Hi everyone! Well, this chapter of Blue Eyed Soul is about Seto's ignorance to magic and other people's pain. It's not really a bashing one, more of a criticizing one… Anyway, read on, my pretties!
Disclaimer: I just watched the saddest movie of my life today, so don't even speak to me about not owning YuGiOh or I'm gonna cry all over you!
Standing there on the deck of the duel blimp; we see you smirking.
Your gravity-defying trench coat billows in the wind; it is irking.
Gazing upon your creation, you survey the dueling competition.
While your eyes remain as cold as ice in shining cruelty; repetition.
Then the harmony and peace stops, it was all a lie in swift disguise.
And I can see the recognition that is bleeding from your cold eyes.
Fear is plentiful and there is a cornucopia of chaos in this contest.
Why are all these duelists fighting to be the absolution; the best?
I blamed Ishizu at first for the devastation; it was her fault, her idea!
And meanwhile everyone's thoughts are choking, on you my dear.
But Ishizu gave you Obelisk and told you to hold the duels.
To sort the weaklings from the strong, separate the best from the fools.
And help the Pharaoh gain the God cards, but no one knew what would become.
And so many things have gone wrong during the time before this heat is done.
Mai is unconscious in that bed in the hospital room; asleep, uncomprehending.
And Ishizu sticks with her hope for her brother; the devil she's defending.
Bakura has disappeared; he can't be found anywhere you could tell.
Odion's out, and Joey is duelling Marik that will lead him to his fiery hell.
Marik has attacked, and fired up Joey's strength, can he hold on?
All Joey has to do is stay standing and maybe he'll have won.
But he gives a pure, heart wrenching scream that pierces through the night.
And he falls to defeat, loss and upon his friends; bears his plight.
And you don't give a hell about them; you won't go back to get help.
Joey is the one who was strong for once, but you Kaiba, you're a whelp!
You stand there with that smirk on your face; unbelieving.
Is magic not possible; is there not any chance of you believing?
So as you reign over your land of fools and slaughter all their hopes.
I hope that you can realize you're pulling at fraying ropes!
For when you need help they'll drop you, with nor a thought or care.
Cause you haven't been responsible, for mistakes you wouldn't dare.
How can you not see all the destruction caused because of your stubbornness?
Maybe if you cared at all, you could actually find some happiness.
Woot, record time, fifteen minutes! That is beating my old time by one minute! Yes! Thanks:
Samuraiduck27 –Thanks so much for your praise! Yes, Gozaburou is a bastard, and number one priority on my hit list! I swear one day I will write a one shot where Seto violently murders that man… I hope I kept up the great job! Thanks for reviewing!
Black Dragon of the Bayou –Yes, he is so cruel and sick; forgetting his true son like that, how dare he? And then focus on Seto, only to ignore Mokuba and scar Seto both physically and mentally! Picollo…my ex-friend loved Picollo to death! I didn't think much of him…go Trunks and Vegeta! Thanks for reviewing!
ttSerenity –I was in sixth grade when I was eleven! High school here is 13 to 17! Yeah, Gozaburou sucks more than any other character ever known to man, beast, duel monster or Pokemon! Thanks for reviewing!
Stormrose Dewleaf –Okay; I cannot wait until you get more ideas and write more quizzes! Yeah, I check your page daily, for updates or any new stuff, unless I am unfairly kicked off the computer after so little time. Yeah, E.R was never one of my faves, but it was still alright. Thanks for reviewing!
Yugi's Light Keeps Me Pure –It was really that good how I began the verses with Gozaburou? Yeah, I really liked the 'bile upon my lips' part! I also wanted the poem in chronological order, to make more sense to the reader, whereas it would be confusing if after writing about Gozaburou's death I write about when he first adopted them! Wow, the story behind your name is so…amazing! I wish I had a story like that to my name, but I don't have any…Thanks for reviewing!
Love Sami.
