WARNING: VIOLENCE, GORE, BLOOD, DEATH.
A DARK VERSION OF POKEMON.
Chaos, a single word of what's happening. Hunters being hunted. Murdered. Crushed by the power of the monsters following them. Hyper beams fired like cannon their way and some was so powerful that many of the goons had their bodies shattered in to billion tiny pieces and some got pummeled to the ground and some got their head chewed out of their necks. Blood splattered across the hunting grounds and the gory scene may drive a human being crazy and petrified. Like icing in the cake, dark storm clouds dimmed the atmosphere and was raining with the bone chilling cold. Machinery died down and erupting into loud blasts. Fire everywhere as of the rain doesn't faze it at all. Men died Women died. Little no survivors left and including them got killed one by one. Elites died trying and their pokemon couldn't push back the hoard of monsters they were assigned to capture. The monsters of black rock island. An isolated or simply say undiscovered island that team Rocket recently discovered. The island remains as a myth to the outer world, because it's likely impossible to get through the storm raging around this region. Team Rocket managed to improve their transportation. But the equipments damaged during the transportation and that's why they failed. The mighty Tyranitar hoard, really dangerous and defferent than any normal ones and Team Rocket wanted every power to support their organisation. That's why their here. To catch the monsters. They ain't pokemon, but murdering machines out of hell. What differentiated them from a normal Tyranitar is their dark green appearance and size.
Cries echoes around the ground and the roars and explosion soon followed. He hid behind a huge rock grasping his broken arm and his bloodied and bruised body gave up running anymore. The elite trainer gasped for air and it was hard to breathe. He's no genius and all but doubted wether the monsters could sniff out the next target. He rolled all over the muddy ground in order to cover his scent and so far it seemed working. Not sure how far it lasts. It's just matter of seconds when one of them lands their eyes on him.
He's a sinner. A young criminal who outruns the law and commits horrible acts. And he was never afraid of anything like this. He had a bumpy road growing up but here... It's just a full stop. His current objective is to reach the north side of the island to one of the choppers that possibly retreating. He heard the pilot informing them to retreat few minutes ago before he lost his earpiece. Task comes hard when he's injured and struggling to move. Can't use his pokemon because he doesn't want some unwanted attention. His pokemon are trustworthy but he highly doubt defeating or holding back those killing machines are easy for them. It's impossible. He don't want any of his pokemon end like the other ones of their organisation. Including the humans, their pokemon also being hunted down. Killed or left alive in edge of death. Both are worse. He ain't got much familiar faces in this expedition, but few of them talked to him before. Sad to know they didn't make it.
Shaking off thoughts, he remembered the task at hand. Find the escape chopper and get out of here. Biting lips, he shakily stood and almost fell multiple times. Once he regained some senses on his feet, he stumbled forward and kept his eyes all over the place. If spotted and it's game over. He slipped on the wet grass due to the rain but did his best to balance. As far as he's aware, he got less than twenty minutes to board the chopper and did his best to move fast. He avoided looking at the disfigured corpses lying around and even held back from helping a dying man who was breathing and looking at him. There's no point in trying to save the man. If stopped for them, he won't make it out for sure. He threw up couple of times before. An average human can't stand the sight beholds him. Even as a bad guy, he ain't the type to go around and mutilate any random person. He works with goals and follows the rules of the mission. Here though, nothing matters. Run or die. That's the two options you can choose from. Choosing death is easy though. But he chose the hard way. If he's the type to quit, he would have never make it past the age of 10. He's 15 now. Which means a survivor of the harsh reality. 5 years of running can't be the end here. He wanna live.
Rain made it difficult for him and the cries and blasts didn't died down after five minutes of his walking. He didn't made it that far though, thanks to the pain all over his limbs and bones. He concluded that his team mates got got wiped out except for few. Few means, five or seven. A wild guess. But his guess mostly turned out true and they were a fifty five men crew. 98% are dead long ago. This horrible day won't get any terrifying. So he thought. But he had no clue if he's even in their sight or not. His senses are dizzy and cannot comprehend anything clearly. That's why he never saw a huge figure stopping just a few distance away. It saw him. Even in the dark, the indent of murder was visible in its eyes.
He stumbled forward, unaware of the looming danger which eying it's prey. He is sure, just across the thick treeline coming into view, has his escape chopper. Sadly no survivors may board it except for him. Only if he ever make it in the first place. The monster took steps forward it's mouth glows green and it aims for the hyperbeam. He still haven't noticed it though. It's a matter of seconds before he will die, not knowing what hit him.
The huge pokemon generated a round glowing sphere in its mouth and fired it. The force shakes the ground and it cracked as the hyperbeam got launched. That's when he realised it. Just before the beam hits him, he saw the horrifying site before everything seems to go white. All he could register was him getting thrown away because of the force of the attack. His ears ringed but he could feel his own screams as of it's deafening him. He felt like a cannonball launched to the horizon. The impact almost crushed the rest of him but miraculously he landed far behind with only some fall damage. But it's strange though. A hyperbeam from this monster can tear apart a human body in thousands and thousands of pieces. He witnessed the outcome of a hyperbeam multiple times an hour ago, yet he is fine.
He groaned as he rolled to his side. Ignoring his head spinning, he slowly looks up. Dust covered the area and he couldn't see anything, but two silhouettes of figures, standing on the same place as he was a second ago. His vision was blurry, but realisations hit him like a truck. They saved him. They saved their master.
Soon one of the silhouettes fell on it's knees and the big one moved to it's side. His eyes snapped wide, and with every strength he has at the moment, crawled to his both pokemon. "Bi..Bisharp. Haxorous. You two okay." His voice was just a mumble but both his aces heard him. They immediately stood in front of him but facing the other way. Facing the giant Tyranitar who seemed unimpressed by everything. All it did was to let out an ear splitting scream.
That hyperbeam really inflicted some damage on both his pokemon. But last thing either of him or his pokemon want is to give up easily. He realised something. There's no running away. Their choices have changed. Fight or die. He sighed and thought of his pokemon team. He really need a sixth pokemon. He reaches for his belt and chose a black and white pokeball with yellow H on it. He can't push his luck with normal pokeballs.
"It's up to you now. It's late but let's bring that thing down." He said in his usual cold and aggressive tone. His tone always gives his pokemon strength to fight.
Bisharp and Haxorus, nodded with the intensity of the destroyers. Both aces launches themselves with rocket like speed, not even letting the tyrant move an inch. They crashed into the big beast creating a shockwaves that damages the ground. With the strength of both Bisharp and Haxorus, the beast stumbled a bit backwards but it immediately came up with the counter. That being the stone edge. Just like the huge Tyranitar, the rocks popped up from the the ground are a bit too huge. Stone edge only hit Bisharp, but being a steel type, it didn't do much. Haxorus knew what it's master wanted and moved fast around the wild beast and charges with a dragon claw. Impressive as the looks of the fine groomed dragon pokemon, it's attacks are just as elegant and dangerous as well. Haxorus even performed the attack blindsided, not letting the dark type monster evade the strike. The glowing green claws slashes across the backside of Tyranitar' neck, successfully inflicting some damage.
With the thick layer of outer shell, Tyranitar quickly gained back it's senses and flung it's spiky tail, successfully hitting Haxorus, sending it crashing against a thick tree. The force almost split the tree in half. The attack was so devastating that, Haxorus almost couldn't get back on it's feet. Even after being the ace of the group, Haxorus struggled to stay on it's two feet.
"Iron head and X scissors, GO!!!" He ordered his Bisharp, who did the same as Haxorus. Not wasting a single opportunity. The steel type move got precisely aimed at the monster' skull, followed by the X scissors. Both move on the head, Tyranitar screamed in pain and it's distracted. A disadvantage of being a wild pokemon. Easy to distract without a guidence. Haxorus and Bisharp knew this. That's why they attack one after another. Each strike is distraction, so the other can land another hit on the foe.
"Haxorus, dragon tail. Bisharp follow with the Iron head, once more." He ordered, gripping the pokeball on his arm.
Both pokemon nodded, but instead of hitting straight both sped around the giant Tyranitar to confuse it and just like before, Haxorus blindsided it with a earth shattering Dragon tail making it's head turn sideways a bit too much. Tyranitar blinked when it happened. A signal for Bisharp who jumped at the monster and landed another devastating Iron head on the forehead of the Tyranitar. The move almost messed up it's face, but it really screams in pain. That's when he realised it. The Tyranitar he's battling actually the weakest of its group. All those Tyranitars he saw earlier pummeled everyone and everything. But this one actually don't seem that experienced. But still he wants it and he threw the hyperball at the injured beast and soon enough a reg glow sucked in the beast inside the pokeball and closing soon after. Higher catch rate is the speciality of the hyperball and that's why the capture was a success. All it took is some minutes and he already caught the beast. Unexpected but convenient. Things can't get any better.
But it can get worse though. Haxorus saw something and immediately was on it's trainer' side. He looks at where his pokemon was staring and he saw a group of the beasts approaching fast. Bisharp helped with picking up the hyperball and Haxorus picked up it's trainer and sprints towards the direction of the chopper.
Blasts echoes behind them and he recalled his Bisharp and hold tight onto Haxorus, who did it's best to reach the treeline as fast as it could. Hyperbeam' got fired their way and thankfully Haxorus dodged every single one. Eventually they managed to reach the treeline and out of sight. But still the hoard blindly followed them. Trees got demolished as they sped after them. Haxorus did it's best to go through narrow pathways to have the headstart, but in vain. Another hyperbeam just missed them luckily and he looks ahead and then back at his pokemon. "If this is the last day we see each other, remember I loved you guys. For being there when everyone despised me. Thank you my friend." He said.
Haxorus looks at it's trainer, as if saying thank you and used every might to run.
Soon enough they're out in the open and the remaining chopper hovering up. He can't just make the pilot land, so he have to do it hard way. "You think what I'm thinking?" He asked his pokemon who nodded and did what it's master asked it for.
Haxorus threw him with up at the helicopter with every power. When he's just about to get a hold of the opened door of the chopper, he recalled Haxorus back to it's pokeball. A hyperbeam soon landed on the place where Haxorus was a second ago. Perfect escape.
He got a hold of the door and forced his weight inside the chopper.
"What the hell?" Pilot looks back surprised at him.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Get us out here?" He shouted, so the pilot could hear. But it was to late though. One of the hyperbeams fired their way, hit the edge of the tail of the chopper.
Red alert flashed and the rest what happened was all blur to him. All he knows that they managed to reach kanto, before the chopper nosedived.
