For Disclaimer, summary, and warnings, go back to that one chapter with it all on it. Most likely chapter 1.
AN: After much sweat and tears, i finally got this out here! Haha just joking. Actually it took a friend to get me to get off my bum and type the rest of this. I practically stole her ideas, but we all appreciate the work she's done for me! (clap clap)
Dedication: To CatJetRat! My new beta! She's such a wonderful person! Everyone should thank her, becuase had it not been for her, this wouldn't have been out here for another week or so. Here's a snippet of our conversation:
catjetrat:So, if you hadn't talked to moi, how long would it have taken you to update?
angelayeka24: About a week.
Alright, so it was just a few sentences, but I thought it was kinda funny. i suppose you woulda had to have been there.

Harry stormed out of the kitchen, a sneer across his face. He had expected Draco to understand. After all, he had said he understood about being popular. He should understand the troubles Harry was having too, right? Running his free hand through his already unruly hair, Harry made his way over to the horde of people surrounding his date.
"Here's your water," he spoke as he handed the girl her drink. She took it in shaky hands and sipped it. She quickly discarded it and continued telling the story that she had started when Harry was away.
"As I was saying, it just appeared out of nowhere! It made so much noise, and then it started saying something. I couldn't understand it though. Something like 'Lions bring me snakes.' or 'Lions singing snakes' but it wasn't important. It was so frightening! I think it came from the dead! Oh!" She wailed before crying. She was being held by some of the girls she hung out with.
Rolling his eyes, Harry stood up and quietly walked over to the garage door. He turned the knob and slipped in unnoticed. It was dark, to say the least. Maneuvering his way around the boxes, he proceeded to the other side of the garage, where he spotted Ron, sitting on the floor.
"Did you get a chance to talk to him?"
"Yeah," Ron said as he stood up. "He said he wants us to bring Draco to him. We have until the end of our school year. If we succeed, he said that we'll have guaranteed jobs at his business. Imagine that, Harry! We'll be rich!"
The room was silent; Ron imagining where he would be next year, Harry wondering how they were gonna get Draco to Voldemort, when Draco didn't even like Harry anymore. After a few more minutes of silence, both boys decided to go back inside the house.
"Oh Harry! Did you see it?" The blonde girl threw herself at the brunette, looking up at him with teary eyes.
"There was nothing in there. We looked, but we couldn't find anything. I think maybe you were just imagining things."
The room burst into whispers. The blonde girl's head turned from side to side, watching the peoples' reaction. She heard whispers claiming she was crazy, others saying she just made it up for attention. Her breath became erratic as people started to give small laughs. This had never happened before! People were turning on one of the most popular girls in the school!
She gave a loud whining noise before storming out the door. Harry didn't really care too much. He didn't even like the girl. He had important things to think about. He sat on the couch, other people continuing on with the party as if nothing had ever happened.
First off, there was the problem with Draco. He needed to get back with the other boy as soon as possible. It was necessary for the mission. This mission would set him for life! But... there was that other feeling. The feeling of dread that once he gave Draco up to Voldemort, he would never see the other man again.
If that were to happen, Harry didn't know what he'd do. In a way, he had grown used to Draco's company. Not only was the other guy cute, he was almost everything Harry could want. He was starting to form strong feelings for Draco. Feelings he knew shouldn't be there. They would only interfere.
That was the only reason why he chose to take someone else to the party, let alone even go to the party. It wasn't because he found the girl attractive, or he wanted to become more popular. Gods no. He just said it would help his rep in hopes that Draco would pass this off as something that would eventually happen. When he saw Draco though, everything crumbled. He had actually been happy to see the blonde boy. His heart leapt with joy at the thought of having someone who could understand him better. Someone he was very familiar with, despite the fact that they had only known each other for a week or so.
Was it possible to fall for someone so quickly? For some people, it only takes a few days, other people, years. For Harry ,however, it felt like it only took a few minutes. Harry would do anything for the other boy. He hated seeing him so sad and depressed. Sometimes, he just got carried away in his life. His social status had always been his number one priority. Now, Draco was battling for that spot. Harry was trying to get used to juggling his number one things.
He would manage it though. Somehow, he would. Draco would always be more important, but right now, he was becoming a major distraction with Voldemort. Harry finally got up and decided to leave the party. It was late and he wanted to go home.
ccc Thursday, School Hallway ccc
"George, I told you, I have too much homework! I have to finish it all by tonight. I can't go out today."
A sigh had made its way past Draco's rose-tinted lips. George had been pestering Draco to go out with him, but Draco had refused every offer. He was still awaiting Harry's call, but it had already been three days! He had seen Harry at school, but the other boy never looked his way.
"Well, since you don't want to go out with me today," or ever, Draco thought, "I'll just leave." George placed a kiss on Draco's cheek and let go of the hand that Draco hadn't even known he had been holding, and left.
Surprised would be a word that he wouldn't have used. It was an understatement. George wasn't supposed to kiss him at all!
Why didn't things ever work out for Draco? Everything went completely wrong! Draco was never supposed to "break up" with Harry, and was never supposed to have George kiss him. If anyone saw, let alone Harry, he was screwed. Making a funny noise in the back of his throat, Draco proceeded to walk over to his house.
It didn't take him that long to walk home, so he was unusually early. Nobody was home, and Draco would be alone for at least an hour. He called Pansy, but her mom said that she had gone shopping, and she'd call him back. Sighing, he picked up a book that was on the coffee table in the living room, and started reading.
Finally, the phone rang. Draco scrambled to pick it up, but when he did, all that was heard was shouting.
"You're seeing George Weasley!? How could you? Why the hell would you go with another Weasley? Haven't you learned your damn lesson Draco? Stay away from them. They're nothing but trouble!"
The other end went quiet as the phone was hung up. Draco sat there, shocked at what had just been yelled at him. Maybe he should just convince his mother to move somewhere else. It was a bad idea to stay here.
But why should he run away from his problems right now? He had done it before, and it didn't lead to happiness, so what was the point? Besides, he could tell that the person calling had been Harry. He could tell that voice from anywhere. Something needed to be done about this whole ordeal. But what could Draco do that would be effective?
ccc Friday, After The Last Bell ccc
The bell just rang, and all the students of Hogwarts High rushed out into the hallways, bringing them back to life with the chatter of anxious teens. Draco ran past all the people, trying to catch up to the raven-haired boy he had been looking for all day. After a few minutes of bumping into people, he finally caught up to the other boy.
"Harry!"
Hearing his name, Harry turned around, coming face-to-face with Draco, the boy he had been avoiding. Draco bit his lip, looking down at the ground, contemplating whether this was the right thing to do or not. It was cruel; there was no doubt about that. He didn't want to cause the boy he cared for so much any pain.
Draco finally decided that this decision would also affect him too, so he went along with the plan. "Harry," he repeated, "I wanted to say something."
"Well?"
The blonde boy lunged forward, crushing his lips to Harry's, causing the other boy's eyes to grow wide in shock. Not really coming to terms with what Draco was doing, Harry responded to the kiss, by putting his hands on Draco's hips, opening his mouth for the other boy to delve into.
Instead of doing that, however, Draco just pulled his face away, smiling in a sickeningly sweet way at the other boy. "I'm so sorry I went with George, honey. He meant nothing to me, honestly. Besides, he could never replace you! Will you take me back, love?"
Before Harry could respond, someone in the crowd of people that had formed around the two boys vocalized the thought circulating through everyone else's head.
"Oh my God! Harry Potter is gay!"
Harry immediately pushed Draco away; the force of it being so much that Draco actually fell. Some of the people helped him up, and then everyone had turned their attention completely to Harry.
"Is it true? Is the 'great and popular Harry Potter' really gay?"
Turning wild green eyes to Draco, Harry remained silent. What was he supposed to say? Was he supposed to say yes? It was the truth, but then again, he had never told these people the truth. This was just some scheme concocted by Draco Malfoy.

AN: Okay, so it wasn't on of my best, but it's better than nothing, right? At least I got someone to get my lazy ass to finishing this. Hee hee...
ccc Teaser ccc
"That wasn't funny Malfoy!"
"Oh, but it was, Potter. Believe me, you don't want to get on my bad side."
"After this, I might." Harry said, before he slowly walked towards Draco, causing the other boy to scoot further away from Harry. Eventually, Harry had Draco pinned up against the wall, and his lips decended upon the blonde boy in a gentle kiss. It left Draco breathless. The kiss, as small as it was, held so much emotion and tenderness.
ccc Responses To Reviewers ccc
YG: Okay, so it wasn't hot and steamy, but it was something! Sadly, there will probably be no more Draco/George action. sobs
personz-of-da-dungeon: Well if I didn't have a cliffhanger, and then a teaser at the end, you wouldn't want to come back and read now, would you? Honestly though, I don't mean to have cliffhangers. i just kind of stop it at a spot that I think sounds alright.
Your mom: If your homophobic, you wouldn't have even read this far. maybe you just don't like it that much? Does that sound rude? i hope not. Anywho, yes, the girl did see Voldemort, and you are correct. It should have went more off of the Voldemort thing, but nobody really knows who Voldemort is at the time, except for someone who owns a really big company. The girl didn't know it was Voldemort either. She saw someone who had red eyes and a shriveled burnt looking face. Yeah. i don't know if that makes much sense, but6 yeah. I think Draco's hot as well.
CatJetRat: i know how that is. You have NO idea where you are, and soemtimes you have to go back and read the last chapter, because you get it all confused. Lol, I guess you kinda wrote this chapter didn't you? Thanks Mother Hen! ;
Xblilyia: I like when Harry and Draco fight too! It's kinda weird isn't it? And I think that i kinda switched everyone's roles in this story. Harry's kinda the bad guy now, draco the innocent one that's always going through some kind of drama, Pansy, the good, faithful friend who helps Draco along the way, Ron, the evil bad guy, and Hermione(whom we'll see more of soon) who is still herself...I think...Anywho, thanks! I appreciate it!
blackdragonofdeath13: Thanks you!
ura: I'm glad I'm back too...sorta..Thanks.
BehindGreenEyes: What did I do??? I'm alright. I know! We need to TALK!!!!!!!!!!! It's alright if you forget to review. If Draco moves away, it'll be so much more interesting! I could have Harry come to him before they leave and say: "Draco! I love you!" And it'll be all romantic like in the movies! Lol I'm weird! Oh yeah, the girl kind of exaggerated.......little bit...heh. Isn't Harry a jerk in almost all of my chapters? Love ya too! Thanks!
thedarkside45: I'm sorry it wasn't sooner. I was sort of...stuck... thanks!
Please Review! It makes me happy!
