American Dragon: Jake Long
When Jake found out Rose was Huntsgirl, he was really upset. He still had hope that maybe she was a good person though. He knew that maybe she wanted to kill him, but he thought maybe if she knew it was him, she wouldn't. He still didn't know if he should tell her or not. He decided to wait a little while and get to know Rose better. He had a mission though. His grandpa and Fu were captured by Huntsman and Jake had to go rescue him. He thought, " Why does it have to be Huntsman?" Still he had to help! On the way, he ran into the twins! The Oracle Twins! They told him that he'd rescue Grandpa, but Huntsgirl would hit really hard in the head. He wasn't sure if he wanted to know that, but he found out anyway.
He flew over to where there hideout was and saw Huntsgirl and Huntsman about to kill Grandpa! Fu was hiding behind Grandpa, and saying, "Woof, woof!" Then, Jake flew over to Huntsgirl and said, "Missed me, Sweet thing?" All the sudden, Rose/Huntsgirl hit jake really hard in the head. (Like the Oracle twins' visions) He was knocked out for several hours. Nothing could wake him up, unless he turned back into his human form. The Hunts Clan had made a potion especially for this!
Rose poured the potion down Jake's throat and Jake then turned into his normal self. Rose just stared in amazement! Then, she fainted. Huntsman looked at her and just shook his head. Jake was sweating and then turned back into the American Dragon. He untied Grandpa and Fu. Fu said, "Thanks, kid!" Rose was still lying on the floor as Jake, Grandpa, and Fu escaped.
Grandpa said to Jake, "Wise move, young Dragon." Jake still couldn't get his mind off thinking about Rose. He couldn't tell what she thought. All he knew was that he couldn't talk about it with her at school.
The next day, Jake saw Rose and she said nothing about him being the American Dragon or about her being Huntsgirl. She did say, "Hi, Jake. What's up? I feel like I haven't seen you in a long time." He was shocked and thought that maybe she forgot or something. All he said was, "Oh, uh, yeah! Do you want to go to the movies with me today?" "I'd love to!" answered Rose. Jake said, "Uh, great!" They went to the movies and Jake bought Rose a lemonade and some popcorn. They shared an Icee. He wondered what she knew and didn't. All he knew was that he still had feelings for Rose.
