Good afternoon, readers! Welcome to the rewrite version of Amphibia: Calamity War! Few days ago, I have to delete this story because of some negative review or such behavior if it weren't for that trouble making menace. But today, after I had a discussions with AstroZ on Discord from days ago, I think I decided that I should bring it all back and correct my errors while I'm rewriting most chapters.
As for the reminders that most chapters are gonna be some few changes around here and I do NOT need any insults or spam. Just because I'm adding some Non-Disney into this story, but that doesn't mean that it has be only just for Disney. Only I decide that which fandom or media that's gonna be in each chapters. In the meantime, please enjoy reading! Thank you!
Amphibia: Calamity War
Chapter 1: Unexpected Birthday
It was a beautiful sunny day in Los Angeles, there was a field trip to the Museum of Natural History where all fossils of dinosaurs and art mythology are placed in the exhibits. There were group of kindergartners with their school teacher are having their own tour around the museum when they followed to a black woman, Dr. Jan who's a paleontologist wearing dinosaur fossils button up shirt and her glasses.
"And here we are in this part of the exhibits where dinosaurs once ruled the earth for over 65 million years. We have many paleontologists to dig up some fossils where we discovered many species throughout the globe. These fossils were the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex, meaning the tyrant king fighting against Triceratops, meaning a three horned lizard. So, what do you think that both dinosaurs are fighting for? Anyone?"
Some children knows more a lot about dinosaurs, but sometimes they were too young to understand about history class. Suddenly, a hand was raised in the back.
"Yes, in the back." said Dr. Jan.
"Triceratops are defending its territory meaning they have to protect the herd from the T. Rex." replied the girl who's wearing an olives green dresses.
"That's a really good answers. I'm impressed and yes, Triceratops are defending the each other meaning they have to protect their babies from any predators like the T. Rex. Now, any more questions?"
Another hand was raised in the back.
"What do you call blind eye dinosaur?" asked the girl with messy brown hair.
"Oh, and why's that?"
"Do-you-think-he-saurus."
All the kids were laughing at the girls' joke while their teacher chuckled.
"That's a very funny joke. I remember that quote from the movie. Now moving on to the next exhibit." said Dr. Jan.
The kindergartners and their teacher are following Dr. Jan to the next part of the exhibit where it shows full of arts of mythology like paintings and artifacts.
"And this is the mythology room where all legends are made. From Egypt to Greek. We have many treasures that was found throughout the history. You can look as much as you like, but don't touch anything."
The children spread out and looked at many artifacts and treasures. Then there were three girls that were standing at the part. One girl who answered the question was Marcy who's wearing her olive green dresses. Another girl who has messy hair was Anne who made a good joke. And the last girl wearing pink dresses was Sasha. They looked at the Greek pots where it shows the art of a hero facing against the monster that has eight heads.
"That monster looks creepy. What do you think Anne?" ask Sasha.
"I don't know. What do you think Marcy?" asked Anne.
"Hmm, I think that monster was hydra. It can grow when their head was cut off." replied Marcy.
"That was scary, but gross." said Anne.
"Hey, let's check out over there." said Sasha as she went over to a different room. Anne and Marcy are following her, but what they didn't noticed that the sign says closed for renovation. The girls have entered the room where all box was packed and covered by cloth. The girls were curious about this room.
"What is this place?" asked Anne.
"I don't know, but it is too dark." replied Sasha.
"Girls, I'm scared." said Marcy.
"It's okay Marcy, there's nothing to be scared." said Anne comforting her best friend.
"Hey look, what's that?" Sasha ran over to the spot where it once covered by tannish clothe. Sasha was curious as she pulls the clothe which it turns out to be a mirror with golden frame. The girls were amazed.
"Whoa, a mirror." said Sasha.
"What's a mirror doing in here?" asked Anne.
"I don't know, but whatever it is, it looks cool." said Sasha when looking at the mirror. She thought of something that gives her an idea. She decided to make fun of herself as she goofed around making friends laugh.
"Hey, can I try?" asked Anne.
"Sure." said Sasha.
Anne walked over to the mirror and make fun of herself too by pretending to be something like most people do.
"Hey look at me! I'm handsome!" said Anne pretending to sound like a handsome man making her friends laugh.
"My turn!" said Marcy.
Excited when she run over to the mirror, but suddenly she accidentally tripped over and was expected to hit the mirror, but then she fell through the mirror glass. Anne and Sasha were shocked. They couldn't believe what they have witnessed when their friend fell through the looking glass. It was all quiet for a second.
"Marcy?" said Anne cautiously.
And then Marcy's head pops out thus startling her friends.
"Hey girls!"
"AH!"
"Marcy! Don't scared us like that!" exclaimed Anne.
"Oh sorry, but you should come see this! I found something!" exclaimed Marcy smiling.
"What is it?" asked Sasha.
"C'mon!" said Marcy when she went back through the mirror. Both Anne and Sasha were cautious a bit, but they knew what Marcy has found.
"You go first." said Anne hesitated.
"Hey, there's no need to be afraid of. C'mon!" said Sasha when she ran through the mirror leaving Anne the only girl that stand alone in front of the mirror. There's no going back.
"Well, here goes."
Anne slowly stepped through the mirror once she made it to a place that has never seen before. She looked around to see her friends standing and she spotted them. She walked towards between her friends.
"Sasha? Marcy? Where are we?" asked Anne.
"Whatever this place is, but it looks pretty." replied Marcy.
The five-year-old girls were standing in this room with full of books and maps with chandelier lights above them. There were chairs and table on the rug. There was a window next to a fireplace where the mirror was once standing. The girls were amazed as they spread to look around. Marcy walked closely to some books and looked at any titles. She looked closely and read the title.
"Alice in Wonderland."
Sasha looked over to a map and sees a map of a land with rainbows, skull rock, and a pirate ship. Sasha read carefully.
"Neverland?"
Anne looked closely at the small lion statue standing on the rock that she's familiar with. Suddenly, she heard a small footstep and carefully open the door until her she gasps softly when she sees a walking broom carrying two water buckets. Anne has never seen a walking broom like this before. She needs to tell her friends what she saw.
"Girls!" said Anne whispered. Both Sasha and Marcy looked at Anne curiously.
"What is it?" Sasha asked.
"You gotta see this! C'mon!" said Anne when she ran out through the door.
Sasha and Marcy followed behind and went through the door. Anne went to following the walking broom through the hallway and she stopped running when the lights were on. Suddenly, there was a bark and high pitched laugh. Anne didn't notice that there was a dog in there and carefully walked closely to the edge of the wall. When she takes a closely peek to a room and gasp softly.
"Okay gang, is everyone ready?"
"Yes siree, ah hyuck."
"Oh my, I look gorgeous."
"Oh boy!"
"Ruff! Ruff!"
Anne couldn't believe her eyes. She has witnessed that there were anthropomorphic animals are in this room which turns out to be a fully animated. Anne remembers who they are. There were two mouse, two chipmunks, a duck, and a dog looking all wearing their red robes and some blue pointy hats except the yellow dog and there was a female duck wearing her purple dress holding her camera.
Suddenly, Anne hears some footsteps running and looked back to see her friends arrived. Anne quickly shushing her friends. They stop running and looked at her.
"Anne, what is it?" ask Sasha whispering.
"Come and look at this, but be very quiet." said Anne whispered.
Both Sasha and Marcy walked closely without making a sound. They looked out and gasp as they both remember who they are.
"Is that…."
"Yeah, there's Mickey and Minnie!" said Anne smiling whispered.
"Look! There's Donald and Daisy?" Sasha added whispered.
"And there's Goofy and Pluto with the chipmunks!" Marcy squealed whispered.
"Hey Daisy, is your camera ready?" Minnie asked.
"Ready when you are, Minnie." replied Daisy.
"Alright gang, places."
All of his friends take their places and start doing their own poses. Daisy carefully took a picture of them with snapshots sound clicking.
"My, you guys look great!"
"Aw, thanks Daisy. Glad you can help us taking a picture." said Mickey.
"No problem Mickey. It will be perfect for my fashion design." said Daisy.
Suddenly, the walking broom walk over to Donald and start pouring water on him thus startled.
"QUACK!"
They looked at Donald and started to laugh when he's all wet. Donald was not very happy while the walking broom walked away. The girls giggled quietly.
"Aw, phooey." grumbled Donald.
"Hey, that must be perfect for promotion!" said Goofy.
"Good idea, Goofy. Hey Daisy, can you take that one?" Mickey asked to Daisy.
"Sure do! Smile for the camera!" said Daisy taking a snapshot. They all smile except for Donald grumbling.
"Perfect! Just what we need for D23 Expo 2011." exclaimed Daisy smiling.
"Ha ha, thanks Daisy. I'm sure our fans would love to see this." replied Mickey.
Donald is squeezing his robe to get rid of the water, and then took his hat off to squeeze some water out and shake it off until he puts it back on. Minnie shares her glance at Donald and forms her smile.
"Don't worry, Donald. There's nothing to be stressed about." Said Minnie when encourage him.
"Why do I get the feelings if something ever bad happens to me?" Donald mumbled.
"Well, it can't be that bad." replied Goofy.
The girls keep watching their conversation between the wizard and the Toons. Anne was all like surprisingly amazed that her favorite characters are real. She thinks it was all just a dream. Without a warning, Marcy's nose started to tingle when she's attempted to sneeze causing to get Sasha attention and quickly cover her friends nose.
"Marcy! Don't sneeze!" hiss Sasha whispering.
Once Sasha let go of her friend's nose, Marcy didn't feel like she is sneezing at all making her friends sigh in relief. But then, Marcy sneezed and quickly covered her mouth shocking. Anne and Sasha were shocked too with panic if anyone else is hearing the sneeze.
"Gesundheit." said Mickey.
"What, it's not me Mickey." replied Minnie.
"Huh? If it's not you, then who sneezed?" Mickey looked at the chipmunks who's shaking their head.
"I don't know? What do you think, Chip?" said Dale.
"I don't know, Dale? It wasn't me." said Chip.
"Hmm, there's something fishes' going on around here." added Goofy.
"Yeah, whoever sneezed could be big trouble." Donald commented.
"Donald, we don't know who it is." said Daisy.
The girls started to get sweat when nervous while covering their mouths. They don't know what to do, but what they do is that they have to stay silent without spilling the beans. Suddenly, Pluto started to sniff when his ears started to flipped up. Pluto felt that he has never sniffing some weird scent and he walked closer where the girls standing. Their eyes grew wide and started to panic. It looks like they have no choice.
"C'mon! Let's get outta here!" whispered Anne when she starts running. Sasha and Marcy are following her as well before Pluto caught up with them. Once he reached out, he looked at the hallway like there's no one here, but Pluto keeps walking when sniffing. Back to Mickey and his friend's conversation.
"You saying there's someone is here?" Mickey asked.
"Possibly." Goofy shrugged.
"Um, Mickey? Where's Pluto?" Minnie asked.
Mickey looked and see that Pluto is missing. He could've sworn that his dog was right there and he started to think what he's been doing.
"Hmm, for a moment he was right there. Guess he was sniffing around again. I better go get him. Be right back." said Mickey when he left the workshop to find Pluto leaving his friends were confused. Later on, the girls quickly ran back to the gallery room and closed the door behind them.
"That was too close." said Anne.
"Sorry I sneeze." Marcy apologize.
"It's alright, but you gotta be careful or someone will hear us."
"She's right, we should probably get out of here." Sasha added.
Suddenly, they heard a sniffing realized that someone is coming. The girls went frantic when gasp.
"Someone's coming!" whispered Marcy.
"Quick, hide!" cried Sasha whispering.
They quickly hide in to their different spot. Anne went inside the chest while Sasha hides behind the curtain, but Marcy stood there frightened and quickly hide under table and hugged her knees. Suddenly, the door push opens gently when Pluto started to sniff. Marcy looked at Pluto sniffing around and quickly closed her eyes.
Anne slowly open the chest from the inside and see Pluto sniffing. She was shocked that Marcy was hiding under the table thinking that she will spotted so easily. Finally, when Pluto stopped sniffing, he looked under the table and staring at Marcy hugging her knees. Anne covered her mouth in shock.
Marcy slowly open her eyes thinking it was all quiet. She slowly looked left and see Pluto standing there when tilting his head. Her hearts beating fast. She really loves dogs, but she has never felt like she was caught in the act.
"N-nice…doggy." Marcy stammering nervously.
Pluto sniff at the girl for a bit when she closes her eyes think what he's going to do with her until they heard his name is calling.
"Pluto!"
His ears flipped up and panting smiling. He started to bark happily and went over to his owner. Marcy opened her eyes surprised.
"Ruff! Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!"
Finally, when Mickey entered and spotted Pluto. He was a bit confused when his dog is happily barking.
"There you are, Pluto!"
"Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!"
"Alright. Settle down boy. Can you tell me what have you been doing sniffing around….?"
Mickey move his head around until he spot a five-year-old girl under the table. Marcy gasp softly with eyes sparkles. Mickey is starring at her and was all confused. Her heart beats running fast and has nothing else to say when she's too shy around any strangers. Mickey have no idea how the girl got here. He decided to say hello to her.
"Uh, hello there."
Marcy react and felt like he was talking to her. Anne slowly open the chest. Sasha slowly popped her head out from the curtain. Marcy couldn't believe that she has never seen or met Mickey this close before. She waved her hand nervously.
"Hi."
"What's your name?" Mickey asked kindly.
Marcy got out from underneath the table and rubbing her arm nervously.
"My name is Marcy."
"Aw, what a cute name, but how did you get here?" Mickey asked kindly.
"I fell through the mirror and I told my friends that there's something I wanted to show them."
"Really? Then where are your friends?"
Anne react the same way when Marcy is talking to Mickey. She quickly closed the chest getting them attention and turned their heads at the chest. Mickey knew there's something going on. He smiled softly.
"You can come out now."
Anne slowly popped out from the chest while Sasha slowly stepped out from the curtain. Both Mickey and Pluto looked at Anne and Sasha surprised that the girls are here too.
"I'm sorry mister, but we were on our field trip and got lost in the museum." said Anne when she climbed out from the chest.
"It's true. We were just playing around with the mirror and didn't know that this mirror is like magic." Sasha added.
Now he understands how the girls went through the looking glass. It reminds him when he went through the mirror long ago back in his old days. He smiled.
"Well how about that. Now I know why you three got here when you went through the looking glass. You reminded me when I went through the mirror for the first time back in my old days. It sure bring back memories."
"Cool! I'm Anne and this is Sasha." said Anne shaking her hand to Mickey.
"Ha ha, it's a pleasure to meet you, girls."
Marcy looked at Pluto nervously. Mickey looked at Marcy and smiled at her once she reached her arm petting Pluto and felt her hands petting on his head. He panted happily and licked the girls head making her laughing. Anne and Sasha went to pet Pluto too. Mickey was glad that the girls are getting along with Pluto. However, he looked at the mirror and noticed that he should take the girls back to their world.
"Hey, uh, sorry to interrupt, but I think you three should be heading back home."
"Do we have to?" Sasha asked.
"Yes, and I don't want to you worrying your parents otherwise they realize that you're missing." replied Mickey.
The girls went aw in disappointed, but they knew that they have to get back to the other side. Mickey put his hands on his hips smiling.
"Don't worry girls, it may not be goodbye, but I hope I can see you girls again soon."
"You're not gonna tell anyone?" Sasha asked.
"Of course not, well, except my pals, but I'm sure they'll understand. I trust them with my life. Can you promise to keep a secret?"
"We promised." said the girls altogether.
"That's the spirit! Now let's get you back home." said Mickey.
The girls hugged Pluto one last time and walked towards to the mirror. Marcy waved her hand at Pluto and he wave his paw back. Marcy and Sasha went through the mirror first, but Anne stopped and looked at Mickey and Pluto one last time.
"Will I see you again?" Anne asked softly.
"Don't you worry, I'll see you again real soon." replied Mickey.
Anne launched and give Mickey a hug. He was surprised at first, but he hugged her back.
"Thank you."
"You're welcome."
Anne let go of her hug smiled and walk through the mirror. Once Anne has jumped out, she looked back at the mirror and see some the magic sparkles has sealed the mirror like closing the gate and it is now a regular mirror. Anne looked back at Sasha and Marcy smiling. Suddenly, they heard their teachers voice startling them.
"There you are! Where have you girls been?" asked the teacher.
They forgot that they've been gone for so long. All they know is that Mickey promise to keep them a secret so they can cover up their encounters with their favorite characters.
"Sorry Ms. Sharon, we were…..lost and looking around stuff." Anne lied.
"Do you realize that the sign says closed for renovations?"
"No Ms. Sharon, are we in trouble" Marcy asked when looked down at her shoes in shame. Their teacher changes her expression and felt sympathy at the girls. She knew that Marcy was sad every time that she did wrong. She sighed.
"Of course you're not in trouble, but do try next time to not wandering off again."
"Yes ma'am." said the girls altogether.
"Come along girls, we don't want you to missed out for some tours." said their teacher escorting her three missing students out of the closed exhibits to regroup with their classmates. They were lucky that they didn't get themselves into trouble.
"Should we tell our parents?" Marcy asked.
"Marcy, we promise Mickey to keep it a secret." Sasha reminded Marcy.
"She's right, we can't tell anyone. If we did, then they'll never believe us." Anne added.
"Okay." said Marcy.
"Hey, it's going to be okay. We'll see him real soon…..I hope." said Anne.
Meanwhile back in the other side, all that's left is Mickey and Pluto standing in front of the mirror. Mickey never knew how the little girls went through the looking glass. He was surprised that these kids jumped the mirror and didn't noticed that they were there the whole time while hanging out with his friends. Then he heard his masters approaching.
"I see that you've grown fond for these girls."
Mickey and Pluto turned their head and looked at his master.
"Master Yen Sid?! How long have you been here?" Mickey asked surprisingly.
"Most of it. I know why those girls went through the mirror in the first place. Perhaps you were practicing some magic trick when you activated the portal to their world where you forgot to sealed it away."
"Oh! Sorry master, I must've forgot to sealed it up." Mickey apologize.
"You are forgiven. Remember what I taught you Mickey, with great magic comes great responsibility." Yen Sid reminded his apprentice.
"Your right, master. I'll be more careful."
"Good, now your friends are waiting for you."
"Thank you, master. Come on, Pluto. We gotta head back and tell them what we've been encounter with."
"Ruff! Ruff!" Pluto bark.
Mickey and Pluto ran off to regroup with his friends leaving Yen Sid alone in this room. He looked back at the mirror that was sealed away thinking about the little girls that Mickey's been talking to them.
"Who are these children?"
Eight Years Later
The sky was all covered with cloudy due to weather conditions or air quality. Then there was a bing when a girl who's riding on her bike was actually Anne who's now 13 years old wearing her school uniform on her way to school. She finally arrived at the school and parked her bicycle when she chained up her bike to prevent someone from stealing her bike while having a Thai food on her mouth.
"Hey, Boobchuy! Whatcha eatin'? A puke bun?"
Anne looked up and see a girl who's wearing her hat and her school uniform. Anne was annoyed when this girl is mocking her by calling names.
"It's not a bun, Maggie. It's khao niew bing, a traditional Thai snack made up of rice and coconut milk. My mom made it for me because it's my birthday."
"Oh, happy birthday." said Maggie when she stood silent in about a second. Without a warning, Maggie grabbed Anne's Thai snack, but Anne refused to let go.
"Give me that!" said Maggie greedy.
"Hey! Get your own Thai mom." snapped Anne.
"Hey, Margot!"
They stopped fighting and looked at another which turns out to be Sasha whose now same ages as Anne wearing her school uniform. Sasha was not happy at Maggie for harassing at Anne.
"Leave her alone! Also, nice guitar solo, Vince."
"Yeah!" replied Vince doing guitar solo.
"Oh, yeah? Or else what?" said Maggie.
"Or else you can forget coming to my awesome house party next week. It'll be really sad when the whole class is enjoying the pool without you." said Sasha when she reminded Maggie about her house party in about next week. Maggie knew what Sasha meant and finally gives in.
"Aw, jeez, Sash. I was just playin'. Here." said Maggie handing Anne's snack back and walk away grumbling. Anne looked at Sasha smiling.
"Thanks, dude."
"No worries. You just gotta speak their language. But never mind that. Happy birthday, girl!" said Sasha happily.
Both girls were squealing since today's is Anne's birthday.
"Yes!"
Suddenly, their celebration was interrupted by a school bell rings making the girls groaning in disappointing.
"Buzzkill." commented Sasha.
Later on, they went to their classroom where students are sitting at the table when their teacher made an announcement.
"Alright, class. Today's your lucky day cause it's Frog Dissection day."
She set those trays down with some dead frogs making all of students uncomfortable and disgusted especially for Anne when she's all grossed out.
"Ugh! Frogs are the worst." said Anne in disgust.
"Right? Let's get outta here." said Sasha when she's been planning to make some excuses by pretending to be sick.
"Mrs. Virk….the sight of blood...I- I'm gonna be sick."
"Oh, dear. Anne, why don't you take Sasha to the sick room before she desecrates these beautiful frog bodies with her vomit." said Mrs. Virk.
"Thank you."
Anne and Sasha left the classroom and running through the hallways giggling. When they reached to the nurse office, Anne stopped, but Sasha ran passed by the door instead. Anne looked at Sasha confused.
"Yo, Sash. Sick room's over here."
"(sigh) Forget the sick room. Forget school. Let's get out of here and celebrate your birthday in style."
"Oof, skip school? I don't know, Sash.." said Anne uncomfortable.
"Anne, this is your 13th birthday. You only get one of these. So let's make it the best birthday in the history of birthdays." Sasha insisted.
Anne doesn't like ditching school. She knew she could get herself and Sasha into trouble, but she doesn't want to get into trouble since today is her birthday and she doesn't want to disappoint her friend either. Then Anne finally gave in listening to Sasha.
"Well... all right. I gotta be home by 6:00, though. My parents are throwing a big party and they really want me to be there."
"Right, right, you got it. Now let's get this thing started!"
They left school when Anne is riding her bike while Sasha standing in the back of Anne's bike heading straight for something fun. First they stopped by at the arcade as they played together on dancing pad game they reach the high score.
"Yes!"
"Whoo! Top score."
Both girls gave a high fives. Sasha banged on the game causing some coins to fall out and start to collect some coins while Anne felt uncomfortable when her friend is stealing some coins. Later after the arcade, the girls went outside in the alley when Sasha sprayed painted on the brick wall with her name on it while Anne was uncomfortable when it's unnecessary for spray painted. Anne was startled when the police drove passed by.
"Whoo! Here we go."
Finally, after graffiti artist, Anne and Sasha are strolling in their grocery kart and weren't paying attention when there's an elderly woman walking with her pet dog.
"Out of the way, Granny." shouted Sasha when they jumped over to an elder woman with her dog causing them to move out of the way. They were laughing as they keep strolling throughout downtown.
Meanwhile back at the public library, there is someone who's reading a book to study. Suddenly, the phone once the book was down which turns out to be Marcy who is now 13 years old. She's wears a school uniform as her everyday outfit. She looked at her text from her phone that was from Sasha saying "Stop reading ya nerd" "IT'S ANNE'S BDAY!" "MEET US DOWNTOWN". Marcy quickly realized that it was her best friend's birthday.
"Anne's birthday! I almost forgot!" exclaimed Marcy when she's standing up from the table. While Marcy was packing, a librarian walked passed by, but didn't noticed when a book falls off the cart. Marcy looked at the book where it was dropped off by accident.
"Uh, excuse me ma'am, you dropped your... book?"
Marcy looked at the book says "Dr. P's Extraordinary Guide to Magic & Mystery" and open the book to flipping through the pages. She stopped at the pages of a gargoyle and a triangular being with one eye. Marcy was impressed by seeing the pages. Then she flipped the pages again until she stopped flipping and see the next page where it shows the music box.
"Woah! Calamity Box? Travel to other worlds? Hah! Goofy stuff. Cool artwork, though."
She takes her phone out to took a picture from the page. Suddenly, her text appeared and it's from her Dad appears saying "Come home. We need to talk."
"Huh, wonder what this is all about. Oh, guess I'll head home before meeting up with the girls."
Marcy set the book and left the library leaving the book behind the table. The sky was all dark gloomy by the time Marcy arrives at her home to have a talk with her parents, however the conversation with her parents did not go so well.
"Marcy, you have to understand."
"NO!"
Marcy burst out the door running away from her parents while crying.
"You guys are ruining my life!" cried Marcy.
"Marcy wait!"
"Get back here young lady!"
A distressed Marcy keeps running through town. Marcy couldn't believe that her parents would do such a thing by moving away from home meaning her friendship will be torn apart. Marcy keeps running until she slows down only to come across the thrift store. She is taking her breath, but with tears shedding. She put her arm on the window to calm herself down until she stops crying. Suddenly, she looked up and see the music that's ornamented with gold and three different gems of each colors with a frog holding out.
"Huh. That's weird, is that…."
She pulled out her phone and looked through her photo that she took a picture and she recognizes the box from the book she was reading earlier at the library. Her text pop up from Sasha saying "WHERE ARE YOU?!". Marcy totally forgot about the plan, but she doesn't know when to text her back. But she immediately looked back at the box and then looked back at her phone with the photo of the page saying "Travel to other world". Then she got an idea, an awful idea. She turned her smug when she's started to text back at Sasha.
"I think I just found the perfect birthday present for Anne."
She sends a texts to Sasha, declaring that she has found the perfect gift for Anne for her birthday and quickly took a picture through the window. Marcy have a plan to drag her friends with her into another world if it's possible so she doesn't have to be alone forever.
Meanwhile in the café, Anne and Sasha are having their shakes for a drink after so many fun and mischievous.
"So that's what a unicorn tastes like. Corn syrup. Huh?"
Suddenly, her phone starts to vibrating. She looks at her phone that are two messages from her mom both says "Where are you?" "Party starts in 15 minutes!" Anne shrunk her pupil eyes with horrified reaction.
"Oh, shoot. It's almost 6:00. I gotta go, dude." Anne exclaimed.
"Family party, right? Lame. Let me guess, a clown? With balloon animals?" Sasha asked with deadpanned.
"I know it's not the coolest, but this is important to them."
"Mmm-hmm."
Sasha doesn't seems to care about Anne's important birthday party by her parents. Then suddenly, they heard a ding from her phone. Sasha looked at her phone and quickly awed at her text.
"Oh, my gosh. Marcy says she found the perfect gift for you downtown. (laughs) A frog music box for the frog lover. I wonder if those gems are real. Come on. Let's keep this party train rollin'. Choo-choo!"
"Sorry, dude, you don't understand. I really gotta go." Anne apologize.
"Oh, I understand, Anne. You're a good little girl who's gotta go home to her mommy and daddy. Come on. Hang out with your friends that love you."
"Sasha, I'd really like to, but…"
"Anne, this isn't cute anymore. We are meeting up with Marcy right now. End. Of. Discussion."
Anne is shocked for a moment. Anne doesn't want to disappoint her parents, but she also didn't want to disappoint Sasha either. What choice does she have to choose either be at her birthday party or meet up Marcy? And then she finally gives in.
"I guess it's okay if I'm a little late." Anne chuckled nervously.
Scene changes to outside, and Anne and Sasha exit the coffee shop holding hands.
"Boom! I knew you'd change your mind." said Sasha.
Back at the thrift store, we see a person picked up a t-shirt. Then we see Anne looking at the music box sitting on top of the shelf.
"All right, Anne. You can do this."
She looked back at the elder lady who was sleeping at the cashier. She knew what she has to do to impress her friends. Anne is going to steal the music box since it was all Sasha's idea. She picked up the music box and looked back at her friends that are outside waiting for her. Sasha gave her a two thumbs up. Anne looked back at the box and placed it inside her backpack. Anne immediately regretted for not buying the music box as she exits through the door and regrouped with her friends.
"That's my girl! I knew you could do it." said Sasha impressed.
"Yeah, I did it." said Anne nervously.
"C'mon, let's get out of here before anyone noticed that we're here."
The girls quickly walked away fast so they wouldn't get caught. Once they left when no one noticed that a security camera was recording for any witnesses. Later that evening, the girls are already at the playground having their discussion. Anne was sitting at the bench looking at the music box while Sasha and Marcy standing beside Anne.
"This box sure is pretty." said Anne.
"I know, right? Pretty cool." said Sasha.
Anne looked closely at the music box when examining three different colors of gems that are pink, blue, and green. She felt bad at herself when she was dared to steal the music box from the thrift store without paying it. What would her parents do if they found out what she's been doing or the whole towns finds out for what she did.
"Sasha, I don't think it's a good idea to steal the music box. What if the old lady calls the police if she finds out about this?"
"Relax, drama queen. Nobody would have noticed."
"Yeah, but she'll woke up anytime soon."
"Who cares! Just open it and see what it is." Marcy suggested eagerly.
"Yeah, open it. I hope there are something special what's inside." said Sasha.
Anne rolls her eyes and gently opened the box, but suddenly there was a light that started glows for what's inside. The girls were confused at first, but then a little lightning sparks when it started to get brighter when the girls covered themselves and prepared for the worst and all of sudden, they vanished leaving nothing behind.
Just a little quick change in this chapter. I wish some crew members would've mashed up all of each flashbacks from K-pop music pranks to Anne's birthday until they transport to Amphibia.
