Moonlit Showers

You are the one who is here

The one who's plaguing my dreams

You are the one who is there

The one who's hearing me scream,

You said you'd stay by my side

And yet you always leave me

Why do you continue this lie?

It pains me more than you see,

I know you hate when I cry

But this pain's more than you know

It's tearing at me inside

And it is starting to show,

When you look into my eyes

The only thing you see's her

Oh, why can't you just decide

To stay or follow the lure,

I long to tell you that I

Have always loved you so much

When I stand right at your side

I only seek for your touch,

I'm so afraid to ask you

Which girl you chose to love more

I fear my nightmare's come true

And it just eats at my core,

But 'till then I'll stay right here

And keep my love in my heart
