Episode One: Shift Into Turbo

(Prologue)

Angel Grove Arena

"The competition is fierce as the Angel Grove and Stone Canyon teams battle for the Championship and the 25,000$ Grand Prize for their charity," an announcer for the Championship said. Tommy, Adam, and Jason, who replaced Rocky last minute, were facing off against three men in black, representing the Stone Canyon team. Kim, Billy, Kat, Tanya, and Ernie were all sitting there, watching the match.

Tommy had been fighting off his opponent, mostly sending kicks at him, and blocking all of the other guy's kicks easily, when he suddenly sent a powerful kick at his opponent, making him twist in the air and hit the mat, scoring Angel Grove a point. This caused everyone there for Angel Grove to burst out in excitement

"Angel Grove scores the first point." The announcer said over the noise of the audience.

Over by the ringside where Coach Daniels was, Rocky came over. "Hey coach." Rocky said, patting his coach's back as he looked on at his friends.

"Hey Kim look," Kat said to her closest friend. "It's Rocky." She said. Though she said it to Kim, Justin, Tanya and Billy heard.

"Where?" Kim asked which was on everyone's mind.

"He's ringside with Coach Daniels," Kat said, pointing towards ringside where Rocky was along with Coach Daniels.

Back on the mats, Adam was facing off against his opponent. He over estimated his jump and accidentally jumped over his opponent, but he made it so that only his shoulders hit the mat.

"Come on Adam, get up." Rocky encouraged.

Adam did as told and jumped back on his feet, automatically going back to fighting his opponent. He suddenly swept his opponent's feet from under him, knocking him down, earning Angel Grove another point.

"And Angel Grove scores another point." The announcer shouted out, causing everyone to cheer. "One more point and they clinch the Championship."

Jason was facing off against his opponent, and he was easily blocking his kicks and punches. Jason suddenly kicked his opponent with a hard kick, sending him to the ground.

Tommy was doing well against his opponent as well, avoiding all the kicks and punches and sending some of his own once in a while.

Jason's opponent was throwing kicks and punches, which Jason was easily avoiding. Jason suddenly kicked his opponent, making him fly into the ropes and hit the ground, giving Angel Grove the final point.

This caused everyone to cheer and hug each other. Rocky and Coach Daniels even hugged, forgetting about Rocky's injury until he groaned out in pain.

"7 minutes and 38 seconds into the competition, the Championship Title goes to… the Angel Grove Shelter!" The announcer yelled out, causing everyone to jump, hug, and cheer in victory.

"I knew they could do it!" Justin yelled out as he jumped out of his seat.

"Come on my young padawan, let's go celebrate with our friends." Billy said, dragging Justin along with him to the ring, where Jason, Adam, and Tommy were. All three of the victors shook the announcers hand and Jason took the cheque with a smile on his face.

Kimberly came down to ringside an hugged Tommy, in which he grinned "Thanks, I guess the shelter isn't closing anytime soon." Tommy said.

"It sure isn't!" Kimberly said, her voice full of excitement.

Tommy felt a tap on his shoulder he turned around and saw the announcer with the trophy in his hands. "Here you go." The announcer said.

"Thank you." Tommy said, taking the trophy. As Tommy was accepting the trophy and Jason hoisted the check for $25,000 over his head, Adam turned back towards Kimberly, Billy, Kat, and Tanya and gave their teammates a thumbs up and a smile. Kimberly and Kat both shared a glance with each other. They looked back up at the ring as Billy and Tanya brought it to their attention and saw as Justin was brought onto Tommy's shoulder and Adam handed Justin the trophy. Justin held it up high, making everyone clap loudly at their achievement.

Life was great… for now.

Six Months Later - Planet Gratha - Divatox's Home-World

Divatox, the evil space pirate is rallying forces in preparation for her new campaign to destroy the Power Rangers. There are a large group of cheering Piranhatrons gathered together as Divatox herself is standing above them on a cliff with Porto and Rygog flanking her on both sides. As she begins to speak she notices a figure moving in the center of the Piranhatrons, flanked by his Chromites. As he moves closer into Divatox's view she realizes this is her brother Havoc, still smoking after being thrown into the Pit of Flames by Tommy.

Divatox's eyes widened as she thought her brother was as good as dead.

Divatox finally musters up a sentence and speaks, "Havoc how did you-"

"Grathans do not die so easily! Especially when there's a feud to be settled. I won't stop until I've gotten the best of Tommy Oliver. He will BEG FOR MERCY!" Havoc responds.

The Piranhatrons and Chromites begin to cheer loudly.

"Silence." Divatox ordered

Havoc then stands beside his sister as she begins to speak as all the Piranhatrons then quieted down as they just stare up at their master.

"Piranhatrons." Divatox called out.

She then turned around towards her generals and army of monsters.

"Monsters, faithful followers." Divatox called out. "You all know the reason why we are here. The ruination of my plan to dominate the universe must be avenged." Divatox announced

They all burst into cheers and shouts again.

Divatox then motions for the cheering Piranhatrons and Chromites to quiet down again as they do so.

"Yes. The Power Rangers will pay dearly. Their beloved Earth will become mine." Divatox declared

She then raised her hand up into the air in a fist.

"Are you with me?" Divatox questioned

The crowd erupts again, pledging their allegiance to her once more.

Meanwhile at The Angel Grove Botanical Gardens

Tanya is carrying a big pot of flowers and Kat is carrying the Angel Grove High School Seal that will be attached to the podium. They are conversing about the location of their graduation.

"I think the Angel Grove Botanical Gardens is an excellent choice to hold our graduation ceremony." Tanya said.

"Yeah me too. I just wish Tommy could be here." Kat explained.

"I know Kat but working on his uncles stock car crew was something he just couldn't pass up." Tanya explained.

Adam is unloading chairs from a truck for the ceremony and further explains "Yeah and besides he's already picked up his diploma."

As they continue to walk to the stage, Kat ponders over the conversation for a beat and finally says "Yeah, you're right it is a great experience and I am happy for him. I just wish he could see the surprises that are here waiting for him."

The three rangers place their items in different locations before Tanya inquires "Surprises, what surprises?"

Kat explains further. "Well we know that Kimberly and Jason stayed around to finish at Angel Grove High, both of them saying they had to finish things up in the city. Billy graduated last December but he's hanging around getting some of his prerequisite classes out of the way before he goes off to The University of Mariner Bay."

Tanya and Adam look on in correlation as Kat continues "But what if I told you that Aisha, Zack and Trini are also in town and that they're also walking across the stage with us?"

Tanya and Adam look on in amazement before Adam asks "Wow that's great but how?"

It is at this point Billy arrives to help out having heard the latter end of the conversation. He actually has an answer. "Well we know that Trini and Zack have been away at the Peace conference, and that counts as a study abroad program for them, so they're caught up on all their credits. As for Aisha she's been in consistent contact with the school according to Mr. Kaplan asking what credits of hers will transfer just in case she ever wanted to come back to Angel Grove."

Tanya looks on in amazement before saying. "Wow, it looks like they just can't stay away from this place huh?"
