Betrayed
Chapter 9 – Remembering...
Miroku and Sango..
Miroku and Akima stopped kissing when hearing a scream come from above them.
"What was that?" Miroku said, still holding Akima.
Akima got a look of fright on her face, realizing were the scream came from.
"That came from princess Kagome's room!" Akima said, running for the door.
Sango saw them coming and hid behind a pillar while they ran past her.
It clicked in Sango's head who they must be talking about and started to run after them, while wiping the tears and putting on a brave face.
"At least I still have one friend left, I hope." Sango said, running down the halls to Kagome's room.
Inuyasha...
Inuyasha turned deathly pale when he heard the scream coming from his room.
Sawako and Meganu turned wide eyed and pale when they heard the scream.
"No, it tricked us!" Sawako said
"It was a trap, they are after Kagome!" Meganu said turning and running back to Inuyasha's room.
"What was that power source that we were following then!" Sawako said, running with Meganu and Inuyasha.
"Who cares right now all that matters is that Kagome is in danger!" Inuyasha said, speeding up.
"Right, let's go!" Megan and Sawako said.
Kagome...
Kagome did the only thing that she could think of she put up a priestess shield, but it wasn't enough.
She raised her claws and went"Water blades"Isano said.
It broke Kagome's barriers and the knife went down cutting Kagome's shoulder.
"What is wrong Isano, what did I do?" Kagome said, getting up from the place on the floor she had been knocked down to.
Isano just looked up with those red eyes that showed no emotion, and raised the knife.
She made another deep cut on Kagome's arm and legs.
Kagome let out a scream of pain as Isano now made her fight fruitless.
Isano sensed the others coming near.
Kagome now was in a pool of her own blood, she couldn't move her arms and legs anymore there was too much pain.
'I've been here before, the one who did it was,' Kagome didn't get to complete her thought for at that moment Inuyasha walked into the room.
"Isano what are you doing?" Sawako said, fear on her face looking at her friends eyes.
Inuyasha and Meganu walked in right behind her, horror the only emotion being shone on their faces.
Isano picked the bleeding Kagome up by neck making small marks on her neck where her claws are.
"Put her down now!" Inuyasha said, about to attack her but being restrained by Meganu and Sawako.
"Inuyasha she is being controlled by someone don't kill her!" Sawako said, trying to fight for her friend's life.
Miroku, Sango and Akima appeared in the door way and instantly pale at the site before them.
"Kagome no, let her go now!" Sango said, tears coming from her eyes.
"I am most sorry but Naraku would be most displeased." Isano said, in a lifeless tone.
At that moment Naraku suddenly came threw the open window, a smile on his face.
"Good evening everyone, I see you have met my new servant, Isano." Naraku said, putting a hand on her shoulder, making her letting Kagomes neck go and her fall into Naraku's arms.
"I will take her for the time being, she will make a most fitting queen." Naraku said, walking out the door.
"No!" Inuyasha said, running for Naraku.
"Water blades" Isano said, sending Inuyasha back into the wall.
She turned and walked out the door.
Naraku's Castle
Kagome slowly opened her eyes to an unfamiliar place.
"Where am I?" Kagome said, feeling pain in all of her body.
"You are in the tower my queen." Naraku said appearing out of the darkness of the dungen setting.
"Naraku, why did you take me?" Kagome said.
"Why I saved you." Naraku said.
"What are you talking about, from whom?" Kagome said, remembering someone holding a knife out to get her, but the face is blurry.
"By Inuyasha of course." Naraku said, coldly
"No, it couldn't be. He wouldn't do that to me." Kagome said, her head hurting more, and more as he talked.
"Why yes my dear. Don't you remember?" Naraku said, getting closer and closer to Kagome
"The way he stuck the knife in your body when you already couldn't move, lying in a pool of your own blood." Naraku said, with each word coming closer to her.
"Then he takes you by the neck and holds you up there." Naraku said, eye to eye with her.
"No, Inuyasha couldnt have, wouldnt have done that, no!" Kagome said trying to break free from the chains that held her up against the wall.
Naraku's smile grew, she was going to be on his side d become his queen.
'The plan had worked out perfectly.'
'She will relive the pain she felt when Inuyasha betrayed her, and now she will think that Inuyasha has betrayed her twice.'
'She will never trust Inuyasha again; she will kill Inuyasha in cold blood.'
'She will be covered in his blood; he will die by the hands of the one he loves.'
'Yes, this plan is perfect, now Inuyasha DIE by the hands of his love!'
Narakulaughed echoing threw the wall's,lifting his hands up in the air, lightning clashing from outside.
As Kagome screamed trying to get out of the control but, she couldn't.
Kagome soon stopped moving, Naraku looked at her.
"Are you ready to kill Inuyasha my queen?" Naraku said
"Yes Lord Naraku." Kagome said, opening her eyes which were now a dark red.
Isano looked at Naraku and Kagome.
Her eyes where still blood red no emotion showing on her face.
'I may be under your control Naraku, but I will not be forever. I am just sorry I am too weak to break free.' Isano thought, as a silent tear fell down her face.
