DC Earth

Themyscira, morning

"My Queen I have gathered your forces. We are few but we stand ready to depart the island whenever y-," Yara Flor stopped in her tracks her eyes wide. She quickly looked away. "My deepest apologies my Queen. I did not know you were occupied. I should never have entered your bed chambers unannounced. Please forgive me."

"No, you shouldn't have. But, I don't mind. How about you Vegeta?" Duluma said with a contented expression.

"Saiyan mating rituals are not a spectator sport, woman," Vegeta grunted at Duluma he then shot Yara a glare. Getting out of bed naked as the day he was born, Vegeta left in a huff.

"Excuse you, man," Duluma shouted after her departing husband. "Men, they can be so pigheaded but they do have their uses." Duluma grinned lecherously.

Yara could not make eye contact with Duluma. It was not her Queen's sweaty nudity that troubled her Amazons were used to such rather it was the situation. She had caught Duluma in an act of intimacy with a man!

"No need to feel embarrassed, Yara. If you have something to say speak your mind." Duluma said. She got out of bed and stretched.

"It is not my place. Your personal life is your own." Yara said.

"But," Duluma said hands on her hips.

"How could you a let a man defile you, my Queen?" Yara demanded to know.

"Maybe I defiled him." Duluma joked winking at Yara. If possible Yara became more uncomfortable.

"Men are our natural enemies. They have only one use which is procreation." Yara said. Her expression suddenly brightened. "You are only using him to sire a powerful hopefully female offspring, correct?"

"Yes and no," Duluma said. "We are using each other both for procreation and pleasure."

"Pleasure, with a man?" Yara crinkled her nose thoroughly disgusted at the notion.

"Hey, don't knock it until you've tried it, girl," Duluma said with a knowing look. Blushing deeply, Yara again turned away.

Later

Now fully dressed, Duluma, Vegeta, Goku, Carri, Yara, Lois, and several Amazons held council. They sat at an oval-shaped table. Duluma's chair was of a more elaborate type befitting her higher status. To the right of Duluma sat Vegeta (much to the charging of the Amazons including Yara) to her left sat Yara.

"Answer honestly, my patience has worn very thin with you," Duluma said staring intently at Lois Land who sat opposite her. "If, I stress if we take care of Superman and his forces will our children be returned immediately and unharmed?"

"I think so. I see no reason why they wouldn't be. The entire reason we brought you here was to neutralize the threat of Superman." Lois said.

"You think, you think!?" Carri said outraged by the flippant words of Lois. "Children's lives are at stake. My son, a girl I consider a daughter no she is my daughter, and another child I have sworn to protect are in danger and you 'think' they'll be released unharmed if we do as you want? Not good enough!"

"Calm down, Carri," Duluma said. "While I share your fear and outrage I doubt Ms. Lane can guarantee their safety. She isn't the one in control. She's simply a pawn. I suspect the one calling the shots is Batman. Am I correct, Lois?"

"Yes," Lois said squirming in her seat. Lois hated admitting she was not in control of any given situation because of her dominant personality type.

"I thought as much," Duluma said.

"Can we trust this Batman to keep the children safe?" Vegeta said folding his arms across his chest.

"Unless he's changed dramatically since I, I mean Diana, knew him, he will not harm the children," Duluma said.

"How strong are Superman's minions? What about Superman himself?" Goku half asked half wondered.

"Superman was stronger than me the last time we sparred, however, I was a more skilled fighter at that time so I technically defeated him. We've grown more powerful myself included, since then." Cari said.

"Ha, if one of you weaklings could hold your own against him back then I can easily defeat him. After all, I was already stronger than you two when we met." Vegeta boasted earning glares from Carri and Goku. He added with a smirk. "Kakarot it is unfortunate you cannot use Super Saiyan. A Super Saiyan would no doubt easily trounce this so-called 'Superman'."

"You can't use Super Saiyan either, Vegeta. In fact, unlike Goku, you've never been able to use it, not once. Or have you forgotten?" Carri needled Vegeta.

Vegeta slammed his fist on the table leaving behind a dent. "I won't be insulted by the likes of you Kryptonian or your tamed Saiyan lapdog!" He shouted bolting to his feet. Carri bolted to her feet in response followed instantly by Goku. The trio glowered at each other.

"Enough!" Duluma said slamming her fist on the table denting it. "We have far more important things to worry about, sit down! I won't tell you three again!" Grumbling the trio took their seats. "Much better, now then, I may have an ace we can use should Superman prove stronger than expected. An Amazonia invention our Purple Healing Ray. The ray is powered by a small amount of inverted Hakai energy. If I can reverse the inversion rather than heal it should destroy on contact." Duluma explained.

"Hakai energy, I've never heard of it before," Carri said.

"Hakai energy is a purely destructive force inherent to gods of destruction. Each universe has one God of Destruction. The God of Destruction of this universe, if I remember correctly, is named Champa his Angel attendant is named Vados. It was Vados who gifted us Amazons with a small sphere of Hakai energy with the stipulation we only use it to heal not to destroy thus the inversion." Duluma said.

"Is it wise to go against her wishes? Vegeta asked.

Carri and Goku noticed Vegeta's fear. These gods of destruction and angels must mean serious business if Vegeta feared them. Were they more powerful than the Cold Clan? A frightening thought.

"I'd rather not find out. We'll hold the Hakai energy in reserve, if I can even change the inversion, as a last resort. A desperate measure for a desperate time." Duluma said. "Okay, let's go to the armory. We can retrieve the ray along with some weapons and armor if need be for our impending attack on Superman's HQ in Metropolis." Our quartet of heroes got to their feet but the Amazons and Lois remained seated. "What is it? Is something wrong?" Duluma inquired.

"I'm afraid so my Queen," Yara said. "A powerful witch Circe has taken up residence in the armory since your mother's demise."

"We dare not challenge her." One of the other Amazons said.

"Her magic is beyond our skill." Another Amazon confirmed.

"We cannot overcome her. Our failure is complete." A third Amazon lamented.

"Circe, I remember her. She's a dangerous, unpredictable magical foe. Looks like we've hit another snag." Duluma sighed.

Circe's Lair aka the Amazonian Armory, late morning

"My, my, what do we have here? Two strapping men in their primes. Oh, how I've missed men. I so enjoy enslaving them." Circe said lounging on a golden sofa in the middle of Amazonian treasures. "You other two can leave. I'm not into women, most of the time."

"We didn't come here for your entertainment, witch. We came here to reclaim the Amazonian treasures you are hoarding. Their value is wasted on a trollop. Surrender them or die!" Duluma said drawing her sword.

"Brave words, foolish Amazon," Circe said getting up from the sofa. She eyed Duluma with interest. "Have we met? You seem oddly familiar but I cannot quite place your face within my memories."

"I am in part Diana of Themyscira Amazon Princess." Duluma proclaimed proudly.

"In part, ah, so you're a fusion. And one created by a supreme god if I am not mistaken. I know of your kind." Circe said using her appraisal magic skill to discern Duluma's hidden nature. She then laughed. "Wonder Woman went and got herself combined with an alien of negligible power. For a fusion, you are woefully physically weak. Considering a typical fusion multiplier the alien must have possessed almost no power, no power to speak of."

"There are other types of strength aside from brute force. My other half Bulma possessed a genius-level intellect." Duluma said tightening the grip on her sword.

Circe laughed unimpressed. "You've wasted enough of my valuable time, begone." Circe threw bolts of yellow-green magical energy at our heroes who dodged her first attack. Circe quickly cast another spell concentrating on Goku and Vegeta. This spell was not a projectile blast but rather an enchantment they could not dodge. She turned them into animal men one of her favorite transmogrification spells. "Saiyans without fail are weak against magic as are Kryptonians. Speaking of which, you're next Kryptonian. Then I'll destroy our faux-princess unless my pets finish her first." She pointed at Duluma. "My pets, attack the faux-princess."

Duluma tossed her energy-charged sword at Circe who barely ducked in time. Duluma exchanged blows with beasts Vegeta and Goku giving as good as she got while Circe cheered her creations on. Carri used the distraction to freeze Circe solid in a block of ice using her ice breath. Duluma threw a vial from her belt to Carri. The pair engaged their altered husbands. After a short but intense fight, they managed to slip each a potion reversing the spell.

"Thank goodness for these Amazon restoration potions," Carri said cradling her husband in her arms.

"Circe is so predictable," Duluma said holding up Vegeta with one arm while she grasped her sword with her free hand.

"I've had more than enough of this idiocy!" Circe wailed breaking free. She rose into the air. "I give half of my magical power to summon the Abyss Gateway! It is no use the gateway shall remain open until a sacrifice to the nameless ones is pulled inside! You are all doomed!"

The chamber shook. A rumble filled the air. A massive double doorway covered in obsidian spikes, skulls, and chains rose from the floor. The doors flung open revealing blackness darker than night. Everything that was not bolted down flew inside the maw. Out of the darkness snaked grasping gray-blue tentacles tipped with spikes.

"We better do something, fast!" Goku said.

"Obviously Kakarot, but what!? Vegeta said. They were both exhausted following their transformations.

Duluma made some quick calculations. "Attack Circe with everything you have left!"

"Are you crazy!? We need to get out of here fast or we'll be sucked inside the gateway!" Carri said.

"Trust me," Duluma grinned.

"She knows what she is doing. She always does." Vegeta said confidently.

Carri, Goku, and Vegeta unleashed the strongest respective Kamehameha, Galick Gun, and Heat Vision they could muster each from different angles while being pulled towards the gateway. Circe laughed using her magic to absorb the energy attacks depleting what remained of her power in the process. Her laughter ceased, however, when she noticed the airborne Duluma just a little too late. Circe whirled around without enough magic remaining she could not protect herself from the incoming charged sword strike that skewered her from her heart to her back!

Circe coughed up blood when she spoke. "U-Unbelievable," She moaned.

"Never underestimate the value of intelligence," Duluma said. She maneuvered Circe in front of the gateway and then kicked Circe through but not without a cost. Her sword refused to come free no matter how hard she pulled. "Oh well, I'll make a new sword, a better sword when we return home." She said. The tentacles greedily engulfed Circe and not a moment too soon! Goku, Carri, and Vegeta were all gripped by the slimy appendages that then released them seconds before the gateway slammed shut. It vanished with a pronounced pop!

Breathing hard Duluma said. "After I use the purple ray to restore our health we go rescue the kids." She said the others could only nod.

Ginyu-Superman's Global Headquarters several hours, afternoon

'Superman's robot drones are truly pathetic. They are weaker than Saibamen.' Vegeta thought. Our four heroes, Yara, the other Amazons, and Lois Lane had easily gained access to the imposing fortress. The Amazons and Lois then went off to hopefully communicate with Batman's group. The Amazons were under strict orders from Duluma to stop Lois if she showed any signs of betrayal.

Our heroes had nearly reached the throne room when they were confronted by Reverse Flash, Sinestro, and a group of eight Superboy clones outfitted with cranial cybernetic implants. "Finally, a challenge," Vegeta said cracking his knuckles.

"I think I can make quick work of these drones. Everyone else should concentrate on Reverse Flash and Sinestro. Watch out they're skilled, strong foes." Duluma warned.

Sinestro squared off against Vegeta and Yara. While Reverse Flash squared off against Goku and Carri. Despite his yellow energy constructs, Sinestro could barely hold off the pair. Meanwhile, Carri and Goku were having a much harder time with Reverse Flash. He was not much stronger than them if he was stronger at all, they simply could not touch him he was too fast. Reverse Flash kept avoiding their attacks while landing hits of his own.

Duluma smashed a panel. She rapidly rewired a section of the floor so it sent out a signal that fried the brains of the Superboy drones. Their cranial implants scrambled they fell over dead or rather freed from a hellish existence of mindless servitude.

"I'm sorry," Duluma said softly.

Laboratory of Doctor Sivana, not long afterward

"Hold still or it won't work." Dr. Sivana told Star Sapphire who jumped out of the capsule containing herself and the restrained Saiyan girl Kale.

"I don't want it to work." Star Sapphire whined.

"Superman needs a strong consort to help protect the empire. We are under invasion. You must comply with our master's orders." Dr. Sivana said. A defeating explosion from somewhere nearby shook the laboratory. "Get inside, quickly so I can close the capsule." Dr. Sivana started the machine. "You have less than a minute."

"Alright," Star Sapphire said through gritted teeth. She was about to climb back inside when Lois and the Amazons burst into the laboratory.

"Intruders, stop them! They must not interfere with my glorious experiment!" Dr. Sivana screeched as he frantically punched buttons on a small remote control unit he fished out of his lab coat pocket. A swarm of sentry robots poured into the laboratory. They engaged the Amazons as did Star Sapphire. "Where are you going!?"

"Sorry doc, someone needs to stop them you said so yourself." Star Sapphire said flying into the fray.

Lois noticed Kale inside the machine. She pushed Dr. Sivana aside. "That poor girl, you monster!"

"Wait, don't!" Dr. Sivana warned but Lois ignored him.

Lois climbed inside the capsule. She attempted to free Kale but there was not enough time. Dr. Sivana tried frantically to abort the experiment. The capsule door slammed shut sealing Kale and Lois inside starting the fusion process which last about three minutes. Once it was completed a new young woman with medium-colored brown hair and soft brown eyes emerged. She wore navy blue boots, navy blue shorts, and a matching half-top that left her tight midriff bare. On her forearms were golden arm guards.

The new woman looked at Dr. Sivana who giggled nervously. She frowned at him. "I'm not sure about much presently but I'm sure you're a bad guy." She said in a rich feminine voice knocking him out with a single punch to his jaw. A punch that shattered his jawbone.

The new woman set her sights on Star Sapphire whom the Amazons were struggling against. "You're also a bad guy." She declared.

"No duh, sis," Star Sapphire laughed. The new woman scowled. She jump-tackled the floating Star Sapphire to the ground. She proceeded to pummel the female villain senseless as her aura sparked green and her muscles bulked up to a noticeable size before deflating.

Throne Room

Yara lassoed Sinestro holding him in place while Vegeta used his Galick Gun to break the villain's forcefield knocking him out. Carri used afterimage to confuse and slow down Reverse Flash long enough for Goku to utilize Master Roshi's old chestnut Thunder Shock Surprise. Reverse Flash was electrified into submission. After defeating Sinestro and Reverse Flash our heroes confronted their true foe.

"Bravo, I'm impressed. I thought my minions would prevail." Ginyu-Superman said slowly clapping. He stood up from his throne and walked forward a few steps. "But the fairytale ends here. There will be no happy ending. I'm the monster in this story. I'll gobble you up." He used a small remote control to activate what looked like a large telescope directly above his head. The contraption whirred noisily to life. "Dr. Sivanna, bless his little heart, warned me it isn't ready. Maybe it won't work or I'll die. We'll find out together." A concentrated multi-colored energy beam zapped Ginyu-Superman. "Ahhh, that's the stuff."

"I'm not sure what he's doing but I have a feeling we better stop whatever this is while we still can!" Duluma shouted.

"If you can," Ginyu-Superman said. His body began to change. Soon his visage became a black cinder accentuated by vivid lines of orange and yellow. A flaming aura of orange tinged with yellow radiated from him until its intensity became almost blinding. "Not exactly what I expected." He admitted flexing his muscles experimentally. "My time of triumph has arrived nonetheless!"

Ginyu-Superman effortlessly withstood Carri's heat vision followed by dual blows from Vegeta and Goku. He shrugged off twin jump kicks to his head from Yara and Duluma followed by an elbow strike from Duluma. Carri punched his gut which left her hand numb.

"My turn," Ginyu-Superman said. He backhanded Carri across the room and then did the same to Yara and Duluma. He moved far faster than they could react.

"He's stronger than Frieza was on Namek," Goku said following a vicious thrust kick from Ginyu-Superman that sent him spinning.

"That's impossible." Vegeta cried trying in vain to hit Ginyu-Superman with a series of Ki blasts.

"He's right, Vegeta. Believe the hype." Ginyu-Superman said blasting Vegeta with his heat vision. So intense was the attack Vegeta almost lost consciousness. "I'm the strongest there is."

"Maybe," A female voice said. The new woman decked Ginyu-Superman with an uppercut. He staggered back a step.

"I actually felt that how novel," Ginyu-Superman said. His yellow-orange eyes slid hungrily down the new woman's shapely form. "Who are you my delectable treat?"

"Your worst nightmare, scum! Call me Kalsi (Kell-Sea)." Kalsi said.

"Ah, you are the fusion. I see the Saiyan girl in you but who was your other half? She wasn't Star Sapphire as planned of that much I'm certain. Yet, she seems familiar." Ginyu-Superman pondered licking his lips.

"Lois Lane, your former lover before the betrayal," Kalsi said her expression one of pure hatred.

"Lois Lane was worthless just like the Saiyan girl's sister and the Saiyan boy we disposed of." Ginyu-Superman sneered.

"Never talk about my sister again, murderer! Keep her name off your filthy lips. Both my halves once loved you. They dreamed of a life with their hero Superman, but not anymore. I hate you!" Kalsi roared.

Kalsi's aura flickered green but this time the flicker refused to stop. The flicker grew into an inferno of green light. Her hair and eyes became a matching shade of green. Her muscles increased substantially in size. A guttural scream then escaped from her lips.

"Another Super Saiyan?" Carri said in awe.

"No," Vegeta whispered. Not only had Kakarot achieved Super Saiyan before him and the unknown teenager, but so had this girl, this fusion who was only half Saiyan! His humiliation and failure knew no bounds!

Kalsi blitzed Ginyu-Superman as the Amazons who accompanied her from the laboratory and our heroes looked on. Stunned by this display of raw power, Ginyu-Superman did not react in time. Kalsi pushed him outside through a wall without stopping. The pair exchanged earth-shattering blows in midair neither holding an advantage. They were initially evenly matched, however, in time Kalsi appeared to grow stronger the angrier she became while Ginyu-Superman's artificially enhanced power visibly if slowly ebbed. His attacks became noticeably less forceful, ever more sluggish.

"Now is our chance." Duluma declared. She ran over to the machine.

Faster than seemingly possible she analyzed its workings. Duluma turned it once more on Ginyu-Superman through the damaged wall. She waited for Kalsi to move aside she then fired. Ginyu-Superman convulsed under the barrage. His body reverted. His new power was gone in an instant. Kalsi's Super Saiyan power flickered several times before it too disappeared.

"What!?," Ginyu-Superman stammered. He stared at his once again normal hands in confusion.

Kalsi delivered her final blow flattening Ginyu-Superman with the last flash of her newly found green power. Her punch sent him spiraling downward. He rose shakily from the Impact zone before falling onto his hands and knees.

"Stay down, Clark," Batman said holding an open box of Green Kryptonite. "It's over."

"I lost?" Ginyu-Superman wheezed in disbelief.

"Yes," Batman said.

"Pitiful," A new feminine voice said. High overhead from a swirling black portal emerged Towa along with her latest creation the Demon Android Mira.

"The witch who helped Superman destroy kill our kin and our Queen! Destroy her my sisters!" Yara said.

"Wait, what?" Carri said.

"Don't, she's more dangerous than she looks!" Duluma shouted.

Yara and the other young Amazons flew to intercept Towa who merely chuckled at their foolhardiness. "Insolent insects," Towa said. With a wave of her magical staff, the Amazons save for Yara were reduced to dust. Her high-level time spell literally aged them out despite their semi-immortality. Yara was protected because she was behind the others and managed to barely dodge the red-black energy wave.

"I'll avenge my fallen sisters and my queen upon you, vile witch! Prepare for Amazonian justice!" Yara challenged.

"Troublesome brat, a brat you are a brat you shall be!" Towa said. This spell Yara could not dodge. The mighty teenage Amazon was reduced to a baby of six months who fell from the sky to be caught by Duluma. Towa was about to attack again when two more individuals arrived via teleportation. "Drat, time to leave," Towa said to Mira. They hastily made their escape through the portal which closed behind them.

"Arise," Vados commanded using her mystical force to drag Ginyu-Superman from his hole. This stopped him from injuring his currently weakened body so he could use his Change technique to escape justice. "You've caused a tremendous amount of upheaval, Ginyu."

"Ginyu!" Our hero exclaimed.

"Let's correct this error forthwith," Vados said. She tapped Ginyu-Superman's forehead with her Angel Staff. The translucent spirit of Ginyu was drawn out and vanished as the translucent spirit of Superman appeared and reentered his body. "Now then that's that." She said with a smile.

"Maybe I should destroy this wreck of a world?" Champa postulated rubbing his chin with his right hand.

"Champa remember we promised Chronoa not to do so. We must spare Earth. Chronoa kindly informed us of the mix-up between our Superman and Ginyu of Universe Seven." Vados said.

"King Yama wouldn't tell us what occurred because he was afraid I'd Hakai him." Champa chuckled with a sadistic smile.

"Excuse me Lord Champa and Angel Vados. Could you kindly send me, my friends, and our children home? We hailed from Universe Seven." Duluma said after approaching the pair and bowing her head low a sign of respect and submission.

"Of course dear. We must restore the balance." Vados said happily.

"Where are your kids? I only see one." Champa said indicating Baby Yara.

"Mom, Dad," Gohan said appearing as if on cue with Zangya and Dende.

"There they are," Duluma said smiling.

Lex Luthor hung back with Mr. Terrific, Red Hood, and several other "heroes". He had no idea who these entities were but he instinctively knew a healthy amount of respect was in order. While not exactly happy that the children would be going home, it was not a total loss. He patted a secret compartment of his green and purple battle armor. His nanobots no bigger gnats had unnoticed retrieved DNA samples from the three juveniles. He knew the samples would prove most useful in the future.

"Where is my sister?" Caulifla asked.

"She must be around here somewhere?" Cabba said searching for Kale.

"Caulifla you're alive!" Kalsi yelled her exhaustion temporarily forgotten. She bear-hugged her sister holding her tight.

"Excuse me, who are you?" Caulifla said squirming free with considerable effort.

"Caulifla it's me, Kale, sort of," Kalsi said. "I'm so happy you're alive, you too." She added to Cabba.

"Thanks," Cabba said unsure of what was going on.

"Superman, no, Ginyu, said he killed you two," Kalsi said. "How are you alive?"

"We were freed by these fine people last night before our scheduled executions." Cabba the junior Green Lantern said pointing at Batman and company.

"What happened, I mean with you?" Caulifla asked.

"Your sister Kale was fused with an Earthling reporter Lois Lane. I am the result, ta-da!" Kalsi said spinning around.

"Wow," Caulifla said.

"Is it okay if I call you sister? I very much want us to be close." Kalsi said.

"Sure, I do need a place to crash, after all, sister," Caulifla said with a chuckle.

"Who else here is a fusion?" Champa asked suspiciously. Duluma and Carri sheepishly raised their hands. "So, I lose two powerful fusion warriors to my brother, no dice. It isn't fair. I want you here."

"These are our wives." Goku protested.

"Tough," Champa said shaking his head. "I won't have my brother in Universe Seven outdo me."

"You cannot have my Duluma," Vegeta said.

"I can too," Champa said.

"Oh great and wise God of Destruction Champa. I implore you. If we give you another fusion warrior one part from your universe one part from Universe Seven could we go home?" Duluma asked with another bow of her head. She noticed Vegeta's and Goku's auras were flaring. She needed to defuse this situation (no pun intended) before it escalated. They were no match for a God of Destruction and his Angel attendant. Once most recognize their limitations.

"Only if they are strong with loads of potential for further power growth," Champa stipulated.

"I think I know just the candidates," Duluma said with a sly smile. "Here's my proposal."

"Um, could someone please explain what happened with Ginyu and Superman? I'm very confused." Goku said cutting Duluma off.

"I'm curious about the situation as well," Batman said gruffly.

"Of course," Vados said smiling. "Apparently the sad misadventure started on Namek in Universe Seven."

Deep Space

Brainiac Prime still one solar day of travel away watched via one of his long-range probes events from Earth unfold. While taking the best portions of Earth for his ever-growing collection was tempting doing so at this time would prove a grave mistake. He knew his limits. An angel and a god of destruction together could spell his doom. Fortunately, he was functionally immortal time was thus irrelevant. He could wait. Brainiac's trademarked skull-shaped ship altered course. It drifted away from the Alpha Centauri System.

Age 766

Dragon Ball Earth an hour later, night

Krillin, Piccolo, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, Starfire, Gine, and Radditz were battling the giant-sized Lord Slug. They had defeated his minions, however, the Super Namekian was proving far more of a challenge. They were on the verge of stalemate if not outright defeat when a portal opened nearby.

"Move!" Duluma shouted. Once the others scattered she tossed the Purple Healing Ray core at Lord Slug. Upon impact with Slug's massive chest, the core flashed a bright purple before it imploded taking Slug with it. Within seconds the mighty Lord Slug's threat to Universe Seven Earth was no more. "Thanks for reversing the Hakai inversion, Lord Champa." Duluma gushed laying it on thick.

"Where is the candidate?" Champa said not wasting any time.

"Here he is," Duluma said. She called Yamcha to her now that everyone was grounded. "He'll help you out, won't you Yamcha?"

"Who me?" Yamcha said pointing at himself.

"Sure," Duluma said while holding Baby Yara in her arms.

"Okay," Champa said. "Vados you know what to do."

"Yes my lord," Vados spent several minutes explaining the procedure to Yamcha who with much prodding from Duluma agreed. She promised he would create a very powerful fighter maybe that warrior would become stronger than Goku or Carri someday.

"You're my fusion partner, a chick. Are you strong?" Yamcha said staring at Matrix Super-Girl.

"I assure you I possess all the powers of a Kryptonian plus none of their weakness. I can also instantly regenerate most damage." Matrix Supergirl said happily.

"I guess that'll be a big plus," Yamcha said. Before he could reconsider Vados prompted by the impatient Champa, performed the fusion.

"How do you feel?" Batman asked

The new beauty sported short raven hair and a faint scar over her right eye. She was clad in a tight-fitting black bodysuit with a red S symbol on her chest, black knee-high boots, dark blue arm guards, a loose blue belt, and a dark yellow cape.

"Never better, Batty. Please call me, Yamara (Yah-Marah) she said taking his arm. Matrix Supergirl and Batman had been in a romantic relationship before the fusion despite her being a protoplasmic shapeshifter android and he a "normal" human.

"I'm curious, why keep the scar? You are still a shapeshifter I assume." He asked gently tracing the eyelid discoloration.

"I feel the scar gives me character," Yamara said placing her head on Batman's shoulder.

"Well, I guess this is goodbye," Kalsi said holding onto Superman's arm.

"If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us," Superman said. "I'll miss you, cousin."

"I'll miss you too, cousin," Carri said after they hugged she added. "In light of what happened last time, be more careful when you pop in." Everyone could not help but laugh.

"Bye kiddies," Kelsi said offering each child a kiss on their forehead a gesture Zanya declined.

Zangya held onto Gohan's arm possessively. She did not fully understand her feelings only that she was troubled by the way Gohan stole glances at "Auntie" Kelsi. Gohan for his part assumed Zangya was still scared. He did not understand why she would not let go of him. Zangya did not fully understand her budding desire to be near Gohan thus how could he understand feelings? In time, all would become clear but not for a few more years.

Vegeta ruefully watched as the Universe Six contingent left. He could hardly believe another Super Saiyan existed. How could he have fallen so far behind the likes of that low-class Saiyan Kakarot, a mysterious teenager, and now this fusion half-breed? Who else would achieve Supper Saiyan before him Kakarot's mother, the fake Saiyan Waller, that weakling Raditz? No, he must regain his pride of place by again becoming the strongest Saiyan! He would show them all! He solemnly vowed, by hook or by crook he would become the alpha of their ragtag pack once more or his name was not Vegeta Prince of all Saiyans!

The Phantom/Dead Zone

Garlic, Jr. found himself alone on a rocky barren surface. He had been defeated again by that bitch Carri! His precious Makyo Star had been destroyed. He was trapped forever here in this undying hellscape!

"Hello there," Said a soft male voice that betrayed no emotion. Before Garlic, Jr. stood a tall figure in a hooded grey cloak. Its face was obscured by shadow.

"W-Who are you?" Garlic, Jr asked.

"A new friend." The mysterious figure said offering his grey-gloved left hand. Gralic, Jr, hesitantly took the outstretched hand. The mysterious figure's strength was immense far greater than any Gralic, Jr. had experienced prior. "Come walk with me. There is much we can discuss; empires great and small, the rise of warriors, the death of gods, and the end of time." The pair walked into the gloom hand in hand.

Author's Note One – To clarify, the Supergirl who Yamcha fused with is the pre-Rebirth android version created by an alternate Lex Luthor, not Kara cousin of Clark Kent/Kal-El. In many ways, her abilities are akin to Majon Buu's minus multiple adsorptions, or perhaps her abilities are like Android 21's but weaker.
