Yet another day has come to Angel Grove, and all is well thanks to the efforts of Super Ultra Megaforce defending the city from both a dangerous alien bank robber, and a mysterious aqueous monster. As janitorial staff prepare Levi Weston's concert venue in a plaza for another day, Grid Battleforce personnel do the same with the rest of the city by drying up the giant monster's watery remains, and picking up Krybot pieces from the streets. As this happens, the Super Mega Skyship is docked in the waters surrounding the Angel Grove Spaceport.

Inside, the Super Mega Rangers are awake for breakfast, having slept in the Skyship overnight. "Morning, everyone." Noah rubs his eyes as he meets them in the common room.

"Mornin', Noah." Emma yawned. "That has gotta be the comfiest ship bed I've ever slept in."

"And it was so soft! It's almost—"

"Outta this world?" Gia interrupted Jake jokingly.

"My old ship never had beds this comfy. What kinda mattresses were the Armada making?" Orion sighed in relief.

They come to the table where a continental breakfast spread is prepared, involving grilled sausages, pirate's eyes, a pot of baked beans, scrambled eggs, and a salad bowl. "This looks delicious!" Jake noted.

"It's like hotel food." Gia said as she sat down.

"No, really! I worked as a busboy at Bulkmeier's, and the kitchens always smelled like this." Orion attested.

"Good morning, everyone." Troy emerges from the kitchen behind the dining table, wearing jeans, a red T-shirt and a plain white apron. "I hope you all enjoy breakfast." He said as he puts down coffee pot.

His friends take their seat and begin assembling their meals on the table. Noah cuts into a breakfast sausage and eats it, finding it especially delicious. "Oh, is that fish? It actually doesn't taste bad." Noah noted.

"No kidding. And the bread! It's fresh!" Emma said.

"These tastes amazing! I can't believe you never bring your cooking to our anniversary picnics." Jake said to Troy.

"I've had a lot of time for practicing my cooking skills. When you spend months and months in space, you gotta find a way to feed yourself." Troy sat down at the table with them. "I made everything from scratch, from the space fish sausage, to fresh bread, and even seasonings made from weird space kelp."

"Hey, where's all that 'yar-har!' you had yesterday?" Jake asked Troy.

"Oh, that? I only get into character when I'm wearing the costume." Troy answered.

"You said you made it yourself, Troy? That's pretty impressive." Gia commented.

"Like I said: I had a lot of time on my hands." Troy answered. "I decided to take up sewing since all my clothes kept getting torn up in battles, and before I knew it, I made entire clothes to replace them. I've got a whole wardrobe of costumes if you wanna check it out."

"Oh, that explains that wacky wardrobe I stumbled into!" Jake said.

"I saw that too! There was a maid outfit in there." Orion recalled.

"A maid outfit?" Emma looked at Troy funny.

"That… is a long story involving the Norse god Loki casting a spell on me and an unrelated alien tycoon's gold-producing tree." Troy responded awkwardly. "I fancy myself a master of disguise nowadays. Anything to get a mission done." He said proudly.

"What other stuff have you been doing when you're not Ranger-ing?" Orion asked Troy.

"Really, just trying new stuff. I took on a lot of hobbies to pass the time, and to not bore myself. You know I've been doing space fishing, costume-making, and cooking, but I've also participated in a lot of space sports." Troy answered.

"Space sport? Like what? Anti-gravity motocross? Mecha-soccer? Lava surfing?" Jake asked jokingly.

"It's just really basketball in zero gravity. And baseball in zero gravity… just everything in zero gravity." Troy answered bluntly.

"It was really fun! Except that one time the tether broke while playing space golf and he almost plummeted into Triforian lower orbit." Tensou 3 butted in.

"Anything else of note?" Noah asked Troy.

"I've taken a page from your book, Noah, and started studying up on aerospace engineering. This ship doesn't maintain itself, y'know." Troy answered.

"Actually, it does." Tensou 3 said before he's pushed away by Troy.

"F.T.L. drive, anti-gravity generator, solar sails, there's nothing in this ship I haven't put a personal touch on." Troy counted.

"That's amazing! And it's only you and Tensou taking care of the ship." Noah said in amazement.

"Kinda sounds like you were taking pages from all our books." Orion said.

"Whaddya mean?" Troy asked.

"Well, you cook and dress up like Emma sometimes, you took on all these awesome sports like Jake and Gia, smart-guy engineering like Noah, and you're exploring all of these avenues like I do with my part-time jobs." Orion explained excitedly.

"Huh… I never thought of it like that." Troy nodded.

"My guess: you missed us so much you subconsciously did stuff we liked." Noah deduced.

"I never thought about it like that." Troy commented.

"Don't worry, we're here now, and that's all that matters." Emma smiled at Troy, who smiles back.

"What're we doing yappin'? Let's dig in!" Jake cheered before everyone picks out their breakfast pieces.

As they eat, Troy thinks back to the giant water creature they fought and destroyed with the power of the Dino Megazord Key. When he lifts his fork to eat a curd of scrambled egg, he stops as he focuses on that moment in his mind. "He really followed me all the way here, didn't he?" he thought worriedly. Tensou 3 looks just as distraught as he perches on Troy's shoulder.

In Earth's orbit, a large, shadowy spaceship is orbitally-locked over Angel Grove. Inside the steel-walled main bridge, two silhouettes overlook Earth: one with red eyes and broad shoulders, and the other hopping giddily. "Think, you could hide in this backwater rock, Captain Troy?" the taller silhouette growled with a gravelly pirate accent.

Down in Angel Grove, the six friends walk the streets of the historic town. "This place has gotta be, hands-down, the most Ranger-centric place in the world, right next to Japan!" Orion told them. "They've got exclusive Power Ranger merch in every gift shop, from sunglasses to backpacks to keychains, holidays commemorating times the Power Rangers saved the world, and a museum in the old Youth Centre."

"It sounds like everyone in town's a big Power Ranger fan." Gia noted.

"Mostly just the old people: the ones who were there when the Rangers first came about." Orion answered.

"Why don't we check out this museum?" Troy suggested.

"Sounds like a good tourist destination." Jake said.

"It is a good tourist destination. I was the tour guide for about a month. I always held up the tour groups at the Megaforce section, mainly Super Mega Silver." Orion commented proudly.

"C'mon, let's get down there!" Emma said before running ahead.

"Wait for us!" Jake said before he and his friends run after her.

They make it to the Angel Grove Youth Centre, and when they walk inside, they see people work out at the gym section, and others relaxing at a juice bar with tropical mocktails and smoothies. "C'mon, follow me!" Orion hurried his friends as he runs up the stairs to the next floor. The Rangers find themselves in a rustic museum floor decorated with replica mannequins of Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin to Super Megaforce, newspaper clippings of their exploits framed on the walls, alongside drawings of Power Rangers by children over the years. "Pretty great, isn't it?" Orion said as the team browse around.

"Grid Battleforce made a significant contribution to this place, if I recall." Noah commented.

"It's like looking at a bigger version of Gosei's Ranger Key display." Jake noted.

Troy comes to the Megaforce exhibit at the end; the suits displayed over the backdrop of an "EARTH FIGHTS BACK" banner from Harwood County. All the Rangers' suits are there, both Megaforce and Super Megaforce standing side-by-side, and that goes for Super Mega Silver and Robo Knight. Troy locks his eyes on Robo Knight and lifts his eyepatch. "I really wish he was here." he sighed.

"Well, he kinda is." Orion said as he holds up Robo Knight's Ranger Key.

"I know, man." Troy turned to Orion. "I can't believe we never had the chance to say goodbye to him, not when he rescued you from Vrak, and not after the Legendary Battle."

"Hey, don't sweat it. He wouldn't want you to do that either. Even though he's gone physically…" Orion assured Troy before putting a hand on his shoulder. "He's still with us in memory. As long as people remember him and his mission, he's not gone for real." They look to Robo Knight's statue.

"Even though they've been with us for decades, I never really thought how much the Power Rangers impacted on people." Noah said.

"Even though some say being a hero's a thankless job, I'd say this place is thanks enough." Gia said.

Emma looks at the first exhibit displaying the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and lifts up her camera, only for Troy to gently lower it. "Ah-ah, no photography." He said teasingly.

"Sorry, it's just… everything here is so amazing. There's so much to learn about the Power Rangers here." Emma responded.

"Not as much as the Legendary Ranger Database. It's got more top-secret info on them that the public don't know." Noah added.

Emma looks back to the Mighty Morphin exhibit and is in thought. "What do you think they're doing now? Do you think they've moved on from being Rangers like we used to?"

"I'm sure they are. Thanks to their efforts, they could live their lives in peace… at least until the next alien invasion comes along." Jake assured.

"If I recall, and I hope I don't get in trouble for saying this, but some of the original Power Rangers are still living in Angel Grove." Noah informed them.

"Odds are, I think we'll bump into them sooner or later." Gia snickered.

"I've already did." Orion raised his hand. "I sometimes see Jason, the first Mighty Morphin Red Ranger, at the grocery store. He always does odd jobs here and there on top of karate classes."

"So you already got to know him?" Troy asked.

"It's more of a hi-and-bye thing." Orion responded.

"I wish we could've met more Legendary Rangers in our adventures." Emma hoped.

"Yeah, it was just Casey and Jayden: Jungle Fury Red and Samurai Red. It would've been nice if the others came by and gave us a push, too." Troy recalled.

"With the Legendary Ranger Keys, let's just say they helped in spirit." Gia suggested.

"Nah, I'd rather meet them for real. I mean, what's the point of being a reflection of all the Rangers before us when we barely meet any of them?" Jake shrugged.

"Who knows? Maybe we will. It's a small world, after all." Troy chuckled.

"C'mon, let's get some smoothies. The juice bar downstairs has the best fruit smoothies in town." Orion suggested. They all hurry down to the juice bar, where a sun-hatted bartender has his back turned cleaning cups. "What're you guys feeling?" Orion asked his friends.

"Surprise us." Troy nodded.

"Got it." the bartender acknowledged before going to the blender.

"Ernie's was awesome, but this place is on a whole 'nother level." Orion boasted.

"Lemme guess, you used to work the bar, too?" Emma asked with a smirk.

"Right-o, Gia." Orion confirmed.

"Enjoy, kids." The bartender presented their drinks, all uniquely coloured to match each member of the team.

"I gotta 'Gram this!" Emma lifts her camera to snap her dragon fruit and strawberry smoothie.

"This one's cool! Is this black sugar and matcha?" Jake lifts his drink, amused by its colours.

"Hawaiian? Ooh, blueberry." Noah sipped his smoothie.

"Cookies and cream: the usual." Orion smiled.

"Odd…" Troy said as he takes his bright red cherry smoothie.

"Yo-ho-hoy…" a voice hummed, catching Troy's attention as his pupils constrict in fear.

The Rangers all turn to the entrance to see a large monkey with baggy pants and chest armour with bits of white fur sticking out. "Is that a monkey?" Jake wondered.

"Everyone, back away." Troy warns them as the bartender ducks behind the counter.

"Ahoy, Captain Troy!" a voice greeted him.

"Is it talking? Is the monkey talking?" Orion wondered.

"Troy, do you know this monkey? It sounds like it knows you." Emma asked Troy.

"Silas, I figured ya'd be here, ya scallywag!" Troy said in pirate mode with his eyepatch down.

"See-las?" Noah raised his eyebrow at the unusual name.

Emerging from behind the stout monkey is a taller, red-eyed alien in red armour kept together with leather straps, a white fur boa adorning their neck, a mask with a beak and a golden grille for teeth, and a pirate hat to complete the look. "How could you tell? Could it be the Elementoid I sent yesterday?" the pirate taunted with a raspy Spanish accent.

"Woah, how'd he hide behind the monkey?!" Jake said in surprise.

"Troy, who are they?" Noah asked Troy in concern.

"Let me handle him." Troy told her in his regular accent. "Silas, Sally, whaddya doing here? Can't be ya usual bilge-suckin'." Troy asked the alien.

"Aw, is that any way to treat your arch-nemesis?" the pirate said teasingly. "I'm here to mess with you, of course!"

"If ye're gonna do that, then let's take this outside!" Troy rushes at the pirate and the monkey with the Super Mega Saber, tackling them away from the Youth Centre.

"Troy!" his friends ran outside to follow him.

After they leave, the staff emerge from hiding, including the juice bar bartender. After a while, he leaves the bar and follows them, slowly strolling outside.

Troy tackles Sally all the way to the park, and when he lets go he realizes Silas is nowhere to be seen. Suddenly his ears are filled with ringing when Sally smacks his head between some cymbals before waddling away, mockingly hollering at him. "Where is that scour—" he said before he's shot in the shoulder from behind.

He turns around to see Silas aiming a gold-and-silver blaster at him as the monkey comes to his side. "Good job, Sally." He pets the monkey.

"Super Mega Mode!" Troy holds out his Red Ranger Key. He flips open his Legendary Morpher and inserts the key into it, morphing into Super Mega Red. He comes after them with his Super Mega Saber, but each attempted blow is blocked by Sally's cymbals, all while Silas watches behind the monkey.

Soon, his friends arrive at the scene to watch him struggle against he monkey. "An arch-nemesis?" Noah said.

"He must've made a few enemies in space if he's been Rangering alone." Emma commented.

"Are we just gonna stand around and watch? Let's go help him!" Jake told his friends as he pointed to Troy.

"Like we were gonna do anything else!" Gia smiled before holding up her Yellow Ranger Key.

"Super Mega Mode!" they all shouted before morphing into their Power Ranger forms. They leap into action and blast Sally at once. The monkey moves to shield itself, but the combined force pushes it away.

"Thanks, me hearties!" Red Ranger thanked them as they assemble behind him. "Silas!" he pointed to the pirate. "This won't be the same as before. I've got me crew back, an' better than ever!"

"We'll see about that." Silas said before holding up an alien trumpet.

"A trumpet? He really brought a trumpet to a blaster and sword fight?" Green Ranger pointed and laughed.

"Jake, we fought a bug alien with guitars built into its body." Yellow Ranger reminded him.

"Oh yeah." Green Ranger drooped his head.

"I still remember the horrible noise." Pink Ranger covered her ears, reminded of the awful event.

"It's not the noise we should be worried about this time." Red Ranger warned them.

Silas holds up his hand, and materializing on his fingertips are the five Mighty Morphin Legendary Ranger Keys. "Let's make this even for once, shall we?"

"He has Legendary Ranger Keys, too?!" Blue Ranger noticed.

Silas tosses them up in the air and they land in the trumpet's valves, fitting into them like they would on a Morpher. He puts the trumpet to his beak and starts playing a short flamenco tune. As he plays, the Ranger Keys sink into the valves and out the horn comes multicoloured balls of energy that materialize into humanoid shaped before the pirate. The Power Rangers watch as the light moulds into the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

"No way!" Silver Ranger exclaimed.

"He can make Power Rangers with his trumpet!" Pink Ranger pointed.

"We've never seen anything like this before!" Blue Ranger added.

"This fight won't end like before, not with me crew, me friends!" Red Ranger pointed to Silas with his sword.

"I won't be too sure. I'll just leave ya to it. Bye-onara!" Silas said teasingly before he and Sally turn and leave.

"Hey, get back here, you—" Yellow Ranger shouted before Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger slashes her with her blade mode Blade Blaster.

"Gia!" Green Ranger comes to her and shoots Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger away before helping up his wife.

"Don't be intimidated, me hearties!" Red Ranger rallied them.

"Who says we are?" Blue Ranger chuckled.

"Earth's defenders never surrender!" they shouted before coming at the Ranger Clones.

Pink Ranger is first to deal with Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger, engaging in a gunfight with her. Between shots, Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger dodges Pink Ranger's blasts before gliding towards her. Pink Ranger jumps high before they could impact, then when she's above the clone she shifts her weight to pin the clone down to the ground.

Then it's Green Ranger against Mighty Morphin Black, the latter armed with a sword mode Blade Blaster. Green Ranger uses double Super Mega Blasters to fire on him at double time, but the clone easily deflects them with a few sword twirls. "It looked so easy in Indiana Jones!" Green Ranger said before he runs at the clone. As he does, he trips and is sent rolling towards the clone like a bowling ball. He passes between Mighty Morphin Black's legs, and when he rolls onto his but facing the clone's back he spreads his legs, puts his arms under his knees, and fires at its back, knocking it to the ground.

Yellow Ranger is up next; her and Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger are circling around slowly, awaiting the first strike. Then, Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger comes at her with an overhead swing, which Yellow Ranger blocks with her Super Mega Saber. "Jake!" Yellow Ranger yelled to Green Ranger for him to toss his Super Mega Saber. It misses Yellow Ranger, but it instead strikes Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger in the side, causing her to reel in pain. Yellow Ranger takes the other sword and double-slashes Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger.

Blue Ranger and Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger are locked in a fencing battle with their swords, with Blue Ranger gaining the upper hand with his superior style. "I knew those fencing classes would keep me sharp!" Blue Ranger said before swiftly changing to his off-hand and thrusting into Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger's abdomen, knocking him away. "Sword Slash, Energize!" Blue Ranger said as he holds his sword upside-down before his face. He swings his sword in an X formation, sending a blue energy cross that straight to Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger as he gets up, blowing him up.

Finally, Red Ranger and Silver Ranger double-teams Mighty Morphin Red Ranger with their combined blades thrust into the clone's chest. "Sorry, about this, sir!" Silver Ranger apologized.

"Don't bother. They're just pirated copies." Red Ranger said before popping out the key cylinder from his weapons. He tosses up his Red Ranger Key and the real Mighty Morphin Red Ranger Key into the air, and they drop into his weapons' cylinders. His team gathers beside him then do the same with their weapons. The clone Rangers gather to try to take a final stand against Super Megaforce.

"Super Mega Final Strike!" the five Rangers stand as their weapons blink through their colours. "Fire!" they screamed as they shoot superpowered blasts. "Super Mega Saber Blast!" they swing their swords, sending energy arcs to boost the energy blasts.

"Super Silver Spear!" Silver Ranger jumps up and throws his Super Silver Spear at the clones, combining his weapon with the bolts to form an ultra-charged energy blast. It hits the clones like a missile, destroying them in a great explosion.

The fire disperses, leaving behind Mighty Morphin Ranger Keys that, upon dropping, shatters into particles. "Mind telling us who in the universe that pirate was, Troy?" Pink Ranger asked Red Ranger curiously.

"Let's go back to the Skyship." Red Ranger answered as he dials "5-5-0-1". "You'll wanna sit down for this."

In the Super Mega Skyship, the Rangers gather in the living area where Troy stands with his arms crossed. "So, who is this Silas guy? It sounds like he knows you very well." Gia asked Troy.

"And that trumpet? How did he get Ranger Key copies, and how does that thing work?" Noah asked.

"Ever heard of the phrase 'dead men tell no tales'?" Troy asked them. "Because they do tell tales. When they do, you best listen to them."

"What do you mean?" Jake asked in concern.

"Silas Racha is a legend among space pirates far and wide. According to legends, he was able to take down entire treasure fleets in a matter of minutes, and accumulated bounties totalling to trillions." Troy explained. "That was three-hundred years ago, and most thought he was a myth… Until three years ago."

"What happened? If he's been dead this whole time, how did he come back to life?" Gia wondered.

"All I know is that he's resurrected, and I've gotten on his bad side more times I can count." Troy answered.

"And the monster? He called it an Elementoid?" Noah asked.

"He used old Armada research to make Elementoids to fight for him. That one was just a water type." Troy answered.

"But what about that trumpet? All the Ranger Keys pretty much only work for our tech. How did he get it to work with those Keys?" Orion asked.

"Like I said: they're pirated tech. He got hold of my Morpher one time, reverse-engineered it, and made the Ranger Horn." Troy explained.

"How could he even do that? The power of the Legendary Rangers could only come from Gosei, and the people he trusts." Noah wondered.

"I'm still trying to figure that out, myself. I'd find and interrogate him myself, but he's one of those 'you don't find them, they find you' kinda people." Troy answered.

"Back to those Ranger Clones… did anyone think fighting them felt a little… weird?" Jake asked them.

"Yeah, we're fighting other Power Rangers. Power Rangers fight monsters, not each other." Emma said.

"Most of the time." Noah added.

"With pirated copies come the drawbacks. The Ranger Clones I fought before are much weaker than the real deal. They don't have their individual weapons, just their Blade Blasters." Troy answered. "Still, I always had some trouble fighting them. With the team back together, it's like shooting fish in a barrel."

"So, let's get this straight: a centuries-dead space pirate comes back to life, has a grudge on you, bootlegs the Legendary Ranger Keys, and came all the way to Earth to mess with you?" Gia summarised.

"He's never just 'messing with me'. I know him very well, and I know he's here for something else. Something valuable." Troy said.

"Treasure, duh." Jake answered with a dumb smile.

"Doesn't take a genius to figure that out." Noah side-eyes him. "It's what kinda treasure he's looking for that we should be worried about."

"*SIGH* I came to Earth for a two-week vacation, and work followed me back. Great." Troy sighed.

Then, the giant monitor in the room beeps and comes online. "We have an incoming message!" Tensou 3 announced.

"From who?" Gia wondered.

"I don't give my contact details to just anyone. It must be someone I know, or someone who should know me." Troy said as he lowers his eyepatch. "Bring 'em aboard."

The screen display switches to a video call from a man wearing a sun hat hiding his face in a shady alley, breathing heavily as if he's been running for a while. "Super Megaforce, is this Super Megaforce?" the man asked hurriedly.

"This be Super Mega Red, captain of the marvellous Super Mega Skyship!" Troy introduces himself showily. "To whom do I owe the pleasure of speaking?"

"I can't talk much… but someone's following me." The man said worriedly.

"Who?" Troy asked.

"He's an alien, wears a pirate hat, and a big monkey follows him around." The man described.

"Silas…" Noah realized.

"Where are ye? We'll be there faster than a mach knot." Troy asked.

"I'm between—" the man is suddenly pulled away by red talons, dropping his phone to the pavement. The video call manages to catch footage of three pairs of feet, one pair wearing sandals, one other with baggy pants, and the last with black leather boots.

"There ye are! Ahahaha!" Silas cackled before he's pushed away. "Sally, get the rope!"

"It's Mor—" the man shouted before an audible meaty punch is heard, and the man stumbles backwards, then his feet are lifted up and out of frame.

Silas' boots walk over to the camera and picks it up, putting it to his face. "Yo-ho-hoy!"

"Silas! What are you gonna do with that man?" Troy asked.

"Earn your answer by finding me!" Silas answered. He drops the camera, and the last thing seen was Silas' boot crushing it. As he walks away, he fails to realize the camera is still going, though with a new crack going across the screen.

"Yeah, this is not good!" Tensou 3 commented.

"Why would he kidnap a random guy?" Gia wondered.

"Maybe he has some secret treasure knowledge. Bartenders are always full of surprises." Jake postulated.

"I think I recognize him. That's the bartender at the Youth Centre." Orion noted. "He's not the usual guy, though. I think he might be new."

"Why would he need a juice guy?" Emma wondered.

"Everyone needs fresh juice once in a while, maybe even evil space pirates and their monkeys." Jake suggested.

"Jake, this isn't the time to be joking." Gia told him. "An innocent man is in danger, and we have to find him before Silas can do anything to him."

"Yikes, sorry, just trying to lighten the mood." Jake responded defensively.

"Like Troy said: Silas can't be found, but he instead finds you." Emma added.

"And that poor man experienced that first-hand." Noah commented.

"I know a trick that works every time." Troy smiled.

"Silas, ya blithering bilge rat, come out! Lest ye be a scurvy-ridden carouser!" From a rocky quarry, Troy shouted to the sky at the top of his lungs as his friends watch awkwardly.

"Will this really work?" Noah asked Troy.

"Silas has the ego the size of a planet. He doesn't like it when people badmouth him." Troy answered.

Just behind them, Silas, Sally, and a man whose face is obscured by a burlap sack teleports behind them. "Troy, ye scallywag! Ya really know how to push me buttons, don'cha?"

"Let him go!" Noah demanded.

"Is that all?" Silas cackled. "Fine. I've got what I need from him." Silas snaps his fingers.

Sally ooks and eeks as it unties the man's bindings. "Easy there, Silas. I don't want a scratch on him." Troy demanded.

"That should be the least of your worries." Silas said sneakily.

After Sally frees the man, it gives him a push and he slowly walk towards the Rangers. "Be ready, Rangers. He doesn't let hostages go for free. When it looks like he does, there's always a catch." Troy warns his friends.

When the man comes to the halfway point, Silas pulls out the Ranger Horn and aims it at the man. "No!" Troy shouted.

Silas plays an ear-splitting note, a horrendous far cry from the sweet notes he played previously. Troy stops in his tracks to cover his ears, and so do his friends behind him. "Gah! And I thought he'd be a musical prodigy!" Jake shouted as he clenches his teeth and plugs his ears.

The soundwaves overtake the man, paralysing him with a golden glow. The glow soon leaves his body, and the man falls to his knees. The glow swiftly floats over to Silas's open hand, and he wraps his fingers around it. "Finally, it's mine!"

"No!" Emma screamed before she and the Rangers come to the man's side. Noah removes the sack over his head and are shocked to see his true identity.

"No way!" Jake said.

"We're actually meeting him!" Gia added.

"Oh, hi sir. Sorry we had to meet like this." Emma apologized.

"I knew I recognised that voice somewhere." Orion noted.

"It… uh… nice to meet you." Noah awkwardly greets the man.

"Jason?" Troy said.

They help the man up, revealing to be Jason Lee Scott, the original Red Power Ranger. "Super Megaforce, I knew you'd come. I just hoped it'd be sooner."

"Silas, what did you do to him?" Troy interrogated Silas.

"Nothing much. Just wanted to get something to complete me masterpiece." Silas gestured to the Ranger Horn.

"Well, you're not gonna get away with it." Jason said as he takes out his Power Morpher.

"I'll make sure ye regret this, Silas!" Troy said before he and his team take out their Legendary Morphers.

"It's Morphin' Time!" they all shouted.

"Super Mega Mode!" the Super Mega Rangers shouted before morphing into Ranger form.

When Jason's Power Morpher clamps down onto the Power Coin, nothing happens. He looks back to the Power Morpher, he's just confused. "I just had this fixed!"

"What's happening? Is there something wrong with your Morpher?" Pink Ranger asked Jason.

"I think there is." Jason said. "It was broken for a long time before I was granted the power again in time for the Legendary Battle. I even used it yesterday, and it was working fine." Jason answered uncertainly.

"Aha! I knew that was you and not Troy!" Pink Ranger said.

"Silas, what did ya do?" Troy asked Silas angrily.

"I figured me trumpet needed some juice, so I squeezed some from Mighty Morphin Red. Now…" he holds up the five Mighty Morphin Legendary Ranger Keys. He squishes the Keys with the glow, and holds up energized Legendary Ranger Keys. "They're all powered up!" Silas declared. He throws the Keys in the air, and they again lock into the Ranger Horn valves. He once more plays a neat tune and summons the Ranger Clones, now armed with their original individual weapons.

"Go! Destroy the Power Rangers!" Silas commanded the Ranger Clones as they come after Super Megaforce.

"Orion, take Mister Scott to safety! We'll handle these posers!" Red Ranger advised Silver Ranger.

"Aye-aye, cap'n!" Silver Ranger saluted before accompanying Jason away from the scene. "I'm starting to like the pirate talk." He commented as the two leave the area.

Pink Ranger once more takes on Mighty Morphin Pink, but before she could even fire a shot, the clone nocks and fires five pink arrows at her. Pink Ranger tries to dodge, but the arrows home onto her and land explosively, knocking her away. When she lies on the ground, Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger nocks more arrows, but are blown off her hand by her opponent before being tackled. "Oh, the joys of not needing to reload!" Pink Ranger said as they tug at the Power Bow. Mighty Morphin Pink Ranger pulls her bow back, then slashes Pink Ranger with it.

Green Ranger tries to shoot Mighty Morphin Black Ranger, but the clone keeps swinging his Power Axe like a mad slasher. "Easy, Paul Bunyan!" Green Ranger said before he's pinned to the ground by the axe. Mighty Morphin Black Ranger looks into Green Ranger's eyes as the latter tries to push the axe off him, then with his other hand he aims his blaster at Mighty Morphin Black Ranger's lower extremities. "You should've aimed for the head." He fires a shot, blowing Mighty Morphin Black Ranger off him. "My sternum's gonna feel that for a while." He groans as he clutches his chest.

Mighty Morphing Yellow Ranger goes in for the kill with Power Daggers swinging and thrusting at Yellow Ranger, who adeptly deflects each swing and thrust with her own blades. Yellow Ranger sweeps Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger's legs, but she jumps up and tosses her daggers at her. Yellow Ranger parries them away, but fails to react to her opponent's sudden dropkick. After she falls to the ground, Yellow Ranger's blades were taken by Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger and she swings them into her, tossing her into a rock wall. "Ow… not bad for an old lady." Yellow Ranger groaned.

Blue Ranger's up against Mighty Morphin Blue, armed with the Power Lance to defend against Blue Ranger's swordplay. "Gia!" Blue Ranger shouted before blocking a thrust by crossing his blades, then parrying. "Let's see you block this! Sword Slash, Energize!" Blue Ranger swings crossed energy blades at Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger once more. Mighty Morphin Blue splits his Power Lance into two and catches the crossed energy blades with the prongs, but falters as it pushes towards him before eventually exploding.

Both Red Rangers are evenly matched, mirroring each other's attacks as they brandish their swords on their right hands, and their pieces on the left. They clash swords the exact same way, then jump back before firing multiple shots with their blasters, swatting away incoming bolts with their swords. "Oh, he's good." Red Ranger said to himself as he loads his own Ranger Key into his Super Mega Saber, and the Mighty Morphin Red Legendary Ranger Key into the Super Mega Blaster. "But can you take this?" he said before firing a supercharged shot at him, boosted by an energy blade tailing it. The attack hits Mighty Morphin Red Ranger in the chest, causing a great explosion.

Just as Red Ranger turns away, Mighty Morphin Red Ranger leaps from the explosion, apparently protected by the Dragon Shield, and cross-slashes Red Ranger with his swords. Red Ranger blocks with his sword, but is knocked way back where his friends gather around him.

Hiding behind another rock, Silver Ranger and Jason watch the unfortunate outcome of the fight. "They really do fight like you." Silver Ranger said to Jason.

"No, they have the strength, but there's no heart in it." Jason disagreed.

"I have to thank ya, Cap."

The Rangers look up to the hill to see Silas and Sally look down on them. "If it weren't for your vacation plans, I wouldn't've found a way to upgrade my Horn."

"You always do have a way of getting on my nerves, Silas." Red Ranger nodded.

"Finish them!" Silas commanded the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger clones. They nod and put their Power Weapons together to form the Power Blaster aimed at Super Megaforce.

"Should we bring out the Super Mega Cannon?" Blue Ranger asked.

"Why be Super when we can go Ultra?" Red Ranger suggested. "Avast, Ultra Skyship Key!" he produces the Ultra Skyship Key. He inserts it into his Legendary Morpher and turns it, granting his team their Ultra Modes.

"Aw, yeah! Good to have this baby back!" Green Ranger looked at his arm-cannons.

The Mighty Morphin Clones charge up their Power Blaster with a rainbow of colours funnelling into the barrel, while Super Ultra Megaforce's weaponized armours shines prismatically. The Power Blaster fires its beam at Super Ultra Megaforce, who shout "Super Ultra Megaforce Blast!" and toss spectral cannonballs and swords. The two forces clash and fight with all their strength, until the combined power of Super Ultra Mega Mode pushes through and shoots right into the Power Blaster, destroying it and the Ranger Clones.

"Now that was legendary." Red Ranger declared.

From the fire, five Ranger-coloured lights fly out and up into Silas' hands, forming the Mighty Morphin Ranger Keys. "I figured as much. Old ain't gold after all." Silas attempts to pocket the counterfeit Keys, but sees Silver Ranger jump in with a dropkick and calmly backs away from his line of attack.

"Give back Mister Scott's powers!" Silver Ranger demanded.

"Get past Sally, and we'll see." Silas taunted.

"I ain't afraid of your mo—" Silver Ranger's helmet is met from behind by a clash of cymbals, and vibrations rock his helmet.

"Haha! That'll teach ya!" Silas mocked him. "C'mon, Sally. Let's go home." He turned around to walk away. As he faces the desert, he's come under fire by a line of explosive blasts. Right in front of him, he faces the old veteran himself: Jason Lee Scott, armed with the Super Spear Blaster.

"You have something of mine."

"Oh, ya mean these?" Silas flaunted the five Mighty Morphin Ranger Keys. "Ya gonna have ta—" Without hesitation, Jason shoots the Keys, causing Silas to drop their blasted remains to the ground before the pieces dissipate into energy. "You are crazy, you old man! Those were your powers!"

At that moment, the rest of the team catches up and witnesses the Keys disappearing. "He just gave up his Ranger powers!" Blue Ranger pointed.

"Didn't need them anymore. Haven't needed them for over twenty years." Jason smiled. "Plus, sacrificing my powers is a thing I did a lot. This is no biggie."

"You… you…!" Silas growled before he lets out a chuckle that soon changes to a maniacal laugh. "Hahaha! Yarr, I'm gonna love this planet!" he cackled with his beak facing the sky. "Sally!" Silas turned to his monkey. "Release an Elementoid!"

Sally ooks in response and opens up its belly armour like a safe, releasing a ball of fire that flies up into the air and transforms into a giant made entirely of fire.

"It looks like the water monster from yesterday, but red!" Yellow Ranger observed.

"Bye-onara, Captain Troy!" Silas cackled before he and Sally teleport away.

The Power Rangers watch as Fire Elementoid sets a building on fire with its fire breath. "So…" Jason walked to the Rangers. "Mind taking out the fire?"

"Sure thing, Mister Scott." Pink Ranger nodded.

"Please, it's just Jason."

"Let's do it!" Red Ranger rallies as he holds up his phone. With a dial of "5-5-0-1" he summons the Super Mega Skyship and they grapple onboard.

"Wait for me!" Silver Ranger inserted the Quantum Ranger Key into his Legendary Silver Morpher and dials "1" to pull the Q-Rex Drill from the future. "Hope you can walk yourself back home, Jason." Silver Ranger told Jason before jumping towards his Zord.

"Legendary Megazord, ready!" Super Megaforce announced the formation of their Zord.

"Q-Rex Megazord, ready!" Silver Ranger shouted as the Q-Rex transforms.

They face off against the Fire Elementoid in the city, and line shoulder-to-shoulder before charging right at it. The Legendary Megazord swings its sabres at the creature, who is pushed back, then the Q-Rex Megazord thrusts its drill forth and knocks it down. It quickly gets up and spews a great stream of fire a mile long at the Legendary Megazord, setting it on fire. Inside, the Rangers hop in place as the metal cockpit they sit in gets red-hot.

"Woah! Hot! Hot!" Green Ranger hissed in pain as he takes his hands off his helm.

"Time to fight fire with fire?" Yellow Ranger asked Red Ranger.

"That's the exact opposite of what we need. It can absorb fire into itself, but its weakness is obvious." Red Ranger answered.

Continuing the fight, the Q-Rex Megazord braves through the fire and slashes Fire Elementoid right in the fire spout, knocking it down and smashing a gas station. As the fuel spills all over the pavement, its set on fire by Fire Elementoid's body heat and energizes it, allowing it to get up and fire an even wider fire spray at the Legendary Megazord.

"I'll cover you!" Silver Ranger shouted as the Q-Rex Megazord gets in front of his friends. "Shield Mode!" his drill splits in half and transforms into a high-speed rotor shield that quickly fans the great fire away from his friends.

"I got it! We can use Lightspeed Rescue's powers!" Blue Ranger suggested.

"Good idea. They fight fires like this all the time." Red Ranger said before producing the Lightspeed Megazord Key.

"Legendary Megazord Mode! Lightspeed Rescue!" they shouted as Red Ranger inserts the Lightspeed Megazord Key into his helm. "Lightspeed Megazord! Lightspeed!"

The Lightspeed Rescue star manifests before the Legendary Megazord and merges with it, morphing into the Lightspeed Megazord. They emerge from cover and spray the monster with several thousand gallons of fire-retardant foam at high-pressure, putting out the monster's fire abilities.

"Lightspeed Megazord Saber!" the Lightspeed Rescue emblem pops off the Megazord's waist and extends into a longsword. "Ignite!" The Rangers draw a circle of fire around them before cutting through the flames and slashing the Fire Elementoid.

"Triple Drill Attack!" Silver Ranger inserted the Quantum Ranger, White Dino Thunder, and Mighty Morphin Green Ranger Keys into the helms, producing apparitions of the Q-Rex Drill and Q-Rex Dinozord to thrust all their drills into the Fire Elementoid.

"Super Ultra Mega Rangers…" the Megazords turn away from Fire Elementoid as it collapses.

"…That's a Super Ultra Mega Win!" they declared as Fire Elementoid falls and explodes.

At a distant street corner, a blue Jeep Rubicon pulls up at the curb and Jason leaves the passenger-side door to look up at the triumphant Megazords. "A Super Ultra Mega Win, indeed." He nodded. "Thanks, Justin. I'll walk from here." Jason told the driver before walking towards the Megazords.

The Power Rangers leap from their Megazords, land in front of the Youth Center, and power down. "Aw, man! I so missed this!" Jake exclaimed.

"We sure showed that Elementoid not to mess with our planet!" Gia added.

"And you had trouble with these things before?" Noah asked Troy.

"It was a piece of cake to beat 'em, but it wasn't the same without you guys." Troy smiled.

"Aw… Troy…" Emma cooed.

"And we still got it, even after all these years." Orion added.

As they celebrate in front of the historic building, Jason approaches them. "Good job, kids."

"Jason, are you okay?" Orion asked him in concern.

"Don't worry, I got a ride from Justin." Jason smiled.

"No, your powers… you destroyed them." Emma asked.

"Like I said: I didn't need them. I haven't needed them for years." Jason said. "Even after the Legendary Battle restored them, I haven't used them since."

"Why'd you give up being a Power Ranger? It's awesome!" Troy asked.

"I've done my duty yesterday, and now it's time for the Power Rangers of tomorrow to do theirs." Jason answered.

"What will you do when the world does need you again?" Orion asked.

"The Morphin Grid has its ways, it always does." Jason shrugged. "Besides, they aren't gone…" he approaches Troy. He points right at his chest. "They're right here."

Troy looks down to his chest, and realizes exactly what Jason meant, and smiles back.

"Keep doing what you're doing, and Earth'll be fine." Jason told him. "If you'll excuse me, I'm going home. Emily's gonna worry if I come home late." He said before turning around and walking away.

As Jason left, the thought of Silas' Ranger Clones comes back, the thought terrifying them. "Silas… he's a really big deal, isn't he?" Emma asked Troy.

"A villain who can create his own Power Ranger Clones…" Noah muttered. "So much for your vacation." He turned to Troy.

"What will you do now that he's here?" Emma asked Troy.

"I know I said I'd leave in a fortnight, but the Earth isn't safe with Silas around. Like a real pirate, he's seen something he wants and will stop at nothing to get it." Troy answered. "I guess I'll have to extend my vacation."

"And you won't be alone." Noah added as Troy's friends confidently stand beside him.

Troy looks at his friends smiling in support, instilling courage into him. "Everyone… thank you."

"Now that we got that sap extracted from the tree of friendship, let's enjoy our time here in sunny Angel Grove!" Jake suggested.

"We never tried those smoothies Orion hyped us on. Youth Centre's right here, and I don't see any aliens stopping us." Emma suggested.

"You're still paying, Orion!" Troy slapped Orion's shoulder before running into the building. The rest of the Rangers laugh as they rush into the building, patting a confused Orion's shoulder as they pass him by.

"C'mon, guys. I'm on a budget here!" he chuckled before following them inside.

Up in space, Silas and Sally sit in their dark, cloaked spaceship, hiding in plain sight amongst the Space Patrol Delta orbital patrols. "Earth… there's so much more to it than meets tha eye…" he looked down from his dark cockpit on the blue marble. "If tha Captain's gonna enjoy his time here, then so will I!" he declared. He goes to the silhouette of a console and turns it on, seeing files on files about the Power Rangers. "Once I get tha powers of all these Power Rangers, I'll be the single most unstoppable pirate in the galaxy!" he declared before laughing and is joined by Sally chirping.

"You'll never achieve that goal." a deep, booming voice emanated from the back of the ship.

Silas turns to the source of the voice and sees a pair of glowing red eyes in the shape of downwards-pointing blades. "Know your place, you talking piece of treasure. Yer meant to help me, not talk back." Silas scolded it.

"You forced me to help you in your evil quest. I had no say in it." the booming voice said.

"If it weren't for ya helping me create tha Ranger Horn with yer power, I'd have either found a way to tear out whatever's making ya talk, or just plain eject you from the airlock for being too noisy." Silas responded. "Speaking of, me Ranger Horn's dusty from that fight…" Silas places his Ranger Horn on a pedestal lit by a lone spotlight. "Clean it, will ya?"

"Fine." The voice reluctantly accepted.

"Good. That's how it should be. You being tha loyal face in tha wall, and I being yer master." Silas mocked the voice. Going along with its master, Sally tosses banana peels into the darkness towards the mysterious voice.

"With Super Ultra Megaforce on your tail, that won't be long." The voice declared.

"What did I say about treasure talking back?" Silas cupped his hand behind his ear.

The voice doesn't respond further.

"If Troy is getting help from his… friends… then I'll have ta do the same." He turns to the console and opens a drawer takes a rolodex. "Anglor, Commodore Kirby, Cubis, Loki, God of Mischief…" he flips through many business cards. "With just a call, they'll be more than happy ta dig their claws into tha Power Rangers for me. Why do so much hard work when ye can let other people do it for ya while you sit back 'n relax?" He chuckled.

"Now, whaddya think of that…" Silas turned to the eyes as a lone light shine down on them, revealing a statue of the Super Megaforce Jolly Roger, covered in discarded banana peels. "…Gokai?"

"If that's all, I'm going to bed." Silas walks out a door with Sally following behind. "And fix the lights! I can't see a thing!"

After Silas exits, the statue is left alone in the quiet dark, staring at the only hope he's seen in forever: Earth.

"Please, Power Rangers… stop Silas."
