Chapter 1:

Welcome to the great world of Pokemon! In this world, there are powerful creatures known as Pokemon! Humans and Pokemon created a special bond with one another, and they began to work together in harmony that has lasted for generations!

Soon enough, people started to train these mysterious Pokemon and they became Trainers and started to participate in a great sport known as Pokemon Battles!

However, they don't just battle, there are great contests with coordinators, showing how amazing and majestic Pokemon can be!

There are many mysteries behind these outstanding creatures.

Some are legendary

Some are of great help.

It's up to Pokemon and their Trainer together, to make peace.

And to be the very best….

In the Kanto Region, there was a small town known as Pallet Town. In a house close near the countryside. There was a young Teenager. Ash Ketchum, a boy with black messy hair, (In which he covered it up with a red and white Pokemon League hat.) He had a dream of being a Pokemon Master, a title to the person who was very great with Pokemon.

On the roof of his house, staring at the sky was a Yellow Mouse Pokemon named Pikachu. They both had competed in many Pokemon Leagues. He shared this boys Dream and had become his very loyal partner. They both sought the dream of becoming...

…. A Pokemon Master.

"This just became a global Announcement!" Ash Ketchum was eating toast at his mother's place when it appeared in the News. "The news came from the G.B.A ! The newest Pokemon Tournament League is about to take off! However, there has been a change!"

Soon the TV changed it screen to four screens. It shown four different maps.

Four different regions….. Ash knew those Regions. He had traveled across four of those regions and met a lot of it's pokemon and people.

"Kanto, Sinnoh, Kalos, and the Honnen regions, will be the four regions that be part taking is this grand event! Which leads to worries about the amount of…"

As The girl described how this will be the biggest League in the world, Pikachu walked towards the window. He had noticed that his trainer had given the television his full attention.

"Pikachu! You better come and see this!" Ash called Pikachu.

"Pika?" Pikachu's ear twitched as he crawled off the roof and down the house. He quickly found his way inside and he jumped on the coffee table/ He turned to the T.V screen.

A women was on the screen and she was standing next to a giant banner.

She waved a gesture towards it.

"I am happy to announce that the very first Pokemon Master League is about to be underway. It is going to be the very biggest Pokemon Event in History. Pokemon, trainers and, even Coordinators alike will be given the opportunity to come and compete for the Title of; Pokemon Master!

Ash stood up and clenched his fists. Pikachu leaned in closer.

"Did you hear that Buddy!?" Ash chimed.

"Pika, Pikachu!" Pikachu and Ash turned to one another, both as if armed and ready to take off to get their wishes already.

"If what that girl said was true, we already know what Pokemon are there in each of those regions! We can actually do this Pikachu!"

"Pika Pika!" Pikachu replied, agreeingly.

They both turned to the screen.

"If you are seeking to enter this great event, there will be an Entry Exam Gym that you must enter at each Region. There it will be the traditional Gym battle, to be rewarded the four gym badges….. Four Gym Battles, one Giant World League! Who will be the greatest Pokemon Master!"

Ash was quick to leave the living room.

"I have to talk to Professor Oak, I have a lot of preparation to do….. Which hat am I going to wear!?"

Meanwhile, in the Sinnoh Region was a young girl who was a teen. She wore a white beanie, a black tank-top and a pink dress. She was at her house, however after hearing the news about the World League, she couldn't help herself and ran outside to her yard. She threw two Pokeballs, of her two favorite Pokemon.

The Pokeballs bursted with red light, and soon

Buneary and Piplup appeared.

"Bun-Neary!" Buneary called. She was a brown rabbit with a yellow fluff bottom that was also well suited as a dress. One of her ears was usually compressed.

"Pip-plup!" Piplup greeted. Piplup was a blue and white small penguin pokemon. He waved once more. "Piplup!"

"Sorry, guys! I sorry if I woke you two up,but I just had to tell you the news!" Dawn kneeled down. "There's a new Pokemon contest that was just announced and Coordinators can earn a title as Pokemon Masters now! It's in its own category!"

Buneary and Piplup exchanged glances. They were joyful for their trainer, happy that she could get a chance to become a Pokemon Master.

"Isn't this great!" Dawn happily yelped with a clenched fist. "Now I can become a Pokemon Master, I can become one,... Maybe even alongside Ash!"

Buneary's smile faded, and her heart skipped a beat.

Buneary remembered Ash, and the adventures she had with Pikachu.

Buneary had never forgotten Pikachu. She didn't like thinking about the distances between each other. She had deep inner feelings for Pikachu. If only they had gotten even closer. Buneary started to day dream.

Dawn got up and turned around.

"I gotta go tell my mom!" Dawn yelped happily with joy.

Piplup was going to follow dawn, but once he took a few steps forward, he noticed Buneary was frozen in place.

"Pip?" Piplup turned to Buneary.

Buneary was looking down, her thoughts deep in her own little world.

Piplup tilted his head a little.

"Buneary….." Piplup called her to her. "Aren't you… coming inside?"

Buneary slowly looked up to her best friend, He was also Pikachu's best friend, and he made her close to him.

"Piplup…...Do you ever think about…...if Dawn had stayed by Ash long enough to…" Soon she trailed off, she soon held her fluff dress tightly. "N-...Nevermind." She then hides herself with her dress.

Piplup tucked his fins into his hips as he smiled slowly.

"Are you thinking about Pikachu again?" Piplup guessed, quite easily. Buneary however looked away, making him lose his confident smile.

"...I…..I'm at a lost….I fear now if I stay here longer…. It's…. I…. ..I won't ever see Pikachu again!"

Piplup stared at her. Piplup didn't exactly know what to say. He didn't know she felt this heart broken about leaving Ash's company and moving into Dawn's home. Did she really miss Pikachu this much? …. Not only that…..

Piplup realized, Buneary was thinking about… running away….

Buneary soon stepped closer.

"Do you think…..she'll be mad?"

Piplup snapped out of thoughts, he put on a brave face.

"About w-what?" Piplupp tried to play dumb.

Buneary hid her face even more. She was scared. She shook.

"I….I want him badly Piplup…." Buneary looked at Piplup, and he saw that she had tears welled up in her eyes. "...All I can think about….all the moments I failed to gain his complete and full attention!"

Piplup was getting a strong feeling from her, it put him in a tough spot. He stepped backwards.

"Y-You got his attention before…." Piplup tried to sooth Buneary with.

Buneary frowned suddenly.

"Oh? Do you know his favorite color, because I don't!" Buneary stepped closer once more. "Pikachu is strong, but what his dream?! I don't even know Piplup!"

Piplup started to sweat. He was getting a panicky voice. "Uh, wasn't his dream….. Like Ash's dream? To become a Pokemon Master…"

Buneary stepped right into his face. She stared hard.

"...Answer me this right now….Did Pikachu say that…..or you…."

Piplup blinked twice.

"I'm….. just guessing….?"

Buneary closed her eyes. She took a deep sign. She shook as she frowned, clenching her paws tight.

Piplup stood there. Buneary was almost to the verge of tears. Piplup started to feel bad for the poor brown rabbit. Piplup wanted to help her.

"I- I can't do this... I thought I might of been able to stay with Dawn... and move on... but I... but I..."

Buneary was clenching her eyes shut, tightly.

"...T-Take care of Dawn!" Buneary suddenly turned around and dashed away from Piplup as fast as she could. Trying to disappear into the dark night.

Piplup shook his head.

"W-Wait! Buneary!" Piplup cried out as he started to chase her. "Come BACK!"

Buneary bounced once and turned to him.

"BUN-" Buneary shot her ice beam attack at him. "-NEARY!

Piplup saw it and slid himself into a sidestep.

"W-WATCH IT!" Piplup found himself diving sideways. Piplup hit the hard dirt.

Buneary soon bounced hard, and was sent herself soaring.

"TELL DAWN I LOVE HEEEEEER!" Her voice disappeared along with her in the night sky.

Piplup raised a fin, watching her soar away.

"Wait! DON'T!" Piplup cried, heart broken. He didn't want his best friend to leave so soon.

Ash entered the sliding door to Professor Oaks lab. Pikachu came running in between his legs.

Pikachu liked coming here, for he knew that Professor Oak was home to all of Pikachu's bestest of friends. He ran across the lab happily.

Ash walked upstairs to visit Professor Oak.

"Hey! Pikachu can you find Squirtle and Bulbasaur for me? I'll talk to the professor!" Ash asked Pikachu has he ran up the stairs, in great excitement. "If you can, find Charizard TOO!"

"Pika Pika!" Pikachu raised a paw and took off. "Pika- P!"

He entered the sliding doors to the right, to the Pokemon Garden.

It was a huge indoor lab, where plants and trees, alongside a river housed many pokemon.

"Woah! Did this place get bigger since the last time I was here?!" Pikachu complicated the size of the garden.

Pikachu continues on down the grassy trail through the lab. It was a big garden, and Pikachu was wondering where his friends might be, and what exactly they was up to.

Right as he pasted a tree however….

"P-PIkachu?! Is that you?!" A light voice chimed in. Pikachu slowed down to a stop, stood straight, and turned.

"...Huh?" Pikachu turned around, and there stood a tall green grass pokemon known as a Bayleaf. She had a pink leaf necklace across her neck.

"It IS you Pikachu!" Bayleaf soon rushed over to nuzzle Pikachu once just as a friendly gesture. "It's been too long!"

Pikachu happily giggled.

"I'm sorry! We haven't been home that long…." Pikachu stepped back and looked at his tall grass pokemon friend. He smiled up at her. "We just recently got back from our journey….."

Bayleaf frowned.

"Yeah…. Let me guess…..Ash is here to pick only a few of us up, huh…." Bayleaf guessed.

Pikachu scratched the back of his head and looked down. "Yeah….. There is a new league starting up….. A big one…."

Bayleaf tilted her head, almost looking sad.

"Awe… That's too bad… And here I thought you and Ash would take some time to be at home….."

"Oh?"

It was a new, but familiar voice that caught the attention of the two. Soon, they turned and there stood Squirtle and Bulbusar. Squirtle walks up and shakes Pikachu's paw.

"Well, Well, long time no see!" He greeted Pikachu.

Bulbasaur walked slowly up to them, seeming to have his eyes closed, with a calm smile to go with it.

"Old friends, once again seeing each other…." Bulbasaur explained, he then looked up. "... But how long are you and Ash staying home this time?"

Pikachu slowly signed.

"It's….not long….." Pikachu slowly scanned the room. He was looking for the one other Pokemon he thought was a great fit for this great Pokemon League. "...There is a new World League and…. Apparently it's going to be the biggest one…..."

Soon, however he noticed the one Pokemon Pikachu wanted to ask was missing from the lab. He turned to his old friends.

"Where's Charizard?" Pikachu asked slowly.

Squirtle and Bulbasaur looked at each other, not really interested in this side of the conversation. Squirtle crossed his arms and smiled at Pikachu.

"Oh… You know…. Not around, not really caring to hang out…. Like a team…." Squirtle explained. Pikachu's ears folded.

"So…. He still doesn't want to fit in….. Huh…?"

Squirtle eyed his friends one last time, as if wondering if they should tell him something.

"Well….." Squirtle shrugs with flat paws. "He mentions you every other day, wondering if you stopped by…."

Pikachu's ears perked back up.

"Really? Charizard has asked for me…?" Pikachu asked, with hopes that Charizard might actually want to join the world cup on Ash's team. "Where…. Exactly does he go for the day….?"

"Well….The only place we guess is the old Abandoned building that is just on the edge of the road, by Professor Oak's mailbox. It's the only place within the mile….I think he likes it near the mountain side..." Squirtle tilted his head. "Are you about to go see him?"

Pikachu smiled and turned towards the door.

"Yeah… but heads up Squirtle… Bulbasaur….. Ash mentioned taking you two to the World League with us…. So you might as well look forward to going on this journey with us…."

The two beamed at that idea. Pikachu saw their excited smiles grow.

"Count us in!"

It had been a total of 24 hours since Buneary had ran away from Dawn's home. She guessed that Dawn was probably on the search, however Buneary was so far in her journey, by the time she had reached Kanto, Dawn would have just to meet up with Ash.

Buneary kept walking down the trail, it was past Midnight. Buneary had lost track of time and had no idea what time it actually was. She was in a dark side of the woods.

Of course dark, did not mean dead. There was still plenty of pokemon life flying, digging, and walking around. Buneary smiled, as she felt safe enough to keep on her march.

However… She soon stopped to a female voice.

"Um?! Excuse me! I just happened to get lost?! Can anyone take me to Pallet Town?!"

Buneary turned to the voice and saw a red Vulpix sitting below a tree, where some Mankeys were staring down at her.

"We don't know that! Get lost!" The Mankey threw a berry down at her, and Vulpix had to dodge.

"How rude!" The Vulpix barked back angrily.

The Mankeys started to hoop and holler, right before they started to jump through the tree tops and leave.

…. The Vulpix looked down, seeming at a loss. She turned and started to walk away.

"Hmm… I guess all the nice Pokemon are asleep…." The Vulpix hadn't noticed Buneary yet.

Buneary held her chin, pondering what she should do, and why a Vulpix was going towards the same town as she was, but she shook her head out of the debate.

...Pikachu would help her… Buneary waved at her.

"Heeey! You there!" Buneary called to Vulpix.

The Vulpix slowly looked up and saw the brown Buneary waving at her. She smiled and slowly walked towards her.

"Oh, why… Hello there…" The Vulpix greeted Buneary….

Buneary nodded.

"Hi….. You said you needed to go to Pallet Town?" Buneary soon looked up. She did know how to get there….. "...I saw a sign not too far away that said we have about ten miles to go…."

Vulpix's head tilted, she seemed to feel comfortable around this Buneary.

"Wait…. Are you going to Pallet town….?" The Vulpix asked curiously.

Buneary started to feel nervous, wondering if this was a good idea now…

"Yes….. I….want to go visit….a...c-close friend…" Buneary slowly gripped her dress, almost wanting to hide.

The Vulpix nodded, keeping a firm smile. She looked out into the darkness.

"I see…. So we have similar goals… I, too, want to find someone I'm close to…." The Vulpix explained. "So you know how to get there?"

Buneary smiled at her. She had decided that Vulpix isn't that bad. She just hoped that the Vulpix wasn't wanting to visit Pikachu as well. She decided that was a very silly thought….

"Yes I do. I studied a map on the way at a bus stop…." Buneary seemed to frown. "They don't happen to let stray Pokemon on the bus…."

Vulpix giggled.

"That they do not…." The Vullpix jokingly agreeed, she then stepped closer. "So…. tell me about your close friend, he must be something…. for you to travel so far away…."

Buneary frowned into a blush. She was not ready to give that info up easily.

"You first…." Buneary bluntly stated.

The two began to travel through the forest as they continued the conversation. The Vulpix looked up.

"Ah… Well…. I wanted to find…. One of my old trainers…. That I really enjoyed my time with…." The Vulpix explained honestly…

Buneary eyed her, as she was still deep in ponder. She felt a bit calmer about traveling with her all of a sudden.

"...A trainer?" Buneary looked down, almost confused. She felt close to Dawn very closely, but not enough to make a big journey for her, even though it still hurt that Buneary had left Dawn's side just this evening…. "Must be a great trainer…"

"Yes…. He took such good care of me…." The Vulpix explains further. "His name… was Brock… He wants to be the worlds greatest Pokemon Breeder…"

Buneary stopped. This almost made Vulpix stop.

"Brock…..Like….Tall, brown hair, never see his eyes Brock!?" Buneary gasped out loud. Vulpix looked at her blankly for a moment, before smiling.

"Huh? Have you met Brock before…..?" Vulpix asked, feeling a bit shocked.

Buneary clasped her paws together. She felt a jolt of excitement hearing this.

"Why, yes!" Buneary was very happy to answer. "I journeyed alongside him with my…. Trainer….."

Buneary smile started to fade as she began to think about Dawn, once again.

Vulpix smile, however, only grew. She kept her eye onwards.

"Wow! Isn't that something… Our trainers met?" Vulpix repeated, questionably. She turned her head and looked at Buneary. "Tell me…. Are you looking for your trainer as well then?"

Buneary turned away, keeping her eyes downward, watching the trail before them.

"Uh….. No….." Buneary quickly answered, trying to stay quiet.

Vulpix turned to her. Her expression told Buneary that she was only growing curious.

"You're not visiting your trainer….?" Vulpix asked as she tilted her head. "Then…. Who are you trying to reach in Pallet Town….?"

Buneary fell silent. The only thing they could hear was the crunching sound of dirt between their paws.

"... I'm….." Buneary began, but she began to blush. She gripped her yellow fluff and turned away from the Vulpix as they were walking.

Vulpix stared at her. The long wait for her answer had actually told the Vulpix why Buneary was traveling so far to find this person. The Vulpix looked onward, with a warm smile.

"So….. It's someone….. "That" special…." Vulpix theorized. Buneary turned to her, with her blush glowing in the night.

"Uh… Urm… Y-Yeah…. Yeah….." Buneary admitted.

The Vulpix closed her eyes and hummed in thought.

"I haven't seen Brock…. Or Ash in a while….." Vulpix began. "... but I'm going to assume I've met this Pokemon you seek…"

The two stopped walking as Buneary began to get redder. Vulpix hopped as she swiftly turned to the brown rabbit as she stepped one step backwards.

"W-... Well…"

"Is it one of Ash's Pokemon...?" Vulpix pressed on. Buneary took a deep breath and stood straighter.

"Y-Yes…. Okay?" Buneary answered and began to walk away. The Vulpix nodded to herself before she followed her quickly.

"Oh come on! Now I'm curious! Who is it!?" Vulpix giggled as she pressed the issue further.

Buneary however kept quiet. She didn't want to continue this conversation. Her heart felt weak and nervous already.

The Vulpix kept staring at her as they walked side by side. Buneary could feel her smile as her eyes were locked into her.

Buneary kept her ground, and remained silent.

"... It's okay! You can tell me…. I don't bite." Vulpix begged. Buneary slowly looked at Vulpix.

"L-Look…. I'm already very nervous… and I'm not even suppose to be out here…." Buneary pleaded slowly.

The Vulpix just kept staring.

Buneary tried to ignore her, but she could feel Vulpix's very curious stare. Buneary started to feel that if she kept with holding information, it would only make the Vulpix push even further into the issue.

"Come on….!" The Vulpix begged once again. Buneary frowned and turned to her, with an angry stare.

" I thought you were looking for your Trainer! You- You know, Last thing I remember, Brock doesn't even live in Pallet Town!" Buneary pointed out, with a high pitched attitude.

The Vulpix rolled her eyes. She knew started to annoy the shy rabbit, so she just smiled it off.

"Oh,... Yeah, he doesn't live in Pallet Town, no….." She began to explain, in further detail. "But when I got there…. Brock had already took off on another Journey….. I'm just hoping maybe he might be near Ash…. It's the only place I could think of….."

Buneary could see Vulpix's ears fold over, as she was a little sad, from thinking about the time she had wasted traveling to Brock's home town. Buneary looked down, feeling empathy for the red nine tail fox. She looked downward herself.

"I'm…. Sorry….." Buneary apologies with a new fear growing in her heart. What if Pikachu and Ash had left already? What if she was going on a wild goof chase? What if…..

…..Pikachu rejects her…

Vulpix bumps her with her hip.

"Hey! Don't be sorry…. " Vulpix said happily, trying to cheer Buneary back up. She looked onward with fire in her eyes. "We'll both find that special person….. I'll find Brock…. And you'll find…"

Buneary saw Vulpix look back at her nervously.

"Who…. Ever you're seeking… I'll know we'll find him…." Vulpix promised.

Buneary gripped her dress shyly. If that was true, maybe Buneary shouldn't… be so nervous around this very kind Vulpix.

"Pi….. Pikachu…." Buneary admitted in a very quiet voice.

Vulpix blinked once.

"What was that?" Vulpix asked slowly. The two stopped walking. Buneary blushed so hard she covered her face with her yellow fluffy fur dress.

"I'm…. Trying to find…. P- Pikachu!" Buneary cried out of shyness, her voiced muffled from hiding behind her own fur. She didn't understand why she acted this way. It was just something about this certain yellow Pokemon she adored so much it made her own heart quiver with desire.

Vulpix let out a silent and soundless; "Ooooh."

Vulpix then smiled at her.

"Well, it really does look like we're both headed to Ash's place!" Vulpix confirmed. Buneary looked up at her slowly. "I haven't seen Pikachu and his friends in quite a while….. So no matter what…. This trip will be worth it!"

Buneary looked up at the sky.

"You think…. It'll be worth it? Will it truly be…. worth it?" Buneary asked, more to herself then to Vulpix. The Vulpix started to lead the way.

"We ain't going to find out until we get to Pallet Town…" Vulpix casually reminded with confidence. Confidence, Buneary wish she had. Vulpix turned around, when she noticed Buneary was lost in thought.

"Are you coming? Buneary?" Vulpix asked.

Buneary looked up.

"Y-Yeah….. Right…. behind you…"

The sun was bright and the warmth of the sun was covering the life of the mountain side near Pallet Town.

Pikachu was dashing through the forest, he was looking for Charizard. He didn't find him last night, so today he knew he would look for Charizard further up the mountain.

Pikachu scaled the mountain quickly. He knew Ash was packing his travel gear and getting ready to take on their next journey. Pikachu was actually quite excited. He had been training to become Pokemon Master for quite sometime now…..

Maybe this time Pikachu could win it for Ash…

That was Pikachu's goal. He wanted Ash's dream to come true. Pikachu would battle any type of Pokemon for him. He would travel anywhere for him. If it came down to it…. He would die for him.

Pikachu ran towards a tree and climbed it quickly. He slowly climbed into a branch and walked across it.

He saw him…. Charizard, the large redish orange fire type. He was also a large dragon, with two large wings and a constant fire, blazing at the tip of his large tail.

He stood at the edge of a cliff, with his arms crossed. Pikachu almost didn't want to disturb him. He seemed deep in thought, but he also seemed content and at peace.

Pikachu did a small frontflip off the tree branch, landing in the soft green grass below him.

It was quiet when Pikachu slowly approached the fire Pokemon.

Pikachu stopped when he felt a gust of wind blow green leafs past across the grass.

"I thought… I smelt your presence… So you finally returned….." Charizard began, as Pikachu stood behind him. Pikachu was both nervous, and excited to be speaking to Charizard again.

"Hello….. Charizard…." Pikachu greeted with a big smile.

"So….. How long are you and…. Ash…. here this time?" Charizard asked, like his other friends did before him.

Pikachu stared, silently for a moment.

"Not long….. A new League was just announced….. We're going to continue our journey…." Pikachu explained, he stepped forward and clenched his fist. "And Ash wants you to come compete with us!"

Charizard stood there silently. He tapped his claws against his own arm as he kept them acrossed. He slowly turned his head, to where Pikachu could see one of his eyes peer down at him.

"... What kind of League….?" Charizard asked slowly. Pikachu knew Charizard liked to battle, much like how he did….. but Pikachu knew if it wasn't worth the effort, Charizard wouldn't be very interested.

Pikachu smiled confidently.

"It's the biggest League in Pokemon history! It's the one League that will title anyone who wins it as Pokemon Master….." Pikachu explained, trying to make it sound exciting, which wasn't hard. "Four Regions Charizard… and one winner…. I'm for certain this will be the toughest League we have ever competed in….."

Charizard turned back to the open horizons, that could be viewed from the cliff. There was another moment of silence.

"So…. You're telling me that there will be strong Pokemon tbatbatAn ahance for Ash to finally achieve his dream he has been fighting for…?" Charizard wanted to confirm. Pikachu nodded happily.

"You bet! I'm sure it'll be a real challenge!" Pikachu states. Charizard looked up towards the sun, thinking about it.

"It has been a while since I last battled….." Charizard reminded himself. Pikachu noticed that Charizard had calmed down a lot since he evolved to his final evolution. Charizard turned his body and smiled at Pikachu.

"Fine…. I'll come along… and we'll win this League….." Charizard promised Pikachu, making Pikachu a bit more relief and even more excited. Pikachu leaned forward with two clenched paws.

"You will!?" Pikachu cheered with excitement. Charizard nodded. "Alright! I'll go let everyone else know! Thank you, Charizard!"

With that, Pikachu took off giggling with joy. This was it. Ash's and Pikachu's dream was one step closer to becoming true!

Buneary and Vulpix had traveled all afternoon to reach Pallet Town. It was already dark again, which upsetted Buneary. The two Pokemon was now staring, and facing Ash's home.

The two had finally made it. Buneary and Vulpix stared at the house, cautiously.

"Looks like the lights are off, and everyone is asleep…." Vulpix pointed out quietly. After another moment of quiet staring. Vulpix turned around slowly.

"Let's find a nice spot to sleep and we'll come back first thing in the morning….." Vulpix suggested, in the midst of a yawn. She walked a little ways before she noticed Buneary hadn't moved. "Buneary?"

Vulpix could just feel Buneary's determination. She stared at Ash's home silently. It felt like they stood there for several minutes.

"Buneary…..?" Vulpix called again. She saw Buneary slowly turn towards the Vulpix's direction. Buneary gave her a weak, almost sad smile. Vulpix could tell Buneary was sad, shy, nervous, and her heart was not resting properly.

Buneary silently turned around and opened Ash's door and went inside, without saying anything. Vulpix stood there silently. The atmosphere changed, and Vulpix knew Buneary was about to take a big risk. Vulpix hoped for the best.

"Good Luck….. Buneary…"

Buneary slowly walked through the dark living room. It was the most silent moment in her life. She knew everyone was asleep. It was really unnerving to be in this situation. However, she pressed on. Her desire moved her across the clean carpet. She walked past the small living room and she reached the stairs. She stared up into the darkness of the halls and began to wonder where Pikachu slept. She assumed it was right next to Ash, so she knew she had to find his room. She slowly creeped up the stairs. She slowly crawled up the stairs so the stairs didn't creak.

She found herself in the small hall that led to three rooms. One room had its door open. Buneary saw a sink and a mirror and figured it was the bathroom. She walked across the hallway to the two closed doors that were across from each other. She slowly opened it.

And her heart swelled with emotion when she saw it was Ash's room. She examined it slowly, she saw posters of the old Pokemon Leagues, and also noticed that Ash had collected a lot of things that were well placed on his desks and drawers. It must have been from all of his journeys from the regions he had traveled through.

Buneary slowly glanced over to Ash's bed, which was built off the ground. She noticed Ash was snoring away in deep sleep. She then saw who she had been seeking. Pikachu was near the edge of the bed, sleeping peacefully in Ash's bed.

Buneary started to get nervous. She knew she had to do this carefully. She didn't want to disturb Ash…..

But she wanted to talk to Pikachu…..

Buneary slowly approached his bed. She climbed the ladder slowly. When she put her paws on Ash's bed, she froze in fear. The bed was soft and it shifted greatly.

Buneary looked at Ash and noticed that Pikachu and him were still sound asleep. She hadn't awoken them, yet.

She crawled slowly across the soft bed, making her way towards Pikachu. Before she even thought about waking up Pikachu, she checked on Ash, to make sure he wouldn't wake up if she tried to wake up Pikachu.

After seeing Ash was still asleep. Buneary slowly crawled right next to Pikachu and slowly reach for him. She put her paws to his side and slowly shook him.

"Pikachu…? Pikachu?" Buneary called in a soothing whisper.

It wasn't long before Pikachu opened up his eyes slowly. Buneary's heart felt like it froze, fearing how he would react to Buneary entering his room.

"Wha…?" Pikachu's head slowly lifted and his eyes adjusted to the darkness as he peered over to Buneary, who awaited his response. Which was him quickly waking up to her presence. His eyes widened with shock, "BU-BUNEARY!?"

Buneary was quick to shush him.

"Shh-Shhh-Shhhh!" Buneary shushed quickly, she feared he just woke up Ash. She turned quickly to Ash to check on him. She was safe for Ash just shifted even further from them in a moan.

Pikachu blinked a few times as his surprised mind started to gather thoughts. He rubbed his eyes.

"What in the…" Pikachu started as he rubbed his eyes. Pikachu looked at Buneary slowly. "What…. are…. you doing here?"

Buneary didn't really know how to answer it without telling him her true feelings right away. However, it was the reason she came here in the first place. She blushed as she felt forced to look away. She was getting really nervous, and she knew she was almost too shy to let her feelings out.

Buneary however, wanted to push through, and finally tell him…..

"I… I uh…. I came far….. To see you…." Buneary explained in a whisper. She slowly looked back at him. Pikachu slowly tilted his head.

"Huh? You came all this way just to see me? …. Why are you…. Visiting me in the middle of the night?" Pikachu asked, oblivious to the reasoning of this midnight visit. Buneary was turning more red as she thought of her answer. She was too scared to say the correct words. She inched closer to Pikachu, trying to be braver.

"I…. I couldn't…. Help it… I….. I…" Buneary stuttered in her whisper. Tell him she screamed in her head. She leaned in even closer. Tell him!

"I… I wanted to be with you… I ….. I couldn't…. Stand being without you….." Buneary explained, hoping her words would reach his heart. Pikachu looked at her. He examined her expression slowly.

"... You….. want….. What?" Pikachu asked, baffled. Buneary reached out. She put her paw on one side of the bed, right next to Pikachu. She kept pushing herself closer to Pikachu. Soon, she was near him, face to face. Pikachu could smell her scent from this close. Pikachu almost felt the need to lean back, or their face would start to press together.

"I….. want… you….. Pikachu….." Buneary confessed as she leaned in to him. Pikachu's face began to blush. She wanted what? He thought. She…. Wants me…..?

"... B-Buneary…..?" Pikachu shyly replied. He didn't even know how to feel. Buneary then slowly pressed her paw against his chest. She got nose to nose with Pikachu.

"Pikachu…. Don't you see? ….I… I…. I need you….. I need you more than I ever will need anyone else….." Buneary continued. "Can you…. Do you… feel …. The same way….?"

Pikachu just kept staring. He didn't even know if he did or not..

Buneary then pushed him gently over, and Pikachu landed softly on his back. Buneary was almost on top of him. Pikachu didn't even realize he had grabbed her brown fur of her skinny hips.

"Pikachu….. I… I love you…. No matter what….. My heart….. Will never change…" Buneary explained, in a dreamy whisper. Pikachu stared at her and examined her face slowly.

He knew she felt this way. He knew she was deeply in love with him. He knew this now….. But…..

"But….. What about Dawn,...?" Pikachu asked. This changed the vibe in the room. Buneary expression seemed to turn softer, and she didn't know how to respond. Buneary looked away, almost ashamed.

"... She….. She isn't you…. And I need you…" Buneary looked back at him. "Can't you see….. If I had to choose only one person in this entire world…. It would be you….. Only you…"

Pikachu stared at her silently. He knew her words were true, but… Pikachu knew there was a Trainer worried about this Pokemon that was spilling her feelings out for him. He felt weird.

"But…. Isn't she going to miss you? Does she even know you're gone…?" Pikachu continued to ask. Buneary stared at him for a moment, with sparkles of both sadness and love. Buneary then laid her head on his chest.

"I…. I don't know….. But right now… Please… Please don't let me leave your side again… Not now….." Buneary begged. Pikachu didn't respond. He knew she couldn't help it. She was madly in love with him. Pikachu looked up at the ceiling trying to figure out the best solution to this situation.

"... Buneary…. "Pikachu started.

"Y-Yes Pikachu!?" Buneary asked quickly, getting herself excited.

"L-... Let's discuss this in the morning….." Pikachu suggested. Buneary's heart sank.

"O-Oh…" Buneary ears folded over in sadness.

"And plus Ash is going to know you're here when he wakes up… Are you going to be okay with that?" Pikachu slowly asked, concerned for Ash's reaction to Buneary. Pikachu knew Ash was going to be just fine with a new Pokemon in his house.

"I hope Ash will be okay with me here….." Buneary pondered out loud.

"He should be…" Pikachu admitted slowly. He turned back at Buneary slowly, who was staring at him with love. He didn't understand the feeling he was getting, but he knew it wasn't gonna go away anytime soon.

"Pikachu…?" Buneary called again.

"Y-Yeah….?" Pikachu replied. Buneary slowly laid herself next to him, holding onto in a small hug of affection.

"Is it okay if I sleep here tonight…..?"

To be continued….
