Naruto was walking through the sewers, with the rest of the group and their Digimon.
It had been a few days since they had all come to this strange world, with Gabumon, Biyomon and Tentomon also Digivolving to their Champion forms, as Impmon called them.
They had been having to fight some Digimon that had been manipulated by these black gears, which when destroyed, caused the attacking Digimon to snap out of it and apologize to them.
And now, they had just recently explored some odd factory and had met Andromon, who had also attacked them, and been able to take on two of their digivolved Digimon easily, before Izzy had figured out his leg had a dark gear in it, which Kabutarimon had destroyed, snapping Andromon out of it.
As thanks, the robot Digimon had let them use the sewer system to leave the on lock down factory, which they were now walking in.
"Ugh, I hate this" Mimi yelled out, as she walked.
"Hey, it's no picnic for us either Mimi," Tai said as he covered his face with a handkerchief.
"Well, we don't all have handkerchiefs like you and the gremlin!" Mimi said, as she pointed at Impmon, who was using his handkerchief to cover his nose.
"It's a scarf, pinkie," Impmon said with a scowl.
"Here Mimi," Naruto said with a smile, as he handed her an orange bandana he had on him.
"Oh, thanks Naruto," Mimi said, as she took the bandana and covered her face with it.
Sora smirked at her cousin at this, but Naruto made a killing motion under his neck with his thumb, which she chuckled at.
"I'm curious about something" TK said as they all walked.
"What's on your mind TK?" Matt asked curiously.
"I'm curious about what the rest of the Digimon that haven't digivolved yet will become" TK said, as he looked up at Patamon, who was sitting on his head.
"Ya know, the squirt has a point," Naruto said with a nod.
"Well don't ask us. We don't really know what we will become, until we do it" Gomamon said with a shrug.
"So, another Agumon might not become a Greymon?" Tai asked curiously.
"Yeah, pretty much," Agumon said with a nod.
"Well, if we keep running into Digimon with bad attitudes, it will eventually happen" Izzy said, as he figured that was the common event that triggered it to happen.
"I can't wait to see what I am," Impmon said with a smile, punching his fist forward.
Naruto smiled at this, as he patted him on the head.
"You'll probably be a gremlin or something" Mimi grumbled out, as Impmon was always making comments and playing pranks.
"Bright light!" Impmon yelled as he smirked, noticing that nickname since Naruto told him about that movie.
This got laughs from Naruto, Matt and Tai, while the others all rolled their eyes at this.
As they continued to walk, they all heard a noise behind them.
"Who's there?" Tai yelled, as he held out a flashlight, which showed something was behind them.
The light landed on a few small green coloured Digimon.
"What are they?" Izzy asked Tentomon.
"They are Numemon. They're Digimon that live in the sewers" Tentomon said
"Why didn't Andromon mention them?" Joe asked.
"Would that have mattered? We still needed to leave" Matt said.
"They look like piles of crap, that's what," Naruto said.
"Ha! I always said that too!" Impmon said with a grin.
The Numemon all growled at this, before they all charged at them, while throwing some pink stuff.
"Run away!" Naruto yelled, as he and Impmon took off, with Naruto grabbing Mimi's hand and Impmon grabbing Palmon's
"What he said!" Sora yelled, as they all ran away.
Eventually, they came up to what looked like a closed sewer door.
"Open it, quickly!" Impmon yelled at Naruto, who along with Tai grabbed the doorknob and tried to turn it.
As the Numemon approached them, they finally pried the door open, and let in the sunlight, which caused the Digimon to scream in terror and run away.
"Oh yea, they are afraid of sunlight" Tentomon said, as they all watched the sewer Digimon flee.
"Next time, lead with that will ya?" Naruto asked, as they all piled out of the sewer and looked at where they were now.
"Oh great, another forest" Joe said with a sigh.
"Hey, it's an upgrade from the sewer" Sora said, as they all walked into the forest.
They soon came upon a whole bunch of vending machines.
"Oh wow! I betcha that there's enough snacks to last us at least a lifetime!" Mimi said happily, clapping her hands together.
"Uh Mimi, they might not work" Tai said as he he sighed
"Yeah, don't you remember the phone booths?" Matt asked.
Mimi ignored this, as she took off towards the vending machines, with Palmon running after her.
"Well, at least she has a good attitude" Naruto said with a chuckle, as they all followed her
"At long last, a soda! Do you want one Palmon?" Mimi asked curiously.
"No, I don't!" Palmon said, as she didn't trust this machine.
"No need to bite my head off!" Mimi said with a frown, as she put a yen piece in the machine.
Which then shook and the front of it fell over, making Mimi yell and run back to the others.
"Surprise!" a Numemon yelled from inside the now revealed to be hollow vending machine.
"That's the leader," Palmon said, as she stood at the ready.
"He's their leader? He couldn't lead a pack of show poodles, even with his doggy breath" Mimi said with a scowl.
"Mimi, that's mean……dogs are at least cute," Naruto said with a smirk.
"Hey baby, how about a date?" Numemon asked with a dopey grin.
Mimi shuddered at this, as her face turned green, before glaring at Numemon. "There is now way I would ever go out with a short, slimy, sewer sliding, sludge slinger, sludge monster like you!" she yelled out.
"Wow, pinky has a mouth on her," Impmon said with a chuckle.
"That's nothing. You should hear my mum, as she makes what Mimi said look tame" Naruto said.
"Yeah. Auntie Kushina could make even a sailor blush from her swearing" Sora said with a nod of agreement.
"Huh?" Numemon said with a surprised look on his face.
"Don't make him angry, Mimi!" Palmon said with a worried tone.
"What for? He can't come out in the sun, right?" Mimi asked, as she pointed up at the sky, where the sun was shining down
Before the clouds came in, and blocked out the sun.
"Uh-oh" everyone said, as they backed away.
"Way to tempt fate pinky!" Impmon yelled out.
"How dare you insult me?! The date is off! Let's get them boys!" Numemon yelled, as the rest of the vending machines shook, before they too opened and more Numemon came out of them.
"Numesludge" a few Numemon yelled out, throwing pink sludge at them.
"Run away!" Sora yelled as everyone ran away.
As they ran, all the Numemon ran after them.
"What do we do?!" Joe yelled out in a panic.
"There are too many of them to fight!" Matt yelled, as he kept TK close.
"Split up into groups!" Tai yelled, as they all headed into the forest
Everyone took off into the forest, splitting up.
As Mimi ran, she tripped over a tree root. "Ow" she said, holding her foot.
"Mimi!" Palmon yelled, as she stopped to try and help her up.
As Mimi gave Palmon her hand, she was suddenly scooped up into someone's arms as she was carried off.
"N-Naruto?" Mimi asked in surprise, seeing it was the blonde who was carrying her.
"Look into his deep blue eyes later, pinky!! Just keep moving!" Impmon yelled, as he and Palmon led the way.
Mimi blushed at this, as Naruto carried her and ran into a cave nearby, after jumping over some tree roots and weaving through the trees.
Naruto put Mimi down and had them both hide against the wall, as Naruto listened for the Numemon.
"I think they are gone," Palmon said, as she sighed in relief.
"Yea, so you can stop holding his hand pinky" Impmon said with a snicker.
Mimi blinked at this, before she looked down and saw that she was holding Naruto's hand tightly in hers.
Before she eeped and jumped back with a blush on her face.
"Oof, rejected," Impmon said with another snicker, before Palmon slapped him on the back of the head.
"Why you gotta be such a jerk?" Palmon asked, as she put her arms on her hips.
"Ow! That hurts woman!" Impmon yelled, as he held his head.
"Hush, all of you! There's something out there!" Naruto whispered to them, before they heard some thuds.
When the thuds stopped, they looked up out of the cave and saw a giant yellow teddy bear with red eyes.
"It's Monzaemon!" Palmon yelled out in surprise.
"Woah, that's a big teddy bear," Naruto said, as he looked up at the tall bear.
"Come and visit us at Toy Town," Monzaemon said with a happy smile.
"He's in charge of a special place called Toy Town. He takes care of the abandoned Digimon toys" Impmon explained.
"Well, he looks pretty harmless," Naruto said, as they all came out of the cave.
"He always has been," Palmon said, as she smiled
"I'm very pleased to make your acquaintance," Monzaemon said happily, as he fired lasers from his eyes at them.
Before he fired, Naruto grabbed Mimi and ran off again carrying her
"He's pleased to make our acquaintance!? Then why is he attacking us!?" Mimi screamed in terror, as she hugged Naruto as he ran.
"L-little tight Mimi!" Naruto choked out, as he tried not to blush and think about how close Mimi was.
"Less talking, more running!" Impmon yelled, as he and Palmon ran with them.
"Hey cookie, you can hide in here with me. As for you blondie, you can hide somewhere else" the Numemon leader said, as he waved at them from a deep trench nearby.
"Screw that! Bada Boom!" Impmon yelled, as he threw a fireball, which made the Numemon move and make room for all of them.
"Language!" Palmon said, as Mimi had taught her about bad language, and Impmon had been regularly swearing.
"Bite me, flower child" Impmon said, as they all jumped into the deep trench and hid.
"How about a kickin game of soccer?" they heard Monzaemon say.
"Where did you learn to talk like this?" Mimi whispered, as she scowled at Impmon.
"No idea. I keep having dreams of a red headed demon, yelling this stuff at me" Impmon whispered back with a shrug.
"Hush, he's getting close!" Naruto whispered, as they all went silent as they heard Monzaemon approaching.
"Would you please come and spend a fun day in Toy Town?" Monzaemon said, as he walked over the trench.
Everyone said nothing as they hid, and Monzaemon's thudding footsteps slowly got further away.
"Hey sludge boy, go take a look" Impmon whispered to Numemon.
"No way! That's a fully evolved Digimon!" Numemon said, as he shook his head at this.
"Oh you're doing it, or I'm gonna light you up!" Impmon said, as he made a flame with his hand.
"You and what army, clown face?" Numemon shot back.
Palmon's eyebrow twitched in annoyance at this, before she grabbed both of them with her vines and threw them out of the trench. "You morons can look together!" she yelled out.
Impmon scowled at this, as he hung from a tree branch, before he chuckled. "You have quite a temper, huh flower child?" he asked.
"Only against you! I can't stand you!" Palmon yelled out in annoyance.
"Yeah well, you're stuck with me. So neyah!" Impmon yelled, as he stuck his tongue out and mocked Palmon, who growled in irritation at this.
"The coast is clear," Numemon said, as he slithered over to the trench.
"Thanks" Naruto said, as he climbed out and helped Mimi up out of the trench.
Mimi smiled at Naruto in appreciation at this, before she adjusted her hat. "What was that overgrown teddys problem?" she asked with a frown.
"No idea. He's been acting weird lately. Normally he leaves me and my boys alone" Numemon said with a shrug.
"Is that why you guys hide?" Naruto asked curiously.
"Well, we liked to get fruit when the sun was blocked. But we haven't been able to do that scene Monzaemon started acting weird Numemon said
Naruto frowned at this, as he didn't like this. As while the Numemon were annoying, they should be able to get food.
"Gaaah! I can't stand you!" Palmon yelled out, getting Naruto, Mimi and Numemon's attention, and when they looked, they saw Palmon trying to strike at Impmon with her vines like a whip, but Impmon was dodging and laughing at her.
"Ok you two, let's go find the others. Enough of the yandere baloney" Naruto said with a chuckle.
Mimi giggled at this, as she knew what Naruto was insinuating.
Palmon walked over to them, grumbling under her breath, while Impmon followed smirking.
"Thanks for the help. You Numemon aren't that bad" Naruto said to the sludge Digimon, as he held out his fist to him.
"Uh, what's that?" Numemon asked, as he looked at Naruto's fist curiously.
"It's a fist bump. It's how humans show we're buddies" Naruto replied.
"Buddies? You mean, like me and my bros?" Numemon asked curiously, as he tilted his head curiously.
"Exactly" Naruto said with a kind smile at the sludge Digimon.
Numemon smiled at this as he took his stubby hand, and patted it against Naruto's fist.
"Ok, you try to stay out of trouble. Come on you" Mimi said, as she dragged Naruto off with their Digimon following.
(A little later)
Naruto and Mimi walked out of the forest, and were now in a field with what looked like a big town nearby.
"Is that Toy Town?" Naruto asked Impmon who nodded, confirming it.
"The others could be there!" Mimi said as she ran into the town, with Palmon right behind her.
"That girl," Naruto said with a sigh, as he followed after her.
"Is the honeymoon over? Ow!" Impmon snickered, before Naruto grabbed him by his ear and dragged him with it.
Naruto and Impmon soon arrived in the town, in the middle of an empty street, with Mimi and Palmon nearby.
"Did you find anyone? Naruto asked Mimi, as he let go of Impmon's ear, which he started to rub and grumble.
"No. It doesn't look like anyone is here" Mimi said, shaking her head at this.
"Something's not right guys," Palmon said.
"What?" Impmon asked with a mocking tone, as he was still mad about his ear.
Before Palmon could say or do anything to Impmon, someone was running at them from down the road.
"Oh boy, this is fun. This is really fun" Tai said with a strained smile, as he ran past them, with a windup car chasing him.
"Tai?" Mimi asked in confusion.
"Boy, I'm really having a lot of fun now," Tai said, running off.
"Uh, that doesn't look like fun to me," Palmon said.
"This is so exciting. This is really exciting" Sora said, with her own strained grin, as she ran with a monkey holding cymbals chased her.
"Sora?" Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow at his cousin.
"What's so exciting about being chased by that thing?" Impmon asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh joy! What a delightful activity! This activity is really delightful" Izzy said, as he ran along, with toy soldiers marching after him.
"Izzy doesn't usually talk like that," Mimi said, with Naruto nodding in agreement.
"Boy oh boy! Is this really great, or what?" Matt said happily, as a wooden train was after him. "This really rocks! Forget books! This really rocks!"
"Ha ha ha!" Joe laughed, as a rocking horse rocked after him.
"…..I'm so using this later," Naruto said with a grin, as he took out his phone to take a picture.
"Oh hush" Mimi said, as she stopped him and rolled her eyes.
"Ha ha! You can't catch me" TK yelled out, as a toy helicopter chased him. "You can't catch me!" he said, as he ran down a street.
"Ok, either they drank the kool aid or they are under some kind of spell" Naruto said with a frown.
"Yeah, one that's making them act like zombies," Mimi said with a nod.
"Where are the other Digimon?" Palmon asked curiously, as she didn't see any of the other kids Digimon.
"That's a good question. We should check one of these buildings" Impmon said, as he went over to a nearby building.
"Oh look, a good idea from the gremlin" Mimi said as they followed him.
"Did you just compliment me pinky?" Impmon asked with a smile.
"Law of average, you eventually were gonna say something right" Naruto said with a smirk, getting a laugh from Mimi.
Impmon made a mocking face at this, as they all started looking through the windows of the buildings.
Eventually Mimi looked through a window, and saw what looked like a treasure chest inside the building, which was shaking.
"Hello! Can anybody hear us out there? Tai?" a voice yelled out from the chest.
"Hey, there's a chest moving in here!" Mimi said, as she opened the door to the building and went in, with Naruto and the Digimon quickly following her.
"Is someone in there?" Palmon asked the chest, leaning her head against it.
"Palmon! It's me, Agumon!" the voice said.
"Are the other Digimon with you?" Impmon asked.
"Yea, we're all in here," Biyomon said.
"Except for Impmon thankfully," Patamon said.
"I heard that, cream puff!" Impmon yelled, before Naruto covered his mouth.
"Stealth mission means to be quiet!" Naruto whispered to Impmon, while Mimi and Palmon talked to the other Digimon.
One explanation later, and the locked up Digimon had explained what happened after they had all split up.
"So Monzaemon captured all of you, and is now letting the toys play with the others, while he locked you all up?" Mimi asked curiously.
"Yea, we can't help you guys while we are trapped in here" Gomamon said.
"It's time for you to be the heroes this time," Gabumon said.
Mimi frowned at this, as she didn't think she could do this.
"Well, at least there are two of us," Naruto said, as he nodded at the chest.
"Alright! I'm gonna get my chance to Digivolve!" Impmon said with an excited smile.
Palmon and Mimi looked at each other and nodded, before they followed Naruto and Impmon out of the building.
"You can stay here if you want Mimi," Naruto said as they left.
"And leave you to fight alone? No way!" Mimi said, as she shook her head at this, as she refused to let Naruto go alone, after he had helped her so much today.
"Well, look at you stepping up pinky," Impmon said with a smirk.
The two of them walked down the road, and as they approached the end of the road, Monzaemon walked around the corner while holding some balloons in his hands, and looked down at them.
"Oh, hello. Would you like a balloon? Everyone likes balloons" Monzaemon said happily.
Before Naruto could respond, Mimi stomped over towards Monzaemon. "Listen here, you yeti teddy! Whatever you've done to our friends, fix it now, or you'll be in big trouble. Ya understand me!?" she yelled out angrily.
Monzaemon looked at them and said nothing, as his eyes glowed red.
"Oh, this is gonna go well," Impmon said with a groan.
"Mimi, move!" Naruto yelled, as he grabbed Mimi's hand and pulled her, as they ran away with their Digimon close behind.
Monzaemon chased after them, firing lasers from his eyes as he did.
"This isn't funny! I'm being chased by a giant stuffed teddy bear!" Mimi yelled out.
As they ran, they ran past what looked like a sewer grate and as Monzaemon approached it, it exploded and a bunch of Numemon piled out of it.
"Defend our bro!" the lead Numemon yelled out, as he pointed his stubby arm at Monzaemon.
The group of Numemon all gave out battlecries, as they threw pink sludge at Monzaemon
"It's the Numemon!" Mimi said in surprise.
"What are they doing here?" Palmon asked curiously.
"I'm guessing Naruto being nice to their leader made them make him an honorary brother. Hey, save some for me!" Impmon yelled after the Numemon, before he ran onto the battlefield.
"Mimi," Palmon said, as she looked at her partner.
"Go ahead. We can't let the Numemon fight for us" Mimi said with a nod.
Palmon nodded as she ran after Impmon. "Oi, wait for me, gremlin!" Palmon yelled out.
Both Digimon stopped as the Numemon were easily sent flying by Monzaemon.
"Hey! I don't like bullies!" Impmon yelled, as he made some fire in his hands. "Bada Boom!" he yelled, as he threw it at the giant bear.
"Poison Ivy!" Palmon yelled, as she swung her vines at Monzaemon and grabbed his arm, as Impmon's fire hit him in the face.
This did nothing, but make the bear Digimon mad. He then swung his arm, and sent Palmon flying into Impmon, which caused them to fall at Naruto and Mimi's feet.
"Are you guys ok?" Mimi asked worriedly, as she checked on Palmon.
"Yea, you took quite a hit. Maybe we should try and make a plan to -" Naruto was saying, before he got cut off.
"And let him bully the Numemon?! Hell no! Let's go, flower child!" Impmon yelled, as he ran at Monzaemon, who was being swarmed by the Numemon.
"I may be a lady, but I am not a pushover!" Palmon said with a glare, as she ran after Impmon.
Naruto and Mimi watched them run, and didn't notice as their Digivices glowed, which caused their partners to glow along with them.
"Palmon digivolve to…..Togemon!" Palmon yelled, as she changed into what looked like a handed cactus, wearing boxing gloves.
"Impmon digivolve to….Wizardmon!" Impmon yelled out, as he turned into what looked like a wizard, complete with a pointy hat while holding a staff in his hand.
"Wow" Mimi said, with wide eyes at Togemon.
"Huh. Didn't guess wizard, but I like it. Go get him, Wizardmon!" Naruto yelled at his partner.
"You're going down, big boy!" Togemon said with a glare, as she advanced towards Monzaemon.
Monzaemon growled as he approached Togemon, who just growled back.
Togemon and Monzemon rushed at each other, grappling fists with each other. Togemon threw a hard punch at the yellow bear Digimon, who growled before returning the punch, which soon escalated into a full on slug out. Monzemon then pushed Togemon into a nearby tree, before laying out more of its fearsome attacks.
Wizardmon jumped into the air, waving his wand before unleashing a ball of light striking Monzemon, causing his eyes to swirl.
Wizardmon then stabbed his staff into the ground. "ThunderBall!" he yelled, summoning up a thundercloud, unleashing a powerful bolt of lightning down on Monzaemon.
"Needle Spray!" Togemon yelled out, as she took in a breath, before unleashing a barrage of spiked needles upon the yellow bear Digimon.
Monzaemon growled at this, as he covered his face and charged at Togemon.
Togemon dodged to the side, as Monzaemon crashed into a building. But before he could recover, Togemon jumped onto the bear's back, and grabbed him by wrapping her arms around his neck.
Monzaemon growled in annoyance, as he tried to get Togemon off his back. But the cactus Digimon wouldn't let go.
As they fought, Wizardmon flew around them and approached from the front, and made a moth opening motion with his hand, so Togemon could see.
Togemon nodded at this and grabbed Monzaemon's mouth, and attempted to pry his mouth open. "Open wide! It's time to take your medicine!" Togemon said.
When his mouth opened, Wizardmon jammed the edge of his staff into the bear's mouth. "Say ahh! Magical Game!" he yelled with a laugh, before he fired his attack and lit up the bear Digimon with his attack.
"Aggghhhhhhhhh!" Monzaemon yelled out, while Togemon jumped off his back, as the bear Digimon fell forward and the zipper on his back burst open, and what looked like a black gear flew into the air, before breaking apart.
"Another one," Naruto said with a scowl, as he looked at it.
"Ahahahahahah! That was great! Thanks for the backup, flower child!" Wizardmon said, as he laughed and looked at Togemon, as he took his staff out of Monzaemon's mouth.
"Oh no, you were my back up," Togemon said with an annoyed tone.
"Hey! My attack actually did something, unlike your needles!" Wizardmon said with a scowl.
"Ok you two, break it up. You both did great as a team" Mimi said, as she and Naruto approached them.
"Yeah, you both did great. You look great as a wizard, buddy" Naruto said with a smile at his partner.
"They have wizards in your world?" Wizardmon asked curiously.
"Well, we have stage magicians. But none as cool as you" Naruto said, as he held out his fist to his Digimon friend.
Wizardmon smiled at this and fist bumped with Naruto.
(Later)
After all the Digimon were freed and the other humans snapped out of it, they were all standing in front of a sitting down Monzaemon.
"I'm so sorry about what I did. I don't know what came over me!" Monzemon said sadly, as he looked down at them.
"Yea, well, from what we saw, there's been a lot of that happening with Digimon like you lately" Tai said with a frown, as Naruto had told them about the black gear that came out of Monzaemon.
"Well, it's all OK now. Nobody was hurt" Sora said with a smile at the bear Digimon.
"So, you turned into a wizard. Can you do tricks?" TK asked Impmon curiously.
"I can make thunder, fly and make light attacks with my magic staff," Impmon said with a smug grin.
"Can you be modest too?" Palmon asked with an annoyed tone.
This caused Impmon to face plant, making them all laugh
"My friends, there's only one way that I can truly show my gratitude, and that's by giving all of you a real heart hug," Monzaemon said with a smile, before he stood up and spread his arms out. "Heart's Attack, with a hug" he said, as small pink hearts appeared, and floated near the humans and Digimon.
The hearts all engulfed each of the humans and their Digimon and they all laughed, as the hearts made them feel happy as the hearts carried them off.
As this happened, the sewer grate below opened, and leader Numemon poked his head out. "Hey cutie, a kiss for your hero?" he asked Mimi.
"No!" Mimi said with a bright smile.
"Ah, nuts. Oh well, she'll come around. Hey bro, you keep her out of trouble!" Numemom yelled at Naruto, before he went back into the sewer.
Naruto gave the Numemon a thumbs up, as the hearts carried them towards what looked like the mountains nearby.

It was now getting late, as the group were walking in the woods, after they were dropped off by Monzaemon Heart's Attack.
"We're getting low on supplies" Joe said, as he looked at their emergency food.
"Yea, and even with limiting Naruto to one bowl, we're still getting low on ramen," Sora said, as Naruto showed her his backpack.
"Great, I'm getting sick of ramen" Matt said with a sigh, as while he didn't mind it, nothing but instant ramen was getting annoying.
"I'm half tempted to shave your head while you sleep" Naruto grumbled out at Matt.
"Oh, I like that! Do it! Do it, do it, do it!" Impmon chanted with a grin.
What Naruto and Impmon didn't notice was Sora and Biyomon behind them, before…..
Sora slapped Naruto on the back of the head, and Biyomon started to peck at Impmon's head.
"Stop picking fights for stupid reasons" Sora said with an annoyed look on her face.
"Yea, and stop encouraging him!" Biyomon said to Impmon, who was rubbing his head.
"He insulted ramen! He must pay!" Naruto yelled out, as he rubbed his head.
"Like I said, a stupid reason" Sora said flatly.
This got laughs from everyone, while Naruto and Impmon pouted.
They all soon came up to what looked like a giant crater, and when they all looked into it, they spotted….
"Refrigerators?" Izzy asked with a confused look on his face.
"Careful, there may be some Digimon in there, playing a trick" Joe said, as they all walked over to the fridges.
"We may as well take a look anyway Joe" Matt said, as Tai opened a fridge.
"Look, this one has some eggs inside it," Tai said with a wide smile.
"And this one has more of them," Naruto said, opening the other one.
"Hey, there are flat rocks nearby. Your mom taught you and me to cook cuz, so we can make fried eggs" Sora said with a smile, as she gestured to a bunch of flat rocks nearby.
"I'd like sunny side eggs, please," Mimi said with a grin.
"I'll take scrambled" TK said with a raised hand.
"I'd like poached eggs," Matt said with a grin.
"Woah, hold on. How do we know these eggs are safe?" Joe asked in a panic.
Everyone groaned at this, as Joe was starting to give them a headache.
Naruto approached Joe, and patted him on the shoulder. "Don't worry Joe, my mom is a cook and she taught me how to identify if food is spoiled. So don't worry, I'll check each one myself before we cook them. Does that work for you?" he asked.
Joe said nothing to this, as he had heard that Naruto's mom was a cook. So he figured he could take Naruto at his word
"Joe, you keep worrying and your hair will fall out," Gomamon said with a smile.
Joe sighed at this, as everyone got to work making camp.
(Later)
It was now night, and everyone was gathered around eating some eggs, after Naruto had made sure that the eggs were all safe to eat.
"Ok, we have fried eggs, omelets, sunny side eggs, poached eggs and scrambled eggs. Take your pick people!" Sora called out to everyone, who had their makeshift plates.
"You're sounding like my mom cuz" Naruto said with a sweatdrop, as he looked at Sora.
"Just be thankful that I don't curse like her," Sora said with a smile at Naruto, as he took some fried eggs and sat down next to Impmon who had his own plate, which they both started eating along with the others.
"Wow Sora, these are great! This has to be the best meal that I've had in a long time" Tai said with a happy smile.
Sora smiled happily at this, glad to hear this, before she saw Naruto smirking at her. "What?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Oh, nothing," Naruto said innocently.
"…..shut up" Sora grumbled, as she knew what Naruto was doing.
Joe said nothing as he ate, as he was lost in his thoughts about their situation.
"Are you doing ok Joe?" Gomamon asked, as he sat next to him.
"I'm getting worried. We haven't been able to find anyone here, besides other Digimon. And we can't just look around on our own forever" Joe said, as he stopped eating.
"Well, maybe all this stuff came in through other portals or something" TK said.
"More likely there were humans here a long time ago, and there aren't anymore" Izzy mused, rubbing his chin.
"Well, we need to make a plan for what we're gonna do next," Matt said as he frowned.
"Well, we could head up the mountain, and see if we can spot something," Tai said, as he pointed at the mountain.
"Infinity mountain? I heard that place has dangerous Digimon" Impmon said, as he gestured to the mountain in question.
"W-what kind of dangerous Digimon?" Mimi asked in worry.
"No idea, I'm just messing with ya" Impmon said with a laugh.
Mimi scowled at this, as she grabbed a rock nearby and threw it at Impmon.
"Oi! Watch it pinky!" Impmon yelled as he ducked, avoiding the rock.
"Oh, I'll watch it alright. I'll watch it as I beat you to a pulp" Mimi said with a glare, as she walked over to Impmon.
"If we don't know what is on that mountain, we shouldn't lead everyone into an unknown territory" Matt said to Tai, as Impmon yelled as Mimi attacked him with a tree branch.
"We're in another world, Matt. We don't know anything about this world. It's better to go up the mountain, at least up there we can spot the enemy before they can jump us" Tai said.
"Well, we need to make a decision. We can't just stay in one spot" Sora said, as she dragged Mimi away from a beat up Impmon, who was twitching on the floor with bumps on his head.
"You ok buddy?" Naruto asked.
"I see a red headed witch, and her fox minion" Impmon said deliriously.
"Medic!" Naruto said with a flat tone at this, making some of the others laugh.
"Hey, why not ask Joe? He's the oldest of you guys, right?" Gomamon asked, as he pointed at Joe.
"Hmmm. Well, he is the most mature" Sora said, as she rubbed her chin in thought.
"Scraping every 10 minutes is mature?" Naruto asked, before Sora glared at him, making him jump back. "Well, you definitely have ka-sans's glare," he said.
"Hmmm, well both of you have good points" Joe said, as he thought about this.
"So you don't know either, great," Tai said with a sigh.
"Well, I'm….aw jeez" Joe said, as he stuttered over his words.
"Joe, you need to lighten up," Gomamon said, as she shook his head.
"Yea, your hairs gonna get wrinkles if you keep freaking out like that," Mimi said.
"Yea, you're always a stick in the mud" Naruto said, as he shook his head at this.
"I am not a stick in the mud!" Joe yelled out in annoyance.
"You so are," Gomamon said as he shook his head.
"I'm just practical!" Joe yelled out.
"Ok ok, let's all calm down. For now, let's just go to sleep" Sora said, as she gestured to the nearby Digimon, who were all sleeping already.
Joe grumbled at this, before he went to his own corner to go to sleep, and soon the rest of them went to sleep.
(The next day)
It was now morning, and Naruto was still sleeping until…..
"Oi Naruto, wake up!" Sora yelled out, as she shook him.
"Damn it mom, go scream at Himawari and let me sleep!" Naruto grumbled under his breath, as he turned over.
"Himawari isn't a lazy bum. Now wake up!" Sora yelled right in Naruto's ear.
"Gaaaahhhh!" Naruto yelled as he woke up.
"Welcome to the world of the living," Mimi said with a chuckle.
"What? I can't hear you, thanks to the banshee here" Naruto yelled, as he rubbed his ear.
"Oh, I got your banshee," Sora said as she raised her fist, before Biyomon grabbed her to stop her.
Naruto ignored this and looked around. "Where are Joe, Matt and Tai?" he asked, noticing some of their group were missing.
"Joe took off on his own up the mountain, while Tai and Matt went after him," Izzy said.
"…no really, what happened?" Naruto asked, as he didn't believe for a second that Joe would go off on his own.
"It's true. Joe went off exploring on his own" TK said with a smile, while Patamon sat on his head.
"Then we better go after them. If something does live on the mountain, then we need everyone together" Naruto said firmly, as he got up and looked at everyone, before he led the way to the path up the mountain.
"Well look at you stepping up as a leader" Sora said with a chuckle.
"Who knew he was more than a ramen sucking loon," Mimi said with a giggle.
"Ha, ha, ha" Naruto said with a grumble, while Impmon laughed at him.
"Hey Naruto, I'm curious. Who's that Himawari you were mumbling about?" TK asked curiously, as they walked up the path up the mountain.
"She's my little sister, and she's about your age actually" Naruto said, as he patted TK on the head
"Why didn't she come camping?" TK asked curiously
"Well, when Tai's little sister Kari got sick, she refused to leave her bestie alone while she was off having fun," Naruto said with a smile at his sister.
"Aww, that's so cute" Mimi said with a smile, finding this adorable.
They all continued to walk, and soon they heard what sounded like fighting happening nearby.
When they walked around the corner, they saw what looked like Greymon, Garurumon and what looked like a large walrus with a huge horn. What caught their attention was that Joe was on the new Digimon's back.
The three Digimon were all fighting what looked like a giant unicorn Digimon, that had a red mask on its face.
"That's Unimon! He's usually a pacifist" Biyomon said with a frown.
"Tell that to the gear in his back!" Tai yelled, as he and Matt ran over to them.
"I'm gonna guess the big guy is Gomamon?" Naruto asked curiously.
Matt and Tai nodded at this, as Unimon flew over them, coming around to attack.
"Ikkakumon, attack!" Joe yelled from the back of his partner.
"You got it Joe. Harpoon Torpedo!" Ikkakumon yelled, as he fired his horn repeatedly at Unimon, which he dodged.
"He is too fast!" Joe yelled in a panic.
"Wait for it," Ikkakumon said with a grin.
Suddenly the horns broke apart, revealing missiles which turned around and slammed into Unimon's back, destroying the black gear.
Unimon took off flying away quickly at this.
"You're welcome!" Sora yelled at the flying Digimon.
"Are you all OK?" Joe asked, as Ikkakumon let him off, before he shrunk down to Gomamon.
"Yea, we're fine. Don't worry. Way to step up, mad man" Tai said with a chuckle.
"Mad man?" Izzy asked curiously.
"He threw himself onto Unimon's back, and tried to pull the gear out of him" Matt said with a shake of his head, at how reckless that was.
"…..congrats cuz, you're not the moron of the group" Sora said to Naruto.
"Give him time," Impmon said with a snicker.
"Ha, ha, ha. Us mad men try anything, and we get results sometimes. Right buddy?" Naruto asked Joe with a smile.
"I'm not mad like you," Joe said.
"Don't resist. Join us Joe" Naruto said with a monotone voice.
"One of us, one of us," Impmon said with his own monotone.
This got laughs from the group. Even Joe laughed after a bit, as he knew his friends didn't mean anything by it.
Unknown to them, up on the mountain top, they were being watched by a shadowy figure that had devil horns.
"Hmmmm. So the digidestined are here. And what's this? The sin of Gluttony has reincarnated as one of their partner Digimon" the shadowy figure said, as he looked at Impmon.
Deadpool barged into the office of P.O.M and Kfbanime87
You name dropped Impmon as the sin of Gluttony! This means the other 6 sin Digimon will show up?! Deadpool yelled excitedly
