Hi everybody, here is the next part of my story.
Thanks to SGCFan4ever, SG-Fan, Sci Fi Fan Gillian, ascifigirl, blackrose, stargate-fan, Natters and Englemyer for your reviews, they made my day.
Jet again thank ya conny for translating.
"You are my colonel."
This statement surprised him and he went quiet before answering some moments later.
"Am I that horrible?"
Sam smiled.
"No! On the contrary, but that doesn't make it easier."
Jack looked at her, hi eyes broadening and a smile spread across his lips.
Could she possibly feel the same way I do? That she can't stand this side by side any longer?
Her we go… chapter 2
"Do you really believe that it's easy for me to work with you? As much as I love every second it hurts every day to be that close to you and to know that my feelings aren't allowed. But I can't change it. That's how it is."
"But the regulations exist and…"
"I don't care about regulations!"
Jack took her face in his hands during speaking. Their looks locked again while their lips got closer. When their lips met all doubts, all fears faded. Everything but their love for each other. Separating from his lips was much harder than she ever imagined. They looked into each others eyes and Jack wore one of his rare and honest smiles on his face. And Sam had to smile too.
She hadn't pushed him away, hadn't yelled at him, nothing. She just responded to his kiss. Could she probably know how happy he was at this moment?
When their lips parted and she smiled at him all concerns vanished. He was ready to tell how he felt for her. He never wanted to let go of her.
"I love you Sam."
A single tear made its way down her cheek while she smiled at him.
"I love you too, for so long now!"
Again did Jack take her face in his hands and kissed the tear gently away before he once more owned her lips. So gently and hesitantly the first kiss was, so passionate was the second. Passionate but with unknown tenderness. Their tongues explored each others mouths while their hands moved on their own and took of the clothes.
In the meantime she was only dressed in bra and panties and he in his boxers. They looked at each other happily with passion clouded eyes when Sam took his hand and pulled him slowly in general direction of the bed. They fell on the bed kissing and giggling and while Sam put kisses all over his chest he freed her from her bra.
One hour later they lay exhausted but happy with arms around one another kissing. They smiled until Sams view got serious again.
"Sam what wrong? Do you regret what had happened?"
"No, I never felt so happy and uh…kinda right in a very long time. I love you and I hope of a recurrence. Or do you regret it?"
"Of course not! I want to be with you! I do love you!"
And if to confirm his words he kisses he gently and with all the love he owned.
"I really want to be with you, but it'll be hard. Just think of the regulations!"
"Until we have found a way no-one has to know."
Sam smiled at him and breathed a kiss on his lips.
"I guess you should better go now. We really don't want anyone to know our little secret, do we?"
"No you're right!"
While answering her he began dressing himself. But before leaving the room he took her in his arms and kissed her softly on the tip of her nose.
"I love you Sammy."
"I love you too."
After a last kiss he left her quarters and made his way back to his own to take at least some sleep before the next mission.
At 0800 the next morning SG-1 was gathered in the gateroom.
"God speed SG-1. We'll see you back in 48 hours."
After that the four of them strode through the event horizon, which broke down behind them.
On the other side:
"Welcome back on PQ73X, the sun is shining bright and our travelling temperature comes to 86°F."
A big grin spread over Sams face at Jacks words, while Teal'c pulled an eyebrow in incomprehension and Daniel didn't even listen anymore. He was excited like a little child who should get a new toy.
"So camper let's go."
Jack gave last instructions after they built up their camp near the ruins.
"Teal'c you're going to help Daniel on his researches. Carter and I will take a look around on this planet. We're all back in the camp in three hours. Let's go!"
Daniel and Teal'c moved to the ruins. Jack went slowly in the opposite direction.
"Carter you're coming?"
"Yes sir."
"What are you hoping to find her Daniel Jackson?"
"I don't know exactly. Something that explains this unusual mix of cultures. And something that explains why there is no-one left, neither living nor dead beings."
"And why do we start at the palace at not more likely in the remains of the city?"
"Because here the existence of both cultures is more developed, more steady."
Teal'c nodded at him in comprehension and they began their work silently.
"Do you think our space-monkey'll find anything interesting about this planet?"
"I don't know. Apparently the inhabitants simply disappeared, like they dissolved into the air."
"Maybe they had been taken by goa'ulds."
"That's very unlikely, because if it would have been so there had to be mortal remains and the ruins of the city and of the palace would be much more destroyed."
They walked silently side by side for quite some time until they reached a little lake.
"What ya think of a short break?" he asked smiling.
"Very much!"
Sam made a small move towards him and breathed a kiss on his lips, which he answered gently.
She put her gun aside und let herself fall onto the grassy ground. He did the same thing and placed himself right behind her with arms around her waist and his hands on her belly. She enjoyed the heat coming from his embrace and leaned back against his chest. With her right hand she rubbed gently over his forearm while her other hand rested on his.
Suddenly the sight seemed to change. The lake blurred and one could see a city and a market square. There was something that looked like stake with two vertically wooden pillars much likely for two humans.
Sam and Jack wanted to get up but felt like they had been paralyzed. They just could sit there and watch the scenery.
People gathered all around the stake and then built an alley, where a young woman and a young man were directed through.
The woman wore a long red gown which was occupied with chinese writings and the man clothes typical for a mayan warrior.
They even held on entangling their hands when they had been tied to the pillars and set on fire. The sight blurred a second time and Sam and Jack saw the lake again. Everything looked like it had before. They looked at each other confused.
"What the hell was that?" Sam asked irritated.
"I have no clue!"
"Let's get back to the camp and see if Daniel found anything. Perhaps he has an explanation for what we've just seen, because for once I don't have one."
