Hello there! I'm janzeoh, an online nickname, obviously. You are reading my first ever fan fiction story! Thank you so much for taking your time to read it.

This story is about Shouko Komi and Hitohito Tadano, a few months after they had started dating. (They have already done the smooch, if you're wondering.)

Their love for each other is ever-growing, and they have become almost inseparable. However, Yamai and the Church of Komi want to do something about it...

Warning: This story will be wholesome but will also contain narrative/descriptive violence and emotion.

"Class dismissed!"

School at Itan Private High had ended for the day, as the bright sun was slowly starting to set over the horizon.

"Ready to go?" Tadano Hitohito lifted his bag over his shoulder as he asked his girlfriend right next to him.

Shouko Komi responded with a nod, as she too, grabbed her bag. Hand in hand, the couple left 3-1 classroom and out into the rays of the late afternoon sun.

Their faces felt warm as they blushed slightly. Sure, they had been dating for many months now, but holding hands while still in the school compound in the presence of hundreds of students still made them feel a little flustered. It also didn't help their blush due to the fact that they were going to have a sleepover that day at Shouko's house.

"Thanks for inviting me to your place… I've never had a sleepover at someone's house before…" Tadano blushed a little more as he spoke. His girlfriend blushed even more.

It's the first time we're going to sleep together at one of our places…

The thought of it raced through both of their minds and made them even more flustered.

Someone, though, was watching them intently…

"Welcome, Tadano-kun! Make yourself at home~" Shouko's mother, Shuuko, was ready to greet Tadano at the door once he had brought his bags over

"Ah, thanks so much for allowing me to stay over…"

"It's no problem at all, really! Shouko really wanted you to stay over, you know?"

Tadano glanced back at his girlfriend, who was blushing. She was wearing a cute-looking croc-top and shorts, just to look cute for Tadano. Anything for him.

Shouko led Tadano up the stairs to her room, and he placed his bag by a corner as she closed the door.

"You… look really cute… Shouko…" He managed to say once they were undisturbed in the quiet and peace of her room.

As he expected, his girlfriend blushed a really deep shade of red.

"T-thank you… Hito…"

"Is it alright… If I take a shower here…?"

She nodded, then stood up, then led him by the hand to the shower.

"Wow… the food smells great!" Tadano exclaimed. Both mother and daughter had been preparing dinner while Tadano had a shower and unpacked his stuff.

"Shouko prepared most of it, she seems to really know what you love to eat, doesn't she?"

"M-mom…" Shouko blushed for about the tenth time that day. She always gets flustered around Tadano, but even more so when her mum is teasing her a lot.

"She's a great cook, I've had that experience for myself…" Tadano responded, with a smile to Shouko. She smiled in return amidst her heavy blush.

The meal was nothing short of delicious, in Tadano's mind, it was the perfect mix of every flavour and spice.

"Thanks so much for the great meal!" He thanked mother and daughter, although he did intend for most of it to be for Shouko.

"No problem, glad you loved it! Have fun with Shouko~!" Shuuko went to clean up, while shooting both Tadano and Shouko a wink, which sort of resembled a look that said 'Please do dirty things with each other so I can stay forever 17 from your love stories'.

"S-so… w-what do you want t-to… do?" Shouko asked Tadano.

"I was thinking… maybe we could watch a movie?"

"S-sure…"

Some time later, they were cuddled up with each other on the sofa, a blanket over both of them, watching 'The Fifth Wave' on the television. Oh, they had popcorn too.

Mid-way through, Tadano glanced at Shouko to his side. She seemed quite invested in the movie, her eyes darting across the television screen.

"You seem to love the movie a lot, don't you?"

She averted her gaze to her boyfriend.

"Y-yeah… I l-love how the plotline… progresses…"

"Me too, I hope they eventually take down 'The Others'..."

Their eyes turned back to the television screen, as their heads leaned in towards each other.

"That was a great movie…"

"I-It was…"

The movie had ended, both Shouko and Tadano were now up in her room, preparing to go to bed.

"I heard there's going to be a sequel coming soon… We should watch it in cinemas when it does," Tadano suggested. Shouko nodded.

He then realised there was no futon on the floor of Shouko's room.

"Oh… wait, where's your family's futon…?" He asked.

Shouko looked at him, then she blushed. She then shifted over a little more to the edge of her bed, and pointed at the empty side of her bed.

"Huh…?"

"Y-you… can s-sleep… on my bed…"

"Uh… are you… alright with it…?"

"Y-yes… I am…"

"Well… don't mind me, then…"

He gingerly climbed onto her bed, and they both lay down side by side as she grabbed the blanket and draped it over both of them.

"Thanks for inviting me over… I'm having a lot of fun,"

"It's… n-no problem…"

They stared at the ceiling of Shouko's room for a few minutes, unsure of what to say and unable to fall asleep just yet.

"H-Hito…?"

"Yeah, Shouko?"

"D-do… you want… to have kids…?"

"W… Why the sudden question?"

"Sorry… I was just… I…."

"It's alright…"

"But… w-we will get m-married one day… right?"

"As long as we don't break up before then, we will…"

"I will… never break up with you… no matter what happens…"

"I don't want to either... And I doubt I ever will…"

Slowly they moved closer to each other and planted a kiss on each other's lips.

When they parted, Tadano saw a little smile creep up on Shouko's face…

She lifted the blanket over both of them and then started to toy with him…

"Hey, Shouko! That… tickles… haha…"

They both thoroughly enjoyed that night together in each other's loving arms.
