Wayward
Summary: Vergil-centric poem, mostly ramblings about how he ended up as Nelo Angelo.
………………………………………………………………………………………………
Seduced by darkness
The wayward brother
Father's legacy turned curse
For a soul cold and bitter.
In him the Prince of Darkness found
A ready soul, ripe for the fall
As Lucifer had fallen,
From heaven to hell.
Thus Nelo Angelo was born
The fallen angel cast from grace
Demon body his, human mind gone
Broken by pain, loss; crazed.
And in his prison his soundless scream
Cried for release, a lost name
Music to ears of he who reigned supreme
Until his brother came.

Note: The 'he' referred to in the third line of the last stanza is Mundus. If you liked it, please review. If you didn't like it, please review anyway. Criticisms are accepted as long as they are aimed towards helping me improve my writing. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read the poem and my note.
