I Won't Say It

Sam was going to kill Cassie the next time she saw her. She couldn't believe she had let her talk her into watching another Disney film. This time it was Hercules. But (Unfortunately for Sam,) Cassie had arrived at her front door with such a puppy dog look in her eye that Sam had relented and let the young girl put the stupid film in and now Sam couldn't sleep. She'd got one of the songs running round her head and her mind was adding a few things into it that Sam just didn't want to think about right now. She couldn't believe that a song in a children's film had finally made her admit what she had been denying for so long…

"If there's a prize for rotten judgement

I guess I've already won that (Well falling for your CO is hardly a good idea)

No man is worth the aggravation

That's ancient history been there, done that (Just look how well Jonas and I turned out)

Who'd you think you're kidding?

Oh yes, young Cassandra Fraiser was in big trouble as soon as Sam saw her next, 'cos now she didn't know what to do. Before now she had known she felt a lot for her CO, hell, she'd even told him as much but she had never put a name to it. Now that she had she didn't know whether she would be able to look him in the eye again. So she did what she had always done in her non-relationship with her CO. She put it in the room (well the part of her brain that she didn't usually think about unless surprised) and went about her usual day. She knew that one day there would be so much stuff in that room that she would no longer be able to keep it hidden, but that day wasn't here just yet.
