It was a typical day for everyone in Musutafu, Japan. Kids we're at school and parents at work or heading to it. But there's one exception to a 14 year old girl named Elly. See this is going to be her first day at U.A. high school. And she's kinda nervous and scared. Makes sense given her background.
A few weeks ago she met and was rescued by pro hero Eraserhead (or Shota Aizawa)! How exciting is that!? It would be exciting to meet him if it was under a different circumstance but, now she's living with him.
"Elly~!" Shota calls. "We're going to be late~!"
She walks out of the bathroom dressed in her U.A uniform and fidgeting with the hem of her skirt while having her eyes downcast and her ears back and down with her tail not moving. You see she has a neko quirk which means she has cat: ears, nose, tail, and claws but not just a cat she can switch to a wolf or ōkami. She has three quirks but one other will be revealed later and the last much later.
Aizawa sighs and says, "I know you don't like it but it's part of the uniform."
She looks up a little with her heterochromic eyes but doesn't move an inch towards him. "I-I know…" she stutters softly.
He internally sighs and thinks "Kid what am I going to do with you? Especially when we arrive in the class…"
"C'mon kid we gotta go, it's already past the time i'm normally there." He hands her her bag which is actually a special bag she herself made of him on the outside and blue and purple on the inside.
She hesitantly takes the bag and puts one strap on. Then before she could even take a step one of the cat's, Shadow, meow's at her with the other cat, Snowball, next to him. She turns around and gives them both a pet and says she'll be back later. And with that they left.

Right before they were even at class 1-A's door Shota could hear them all talking, yelling, and laughing. The one's he could hear the most besides the girls squealing over something were Bakugo and Iida. He could hear Iida trying desperately but failing to calm the class while his explosive student was well, being explosive and making empty threats to blast every one of them to the sun. He sighed and stopped to turn to Elly who was once again looking down, at her shoes, and playing with a necklace that she's had for years.
"Elly…" He says. She fists her necklace and glaces up at him. "Can you look at me? Please?" He adds in a hushed gentle voice. She looks up at him, nervousness evident on her face.
"Y-yes?" She stutters while whispering.
"I'm going to warn you now." He tells her. "This class is pretty crazy as you can hear." He points to the door behind him. "But, I think you'll come to adjust nicely. There's a few quiet kids in here."
She stares at her guardian with almost disbelieving eyes but doesn't say anything.
"Another thing that I almost forgot to mention…" he starts "Minneta, he's a bit of a perv. So if he does anything, just ask me, one of the other students, or teachers to help you, ok?"
She looks at him shocked but then just nods.
"Alright well, we better get in. I'll go first to settle the class down then I'll tell you to come in. Alright?"
Elly looks at him, her ears slightly lifted but that's all. But, she still nods.
"Ok." He opens the door and walks in. The class settled down in 3 seconds. "Alright everybody;" he starts in his usual monotonous voice. "Today we have a new student." The class all got excited and started talking again. And he activates his quirk and they immediately stop, but one of his students had her hand raised. He sighs. "Yes Mina?"
"Are they here now sir?!" She says with enthusiasm evident in her voice.
"Yes." Aizawa says. "Now;" He turns to the still opened door. "You can come in now~!" He calls to her. She walks in, her head down as she watches her feet.
"AWW SHE'S SO CUTE!" Some of the girls squeal.
The green haired broccoli boy raises his hand. "Excuse me?" He asks. "Are you a neko?" He has a notebook he specifically made for him to analyze his classmates open with a pencil in the opposite hand.
Elly looks up again with those heterochromatic eyes and nods. "A-a-an-d-d a-a ō-ōka-m-mi-i…" She stutter-mumbles.
"OH WOW! Your voice is adorable!" The girl with the anti-gravity quirk squeals.
"And her eyes too." The black haired girl adds.
"U-u-m–m-m…" Elly stammers quietly. Her face is flushed with embarrassment and nerves.
"Ok class, settle down, why don't we let her introduce herself."
She looks at Aizawa with a pleading look, almost saying 'please don't make me~!'
He looks at her back with a 'go on' look and a small nod.
She looks back to the class and before she can even open her mouth the explosive blond yells; "WELL? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? CHRISTMAS?"
She visibly flenches and hard.
"Dude, you're scaring her man!" The boy with red spikey hair and shark like teeth says.
"Tch! It's just another stupid extra." The loud blond practically spits back.
"Please, go ahead." The boy with glasses comments.
"Th-thank yo-u." She stammers once more while bowing deeply then after a few seconds she rises back up. "M-my na-me i-is-s S-so-or-ra, E-el-ly…"
"Pardon for interrupting but, doesn't your last name mean 'sky' in english?" (A/N: He's talking about the Sora part. I had her introduce as, last name, first name.) The green haired boy asks.
"Ye-es. I-I a-als-so have t-two-o qu-quirk-ks…"
"TWO!? Ribbit." The girl with the frog quirk spoke up.
"Y-ye-es-s." Elly starts and her ears now pinned down against her head. "I-I h-hav-e N-nek-ko-Ōk-kam-mi, whi-ch a-allo-w-ws me t-to s-swi-ich be-bet-twe-en a c-cat-t a-and-d a-a wo-l-f-f a-al-lon-ng w-wi-th h–hav-i-in-g-g t-th-ei-ir a-ab-bil-it-ties. L-lik-e a-as Ōk-kam-mi I-I c-ca-n s-sn-i-ff-f th-th-in-ngs-s o-out-t. A-and p-pa-ar-an-nor-r-ma. Wh-ich le-ets m-e, s-see, f-fe-el a-and t-ta-lk-k t-to g-gho-os-st-s a-al-lon-g-g w-wi-th s-se-en-c-c-in-ng th-the-ir e-em-mo-t-ti-on-ns."
"Cool!" the boy with tape-elbows says.
"Alright Elly. You can sit next to Todoroki. He's the boy with the two toned hair." Aizawa states.
Elly looks at him and nods then faces the class and bows deeply once more and rises back up to search for the boy with the two toned hair. When she spots him her ears perk up a bit which makes him smile at the slightest before going back to his usual demeanor and her face flushes as she goes to her seat.
"He's so cute! No Elly remember, that's Endeavor's son he probably wants nothing to do with you. But he smiled at me! No, he's probably being polite." Elly thinks before having her thoughts interrupted.
"Ok, before class officially starts I have an announcement."
The class looks a mix between excited and confused. Elly was more on the confused side. She looked to Todoroki and he just had that same neutral look so she just looked away. But, what she didn't know was when she turned away Todoroki side-eyed her and had a blush creeping up on his cheeks.
He looked back to the front and thought "Why does my face feel warm..? Do I-? No I couldn't possibly. Right? But, she is really cute…" He shook his head a bit to clear it and did a small finger comb through the front of his dual colored hair.
"So, you guys remember the attack on USJ a few weeks ago?" Aizawa starts but continues before anyone could speak up. "Well the school has decided to build dorms for all the students. So that means we have to be coming to all your house's to personally talk to your parents. Both me and All Might will be coming by. This will happen in a week."
Most of the students start chattering again while Elly hears the boy that asked her about her quirk mumbling something about his mom probably won't let him.
After letting the students have a few minutes he activates his quirk and his eyes glow red, his hair and scarf start to float.
They all look over and stop talking.
"And one more thing." He says and again not waiting for anybody before he speaks back up. "In a few weeks you all will be picking your hero names and internships are coming up as you all know. Midnight will come to help you with your hero names."
The class starts a light and excited chatter.
After another few minutes Aizawa clears his throat as they quite down and he begins the lesson.
After class it was time for lunch. Elly got cold soba and was now looking for somewhere to sit when someone gently grabs her arm and pulls her in a direction.
"Waah~!" She yelps. When they finally stop she looks to her 'kidnapper'. T-to-d-do-r-ro-k-ki-k-ku-n-n?!
He lets her go and puts his tray down on one side while pulling out a seat on the other side for her all while saying, "I saw you looking for a seat and I noticed you aren't so great with crowds and no body usually comes over here so, I thought it'd be good for you." in a monotonous voice she's heard many times before. Not from him but from her guardian.
"Uuu-uhh-hh… T-tha-nk y-you." She stammers and then bows before she sits in the seat he's still kindly holding out then, he pushes her chair in when she sits.
"No need for formalities. At least not with me." He says gently with a hint of the smallest smile.
Then they both look at each other. Heterochromic eyes meeting heterochromic eyes.
"Your eyes." He starts. "Are they real or contacts?"
"R-re-al-l." She stammers a bit surprised to see someone else with heterochromatic eyes. She was always told those types of eyes were rare.
"Your eyes are pretty." He says. "Which color did you receive from which parent? Not meaning to assume or anything."
"M-my left eye is b-blue 'cause o-of my d-dad. And t-the right g-gre-en f-fro-m-m m-my m-mo-m…" She states anxiously. " A-an-d y-yo-ou?"
"Much like you, my left eye is blue like my father's and my right eye is silver like my mother's. The same goes for the hair and quirk. Left, red hair and fire quirk from my father and white hair and ice on the right from my mother." He states simply.
"C-co-o-ol!" She says trying to be enthusiastic but still a nervous wreck.
"What about your hair and quirk?" He questioned nonchalantly.
"O-oh T-the bru-n-net-te f-fro-m my d-dad a-and g-gin-g-ger f-fro-m-m my m-mom. A-ac-ctu-ally I d-don't know w-whe-re m-y P-para-n-norm-ma c-came fr-om-m… b-but-t th-the N-ne-k-ko f-fr-om m-mom and Ōk-kami fro-m m-my d-da-ad."
"Hmm." He hums while looking like he's trying to decipher something. "Interesting." he said after a few moments.
Then the bell to head back to class sounded and Todoroki got up, took both their empty trays and set them in their rightful places. Then helped Elly up and grabbed her arm again.
She looked at him shocked and he replied, "So you don't get lost and so the crowd doesn't knock you down."
She looked at him for a moment then gave a small smile in which he returned and they headed off to class.
After school ended some of the girls wanted Elly's number so they exchanged and when Iida heard this he thought it'd be good for her to have everyone's number so she got them all. Even the explosive blond and especially Todoroki's. She's still yet to remember who's who out of the rest of her classmates but she's tried to give them something unique to remember them by. Like Tsusu Asui, (or as she just likes to be called Tsu) Elly put a frog emoji by her name. And for Eijiro Kirishima, a red heart emoji with a shark by it. And the list goes on.
Then after that she went to the teacher's lounge to wait for Shota. While there, Present Mic (or Yamada Hizashi) came in.
"HEEEEYYYYY~ ELLLLLLLYYYYYY~~~!" He calls to her when he sees her.
"H-hi Hi-z-zash-shi s-sen-sai…" Her voice trails off. "A-are y-you c-com-i-ing o-ov-ver t-ton-nigh-ght?"
"Of course, little listener! I have to hear how your first day of school went!" He states enthusiastically. "And plus I get to annoy Shota~!" He says with a smirk on his face. "Also;" His face drops ever so slightly. "I told you, you can just call me Yamada!" He says with a smile. "Or even uncle Yamada or uncle Zashi! All's fine with me!" He gives her a big smile.
"O-ok-k" Is all she says. Then Shota comes in.
"Yamada, why are you bothering the poor kid? She's already been through enough." He says in a deadpan manner.
Elly was just about to speak up to say it wasn't a bother but Hizashi beat her to it.
"Oh Shota, you worry too much! That's sweet of you~!" He smiles wide at his high school best friend. "Plus I wasn't bothering her, I was talking to her." He says in a playful yet matter of factly way.
Shota just sighs and says; "We better go now or we'll miss the train." In his usual tired and monotonous voice.
Elly stands up and they all head off to the train station.

They just got in the door when Snowball and Shadow came running to them.
Elly leans over and pets them and turns her head to the left where the kitchen and counter are and sees their food bowels are empty. So she walks over and fills them up.
