When they arrived home the next morning and were docked. The crew and MacGyver walk the men off Hammersley. "Agent johnson, Garth Davidson, he all your sir"
"thank you june for everything"
"so when can i return, crew miss me" he smile
"It was done this morning"

"I told them they are shocked with what he done"
"It would be for any one"
"True" they shook hands then she watched him put garth in a car then he got in and drove away.
A car pulled up which made her smile and walk over and into Jim arms for a hug and kiss "Miss you so much"
"I miss you to, so it all over"
"Yes it is, i'll get my bag then we can go home for a long hot shower" she said smiling making him smile
"sure" they kissed once more then she return to Hammersley where she got her bag then walk to Mike cabin to see him and Kate doing paperwork
"I'm off"
"Ok enjoy your leave"
"I will" then mike phone rings
"mike flynn hello…. Sarah…. What we on our way, yes we dock an hour ago, ok" he hung up
"Mike" Kate said
"It stewart he asking for us"
"Leave the paperwork you two lets go, Jim got the car on the dock"
"We need to get change" kate said
"You don't have time, come on" she walked out of the cabin and off hammersley she put her bag in the boot then got in
"Wait Jim, we going to the hospital it stewart he asking for Mike and Kate"
"Why can't they take their car"
"He out of time"
"I understand." Mike and Kate got in then Jim drove them to the hospital.
They were quiet on the way. When they got there, they got out MacGyver included "June"
"I'm going Jim, I help them get things sort out"
"I'll come" he got out and they all walked up to the cancer ward and down and into Stewart's room.
They were all shocked when they saw how pale and skinny Stewart look. "Sarah" she look up
"Uncle Mike" he step ford and hug her when stewart open his eyes

"I'm here mate" then he saw Kate, June and her husband there, then he look at Mike and reach out so Mike grab his hand
"Promise me you will look after Sarah"
"Yes i will"
"I forgive you Mike, even though I know you weren't at fault. Kate is a lucky woman" Mike turned to Kate who stepped forward standing next to Mike as he put his arm around Kate's shoulder.
"I am lucky Stewart, i love Kate so much"
"don't screw up"
"I won't"
"good" he look at Sarah
"Tell him please" she turn and look at Mike then to Kate, to June then back to Mike
"I had the test done, you are my father" Mike hugged her as he looked at Stewart. Then she turns to Stewart and step ford
"I love you sarah" his eye started to close and the heart monitor started changing
"I love you daddy" she hugged him as she cried when there was a beep from the monitor.
MacGyver stepped forward and turned it off "eleven zero eight, I'll let the doctor know" she said then she and Jim walked out of the room.
She saw a doctor and told him that Stewart passed away and at what time. He went into the room then returned and thanked her then walked away to the desk. MacGyver walks back to the door where Jim is. They hug each other.
"How old was Stewart"
"Same age as Mike he was forty four years old"
"that is young"
"Yes it is"
Three days later Jim and MacGyver plus many others attended Stewart's funeral. They notice Maxine didn't attend nor was she there the day he died.
Two days later Hammersley left for patrol with MacGyver back on board once again. While out on patrol MacGyver was checking her emails from a secret account when she saw one from a contact from over in iran. She opened it and saw it was a cryptid coded message. So she used her decoder to decode the message. When it decoded she read what the message was.
"Oh my…" She then logged out of her email and shut down her lap top then she went looking for the captain.
He was in the ship office doing some paperwork "sir, i need to call captain Thomas" he turned to MacGyver who walked into the room. He saw the look on her face
"what's wrong"
"I received a coded message from a contact in iran. He said there are four lead cases arrived three weeks ago by boat, he and his team keep track of the cases but lost them when there was a bombing two weeks ago. They found out that the cases left on a fishing boat last week and the two men who put them on the boat are in hospital from radiation burns. He spoke to them before they died. In each of the four cases carrying four cericem rods"

"Sir they are used in nuclear power plants. He found out that sixteen of them are stolen and fifteen men have died from radiation poisoning because of the contact with the rods."
"Where the boat now"
"It met with another boat two days ago from the last satellite image twenty miles north of east timor."
"Ok i'll call fleet command about this, thanks for telling me"
"Yes sir."
Three days later when Hammersley dock MacGyver saw two feds on the dock. So she went down to talk to them. "MacGyver thanks for your information, with that we check it out and our sources saying the same thing as yours"
"What about stollen semtex"
"You are right about that, two months ago forty kilos of semtex was stolen from a mining group in westen australia"
"Ok here i done some figures and calculations, it not good" she pass them a file which they open it up and read what is says
"what does this mean"
"One case and ten kilo will destroy a city like cairns. Double that with wind direction like west it will affect everything from here to darwin."
"what if it just one bomb"
"If it went up here and the wind direction is south, everything would be wiped out or contaminated from here to Sydney, possibly Melbourne. No matter what this would be worse than the bombing of darwin in world war two. It would be like japan at the end of the war"
"So in other words…"
"We talking about one to four dirty bombs"
"Ok we will go and make some calls"
"I'll let the captain know" Then she returns back to the ship where she saw Mike and Kate in his cabin. The she saw dutchy

"Yeah" He saw Macgyver walk into Mike cabin

"I just spoke to the feds. There sources confirm my sources information plus forty kilos of semtex was stolen a couple months ago from westen australia''
"bloody hell" Dutchy said in shocked
"How bad are well looking at here" Kate asked
"Worst attack in history on austrian soil when one or four dirty bombs detonate. It would twice as worse as the attack on darwin in World War two"
"How are they getting the cases here" Dutchy asked
"By boat, sir we going to need gianna counters for when we board any boats from the north, I recommend that all patrol boats got them cause somewhere out there are four cases and semtext and we got to find them fast"
"i'll let Maxine know"
that night when Jim arrived home MacGyver was sitting at the breakfast bar thinking "Hey are you ok" she turned to Jim
"sorry Jim miles away"
"I can tell" he give her a hug and kiss "what's wrong"
"you haven't spoken to the feds"
"No, not for a couple of weeks, why what is it"
"It happened" she put her head on his chest
"what is" she let out her breath then raise her head
"dirty bombs Jim between one to four of them" He sit down
"tell me everything" She told him about her email, and talking to the feds everything
"This is very bad worse than a ten"
"it is. Jim when you were with Madelince cruise, have you noticed anything odd about her in the past couple of weeks" Jim thought about it
"I notice the increase of text messages and phone calls"
"More than normal"
"Every fifteen minutes"
"sounds like she is getting ready to make her move, i got to find out what those messages are"

"I'll see what i can do for you" he gives her a kiss

"It ok why don't we order in and soak in the bath"

The next morning Hammersley left port and headed north. The next day MacGyver cell phone rings and the tune is a text message. So she opened it and saw it was a text message from Jim. She smile when she read it, then texted him back.
"Sir i need to use comcen for a while"
"what" RO said from his seat
"May i ask why?"
"I'm going to do something legal but it in good reason"
"You not using navy equipment"
"Part of it, trust me sir"
"alright, RO let her into the concern"
"yes sir" They walk down the step when everyone heard
"If you make a mess"
"RO i'm not two dads, so chill" Every one grin.
MacGyver got her laptop and portable hard drive then she met RO in the comcen. She put everything down then got everything set up. She turns to him "RO i got work to do"
"Sorry" then he walked out of the room, leaving her to it.
MacGyver hacked into the telephone network and thanks to Jim sending her Madeline cruice cell phone number she was able to see all the text messages and incoming and out coming phone numbers and how long they were on the phone for.
She got copies of everything. Then she checks out the phone numbers from the text messages to find out where they are coming from then to the incoming and outgoing phone calls. She notices four of the phone call numbers are from burner phones. So she was able to track where the phone came from. She was working for over two hours when the door opened.
She turned to see it was Kate walked in with a brew in hand "Here i thought you would like a brew"
"thanks X"
"How it going"
"Take a look" she slid some papers to her. Kate sat down and put the mug down then she pick up sheet of paper
"these are text messages"
"Yep from Madeline phone. Jim was able to send me her phone number.
"Just as I thought Australia was the target and from the last few messages, they are close to australia. In one text message saying they change ship and heading to rondevu point with cases. That was just after four this morning. But at least we know that there are two bombs"
"Hopefully we can find them"
"same here, hello, another text came up" MacGyver brought up the text message.
"At rondevu point waiting for pick up"
"Can You track where the phone it"
"it a burner phone the person is using, so since it was just sent, I might be able to locate an area where it might be" then she started typing away trying to locate an area where the text came from.
"Bingo it not much but according to this it north of Cairns and on australian soil somewhere along the coast line"
"that great i'll let Mike know"
"Ok, oh show him these papers. The ones with the star next to them are burner phones"
"thanks" then she left MacGyver to it.
When Kate walks up onto the bridge she walks over to Mike chair "mike from MacGyver. The cases are already on australian soil" Every one look at Kate in shocked

"she hack into the phone company system" Swain said
"that what she meant by doing something illegal, I hope she doesn't get into trouble for it" Dutchy said
"I hope not either but she is doing this for a good reason," Mike said.
"Good news is that there are two bomb, from the text messages"
"why is that good news" RO said
"that means we know how many bombs to look out for any thing else X" mike asked
"Last text message saying that the person is at the rondevu point and MacGyver narrow the area down, it somewhere along the coastline north of Cairns"
