It was a quiet night. The moon was full, the sun had just set, and the cadets prepared for dinner just when someone busted the door open, holding a note. GUYS! There's a troll at the academy! Chill shouted as the cadets dropped their utensils upon being frighted.

Chill….you need to…well…CHILL! You could have made food fight cut his hand! Hex warned. Food fight then looked at the note that chill had in her hands. …uh….where did you get that?...food fight asked in a slightly worried tone. I found it on the training grounds. Just as I was training with professor pop fizz, I stumbled upon it! Chill answered seriously. Hmm… that's weird. I don't remember ever seeing it. Roller brawl stated. Food fight had his back turned while he was trying to cut up a carrot and a union, but chill looked closer and soon realized that his hands were shaking and that he was also sweating. Food fight do you know something about this…?she asked, turning food fight in her direction, giving him a cold, stern stare. WHAT!? Me knowing something like this!? Never! Food fight answered suspiciously. Food fight then handed the cadets their food and went to his bedroom. …is he trying to avoid me!? Chill asked herself. Well, you did just scream at him. Roller brawl stated awkwardly as she pulled out a blood packet and poured it into her spaghetti. Well! The point is that he still strayed away from the question.

Chill said. Cynder reached for the Parmesan cheese bottle. Well, maybe he was just too busy to answer. Cynder added. BUSY!? He was literally just cutting a carrot! How the heck is that busy!? Chill stated, starting to lose her temper. Chill…I think you need to calm down…after all, this is food fight we are talking about here. Roller brawl advised calmly, putting her hand on chill's shoulder. Calm down…CALM DOWN! How the heck can I calm down when there's a troll on the loose!? Chill hissed, forcing roller brawl's hand off her shoulder angrily.

At that moment roller brawl bounced back. She was surprised at that chill's response. She had never seen chill so riled up before. Before the rest of the cadets could respond, chill stormed off into her dorm room and slammed the door, freezing it only for it to crack and fall apart a second later. Welp, there goes the door. Wind up, moaned. That's like the fifth time she did that this year! Hex scrawled. Well..we better let her calm down unless we want to end up like that door. Cynder said, grabbing her glass of water. Later that night, at three am. I can't sleep, at least not now after what just happened with me, and chill.

Food fight said sluggishly due to tiredness. Food fight rubbed his eyes as he looked through his journal. He felt uneased after chill screamed at him, accusing him of being a back-stabbing traitor. His vision blurred as he read his old notes. He then yawned. Food fight's bright green eyes started to close as his hand started to drag away from the journal sluggishly. He had begun to fall into slumber only to be reawakened by himself. Must…stay…awake…he trailed off. Food fight eyes once again closed, but this time was much too tired to fight back. But before he completely submitted, he drowsily hid his journal under his pillow. The artichoke skylander then laid on the pillow and began to fall asleep and, this time, stayed asleep.

Next day at nine in the morning. Good morning hex! Cynder cheerfully greeted. Morning cynder! Hex responded. Isn't it weird how food fight isn't up yet? After all, he makes breakfast. Roller brawl asked, noticing that food fight wasn't in the kitchen. I'm sure he is still asleep, and it's not a school day, which means he can sleep in if he decides to. Hex explained. Speaking of people who are supposedly still asleep, is chill up yet? I wanna talk to her about last night. Cynder asked. I think I saw her get up early, like at six am, to go to the library. Roller brawl answered. Hmm…that's interesting… why so early? Wind up asked. Well, you know, chill, she's an early bird. Hex said.

… I should probably cheek on food fight to make sure he's okay, though…cynder said, walking away from the group. Cynder then walked into wind up's room and fluttered up to food fight's treehouse entrance, and knocked on the door. After not hearing a response, she waited a few seconds and then entered. Hello, food fight…are you up? Cynder asked. Ugh! Five more minutes…food fight drowsily said, opening his eyes. Food fight then cleared his leaves out of his sight of view and spotted cynder and jumped. Ahh!...oh, it's just you. Of course, it's just me. Who else would it be? Cynder said. I mean, it could have been chill…I mean, she is sorta angry at me…food fight responded, rubbing his left eye. I'm sure she's just being paranoid. Cynder assured food fight. Yeah, but…food fight trailed off. Yeah, but what? Cynder asked. I-its nothing…! Food fight responded, shaking the answerer off. …okay….if you say so…. So you wanna go out to get breakfast with the rest of the group? Cynder asked. Sure! Food fight said, hooping out of his bed. Cynder then climbed back down the ladder and returned to the rest of the group. So how did it go? Roller brawl asked. It went well. cynder responded.

Meanwhile, at the library. He must be hiding something! Chill noted reading a book about trolls. She flipped through the pages when a particular picture caught her eye. It brought her back to a memory where she was guarding the ice queen when all the sudden ice trolls barged in with their ice weaponry and magic, she tried to protect the ice queen, but she failed just as she was slamming her shield in one of the ice mage troll's face an ice troll got past her and managed to take the queen. When she realized that the troll had her queen in its arms, she ran up to it, trying to grab it, but she was too late. The troll vanished along with the queen.

At this moment, chill fell to her knees with guilt pounding down her heart and anger. Tears fell down her cheeks as she screamed in anger along with sadness. Upon hearing chill scream, the other guards and villagers walked over and saw that their queen was nowhere to be found. They began to bash her, saying ruthless things and blaming her for their queen's disappearance. Chill ran to the mountains with a heavy heart while getting ice and rocks thrown at her. The villagers shouted at her, saying that she was no longer welcomed. After hearing what the villagers said, she ran deeper into the mountains until she couldn't see her previous village. The flashback then ends. Chill throws the book across the room as a single tear runs down her face.
