting arrows with you. Thanks for saving me."
"It's nothing," He blushed. " I'm supposed to help you, you're like my sister."
" You're like my brother."
We hugged again. But this time, it was like a seal of our friendship.
That's it! Fin, end, finished, I'm done with this story. R&R please.
