Adora, Jay-Jay, and Violet come out of the portal and walk into the alleyway. The portal closes behind them
"It has been a while since I been here," Adora said as she takes a look around the alley. "Now come on, let's find some of our old team members." Adora walked out of the alleyway with Jay-Jay and Violet following suit
15 minutes later
Violet and Adora search all over to look for one of their old teammates while Jay-Jay is on the lookout for enemies
Violet and Adora are nervous to get the team back together again. They both know what happen that night. It was supposed to be a celebration, but to them, it didn't feel like a celebration. Instead, it was a disaster waiting to happen. The alcohol intensified the anger some members were feeling toward their teammates. You see, the Champions was a pure democratic team and none of the members have a problem with it at first. But a couple of years later passed and the Champions were faced with hard choices. Leading to some controversial decisions that made some people upset with the final decision.
Some of the members were angry at first but they let it go. Others were still angry at some of the decisions, but they didn't tell anyone and let the anger be bottled up inside. Everything was a little shaky but everyone was cool with each other. Or so they thought. When the party came around, almost every member went with the intention to have a good time. But when the alcohol start to kick in, things went south real quick. The party turned into a huge brawl. Fists were exchanged and some hurtful words were said. Some of the members tried to break up the brawl but they were quickly roped into the brawl too, some just left the party as they wanted no part in it or try to get any bruises from the brawl or they fear they would make it much worse
After that night, the Champions tried to forget about the night and go back to business as usual, but they couldn't forget about it. How could they? They have made some hurtful comments about each other and given each some pretty bad injuries. They were supposed to be teammates and comrades. And yet, they hurt each other in ways they couldn't imagine. The Champions tried to make work, but after a couple of weeks, they couldn't and decided it is best to disband. They have been disbanded for two years now and the former members have been doing their thing. Some of the members keep in contact with some of the members while some of them completely cut off all contact with the former members and want nothing to do with them
"Adora! Violet!" A feminine voice called out, Violet and Adora spun around and they were pulled into a tight hug
"It's good to see you too, Mami," Adora said with a small smile
Mami lets them go and smiles at them. She takes a good look at them
"Wow, you two haven't changed during the last two years," Mami said
"The same goes for you too," Violet said
Mami is happy to see her friends again as she misses them dearly. She notices Jay-Jay leaning on a pole. "Who is He?"
"I'm Jayvon Jayson," Jay-Jay answered
"Well, I am Mami Nanami," She holds her hand out to shake hands, and Jay-Jay shake hands with each other
"I'm just gonna get to the point. We are building our team back together again," Adora said as Jay-Jay and Mami were done greeting each other
"So you noticed our enemies setting their plans into motion too?" Mami asked Adora nodded in response. "I guess I shouldn't be surprised as I have been fighting off my enemies all day, yesterday." Indeed, she has been fighting off old enemies and it was quite annoying but scary at the same time as this means the Omega Omnisphere is in danger, "But are you sure you two want to do this? You remember what happened at the party?"
"I do, but I'm pretty sure we can put our differences aside and take down our enemies," Adora said with hope in her voice
"Well, I wasn't there, but I heard it was pretty bad so I can't say for sure if we can get back together again. All I know is that we have to take care of this problem before it gets worse," Violet said
"You are right. Look, I join you two even if I am the only one there," Mami said genuinely
Adora smiles at this. "Good! Meet us at our old headquarters once we called you. Come on Jay-Jay and Violet," Mami nodded as Adora, Violet, and Jay-Jay were about head off until Mami remembers something
"Wait, guys!" Mami shouted the three stopped in their tracks and turn to look at her. "If you want more members on the team. Ichika, Saphentite, Chizuru, and Froleytia are in town. Last I heard is that Chizuru and Froleytia are at Izu Beach and Ichika and Saphentite are at Spa Resort Hawaiians."
The three nodded at this and walked toward their destination
"Violet and I will talk to Ichika and Saphentite while you talk to Chizuru and Froleytia," Jay-Jay said the two nodded and went their separate ways.
With Jay-Jay and Violet.
The two are heading towards their destination with Violet leading the way.
It was quiet between the two as Jay-Jay is on the lookout while Violet is lost in her own thoughts.
She is nervous that Ichika and Saphentite will reject her offer. However, she wasn't too worried as she wasn't there when that night happen. So she should have the advantage of being good friends with the two. However, they could still reject her offer as she recall the horrific injuries those have received during the brawl. She can't blame them if they did reject her offer as she knows it will be hard and awkward to be on the same team with members that hurt in more ways than one. Still, it wouldn't hurt to try as innocents are in danger and it's up to them to make sure they are safe and protected. Just like old times.
"You good, Violet?" Jay-Jay asked.
Violet snap out of her thoughts. "I'm fine. Just thinking about what happened that night and wondering if Ichika and Saphentite will accept my offer,"
"I'm sure you will pull it off," Jay-Jay reassured her as He went back into looking out.
Violet nods and continues to walk.
She looks at Jay-Jay and her curiosity about Him grew. She wonders what He is. It's not like every day a random stranger comes in and helps you and your friend take down an enemy base. She has known and fought a lot of skillful fighters in her lifetime, but Jay-Jay is a different fighter. She knows nobody on the battlefield that can move with such grace and finesse. Not only that, but He also has an unorthodox fighting style. She saw Jay-Jay purposefully left a lot of openings with His fighting style and after each attack He sent. She want to warn him, but she was too busy fighting the herds of enemies. Fortunately for her, Jay-Jay was more than fast enough to dodge and counter attacks the enemies. Once she saw that she quickly pieced together that Jay-Jay was baiting His opponents into attacking Him. Once they did, He dodges and they were left too stunned at the move. Giving Him time to attack them and put them out of commission. Violet has to say it is a reckless fighting style, but it can work if you have enough speed or are way faster than your opponents. Which is why Violet wonders what is He. A government agent or spy, a superhero, a former special ops soldier, a vigilante, or a former mercenary. There are so many possibilities of what He is and that is why Violet offered Him to join them so she can see if He can be trusted.
"We're here Violet," Jay-Jay informed her, snapping Violet out of her thoughts.
The two walk into the spa and begin to search for the two.
After a couple of minutes of searching, the two found Ichika and Saphentite relaxing in the pool.
"Oh, this is relaxing," Ichika said as a wave of relief washed over her. "Thanks for taking me out Saphentite. I needed this."
Saphentite flashed a smile. "I told you. You can use a day off. You've been working your ass off lately and it's time for you to take a breather,"
"Well, can't argue with you there," Ichika sunk deeper into the water as she closes her eyes and let out a content sigh.
Saphentite saw Violet and Jay-Jay walking towards them. "Is that who I think is?" She stands up to get a closer look.
Ichika opens her eyes. "What are you talking about?"
"It is! Violet here, Ichika!" Saphentite said in happiness as she slithers to Violet and pulls her into a hug. "Oh, it's so good to see you again!"
Violet returns the hug and smiles. "Likewise Saphentie,"
"Well, if it isn't Violet," Ichika said with her hands on her hips. "Fancy seeing you here." She glances at Jay-Jay. "Who is your friend?"
"Jayvon Jayson," Jay-Jay answered. "Nice to meet you."
"I'm Ichika and that is Saphentite," She points to Saphentite who waved. "Nice to meet You too, handsome," Ichika said before looking at Violet. "What are you doing here? Came to hang out with us?"
Violet shakes her head. "As much I would love to, I don't have time. I just cut to the chase. Adora and I are gathering the Champions back again,"
Ichika and Saphentite's eyes widen at this.
"You are?!" Saphentite asked, Violet nodded. "I see...why?"
"I don't if you read the news, but across the Omega Omnisphere the crime rate is rising and problematic organizations and teams rising," Violet answered. "Not only that, but our old enemies either escape prison or come out of hiding and have teamed to conquer cities, planets, galaxies, etc., and have formed tyrannical governments."
"I see. And you want us to join you?" Ichika guessed.
Violet nods. "Yes. We need all the help we can get,"
Ichika and Saphentite looked at each other. They are hesitant to rejoin the Champions. Both of them have participated in the brawl and they have made some...enemies with their former teammates as they know they have said some hurtful words to their former friends and comrades. They also believed that if the Champions ever got together again...all hell will break loose and it gonna be more horrible than the less brawl as some of the members have hatred and grudges against former teammates. However, Violet is right. Old and new villains are popping up left and right and are causing chaos and disorder in the Omega Omnisphere. There is a reason why governments across the Omega Omnisphere panic when they heard the Champions disbanded. They were the ones that kept the Omega Omnisphere in order and they have the best and strongest warriors to keep the villains in check and make them think twice about putting their plans into motion. With them gone, it is only a matter of time before the Omega Omnisphere is in some deep trouble.
"You're right, Violet," Saphentite said while looking at Violet. "However, I don't think I can ever rejoin the Champions. I mean think about it. Do you really think that the Champions will ever be a functional team after what happened? I don't think it will ever work as I know some members have a grudge against each other or outright hate each other."
"She has a point," Ichika said with a sigh. "Listen, I will help you, but I am not rejoining the Champions. I know that a shitshow waiting to happen."
"I see. I understand. Would you join, Saphentite?" Violet asked the snake woman, hoping that she would say yes.
"I would love to join, but as Ichika said, it's a shitshow waiting to happen so I'm sorry, but I'm declining the offer," Saphentite said in a sad tone.
"I understand," Violet said, hiding the disappointment in her voice and she turns around and begin to walk away.
However, Jay-Jay wasn't giving up. "There is no need to worry about that because I will keep all of them in line," This catches their attention. Especially Violet as she turns to look Jay-Jay with a puzzled look.
"What do You mean by that?" Saphentite asked, she is curious about this Jay-Jay as that is a very bold statement to make.
"I will make sure that everyone will not kill each other is what I'm saying," Jay-Jay answered in a sincere tone.
"That's nice and all, but how are You gonna be sure of that? You're just one guy while the Champions is filled with gods and beings that can destroy whole universes or multiverses," Ichika said while looking at Jay-Jay like He had grown a second head.
Jay-Jay looks at her with a serious expression. "I know all of you just meet Me, but I can tell that I've been in my share of rowdy and dysfunctional teams and have beings beyond your wildest imaginations. I can give you proof if you want," Jay-Jay summoned His resumed and a supercomputer. "Here the My sources. You can look at it now or later if you want. It's up to you."
Saphentite and Ichika glanced at each before shifting their eyes to God.
Saphentite was the first to speak. "Well, give us time to think and see what You're is true,"
Ichika's gaze turns to Violet. "We keep in touch, Violet. We need space to think about your offer,"
"I understand," Violet nods. "Before we go, did you know the whereabouts of other teammates?"
Saphentite shakes her head. "I'm sorry, but we can't help you there as we haven't talked to either of them in weeks."
"I see. Take care now," Violet bid farewell before walking off with Jay-Jay following suit.
"Bye!" Saphentite waved goodbye to the two
"See you two later," Ichika gives a two-finger salute. Once the two were out of eyesight, the two looked at the resume and supercomputer.
"Well, this should be interesting," Saphentite said in an amused tone.
With Adora
Adora is walking towards Izu Beach.
She is started to dread the fact those two are alone as she should be the one to take Jay-Jay with her.
Adora was there when the party started. And let's say, Froleytia has good reasons to dislike her. Before the disaster of the party, the three were great friends with each other and trust each other wholeheartedly. They can always be seen talking and hanging out with each other. They were inseparable. However, that all changed when the party hit. At first, the three were getting along with each other, When the alcohol start to kick in, that is when things went downhill real quick as the three were bantering with each other until Froleytia started to get real personal as she wanted payback for the decision that Adora played a major part in. Adora remembers being taken by what Froleytia said and wanted her to apologize. Instead of apologizing, Froleytia just dug deeper, and seeing that she was not apologizing, Adora throw the first punch and soon a fight broke out between the two. Chizuru tried to break the fight, however, she was dragged into it. Froleytia and Adora give each other pretty serious injuries as she remembers Froleytia breaking her right arm and in retaliation, Adora breaking her left leg. Chizuru managed to break the two apart from killing each other. After that night, Adora felt guilty and tried to apologize but Froleytia blow her off. This ruined their relationship with each other and Adora feel sad about it since then. Chizuru and Adora still have a good relationship with each other as they talk to each other now and then.
She breaks out of her thoughts once she sees she made it to their destination.
She sighs. 'I don't know if I have the strength to deal with Froletyia, but I must push through. Innocent lives are at stake,' She pushes herself to find Froletyia and Chizuru. After a couple of minutes of searching, she finally found them. They were laying on towels and tanning. She swallows the lump in her throat. 'Here goes nothing.' She walks towards them.
"Ah, finally," Froleytia sighs in relief. "We can have time to ourselves."
"Tell me about it," Chizuru agreed, taking a sip out of her margarita. "I love my kids, but they can be draining at times."
"Tell me about it," Froleytia chuckles lightly. "You know, I was thinking after this, we should go to Oborix. I heard they are having a planet-wide festival and I kinda want to see what it's about."
"There does sound interesting. I'm in," Chizuru said.
Froleytia grins. "Good. I hope it's fun,"
Chizuru takes another sip of her margarita. "I do too," She catches a familiar face in her mirror. She looks behind her and saw Adora standing behind them with a nervous smile. "Adora! It's good to see you again."
Froleytia quickly looks behind her and indeed, Adora was there. She is stunned to see Adora here and wondered how she find them
Adora returns the hug. "I'm glad to see you too, Chizuru," The two let go of each other and Adora looks at Froleytia. "Hello, Froleytia."
"What are you doing here?" Froleytia asked with grit teeth. "Because you have some guts to come here bitch."
Adora wanted to snark back, but she does decide to be the bigger person."I just cut to the chase, me and Adora are gathering the Champions to be a team again and I wanted to see if you two wanted to join us,"
Froleytia and Chizuru's eyes widened at this. Gathering the Champions again?! That is frankly an insane idea and a disaster waiting to happen. The two remember the weeks after the party. How they could not? It was tense all the time and people were awkward with each other or don't bother to apologize and it was depressing at how quiet it was on the base. When the Champions finally disbanded when things were not going to work out and it was going to get worse from there, the two felt a wave of relief as they don't have to deal with the stress anymore and they can finally not see certain members again. However, it seems like the universe has a cruel sense of humor as Adora is back from being MIA and wants the Champions to be a team again.
"Are you insane?!" Froleytia yelled at the Princess of Power. "Do you remember how miserable it was during the last weeks of the Champions?!"
Adora solemnly nods. "I do, but we need to be together again. Evil organizations and teams are rising and the crime rate is sky-high! And we have been inactive for so long that our enemies manage to raise armies and form tyrannical governments. It's only a matter of time before an Omniversal scale war breaks out!"
Froleytia was about to shoot back, but Chizuru stops her.
"She does have a point," Chizuru said, Froleytia's head snaps in Chizuru's direction. "However, I can also understand where Froleytia is coming from. The Champions were one of the best teams in the Omega Omnisphere, but that was in the past and we moved past them. Tell me, Adora, did you think that most of the members will rejoin the Champions, and what is stopping the Champions from making things worse with their dysfunctional dynamics and the hatred they have against their comrades and partners?"
Adora thinks about what Chizuru said. Those are good questions. She hates to admit it, but she and Violet have no plan for the mission of assembling the Champions again and they do have not a backup plan in case this plan fails. However, Adora is not the type to give up and they can work out a backup plan later. "You have good points, but it is worth a try. I know innocent lives are at stake and it is up to us to protect them and keep them safe. Me and Violet are strong warriors, but both of us know that we are going to need help to keep the Omega Omnisphere. It's a big existence out there and they are going to need a big team to protect it,"
Chizuru lightly smiles. "Stubborn as always, Adora,"
"Well, count me out," Froleytia said as she crosses her arms. "I don't think I can be on a team with you on it."
Adora shot her a glare and was about to retaliate, but Chizuru beat her to it.
"Now now, Froleytia, you were wrong for what you did that night," Chizuru said, shocking Adora and Froleytia. "I kept quiet because I thought you would've realized by now that you were wrong for that night. Turns out, you are way more persistent than I originally thought."
Froleytia gawked at her. "But she throws the first punch!"
Chizuru nods. "She did, but only after she demand apologized and you just kept insulting her. She tried to keep the peace, but you chose to be antagonistic,"
Froleytia grits her teeth and storm off while grumbling under her breath.
Leaving Chizuru and Froleytia alone.
Adora sighs. "She is something else," Adora looks at Chizuru with a small smile. "Thanks for standing up for me."
"That's what friends are for," Chizuru smiled. "Although now, this trip is ruined as Froleytia is going to be mad at me during the whole trip."
Adora lightly giggles. "She has been fine. I've asked to though, why didn't you get on her when she blow me off?"
"I thought she would've realized by now that she was in the wrong, but I underestimated how long she can hold a grudge," Chizuru explained.
"Oh, I see. So would you join us?"
"Give me time to think about it because like Froleytia said, it was miserable and I don't know if I have the strength to be around that, but innocent lives are at stake and it's up to us to keep them safe. It's hard a decision,"
Adora nods. "I understand. If you decide to join us, meet us at our old base,"
"I will. Be safe now,"
"I will and I keep in touch," Adora begins to walk off until a question pop into her head. "Quick question before I go, do you know any whereabouts of our old teammates?"
"I heard Ryan and Penia are going against a tyrannical dictator that has conquered the solar system a couple of megaverses away and is on a planet called Togao,"
'Of course, they are,' Adora thought before saying. "Okay, thanks." With that, she left.
With Jay-Jay and Violet.
Jay-Jay and Violet are waiting in the alleyway for Adora to return.
It was quiet as Jay-Jay is thinking about the plan to help Ryan and Penia with their crusade while Violet is nervous about Adora.
She has heard that Adora and Froleytia got into a fight during that disastrous party and she was sent alone to deal with her. However, this Adora she is thinking about, she can handle whatever is thrown at her. Violet is sure that Froleytia won't join them, but she knows Chizuru probably will as she is a reasonable woman and has a good heart.
"You seem to be in deep thought," Jay-Jay said, breaking Violet out of her thoughts. "Want to talk about it?"
Violet shakes her head. "Thanks for the offer, but it is not that big of a deal," Jay-Jay nodded and went back to planning. "Why did You join us when I offered? This is obviously a long mission and once You join us, You will deal with terrifying enemies."
"As I said earlier, I faced beings beyond your imagination," Jay-Jay said. "I join you two because like y'all said, the Omega Omnisphere is in danger and y'all need all the help y'all can get and I'm here to help."
"I see. What are Your goals then?"
"My goals are to achieve peace and harmony throughout all of Existence, fulfill My promises, and spread everything good everywhere I go,"
'Those are some noble goals,' Violet thought. 'He is an idealistic Man is what I got from Him.'
"What are your goals, Violet?"
"Goals? I achieved my goals years ago. But if I have to say, then it would be to defend the Omega Omnisphere to the best of my ability and reassemble the Champions,"
"That's a good goal to have," Jay-Jay smiles at her.
Violet nods with a small smile. "Thank You. Is it true that You have been in a lot of teams?"
"It's true. I have been around since the beginning and seen things that are beyond your wildest dreams," Jay-Jay answered.
Violet furrowed her brow at what Jay-Jay's said. 'What does He mean by the beginning? I need to keep my eye on Him because something tells me He is beyond extraordinary,'
She broke out of her thoughts when she heard footsteps coming their way. The two turn their heads and saw Adora coming towards them.
"Hey guys," Adora said with a wave. "How did it go with Ichika and Saphentite?"
"It went well," Violet answered. "Both of them said they would call us if they decide to join us or not."
"How it went with Froleytia and Chizuru?" Jay-Jay asked.
Adora sheepishly scratches her head. "Well, Froyletia still holds a grudge against me so she will not be joining us, but Chizuru said she will think about it,"
Violet frowns a bit. "I figured that Froyletia would not join us,"
"Yeah. However, Chizuru told me where Ryan and Penia are on a planet called Togao," Adora said.
"I see. We head there and see if they are interested in joining us," Violet said, then she stroked her chin. "But that brings us to a problem. How are we gonna get there?"
"I can take us," Jay-Jay said, Adora and Violet shifted their gaze toward them. "I know how I teleport and I know where it is. Now, let's go. We have a solar system to save."
Violet and Adora looked at each other before nodding.
"Ready when You are," Adora said.
Jay-Jay smiles and teleported them to Togao.
Togao, Burnsley, 1:25 A.M.
Togao was once a beautiful planet filled with diverse landscapes and amazing sights. Now, it is ruined. After the War of Nightmares, it turn into a fiery thanks to the bombs and fire powers of the tyrant that now ruled this solar system. The population used to be 9 billion, but now, only a billion remained. Togao is about the same size as Earth and its gravity is the same and has two continents that makeup 75% of the landmass. There used to be 5 oceans, but thanks to the tyrant fire, only 2 remained as the other three have evaporated.
In the continent of Opoya, the tyrant lives in Burnsley, the capital of Opoya. It has a population of 7 million. Burnsley was built at the base of a gigantic and it is truly...falling apart, to put it lightly. Ever since the fire tyrant has taken over the solar system, Burnsley hasn't been the same and is changing for the worse as his soldiers patrol like there was no tomorrow. The skyline is mostly empty as the war destroyed most of the skyscrapers in the sky. The mountains used to provide for the city. Sadly, the fire tyrant and his army used the resources for themselves and to amass more power. Most businesses have turned into bases and places to get weapons and propaganda was all over the city. When the fire tyrant won the war, a huge outcry was let out by the people, and in retaliation, they formed rebel groups to take down the fire tyrant. Unfortunately, it didn't work as the army easily push them back or killed them. Many people decided to hide as they didn't live under a tyrant. They hide underground as the fire tyrant didn't bother to look underground as it wasn't worth the effort. People begin to give up in despair. They had no way they can fight against the fire tyrant and his army as they prove they were more than capable of wiping all of them out and is durable to withstand their nukes. There's no way they can fight back and win. So they decided to live in the underground.
Until Ryan and Penia came into the picture.
People recognize them as former members of the Champions and hope begins to restore as they heard stories of what Ryan and Penia of what they are capable of.
Fire Tyrant and his army were a little worried when the two came into the picture, but they didn't fret too much as they can take down two former members of the Champions without too much trouble, right?
He was wrong as both of them wasted no time in destroying bases and capturing the fire tyrant soldiers.
Seeing that Ryan and Penia are winning the fight, people begin to have hope again and begin to fight back thanks to the equipment that Ryan and Penia give them.
The fire tyrant was pissed off that his plans are derailing and he worried about someone being able to withstand his heat and fighting evenly with him. He needs to way to get rid of them so he can continue to rule.
Little did he know his problems were about to get an infinity times worse than this.
Jay-Jay, Adora, and Violet appeared in an alleyway.
"We're here," Jay-Jay whispered. "Move quietly, we don't want them to know that we are here."
Adora and Violet nod.
Jay-Jay look around both ways and saw the coast. He gestured to them that it is safe and He begin to move quietly with Adora and Violet following them. Being quiet as they could.
Jay-Jay senses a group of soldiers coming their way. "Over here," Jay-Jay whispered as He turns to the alleyway and hide beside a trash can with Adora and Violet following suit.
A group of soldiers rode in a Cougar 4x4 MRAP. They look around for any suspicious activity. Once they see nothing, they moved and headed to the next district.
"Alright, the coast is clear," Jay-Jay whispered, He exited the hiding spot and quietly runs to the next district. "Stay close to Me."
Violet and Adora nodded and followed Him.
They made it to the tunnel that lead to the underground. However, the entrance was blocked by debris.
"Hmm, it's blocked," Adora said, not surprised to see it is blocked.
"They must have blocked it," Violet said. "Smart move. They must have another entrance around here." She looks around for an entranceway.
"We don't need to look for an entranceway," Jay-Jay said causing Violet and Adora to look at Him with curiosity. "Grab onto Me."
Violet and Adora grab Jay-Jay and Jay-Jay walks to the debris. He phrases through the entrance and have enter the tunnel. Seeing that it was pitch-black, Jay-Jay raises His right palm, and a ball of white fire formed.
"You can teleport, control fire, and have intangibility? That's a deadly combination right there," Adora said, clearly impressed by Jay-Jay's powers.
"Thank you," Jay-Jay said. He walked around the tunnels with Adora and Violet right behind Him.
It was dead silent as it seems like there is no ounce of life in here and Violet and Adora were on the edge while Jay-Jay didn't mind.
"I don't have a good feeling about this," Violet said, frantically looking around for any suspicious activities.
"I don't either. This place is giving me the creeps," Adora said, on guard in case anything comes out there.
Jay-Jay stepped on a rope and was suddenly dragged and He was hanging in the air.
This alert the two women as Adora summons Sword of Protection and Violet pulls out her desert eagle.
"We have unwanted visitors!" A man shouted, his voice coming from deep into the tunnel.
"Get ready, Violet! We may have a fight on our hands!" Adora shouted.
Violet nods and cocked her gun.
They were suddenly surrounded by groups of rebels who wielded all kinds of weapons.
"Who are you and state your business here!" A familiar voice commanded.
Adora's eyes widened as she recognized. "Ryan?!"
"Is that you, Adora?" Another familiar voice questioned, two come out of the crowd and it was Ryan and Penia came out of the crowd.
The two eyes widened in shock and they beamed up in happiness at seeing Adora and Violet.
"You motherfuckers!" Ryan said in disbelief as he jumps down with Penia following suit and run to the two. "I never thought I would see you two again! Come on, give me a hug!" Ryan pulls Adora into a hug.
Adora smiles and returns the hug. "I could say the same about you. It's good to see you keeping up the good fight,"
"Violet!" Penia shouted in happiness, pulling Violet into a bear hug. "It's good to see you again!"
"Good to see you too," Violet smiled and returned the hug.
Seeing that Violet and Adora are former members of the Champions, the rebels lowered their weapons and sighed in relief.
Ryan separated from Adora and saw Jay-Jay hanging from the ceiling. He is enjoying the touching reunion. "Who is your new friend?"
"That Jayvon Jayson," Adora answered. "He is here to help us with our mission."
"I'm Ryan. Nice to meet You," Ryan waved. "I would shake Your hand, but You're too occupied from hanging up there."
"I wouldn't worry about it," Jay-Jay said, He raises His left index finger, and a claw popped it. He cuts the rope and lands on His feet.
'How many abilities does He has?' Adora thought, that the fourth ability she has seen Him do and none of them is in no way related to each other.
"Well, He is cute," Penia said, looking at Jay-Jay up and down. "Where do you find Him?"
"We meet Him at the planet Brora 3," Violet answered.
"I see," Ryan said. "Come on, let's head back. Penia and I need to finish our planning." Ryan head back towards the main part of the tunnels with the rest following him.
"So what happened with your two? I mean you and Adora just went mia a couple of weeks after the Champions disbanded," Penia said.
"I just thought it would be better if we kept about our operations," Violet answered. "It did give us an advantage when attacking villains unexpectedly. However, that strategy isn't working anymore as the threats are getting bigger. Which is why Adora and I have decided to gather the Champions together again."
Ryan's ears picked up at what Violet said and he turns to look at her. "No way! You two are planning to gather the Champions again?!" Violet nods. "I and Penia have been talking about gathering the Champions again!"
Adora blinked at this. "You have?"
Penia rapidly nods. "Uh-huh. We know that the Omega Omnisphere is in danger and it is up to us to defend the weak and defenseless,"
"Right! There's no way I would just stand around and let the Omega Omnisphere be consumed in darkness," Ryan said.
"So I take it you two are in?" Violet asked.
Penia nods.
"Of course, you can always count on us!" Ryan smiles at the two.
Adora grins. "Then welcome back you two,"
They made it to the main part of the base. The rebels went back on guard or training while Adora, Penia, Violet, Ryan, and Jay-Jay walks up the stairs. They stopped once they saw a map of a base.
"So what I was saying?" Ryan asked Penia.
"You and I were going to in the base by hitting the side, but we need a sniper to covered us," Penia answered.
"That's right. We don't have a lot of snipers," Ryan said, he begins to think about their options.
Violet was about to volunteer, but Jay-Jay beat her to it.
"I will be your sniper," Jay-Jay said causing everyone to look at Him.
"Are You sure? This is the fire tyrant and his army we are going against," Penia said, worried that this Man may be in over His head.
Jay-Jay nods. "I'm sure of it. I'm a decent shot and I will make sure this mission will be successful,"
"Well if He sure is then He's in," Ryan said. "And I'm curious to see what You are capable of."
"What can we do to help?" Adora asked.
"Hold the fort down while we are gone," Jay-Jay said.
Violet and Adora nod.
Penia smiles. "I knew we can count on you two," She looks at Ryan and Jay-Jay. "When do we leave?"
"We leave now," Jay-Jay said. "Gear up and bring your best weapons. Because the fire tyrant reign of terror has expired."
