The multiverse, infinite parallel worlds that contain many worlds similar to ours. But with many differences. For example, it's the finals and your home team is just a few points away from winning! But suddenly they made a mistake, which cost them the whole game! The other team wins, and the whole town is ashamed. But what if that mistake never happened? Your team won, and they are the Champions! Another example, what if there was a different version of you? One that made different choices in life, for better, or worse. The possibilities are endless!

I thought it was nothing but a theory! Well let me tell you, it's real! It's a long story so try to keep up!

I believed the multiverse was real at first when I met a man named Quentin Beck, who told me he was from another universe where his earth was destroyed by the elementals. Turns out, it was all a lie. After the chaos in London, I returned home to New York and found out my secret identity was exposed to the whole world and framed for murder! Things went from crazy to worse! Villains from other universes began to come out of nowhere, attacked me and claimed I was their Peter Parker! That right there is what made me believe that the multiverse was indeed real! And the reason they appeared is because it was my fault.

You see, when my identity was exposed, and being framed for murdering Beck, people hated me! Not only that, it made the ones I love in my life difficult. So I went to the only person I know who can fix this. His name was Stephen Strange. Or if we're going by hero names, Doctor Strange. Anyway, I told him if there was a spell that could make everyone forget that I am Spider-Man so things can be back to normal. Thankfully there was! That's where I mess things up. While casting the spell, I asked Strange to see if there were some people I know that could still know me as Spider-Man, that didn't work so well as it botched the spell and brought some villains from other universes.

Their names were Otto Octavius, Norman Osborn, Flint Marko Max Dillon, and Curt Connors. Apparently they knew each other! And they found out they died in their universes while fighting their Spider-Man. Okay…Awkward.

After some time, we managed to capture them all, and after learning what caused them to be villains, I decided to help them out. Strange didn't like that, instead he was going to use some strange magic cube thing that contained the spell he created and use it send them home. We began to disagree and ended up fighting in a place called the mirror dimension. And guess who won? Me! With the help of geometry! Ha! Sorry. Back to the story. Returning to reality, My friends and I took the villains to Happy's apartment and began treating them to reverse their condition, by using the fabricator. It worked! For one of them at least. After curing Octavius first, and in the middle of helping the others, Osborn's goblin persona attacked us and convinced the other villains to turn on us! It was a disaster. I also lost Aunt May that night.

Before she died, she told me that 'I have a gift. I have power. And with great power there must also come great responsibility.'

I took those words to heart, but I couldn't bear the loss of someone I had just lost. So I ran away. It didn't take long for MJ and Ned to find me, and they weren't alone. Turns out that not only the villains came to my universe, their Spider-Man came here too!

Peter 2 and 3! We had great chemistry together. Became best friends too! With the three of us, we created cures for the villains one last time and faced them on Liberty Island.

The fight was insane! One by one, and with some teamwork, we cured the villains! With a little help from Dr. Octavius who came in at the last second. Strange, who showed up moments later, was impressed that we cured nearly all the villains. Suddenly Osborn came in and destroyed the magic cube thing that was their way to return them home, which also released the spell contained inside it.

Wanting to end this once and for all, it was just me, and Osborn's goblin persona. Only one of us will be walking out of here alive. Slowly I started to stop holding back my strength, every punch hitting that monster was beginning to feel satisfying. Down on his knees, I grabbed his glider and without a second thought I brought it down. I would've ended his life if it wasn't for Peter 2 stopping it! He said nothing, but the look he was giving me was telling me not to go down a path that I would regret. It's what Goblin wanted! My anger wanted to kill him right there for killing Aunt May! But I couldn't do it. It wasn't right! Slowly we placed the glider down, and I began to clear my head. I was glad he was there to stop me. Suddenly Osborn backstabbed Peter 2 in the back. Literally. Goblin tried to get me angry again so I could kill him by mentioning Aunt May. Quickly, Peter 3 tossed me the serum and injected it into him. It was over, but not completely.

With Osborn cured, I went up to Strange who tried to contain, which I assume it is, a big portal in the sky! Within it, contained billions, perhaps endless of villains who knew Peter Parker is Spider-Man from across the multiverse! I asked him if we could use the spell once more, he said it wouldn't work as it was too late. What could we do? What can I do?

Then that's when I told Strange that instead of people forgetting about Peter Parker being Spider-Man, what if he can make a spell that can make everybody forget about Peter Parker instead. He told me about the consequences, they'll have no memory of me, it'll be as if I never existed. I understood what would happen, and I accepted it.

While Strange casted the spell, I told MJ and Ned what would happen, they didn't like it, but there was no choice. I said my goodbyes, and kissed MJ one last time knowing she would completely forget about me. As the spell was complete and casted, the multiverse visitors vanished and returned to their universes. As for me, I left Ned and MJ behind. It was now just me, all alone. In a world where no one knows Peter Parker anymore.

Far from Liberty Island, Peter sat on the roof of a nearby building seeing where the battle took place. He saw the media, the police, and the EMTs arriving at the Island. The teenager sighed as the mess he started was now over but the question is what will he do now? He had no home to go back to, no one to help him. What now?

"You ok kid?"

Peter forze for a moment. That voice! Could it be? He turned around and saw Strange behind him.

"Stephen?"

The man sighed. "Again, it still feels weird. And yeah it's me."

Peter was shocked. How is it possible that Strange can remember him?

"B-But how? Your spell! Shouldn't it-"

"While you weren't looking, I made an alteration to the spell. It wasn't easy to do but I managed to make it work. And it will be the LAST and ONLY change to this spell."

"So that means you remember me? Right?" Peter said, sounding hopeful.

Strange walked up the kid and patted his shoulder.

"I do and it's only me that remembers you. I'm sorry Peter."

"It's ok. I'm just glad someone remembers me." Peter suddenly hugs Strange in relief and happiness.

The Sorcerer felt awkward but understood what the teen was going through, so he returned the hug. He was just glad no one was out here seeing them. An adult in a weird outfit hugging a teenager in a hero costume. Yeah, that's a bad image right there.

"Ok, Ok. Come on, let's head back to the sanctum. You've been through hell and I'm sure you want to rest."

"Yeah, sounds good."

Breaking the hug, Strange created a portal and the two went through.

New York Sanctum, one month later.

"Spider-Man's cultists continue to contend that the vile vigilante is a hero! Well if he were a hero he'd unmask himself and tell us who he really is! Because only a coward conceals his identity! Only a coward hides his true intentions! Rest assured ladies and gentlemen, this reporter will uncover those intentions!"

"Can't believe anyone listens to that crap. Next they'll believe Captain America is on the moon!" Strange said as he turned off his television and looked back at his book. Guess people will believe anything that comes from the media these days. But at least Peter's identity is safe now. No one knows who he is under the mask except him.

Speaking of Peter, the kid had left earlier this morning to visit his friends. He wanted to try and see if there was any memory left of him in them. Strange told him that it may not be possible but it was worth a try if it helps him. After a month of living with him Peter hasn't done much around the sanctum, not that he needed to do anything around here since everything in this place is full of dangerous artifacts. He gave the teen some space and took in the situation he's going through. Strange wanted to help him. But how? It's not like he could reverse the spell. Which he can't since he doesn't want to cause another mess that'll danger his universe or the multiverse.

There's gotta be something he can help Peter out. But how? It's not like he can change his identity! Or can he? Which is why he has this book in his hands!

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.

*Knock* *Knock*

*Creek*

"Strange? I'm home!"

"Right here Peter!"

Walking into the living room, which is weird that this magical place has a living room, a TV and stuff. Strange did say that the sorcerers aren't savages. But he ain't complaining!

"So how did it go? Any luck?" Strange asked.

Peter sat next to him and said nothing for a moment as he replied. "I didn't tell them anything."

"You didn't? Why?"

"I…I found out MJ and Ned are heading to MIT. I don't want to ruin that from them. They deserve better. And it's best if they don't get involved in any mess that I get into."

Strange nodded. He understood what Peter wanted to do. Best to keep the ones you love uninvolved into harm's way.

"Probably for the best. So what now?"

"Well as of now Peter Parker doesn't exist in the memories of everyone in the world. So…maybe you could help me out with that?"

Strange smirked. This was the perfect moment to tell him about what he was researching.

"Well lucky for you, I have a solution that might help." That caught Peter's interests. But the sorcerer interrupted. "No kid, It doesn't involve regaining your friends' memories back."

The teen sank back into the couch. There goes his hopes. "Ok, then what is it?"

Strange showed Peter the book he was reading.

"A reincarnation spell."

Peter was speechless for a moment. Did he hear that right? "What kind of spell?"

"Reincarnation spell. You know, like, live another life, become reborn, that kind of thing."

"So basically a new body and identity?"

"Pretty much."

"Meaning I'll no longer-"

"Be Peter Parker no more."

"And since we're using magic, I'm betting there's a catch."

"Right you are! But there's more than one catch. So here's the deal, I cast this spell, there's no going back. It's a one way trip. And please, no altering the spell while I'm in the middle of working on it. We both know how that ended."

Peter awkwardly laughed and nodded. Don't want another multiverse crisis on their hands. One was enough already!

"Good. Now here's the catch, once you are reincarnated you'll keep your memories. All of it. So that's a plus. Next, is the reason I said there's no going back. When the spell is complete, you'll be taken to another world. Specifically another universe."

"Wait, what? You mean I'll be taken somewhere in the multiverse if I choose to be reincarnated? I thought we weren't going to mess with multiverse stuff!"

"That's how the spell works kid, I don't write these things down. And know I'm doing this for you!"

"Stephen…" Peter didn't know how to feel about this. It was nice but Strange didn't have to do this for him!

The man sighed. "Look, as you said, Peter Parker doesn't exist any more. The World, the Avengers, your friends, they don't know you anymore except me. So I'm all you have to rely on. If you decide to refuse I understand, but you're on your own out there."

Peter kept quiet as Strange's words were true. It'll be difficult to live out there without any real identification to prove you exist. It'll be hard to find a place to live, find a job, heck, he's not an Avenger anymore!

Seeing him in deep thought, Strange said. "I'll give you some time to think about it. All I'm doing is helping and offering you a way out of this mess. Remember, it's a one way trip, think about this really hard."

With that Strange left Peter alone to think about his decision. Reincarnation? Become a new person? Born into a new universe? If he takes Strange's offer then no more being Peter Parker! The positives are that he'll still keep his memories and be giving a fresh start. But he'll be leaving behind the one he loves. If he stays he'll continue to become Spider-Man while the public either hates him or supports him thanks to the Daily Bugle. Then again the whole world doesn't remember Peter Parker. It'll be difficult to live alone with no one to support him. Of course there's Strange but he can't help him out forever.

Now the question is what will he choose?

Later that day, Strange's Room

Strange read the book containing the reincarnation spell for what felt like a hundred times now. He didn't want to cause another multiverse incident again, or something worse. But what if he could maybe just slightly alter the spell to give Peter a hand should he choose to reincarnate.

Speaking of the spell, Strange found the book when he wanted to try and help Peter after he requested to make the world forget about him. Funny thing is while searching, the book was in the wrong section! Someone accidentally misplaced it when reorganizing the library. Strange found it by chance while looking around in the memory spell sections. Talk about lucky!

Strange was honestly hoping Peter will make the right choice. But what choice is right? Reincarnation is basically getting a second chance with your memories intact, but he'll have to start his life all over again in an unknown world in an unknown universe! Refusing will make things difficult for Peter. Part of him wanted to help him, but he can't baby him like a lost child forever. He needs to grow up and deal with the situation the kid is in now. That's how life works. Ugh, is this how parenting is like? No wonder he didn't want children! So much hard work!

*Knock* *Knock*

"Stephen? It's Peter!"

"Come in!"

*Creek*

"Hey Stephen." Said Peter while entering the room.

Strange mentaly sighed. Yeah he's not gonna get used to that. "Hey Peter, have you made a decision yet?"

Peter sighed as he prepared himself.

"Yeah. I thought about it hard and the risks it comes with. So…I want a second chance in my new life."

"You sure? Remember, it's a one way trip. There's no coming back to this universe!"

"I am. As much as I hate to say it, there's nothing for me here. Same goes for Spider-Man. I lost Aunt May, Happy, Ned, and MJ. I'm no longer an Avenger thanks to the spell too. So yes, I would like a chance at a new life."

Strange nodded. Peter deserved better. And he's going to get it.

"Sounds like your mind's made up. So, shall we get started?"

"Wait now? We aren't going to wait until tomorrow or-"

"Peter, if we wait, you'll start to get second thoughts, and all the hard work I have done would've been wasted. So yes we are starting now."

"Oh. Ok. Then after you?" Said Peter awkwardly.

"Right this way." Said Strange as he led Peter to the lower levels of the sanctum.

Sanctum, Lower Levels.

The lower levels, the place where it all began with Peter screwing up the spell and brought in those multiverse visitors. Now here they are again to cast a new spell in hopes it won't happen again. That's if Peter doesn't request any alterations on the spell.

"Alright this is it. Are you sure you're ready? Remember there's no coming back!"

Peter took a deep breath and exhaled.

"I am."

Strange then began to prepare the spell, similar to one in which they tried to wipe the whole world's memory of Peter as Spider-Man. Only this time the orange glyphs surrounded Peter.

"Woah!"

"Easy Peter, the spell is almost done. Now if I could just…" With a wave of his hand Strange made Peter glow for just a moment signaling that his alteration, and only alteration, has been done. "There! You'll thank me for that kid!"

"Wh-Wh-What was that? What did you just do? And what do you mean I'll thank you?" Peter replied as he began to panic and question what did Strange mean 'thank me for that'?

"You'll see when it happens. I'd tell you but that'll ruin the surprise."

The orange glyphs glowed brighter, Signaling Strange the spell is complete and ready to send him off somewhere in the multiverse. Just as he was about to motion his arms, Peter said.

"See you around Stephen. Thanks for everything!"

Strange slightly smiled. "Good luck kid, and take care."

*Flash*

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep* *Beep*

A green haired teen slowly sat up from his bed and turned off his alarm. He smiled as he waited a long time for this day! His first day at U.A.!

"Alright! Time to get ready!"

Heading to the restroom first, the teen looked at his messy hair. He just shrugged his shoulders and began brushing his teeth. His messy hair was naturally a mess, no one will notice the difference!

Next he walked towards his closet and found what he needed to wear. His U.A. uniform! Moments later he looked at himself in the mirror. Looking sharp! And those how to tie a tie videos sure helped!

After eating breakfast, the teen headed towards the front door to leave. Not before putting on his shoes first! Then a woman, with similar green hair, said to her son.

"Izuku, you're all set?"

"Yup! Good to go!"

"Are you sure? You didn't just pack action figures right?"

"Mom!"

"*Giggle* Just teasing!"

Izuku blushed, he's a teenager for crying out loud! He hasn't packed any action figures since kindergarten and elementary school.

"Well, I'm off! Don't want to be late on my first day!"

Just as he opened the door his mother spoke.

"Izuku!"

"Yeah?"

His mother smiled happily. "I'm really proud of you son!"

This surprised Izuku a bit, he smiled and walked towards his mother to give her a big hug! But a careful one since his pow- Er Quirk is strong!

The woman returned the hug. He had grown so fast! Where does the time go?

"Thanks mom…Alright, gotta go for real! See you later!" He released the hug and headed out!

Looking at the sky, it was a great day! The sky is blue with some clouds here and there. Seems like a good time to do some swinging!

Izuku dug into his backpack and pulled out two bracelets and wore them over his wrists. With a quick adjustment, he held one of his arms out and fired a long string made of webs and swinged away from his apartment! He yelled in excitement as he swung around the buildings towards U.A.! Hopefully no one sees him doing this! Better swing faster!

("Look out world! Here comes your future hero! Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!")
