Chapter 11: Dan 10 Pt1

Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter and boy am I excited! Before we begin I would like to point out one thing in this chapter, Dan 10 and the story Magical Alien Summer rightfully belong to Feedbackblast18. I have been working with him since 2/18/2021 and I would like to say that this chapter goes out to him as well as the character. I would also like to say that he is an awesome guy to be friends with and to work with. I would also like to thank him at the bottom of my heart for helping me with this story, and if he's reading this right now, I want him to know that I'm glad that he is an awesome writer and probably the coolest guy to work on fanfiction with. Any enough said onto the chapter.

To say Dan Tennyson had seen some weird stuff in his life was an understatement. Sure he had seen aliens, magical talking ponies, unicorns, pegasi, and alicorns, but that was nothing compared to seeing alternate versions of himself. "THIS IS SO COOL"! Dan shouted in excitement as he and the team traveled through the portal tunnel. Ben 10 Prime could help but chuckle at the kids excitement as they traveled back to their base in the Null Void. "Hey Dan, easy there, be careful now, you don't want to flout too far or you'll end up in another reality". Ben 10,000 said to him with a chuckle. Ever since they recruited him, Dan had asked about a million questions about who they were and what their differences were as well as their similarities. "So you're telling me that you two are both the same Ben but from two different time periods"? Dan 10 asked both Ben 10 Prime and Ben 10,000 in shock. Ben 10 Prime nodded as he said to him "Yep, he's from the future and I'm from the present, so basically yeah we're the same guy". Dan 10 nodded as he then asked Ben 10,000 a question. "So dude, what's with the two Omnitrix's on both arms"? Ben 10,000 only smiled as he said to him "In the future I come from, not only did I learn the secrets of the Omnitrix, but Azmuth also created the Biomnitrix, which basically allows me to combine my alien forms into one making them even more powerful than they were before".

If there had been a floor where they were, Dan's Jaw would have dropped a thousand times over. "Mind blown"! Dan 10 said in awe. Dan would have asked more questions, but Jen 10 had seen the exit of the portal tunnel coming up. She then said to them "Guys, we're coming up on the exit". After hearing her say this, they stopped conversing with each other and got ready to go through the exit. And when they did, there were a few things that surprised them. Instead of groping off into the base like beforth, the Ben 10 Primes team had arrived outside of the base. The second surprise that they met was a bunch of Null Void residents armed to the teeth pointing their weapons at them. "Uh…is this some sort of welcome? Because I don't remember any of this happening the first time when we arrived at the base". Ben 10 Prime asked out loud. "That's because we didn't need them, until Ben X's Hunter Bots started visiting around". Said an all too familiar voice. "Grampa"?! Dan 10 asked in alarm at seeing his grandfather from an alternate reality where he got the Omnitrix, in such a bad state. Although he was glad that he was still walking, the only thing that made him cringe was the arm on his right arm.

"I take your The Omnitrix wielder that was accidentally sent to reality 985"? Dan 10 nodded as his alternate reality grandfather looked at him sternly before smiling and saying to him "Well, I'm just glad that you made it back all right as well as the team that recruited you". While it was a happy scene for any sore eyes to see, Ben 10 Prime decided to get back to the matters at hand. "Grampa, what's going on, what happened while we were on our mission"? Max 10 disengaged himself from hugging Dan 10 as he said to him "We can't talk out here, it isn't safe. Follow me back into the base and I'll explain everything there". The team followed him into the base where they arrived at the command center where Max 10 began to explain things starting from after the two teams left for their missions. "After you and Gwen's team left, we've been getting a lot of activity coming from Ben X's reality as well as his Hunter Bots". The team all exchange a look at each other before Ben 10,000 asked him "What kind of activity are we talking about here"? Max 10 looked at him with a look of fear in his eyes and said to him "The kind where he's looking for something". The team looked at each other in worriment as Tom 10 asked him "What do you mean by he's looking for something, what's he after anyway? Besides the fact of trying to destroy the Multiverse of course". Max 10 only sighed as he pulled up a chart of what looked like the Multiverse. "After you and Gwen's team left for your missions, Me, Ken, Cooper, and Alan had been working on improving the base when one of our sensors at the command station started to go off like crazy".

He then pointed at a dot on the Multiversal chart that was blinking both green and red at the same time. "It took a little bit to figure out what was going on, but we were able to figure it out. We found out that there was a lot of activity coming from reality 90214. So I sent Ken, Cooper and Alan on a mission to see what was going". The team stared at each other in concern as Ben 10,000 asked him in a worried tone "You let Ken go onto a mission with a team of his own"? Max 10 how old up his hand before Ben 10,000 could utter any more words as he said to him "Don't worry, the reality he and his team are going to is actually a safe one, I also found it the most intriguing reality I have found on the multiversal chart so far. But enough about the realities that I found, Let's talk about the problems that I did fine". He then pointed at another blinking dot and said to them "Another reality that I discovered that had more Hunter Bots than usual is Dan 10's reality, but the strange thing is that I found was that they weren't in it, but in another dimension that is connected to his". After hearing him say this, the team raised their eyebrows with interest while Dan only stared in alarm at what his interdimensional grandfather had just said. "Uhh Grandpa, this dimension that's connected to my reality wouldn't happen to have a magical energy signature to it would it"? Max 10 looked at the chart for a moment, looking at the energy signatures that the chart had recorded, then looked back at Dan 10 and said to him "Yes it does, why do you ask"?

Dan 10 sighed as he held his head in worry and alarm as he told the team what he knew. "That dimension that's connected to my reality is called Equestria". The team looked at each other in confusion as Tom 10 asked "E-whata now"? Dan 10 sighed as he explained what Equestria was. "Equestria, is basically a magical realm where talking unicorns, horses, pegasi, And dragons as well as other creatures live together. While not in perfect harmony they do tend to get along very well, except for the part where it does have a few villains here and there". Dan 10 looked at every one of his new teammates with a determination in his eyes as he said to them "If Equestria is really in big trouble from this Ben X guy then we need to get there pronto"! Before he could leave however, Max 10 quickly walked over to him before he could leave, put his hand on his shoulder as he said to him "And just how do you propose to get back to your reality, without a proper plan or without proper backup to accompany you"? Dan 10 shrugged his inter-dimensional grandfather's hand off of him as he said to him with a look of pure determination in his eyes "I don't care what I need to help me get back to my reality, if my friends or in Equestria or in my reality or in trouble, I'd tell the troublemakers to bring it on, because if you mess with Dan you get the 10"! Just before Max 10 could persuade Dan from doing anything foolish any further, Ben 10 prime said to his inter-dimensional grandfather "We'll go with him".

The team, Max 10, and Dan 10 looked at him in surprise. "Are you sure about this Ben, how do you plan on saving Equestria from Ben X's hunter bots in the first place"? Ben 10 prime only looked at his inter-dimensional grandmother in the eyes with a determined smirk on his face as he said to him "What's there to plan? I think Dan made the plan simple & clear, we go in kick Ben X's hunter bots butts and save equestria". Max 10 only sighed in defeat knowing that he couldn't change his grandson's mind once it was made up, it was exactly how he would have acted. As he looked at his grandson he smiled as he said to him "Well, If you're going to save a magical dimension from a bunch of evil robots you're going to need these". He then went over to his command center desk, Opened a drawer and pulled out three circular sheet discs with the omnitrix symbol on them. "Before I sent them on their mission, I had Cooper create these EMP discs that when you throw them at a hunter bot, it will shut them down automatically". If you thought that the team was impressed before when Cooper 10 created the multi-verse belts, you would be wrong because Ben 10 Primes team's Eyes were the size of dinner plates. "Cooper". Ben 10 Prime thought as he observed the omni-EMP's. "If I ever get the chance, I'm gonna give him an award that will last him for the rest of his life".

Ben 10 Prime then looked up from the omni-EMP in his hand at his team and said to them "Well guys, I don't know about you but I think it's hero time. Who's ready to save a magical dimension from a bunch of evil robots"? After he said that, all of his team mates stood up in the same determination that he had. He then looked at his grandfather and said to him "Well I guess it's unanimous, let's go save Equestria". And with that Ben 10,000 opened a portal to Equestria. As they entered the portal, Max 10 placed a hand on Dan 10's shoulder who looked at him as said "I know that this is your first time on the team, but I want you to know that the team is happy to have some like on the team, but please look out for them. Something tells me that whatever is happening in Equestria, it's very bad if this many Hunter bots are going to that dimension". Dan 10 Nodded as he ran quickly to catch up with the others. He managed to catch up with them just before the portal closed. As the team traveled through the portal tunnel, Ben 10,000 asked "So Dan, What else can you tell us about this Equestria"? Dan 10 looked at Tom as he said to him "Well, apart from magical talking ponies and dragons, there's also A lot of parties, festivals, and they have two rulers there who in my reality are my aunts. The team looked at him in shock and disbelief at what they heard until Jen 10 was the first one to come out of her stupor as she said to him "Well, I gotta admit, that's very interesting".

"Interesting is in a word I would put it as, more like insane if you ask me". Tom 10 said to himself. As they continued to talk about what Equestria was like, Ben 10 prime then asked Dan a most important question. "Dan, from what we heard from Grampa Max, Ben X seems to be very interested in Equestria and what it might contain, can you think of anything in that dimension that might interest him"? Dan 10 thought for a moment, pondering on what Ben had just asked. Then it hit him like a freight train as he looked at them wide eyed. "The elements of harmony"! He whispered to himself. "The what of harmony"? Tom 10 asked him confused. Dan 10 looked at all of them with a worried glance as he said to them " The elements of harmony, that's what he must be after. That's the only reasonable explanation about what he's after". Ben 10,000 held up his hands as he tried to make Dan calm down and tell them what these elements of harmony were. "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Dan calm down, what do you mean by he's after the elements of harmony, what are they"? Dan 10 looked at his new teammates as he explained to them what the elements of harmony were. "The elements of harmony are one of the greatest powers in all of Equestria, there are six in total. Each of these elements represents what the magic of friendship really means. There is honesty, laughter, kindness, generosity, loyalty, and finally magic. Put them all together they pretty much form the magic of friendship". He then took a deep breath as he continued to explain about the elements of harmony.

"The elements also keep Equestria in balance, if Ben X is after the elements, Equestria Will fall, and every single bad guy and villain in Equestria Will conquer it and no one will be able to stop them". After hearing him say that, it made it all too clear to the team that failure was not an option. They had to protect Equestria no matter what the cost was. Before they could ask any more questions, they then noticed that the exit to the portal tunnel was coming up fast. The team mentally prepared themselves for how they would exit out of the portal tunnel. But unfortunately none of them would be prepared for what they expected on the other side. When they exited out of the portal tunnel they landed face first into what appeared to be a hard purple floor. They had somehow become ponies. Ben 10 Prime was a light brown earth pony with a chocolate brown mane and tail, thankfully he was still wearing his black and green T-shirt. Jen 10 was the same as Ben 10 Prime, only she was a unicorn. Ben 10,000 was also the same only he was a lot bulkier, And looked a lot like those hairy horses you would see in Britain. Tom was a dark gray pegasus with a black mane and tail, he also had his black, white, and light green T-shirt. Dan looked like he did when he first visited Equestria, as a griffin. Luckily all of them still had their Omnitrix's on their respective hands or hooves. but unlike Dan The team had their respective cutie marks which matched their Omnitrix's.

"Uh Dan, Did you forget to tell us something"? Jen 10 asked him as she gave him the eyebrow while observing her new form. Dan immediately smacked himself on the head as he said to them "Oh right I forgot to mention, whenever you visit a Questria, you end up becoming something else, and as you can see right now you guys just became a bunch of ponies". The team all gave him the stink eye until Ben 10 Prime said to them "Look how about we hash this out later, right now we need to get to finding out what the hunter bots are doing here in this reality". The team nodded as they started to walk out of the room they had just landed in only for Dan to realize where they were. From the many times he had visited tell that they were in what appeared to be Twilight's castle. But something was off really off, the place looked like it had been through a battle and the most recent one at that. "Guy's, I think I know where we are. We're in Princess Twilight's castle, she's a friend of mine and from the looks of things we entered through her mirror portal". Dan 10 then looked around as they walked out the door into the hall. As they continued to walk through the hall, Dan 10 couldn't help wondering what had happened here. "Hope you and the others are alright, Twilight". When they finally found the exit to the castle, what they found outside would horrify them to their cores. What once seemed like a happy and thriving town, was now nothing more than a burnt down and Town that looked like it had been destroyed by a flock of angry dragons much rather than an army of hunter bots.

While the team was horrified at what they saw, none of them were as horrified as was Dan 10. As they continued to look around at the now tarnished town of Ponyville, Dan walked up to what used to be the Sugarcube Corner. He picked up the sign looking at it in sadness until his heart dropped even more as it crumbled into ashes. "It's all gone". He said sadly as he looked around. He then started to cry as he started to mutter to himself that it was his fault, that he could've been here and done something differently before the attack happened. Team prime looked at him sadly because a few of them knew what it was like to lose something that they cared about the most. Jen 10 was the first one to come out of her shock as she tried it over to him, placed a hoof on his shoulder as she said to him "I truly am sorry for what happened here Dan, I really am. Maybe when this mission is all over we can start helping rebuild this place". Dan angrily shrugged her hoof off of him as he said to her " I should have done something, I could've been here to prevent this attack, I could have…". Before he could continue any further Jen gave him a big hug. After she did that, Dan calmed down and then started to cry into her shoulder. "I'm so sorry that you had to see this Dan, if there was any other easier way of protecting you from seeing this, I would find it in a heartbeat". Dan continued to cry as she continued to comfort him. "Dan, you should know that this wasn't your fault, sometimes there are things out of our control, but the important thing is that we never give up no matter how bad things get".

After she said that Dan calmed down a little bit as Ben 10,000 walked over as he said to him " Dan, we all understand that you're really upset from seeing all of this, but from the looks of things it doesn't seem like anyone got hurt. It looks like everyone evacuated just in time before the attack happened, can you think of any place in all of Equestria that might provide a safe haven for people in this dimension or ponies in this case"? Dan thought about it for a moment. He knew that there were very few places that could give refuge to the people of Equestria. He had heard stories from Sunset Shimmer about only two places that he thought would keep people safe, but he could think of only one place that had the most protection and the most fortification in all of Equestria. "Actually, yeah I do know of a place that can provide a safe haven for everyone here in Equestria, I'm just hoping that we're not too late to provide help".

A few minutes later:

"I don't know about you guys, but I gotta admit I was impressed with Dan's speed. And at the rate he's going, I'm just glad that in our current forms we're able to keep up with him". Jen 10 said to the team while flying in her Tara Dactyl form. The team who had been in their fast flying alien forms, had been following Dan 10 who was in his XLR8 form was leading them to the place known as Canterlot. From what he had told them, Canterlot was the most safest place in all of Equestria. And if there is any place that could harbor safe refuge for any pony in all of Equestria it would be that place. While the team was flying, Dan 10/XLR8 had a lot of thoughts going through his head, thoughts of anxiety and fear. He couldn't help but wonder how Twilight and her friends were doing. And he hoped that he and the team wouldn't be too late to make sure that they were all right.

Meanwhile back with the team in the air, Jen 10/Tara Dactyl was having a conversation with Ben 10 Prime who was in his Jet ray form. "I'm worried about him Ben". She said to him in a worried tone. "I know that we just recruited him, but I sort of feel like he's our little brother, And I'm really worried that he might get hurt both physically and mentally". Ben 10 prime/Jet ray nodded in agreement as he said to her "I'm worried about him too, I know what it's like to see destruction on an innocent town or planet during times of war, but I'm hoping that this won't cause him to go down a road that isn't meant for him". Before both of them could continue their conversation, Ben 10,000 who was in his Stink Chill form spoke up as he spotted something over the horizon. "Heads up team, looks like we're arriving at our destination". It had seemed that they had arrived at their destinations and just in time to because it was then that they noticed that Dan 10 who was now back in his griffon form, had stopped running and was now near an outcrop of big boulders and was motioning for them to come down. Nodding in understanding, They all descended to his position, reverted back to the pony forms and crouched where he was facing, looking at what was supposedly Canterlot. To say it had seen better days would be an understatement. Much of the castle looked like it had lost many of the roofs of many buildings, some of the buildings either looked like they had collapsed or had lost many of the foundation walls. Other than that the castle looked like it was still holding strong, and the only thing that was keeping it together was a pink force field surrounding it because of the many flying Hunter bots surrounding it as they fired every weapon that they had available to them as they tried to break the force field down. to break through the forcefield.

As the team continued to observe White was going on, they suddenly heard a very angry growl coming from their newest recruit. They all turned to what seemed like a very angry and very ticked off Dan 10. As his frown got darker, he then curled his hand into fists as he got even angrier than he had ever been in his life. As he continued to stare at the castle surroundings, he then hissed out to the others "Ben X made a big mistake by messing with my friends and family. And after seeing this I can tell you guys this now that he's going to pay dearly for what he's done today in both Ponyville and Canterlot". To say that The team was more worried about Dan's mental stability was an understatement. Some of them had been in the same mindset that he was going through right now whenever they lost control over something because of a certain plan going awry or a certain someone getting hurt. Ben 10 Prime was the first to step in as he placed a hand on his shoulder and said to him "Dan, I know that you're really angry about what you've seen so far, and I want you to know that you don't worry because we all will make sure that he will pay when we take the fight to him, But right now you need to keep your mind here and now and not let your anger get the best of you ok"? Dan 10 looked at him for a moment, then relaxed a bit and nodded in understanding. Ben 10 Prime smiled at him as he then returned to the matter at hand. "Ok Ben, so what's the plan"? Tom 10 asked him.

Ben 10 Prime thought for a moment as he looked back up at the castle and said to them "Well I could go Armodrillo and dig us a way through to Canterlot, but that would take too long. I could go Big Chill and phase right the force field". "Bad idea". Dan 10 said to him as he told them the reasons why it wasn't a good idea. "If this Big Chill form is anything like my Ghost Freak form, then phasing through energy magic won't be the same thing as phasing through energy science because of its properties". The team nodded in understanding as they continued to give out ideas on how to better get into the castle. As they continued to talk, Jen 10 got an idea. "Hey Ben, Remember that new alien form you got in Tom's reality"? Ben 10 Prime nodded as he and the others continued to listen to her idea. "Why don't you transform into Teleportail and teleport us into the castle walls, that way we can get into it without being noticed by the Hunter Bots". Ben 10 Prime thought about this for a moment, and then nodded his head in agreement with the idea. "You know, that actually might work. But here's the thing, I don't know the limits of Teleportail's powers. so I don't know how many people I can take with me into the castle". "But I do". Ben 10,000 said to him as the team looked as he continued his explanation. "As some of you already know, I'm from the future so I know about every single alien from that I've transformed into, and Teleportail is one of those forms that I've transformed into. Your limits are basically 4 to 5 people and from the looks of things, you should be just fine by teleporting all of us into Canterlot".

The team looked at him in amazement as they were greatly impressed by his vast knowledge of all the alien forms they could transform into. Ben 10 Prime quickly got over his impressive state of mind as he quickly raised his Omnitrix hand, twisted the dial, found the alien he was looking for, slammed down on the dial and transformed into Teleportail. "OK everyone, you better hold on to either my hands or tails, because I don't want any part of this getting messy". The team quickly either grabbed his two tails or his hands to make sure that they would be able to teleport with him. Once he made sure that everyone was securely holding onto him, he looked at the castle, closed his eyes and teleported into it with his teammates holding onto him for dear life.

Meanwhile inside the castle:

To say that Princess Twilight Sparkle was exhausted was an understatement. First she had gotten messages from Sunset Shimmer at Canterlot high that Dan had gone missing after an experiment gone wrong due to her human counterpart in Dan's dimension. Then she and her friends Had to evacuate Ponyville due to an attack from an army of very strange and evil looking machines. Luckily they were able to evacuate everyone in the town, but not without a few of them getting hurt in the process. The strange thing was that Twilight noticed that some of the robots had the same Omnitrix symbol that Dan had on his. And that made her even more worried about her friend more than ever. Luckily all the residents in Ponyville were able to be relocated at Canterlot Castle, where Twilight was able to meet with her mentors Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and her sister in law Princess Cadence. It was then that she learned from them that Ponyville wasn't the only place that was being attacked by these robots. The crystal empire, the changeling kingdom, and Marehatton had also been attacked as well. While she and other princesses were able to take in as many refugees as they could, they were starting to lose space in Canterlot. What was even more worrisome, was that once they got word that the evil robots were approaching Canterlot, she and the other princesses put up a barrier to shield everyone in the castle. And while she and the other princesses were doing fine at first, their strength was starting to ebb as they slowly got tired.

"Dan, wherever you are, I hope you're doing better than we are". Just as she thought that, Twilight then started to hear a popping sound from above her. And before she knew it five people suddenly landed on top of her. As she got out of the pile of people that she had landed on her, she was about to yell at them and ask them who and why they had landed on her when she saw the most familiar face in all of the group that had popped in. "Dan"? She whispered, not daring to believe her eyes. The person in question that she was talking about was a griffon that sure enough was Dan Tennyson himself in the flesh. "DAN"! Twilight shouted in excitement as she flew over and tackled him in a ginormous hug. This nearly knocked Dan off his feet/paws as he gave a hug back to her. "It's nice to see you too Twilley, but could you loosen up, kinda getting hard to breathe". Dan 10 grunted as Twilight held onto him. Releasing that she was squeezing him too hard to the point where she was choking him, did Twilight let go. After she did that did she give Dan an angry look as she shouted at him "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? EVERYONE FROM HERE TO CANTERLOT HAVE BEEN WORRIED SICK ABOUT YOU, AND THEN YOU POP OUT OF NOWHERE WITH A GROUP OF STRANGE PONIES AND THINK I CAN JUST BE FINE WITH IT"! As she continued to rant on and on angrily at him, Dan couldn't help but smile at her flustered state of mind because he was more than happy to see her again. Meanwhile back with the team Who had been able to recover from the crash, we're now watching the princess ponies rant on their teammate and wondering whether or not to help him out of this predicament that he was in with her.

When she was finally done ranting on at him, she finally noticed that Dan was smiling at which made her and Dan burst into peals of laughter. "Honestly Dan, it's good to see you alive and well". Dan 10 smiled and nodded as he continued to laugh, but stopped when he saw that Twilight began to sway from tiredness. He managed to catch her just before she hit the floor. Once he did, he got a full good look at her and he was shocked at seeing how tired she looked. "Geez Twilley, when was the last time you slept, because from the looks of things you look like you're ready to pass out"! Twilight gave him a tired smile as she said to him "Sorry Dan, I've just been working tirelessly for days on end ever since this invasion started". After she said this, it was then that she noticed the group of ponies that were standing behind Dan where they all had Omnitrix's like Dan only they looked different and had different colors to them as well. "Hey Dan, care to introduce me to your friends that came here with you"? Dan 10 mentally slapped his head as he had completely forgotten about his new team. He then gestured at them as he said to Twilight "Twilight, this a team of alternate versions of myself from different realities that are on a mission to save the multiverse". If Dan's arrival hadn't shocked her, what he said did. "Alternate versions of yourself"!? Twilight whispered to her stunned self. A moment or two went by and just before the team could ask Dan on weather or not that Twilight was alright, she suddenly burst into a flurry of excited questions.

"THAT IS SO AMAZING! How many aliens can you transform into? What are your realities like? Are there places like Equestria in them too? You have to tell me everything"! The team was so taken aback by her enthusiasm that Ben 10 Prime who was back in his pony form stepped forward and said to her "Princess, I understand that you have a lot of questions, but right now we need to focus on the problem at hand. The problem being the Hunter Bots at your front door". This surprised Twilight as she asked them "You know about what's been attacking us these past few weeks"? Ben 10 Prime nodded as he continued "We know about these robot and who sent them, but I believe that we should talk to the people who are in charge here to make a proper plan of attack". Twilight nodded as she said to him "Well in that case I think it would be best if we talked to my mentor Princess Celestia to plan our next move, if that is all right with you of course". Ben 10 prime nodded as he and his teammates followed her to where Princess Celestia, Her sister, Princess Cadence, Sunset Shimmer, and the mane six were stationed at. While they walked, Dan and Twilight were able to catch up with one another. He told her about the reality he wound up in after Sci-Twi experiment going wrong, About how he met alternate versions of his friends from Equestria and not only meeting a thief who steals from other thieves But also meeting four teenage mutant ninja turtles.

"Wow Dan, that's just incredible! Not only did you go into an alternate version of Equestria, But you also got to meet four mutant humanoid turtles who were well-versed in the art of a type of martial art called ninjitsu". Twilight asked him in awe. "Yep, that basically sums it up". Dan 10 said to her. Before she could ask any more questions about his adventure and the ultimate version of Equestria, Twilight then noticed that they had finally arrived at their destination. She then looked at Team Prime as she said to them "How about you guys wait out here while me and Dan give my friends a little surprise for them". The team nodded in agreement as they waited outside. Meanwhile, Twilight went through the big doors and walked over to her friends and mentor who were taking care of some very injured castle guard ponies. "Hey, you guys, listen up, I know that things have been hard these last few weeks, but I've got a surprise that might cheer all of you up". Apple jack, a cowgirl earth pony looked up from taking care of her little sister and said to her "Thanks Twilight, but I don't think any surprise you could give us would cheer us up no matter what it is". Twilight just shrugged as she moved aside and let Dan walk in. As soon as he did, every pony who saw him erupted in an encore of claps, cheers, and yells of happiness and hope. But the ponies who were most happy to see him were the mane six and the three other princesses who came over and started to hug the snot out of the young man/griffin. "Little man, It's great to see you again". Rainbow Dash said to him as she hugged him.

"Yeah partner, where've ya been all this time? Everyone's been wondering where you've been". Apple Jack asked him in curiosity and worriment. "Heavens, do you understand how worried young Princess Twilight has been? She and the other princesses have been working day and night just to keep the people of Canterlot safe all the while worrying about where you were". Dan 10 couldn't help but smile at the caringness that his friends were displaying because he knew that they had missed him, just like he had missed them. "I'm sorry for worrying all of you, I really am. I'm also sorry for not being here when the attack on Ponyville happened. But I can tell you guys what happened to me later. Right now we need to focus on the problem at hand, And the good news is I brought some company to help us with the current problem. I hope you don't mind"? As soon as he said this the team walked into the room. Everyone turned to look at them and gave them strange looks at their appearances. Princess Celestia walked up to Dan and asked him "Dan, who are these people that have come with you"? Before team prime could say anything Pinkie Pie swallowed a deep breath of air and said to them "They're here because of an alternate version of Dan who wants to destroy all the good versions of him, so he sent a bunch of evil robots to attack us and claim both Equestria and his reality for his own power and greed". The team, members of the mane six and the princesses looked at her in shock as Jen 10 asked her "How did you know all that"? Pinkie Pie shrugged as she said to her "Just a hunch"?

The team nodded in confused understanding as Ben 10 Prime walked up to Princess Celestia and the other princesses as he asked them "I take it that you are the three princesses who are in charge of Canterlot"? They nodded as Ben 10 Prime continued "Then allow me to introduce myself, My name is Ben Tennyson, these alternate versions of me are on a mission to save the Multiverse from an evil alternate version of myself". He then went into detail about what their mission was and why it was so important to stop Ben X. While he explained the mane six as well as the princesses listened very tentatively as they realized just how dangerous and powerful of a threat this Ben X was. After he finished explaining, Princess Celestia, Luna, and Cadence looked at each other as they both looked at each other in silent agreement. Then they looked back at Ben as Celestia said to him "Well, That is quite an interesting tale you have told us. But from what you have told us we would do anything to aid you in your mission against this Ben X. However as you can see we are in quite the predicament against his forces". Princess Luna then stepped in as she said to him "Unless you have an idea on how we can defeat his forces I am afraid that our duty for now remains here in Canterlot". There was a moment of silence as he didn't know how to answer her until Ben 10,000 stepped in and said to her "I think I might have an idea".

Two hours later:

As the Hunter Bots continued to fire at the force field, it suddenly went away without warning. This gave the Bots a que to start invading the castle. As they did, the lead Bot turned his head to his robotic siblings and said to them "Spread out and kill anyone on sight, that should draw the cowards of this castle out of hiding". Before they could proceed, two objects came speeding out of nowhere. As the Hunter Bots tried to scan the two speeding projectiles, they suddenly met with a barrage of energy blasts and magical spells. The leader bot looked around to see that team prime as well as the mane 6 (Minus Dan and Rainbow Dash) all firing at them with everything that they had. Everything was going according to the plan.

Two hours earlier:

"The plan is simple, while Dan and Rainbow Dash distract the Hunter Bots, we'll attack from above and behind while they get the lead Hunter bot the follow of them, That way it will make it a lot easier for us to handle the rest of them". Ben 10,000 Said to them as he explained his plan. They nodded and understanding as they listened to him continue explaining his plan. "After we take care of the group, we'll come and help Dan and Rainbow Dash finish off the leader, that way not only will we be able to divide and conquer, in a sense of the word, but will also be able to deal with one problem at a time". Everyone nodded in agreement as they listened to him finishing his plan. Before anyone could say anything else, Princess Luna then asked them a very important question. "Won't these evil machines send for reinforcements once they know you're here"? This was an excellent question on their part as Ben 10 Prime already had an answer for her question. "Not until the last minute". Ben 10 Prime said as he stepped forward as all eyes turned to him. "Me and the team will use our Smart forms such as Grey Matter and Brainstorm will create a signal disruptor so that if they ever try to call for backup, The message won't be able to get there in time".

Everyone nodded in understanding as they all agreed about the plan. As they all went to prepare for the upcoming battle ahead. As soon as they all left, Dan felt hoof being placed on his shoulder. Turning he saw Twilight Who looked at him with concern in her eyes. "Hey, can we talk"? Dan nodded as he followed her to a private room, once there Dan was met with a bone crushing hung from her. "I'm just so glad that you're alright". Twilight said to him softly. Dan hugged her back as he smiled at her. When they finally detached from each other Dan said to her "Hey, sorry for worrying you and the others so much. I wished I could've told you sooner, but you know how being a hero on call 24/7 works". They both laughed at that. After a while, when they finally got control of their laughter, Twilight looked at him in worry and said to him "Dan, promise me when this is all over, you will come to us safe alright". Dan looked at her with saddened eyes as he said to her "I'll try Twilight, I'll try". Twilight smiled at hearing that, because that was more than enough of an answer for her. She then looked at a clock and said to him "Well, let's go help that team of yours, after all Equestria won't save itself". Dan nodded as he and Twilight went to catch up with the others.

Present:

Everything had been so far going according to plan, and it only seemed to be going from bad to worse. For the Hunter Bots at least. While they were putting up a good fight, they were quickly being overpowered. Twilight, Rarity, and Ben 10 Prime who was in his Armodrillo form was fighting two quick but wiry Hunter Bot who was a lot smaller than the others. Ben 10,000 who was in his Fourmungousaur form as well as Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadence were handling five bulky tank built like Hunter bots. Jen 10 and Tom 10 who were in their Munchette and Gravattack forms were fighting alongside Apple Jack, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy against at least 9 guardian knight-like hunter bots. Meanwhile back with Dan and Rainbow Dash, they were having the time of their lives. They raced, swerved, and ran/flew around the lead hunter bot as they drove him crazy. Each time he even tried to get close to killing one of them, they would speed off in another direction before he even got anywhere close to them. The game that the two were playing infuriated the lead bot. It tried everything to kill them from firing missiles to trying to move as fast as they did, to no avail. Meanwhile back with the others, team prime and the other members of the mane six as well as the princesses were making great headway against the small army of Hunter bots. Ben 10 Prime/Armodrillo used his jackhammer powers to either crush the bots into tin cans or throw them at twilight and rarity as they blasted them into oblivion.

While they were taking care of business on their end of the fight, Ben 10,000/Fourmungousaur as well as the princesses were having a bit more of a difficult time trying to take down the walking tanks. Each time they either tried to blast them with magic or lob a stone or a fist at them, it only seemed to make them stronger from the damage that they were taking on. seeing that they weren't making any headway through this fight, Ben 10,000/Fourmungousaur decided that it was time for a new tactic. Slapping down on the Omnitrix dial on his chest, Ben 10,000 quickly changed from Fourmungousaur to Brain Matter. Deciding that it was time to take a look under the hood, Ben 10,000/Brain Matter looked up at Princess Celestia and said to her "Your Highness, throw me at one of those walking toaster oven tanks so that I can get inside and somehow dismantle it". she nodded, and using her levitation magic, she picked him up and threw him like a baseball directly into one of the Hunter tank bots. Once he reached his direct target, Ben 10,000/Brain Matter started to tinker and mess around with the Hunter tank bots system's. Once he was done, he quickly jumped out of the bot's body and said to himself "4, 3, 2, 1, bye-bye". As soon as he said that, a sudden surge of electricity ruptured it from the Hunter tank bots body as it went to its brethren as they all started to shut down and blow up at the same time. Ben 10,000/Brain Matter smiled at his handiwork as he went back to join up with the princesses.

Meanwhile, Tom 10/Gravattack and Jen 10/Munchette as well as Apple Jack, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy were the only ones who were having an easier time dismantling and destroying the Hunter knight bots that they were facing. Tom 10/Gravattack using his gravity powers pinned the robots down allowing both Applejack and Fluttershy to fly/run around very fast and tie them up. This gave both pinkie pie and Jen 10/Munchette an opening as they fired both their party canon and Barth bombs at the knight bots, destroying them in the process. seeing that their work was finally done, they went to join up with the rest of the team who had seemed to have finished up their jobs as well. Before they could make their next move however, they suddenly heard a loud booming sound from behind them. Turning around, they quickly got out of the way just before a rainbow streak crashed into them. When the dust settled, they were shocked to see that it was Rainbow Dash in such a beaten up state. Team prime as well as the members of the mane six and the princesses all ran over to her as quickly as they could. "Rainbow, are you all right"? Before the battered Pegasus could answer, the lead Hunter bot landed in between the teams and Rainbow Dash, all the while holding what looks like a beaten up version of… "Dan"! Before she could do anything to save her friend, Twilight was suddenly held back by her teammates as they were trying to make sure that she wouldn't get hurt by the lead hunter bot, Because for all they knew this could be a way of beating her emotionally. "I must say I am impressed with your little tactic on disrupting our communications from our reality, but this little war of yours ends today. Because once I kill this young Omnitrix wielder you all will be next". Just before anyone could do anything to help Dan or Rainbow Dash, many things happened at once.

To their surprise, Dan 10/XLR-8 did a double flip and started to violently and fiercely kick the lead Hunter bot in the face 100 times before speeding off. This allowed Rainbow Dash to fly forward and slice through the middle of the lead Hunter bots mid section. The upper half of the evil robot went flying up only to be caught by Dan 10/XLR as he started to throw him around like a ragdoll. Once the two had finally dismantled the evil robot enough, Dan 10/XLR picked up the damage head of the Hunter bot as he knew that Ben X was watching through the camera of the robots eyes and said to it "I hope you're watching this Ben X, Because I want you to know you come near Equestria or my home or my family or my friends or anyone else I care about the most, I'm going to be coming for you and all your twinkling little toy soldiers and going to meet a thing when I'm done with them. This is your final and only warning". Just as he dropped the head after he finished his message, suddenly one of the Hunter bot's broken mechanical suddenly came alive and attacked Twilight. Before anyone else could do anything to help her the robot arm suddenly detached itself from her and flew off into the distance as it opened a portal back to the reality it came from. "Twilight"! Dan 10/XLR shouted in fear as he ran over to her before he and the other Omnitrix wielders reverted back to their pony/Griffin forms. "Are you all right"? Twilight nodded as she massaged her arm.

"Yes I'm fine, but what about you? How did you manage to survive that Hunter bots attack when he was holding you at his mercy"? Dan only smiled as he said to her "That Twilight is what we Tennyson's call playing possum, Once I tricked him into thinking that he won, this allowed Rainbow to also make it look like he had also one, but in reality we had tricked him by letting him dish out his punches on us". Team Prime as well as the main six and the princesses only smiled at this as they all had to admit that this was the cleverest of plans that he and Rainbow Dash had ever come up with. Dan's smile on the other hand turned down into a frown as he observed the scenery of the remnants of battle. "I can't believe it's all gone, all of Equestria is really gone". Everyone looked at the young Griffin Omni tricks wielder in sadness as Twilight said to him "Nothings ever really gone Dan, We can always rebuild, always make something better than what it once was". "Twilight speaks the truth young Tennyson, we can always rebuild and we can always find a way to make sure that whatever we rebuild will have a better foundation than what it had before it was destroyed". Dan smiled and nodded in understanding. Meanwhile Ben 10 prime looked around as he said to his teammates "Well what are we waiting for, let's get to rebuilding Equestrian".

Two days later:

It had taken almost 2 days to rebuild everything that had been destroyed. Luckily, not everything has been destroyed such as the mirror that led to Dan's reality. Now, with everything throughout all of Equestria now restored to its former glory, Team prime now stood at the center of Ponyville at the mayor's office building. Princess Celestia walked up to the podium where Team prime now stood. She then turned to the citizens of Ponyville and said to them "In many conflicts and catastrophes there will always be calms between storms, there will be days when we lose hope, days when we lose faith that guardians from any world Will never be able to come and help us on time. But the day will never come when we lose faith that heroes from unexpected places will always come for our need of help". She then turned to Team Prime and said to the crowd of spectators "From here on out this team of brave individuals will always be remembered for their valiant effort in protecting not only just Equestria but also our world, Because as of right now I honor this courageous team of heroes for coming to our time of need". She then placed metals on each of them and said to them "You Will always be remembered as heroes of Equestria and never will you ever be forgotten". She then turned to the crowd of people and shouted in happiness "NOW, LET US CELEBRATE THIS DAY NOW & FOREVER, FOR ON THIS DAY WE CELEBRATE THE COURAGEOUS EFFORTS OF DAN TENNYSON AND HIS TEAM OF GREAT WARRIORS". The crowd whistled with joy and happiness as Princess Cadence said to them "LET THE FESTIVITIES BEGIN". With that the celebrations had finally begun. The party could only be described as something that would have been seen as almost as beautiful as the northern lights. Pegasi were flying around enjoying the happiness of the festival while unicorns were putting on a light show for everyone else to see.

Earth ponies such as Applejack were giving out free cider to anyone who wanted it. While the team was enjoying themselves, Dan and Twilight had found a quiet spot to enjoy the party from a distance. Even with all the excitement going around they decided that they both needed some alone time together "Honestly Dan, after everything we've been through together, I never would've thought that we would ever be fighting a robot invasion in all of my life". Dan smiled at that and said to her "Yeah, this kind of thing happens to me 24/7 as you already know". Twilight giggled as she looked off at the sunset. The two sat there in silence for a moment before Twilight asked "So, Are you really going to go back with team prime to fight in this war of theirs"? Dan looked at her sadly and said to her " I kind of have to twilight, if I don't Ben X is going to come not only to Equestria but also all the other alternate earths throughout the Multiverse. If I don't stop him here and now along with helping my teammates, then every single ultimate earth is doomed". Twilight nodded sadly in understanding until she looked at him with a fierce determination and said to him "Well if you ever need any help whatsoever you let me or any of my friends know, and will be coming right over there to help". Dan smiled and nodded until he decided that he and twilight should stop talking about all of this dark and gloomy stuff. He then got up and said to her " hey, why don't we go get a few cupcakes together from Pinkie Pie". She then nodded in agreement as she and Dan flew off to the newly patched up sugar cube corner. While on the way there Dan looked at twilight and said to her "Hey while I'm gone can you let my family and friends back in my world know that I'm all right, also tell them what has transpired here so that they can be ready, OK"? She nodded at him with a smile as they flew off to get some cupcakes.

Meanwhile in Ben X's dimension:

To say Ben X was angry was an understatement. He had transformed into his heat blast form and had destroyed many of his machine factories. Once again Ben Tennyson and his alternate versions of himself had sorted his plot to take over the multi-verse again. "I am done playing around with these children, it is time to release the new weapon". he then looked at the new and improved Hunter bot that he had his workers build. He smiled wickedly as he had his workers finish downloading the remaining programming needed to make this new and improved version of Hunter bot operational. He then looked out A window of his reality and thought to himself "Soon Ben Tennyson and his compatriots will fall and the entire Multiverse shall be mine".

Well everyone that was one heck of a chapter for me, I also want to let you all know that while I do enjoy writing this story as well as my other stories I have a lot of responsibilities that I need to take care of and there are a lot of other things I need to create and draw. So now that I've gotten this chapter done for this story I'm going to take a break from it for a little bit and continue working on my halo wars fanfiction story. Also, I want you all to know that I will never give up on Fanfiction no matter what. It's just that for me I have a lot of anxiety issues that I sometimes have to work on and that's what causes me to have writers block sometimes. But registered I will never stop writing the story. Also, if Feedbackblast18 is reading this now I want him to know that he is by far the coolest partner to have in writing the story, and that he is more than just a penpal he is my friend and I am very grateful for what he has done for me for the story.
