In New Jersey, the trolls immigrants from Arcadia were busily working on constructing a new Trollmarket. Things had been tough for the trolls, due to the loss of their home, the battle with Morgana and Gumm-Gumms, and the long trek to New Jersey, but thanks to the aid of Merlin's magic and the efforts of the Trollhunter Jim and his friends the displaced trolls were starting to get back on their feet and start anew. Many sacrifices had been made, especially from Jim, who had sacrificed his humanity to become a half-troll to have the power to win the battle against Morgana and the Gumm-Gumms.
In the present Jim was on a patrol through the New Trollmarket. Everything was peaceful, so Jim decided to go explore some of the tunnels around the area. Jim grabbed a backpack and a flashlight to explore a tunnel he hadn't yet explored. He walked down the tunnel for about an hour, when he came across a chamber that had what appeared to be a stone door with two carvings of trolls on the side.
"What's this?" Asked Jim as he got closer to the door.
The carvings of the trolls did not look like the trolls, Jim knew. These trolls had boulder-like bodies, with, large stumpy arms and legs, and long pointy noses. Jim studied the troll carvings and then he noticed some writing on the door.
"Through these doors a tribe of trolls set out to find a new home and life away from Gumm-Gumms and other frights." Read Jim.
As Jim read this the amulet in his armor glowed and the writing on the doors lite up causing Jim to stumble back. The doors suddenly opened up and there was a great suction from them. Jim cried out as he was yanked forward and sucked through the doors. The doors closed with a mighty thud.
Jim found himself falling down a bright tunnel of light and the next thing he knew, he collapsed on the the ground of a strange chamber that appeared to be a large throne room of some sorts. Jim stood up and looked around at his surroundings. The throne was absolutely gigantic and it looked like a giant king would sit in it. At that moment there was a loud booming sound and a scream as what appeared to be a small troll girl that resembled the troll carvings with long blue hair came racing onto the scene carrying a large strange gooey red orb above her head. Chasing the little troll girl was a massive troll with a beard, a hunchback.
Jim had no idea what was going on, but he had to help the girl. He pulled out the Sword of Daylight and charged to the rescue.
To be continued.
