[The scene starts off with the Amity Park sign. It was a large sign that had the name of the city/town toward the upper part of the sign in an arch. Under the name was a body shaped hole. Under the hole was the town slogan 'The Happiest Place To Live' except someone put a line through the word Happiest and spray painted 'Hauntedest' above it.]
"Welcome to Amity Park," a disembodied voice narrates, "the self proclaimed 'Hauntedest place on Earth'. We are here to either debunk these claims or prove them true. But that's not all!" The voice says lightly as the camera walks down a street spotting two teen girls, "We are here to learn the daily life of the town and fall in love with all the people living here. Welcome…," the voice trails off as the two teens get closer, "to 'Living Ghostly'"
[The two girls are visibly startled by the camera. The black girl looked wholly unamused, checking her watch as they came to a stop in front of the camera. The considerably paler girl beside her gave a hesitant smile]
"May we help you? We gotta get to school, early morning club meeting and all that jazz." The black girl says impatiently moving her hands to and fro.
"What's it like living here?"
[The black girl blanks sharing a look with the paler girl who shugs pushing her glasses up further on her nose.]
"It's not bad. If you ignore all the ghosts and well everything else in general. We're a pretty close nite town we have a citywide bet going on…" She trails off looking off to the side, "actually we have like five going on right now." The black girl ruffles her bob checking her watch again. "We gotta go Mich."
[The pale girl waves at the camera fiddling with her red hair that she put in a braid. The scene changes to a blue house with a picket white fence, the crew knocks on the door and are greeted with the sight of an elderly woman.]
"Do come in, don't be frightened if you see anything floating or a green octopus, or ectopus as we call them, he's harmless, like an overgrown puppy my Jared is." The lady smiles at them sweetly leading them into the living room.
[Said ectopus leisurely floats into the room and rubs on the lady's hand looking at the camera and promptly leaves the room in a quick movement of green.]
"Did you all stop by the Fentons before this or did you just get here? You'll have to get ghost weapons and ghost proof a few of your things, especially those cameras we've got a ghost who controls technology." The lady smiles at them. " I can almost see all of you wondering about my pet ectopus. He was haunting my attic for a while and I wasn't sure if he was dangerous or harmless, I didn't want to call any ghost hunters or my poor house would be runed.
[The lady looks up as if reflecting the memory with a fond smile or her face.]
"My neighbor, Jonathan, suggested I call the Fenton's. I shot that down immediately." She deadpanned looking at the camera with a serious look in her eyes. "But he didnt mean all of them, just one of them.
[She smiles warmly and the ghost floats into the room again curling up at her foot to sleep.]
"The youngest Fenton, Danny, is the sweetest boy. I told him the problem and he came to look at the attic. I can still remember the conversation he had with Jared when he came. He went up to my attic and convinced him to come down and he sat us both down to talk to us. He turned to Jared and said, ' Why are you in her attic? Are you causing trouble or are you just living there?' At first Jared didn't say anything he just looked down. Danny let out a deep sigh, I remember him sounding way older than he looked. He spoke to Jared again in a softer voice as if he was talking to a baby or young child, 'You can't just stay in someone's house without permission. I know that ghosts like you are taken advantage of in the Zone because you're young but you can't just haunt a lady's house.' He turned to me and asked me if I wanted him to leave and I told him, 'He can stay as long as he doesn't cause too much trouble. I don't mind the company. The same goes for you too sweetie.' He blushed but didn't reply. Danny then gave me a thermos for if the ghost ever did anything notty and needed a timeout."
[The story was lighthearted but the crew were left just a little confused. The lady noticed and asked if they wanted to ask her some questions.]
"Why didn't you want the Fentons to capture the ghost?"
"My house would not be here anymore," she said straight face with a tightlipped smile on her lips, "know that when me or the town say Fenton me usually mean the older two Maddie and Jack never Danny or his sister Jazz. They are...good ghost hunters if not at least competent. They just tend to destroy a lot of property almost as much as the ghost. And don't get me started on Jack Fenton and his horrible driving!"
"Can we meet Danny and the rest of his family?"
"Danny doesn't like strangers but the Fentons for sure will be the center of the show." She chuckles amusedly, "Goodluck getting Danny to appear or talk to the cameras."
[The crew leaves thanking her for her cooperation and head to the Fenton house. It was a big multi story brick building with an op center on top and a huge neon Fenton Works sign sticking out the side of the building. They go to the door and ring the doorbell startling as a machine pops out and scans them head to toe. It dings and a green light appears as the door opens and a young woman with orange hair in a high ponytail and teal eyes is seen]
"May I help you?" She starts looking around the crew seemingly not noticing the cameras at first. "Oh you must be new in town! Ghost belts are $20.00, Lipstick Blasters are $25.00, a Wristray is $10.00, and a Fenton Thermos is a good $50.00 unless Danny or one of his friends sent you then we can negotiate a price. But remember if you see any ghost do not try to hunt it. These are only for your protection." She tells the crew allowing them entry into the living room. "Oh you have cameras. Any anti-Technus upgrades will cost you and will take a while, but there is a chip coming that can go in any technology that Da- my Dad is working on that should be available to the public shortly. I'm gonna run upstairs and wake up my brother feel free to stay here until I return. My parents are in the kitchen if you have any questions." With that said the young lady promptly leaves the room to go upstairs.
[The camera crew exchange looks slightly confused by what had just occurred. A cameraman goes to the kitchen stationing himself on the right of a minifridge. The couple seated at the table lookup with smiles. The man was dressed in a dulled orange jumpsuit while the woman in a slate blue jumpsuit with a hood and red goggles over her eyes. They put down a jar of fudge and a screwdriver respectively readying themselves to speak to the camera. From what was seen the husband was hulking and handsome while the wife was petite.]
"Hello!" The man bellows loudly startling the cameraman. "My name is Jack Fenton and this is my lovely wife Maddie. We own and operate a ghost hunting operation from our home. We have a ghost portal in our basement. Would you like to see it?!" The man says excitedly and starts to get up.
"Now Jack," his wife interrupts, "I'm sure they don't have time. They have other families to visit as well I believe"
"You guys don't seem surprised by the presence of these cameras. We stopped two teens earlier and at most we got a raised eyebrow and a suspicious look."
"Well the mayor is a dear friend of ours, he told us beforehand."
[As a sound is heard from the doorway, the camera quickly pans over to catch whoever was coming into the room. A boy makes his way into the room ignoring all present in the room. He had shaggy blackhair that looked as if he had run his fingers through it. He was handsome too]
"Danny!" Jack exclaimed happily.
"Now Jack," Maddie said softly pulling down her hood and exposing her neck length orange hair, purple eyes, and pretty face, " Danny just woke up let's not shout at him honey."
"Right Mads," he looks at the camera as Danny leaves the room, "that was my son Danny. Nice kid but real quiet."
[The scene goes to the living room where Jazz is standing on a chair looking around the room.]
"I'm Jazz Fenton an up and coming psychologist." She gets off the chair and goes to the kitchen as a boy walks into the room.
He looks at each camera person one by one and looks above their heads afterward. He pokes his head into the kitchen and a floating green pancake follows his example by floating into the kitchen. He straightens back up, picks his backpack off the floor from beside the loveseat, and promptly leaves the house shouting a fleeting by after him.
[The scene then changes to the outside of the Manson residence where a young blonde girl and an older woman are fighting. The blonde child clearly does not want to go with the lady but the lady is not having it. The girl quickly jerks her arm out of the ladies hold and runs into the mansion.]
[The mansion was large and beautifully decorated on the outside. The driveway was long and winding with a fountain in the center at the end of the drive leading to the front door. The scene changes again to the inside of the house with its high ceilings and chandeliers. The crew walks into the showroom to find the Manson's sitting on a sofa facing a fireplace as if waiting for them.]
"We figured that as the second richest family in town after Mayor Masters of course, that you would come see us." The only male on the couch speaks up with a haughty voice.
[The man had blonde hair with blue eyes, similar to the elderly woman that sat beside him in a motorized chair with white hair and blue eyes. He had a strange nose and a strong chin. The younger woman on the couch, presumably his wife, had orange hair in an ornate style piled on top of her head, she had green eyes and a pretty face.]
[To the right of them was a room that looked like a kitchen where the blur of something purple moved. It paused in the doorway. It was a pretty blackhaired girl with pale skin. Just as quickly as she appeared she was gone]
"I'm Jeremy Manson," the man continued pointing to himself, "this is my mother Ida," he gestured to the elderly woman, " and my wife Pamela."
"Do you have any children?"
[The two hesitated sharing a look as Ida crossed her arms, shook her head, and proceeded to drive away.]
"No."Both adults spoke at once giving the camera a charming smile.
"But we have been trying." Pamela informs happily.
[The mayor's office is shown with Vlad Masters sitting at his desk with a pleasant smile on his face.]
"Hello," he greets them, "and welcome to Amity Park. I hope you have made the appropriate procedures regarding your lodging?" He inquies with a raised brow. When he receives a nod he smiles. "Excellent. I do hope you went to see my dear friends Maddie," he says her name with a slight wishful tone, " and Jack," he says his name through gritted teeth, "Fenton to get all the needed ghost protection or perhaps you went to the Groovy Gang?"
[The man had silver hair and blue eyes. He wore an expensive tux and sat behind his mahogany desk with his hands folded together.]
"Will you be dispersing the cameras to all the citizens' houses for interviews and such? No? Well I guess we'll show them as they pop up and let the audience decide who they want to see full time and who they want to see part time. Are you heading to Casper High next? It's almost time for the annual Back to School race." He informs them with a shark-like grin. "Mayor Danvers, I hope you are aware you are not winning this year." With that said he dismisses them.
[The scenes of the crew going to various houses and meeting various families show up on the screen like a montage. The last scene shown is of a high school. The school is beige, brick, and boring with moss crawling up one side and a kid hanging from the flagpole by his underwear. The crew step inside the school and are promptly ignored by the teens until Paulina Sanchez gasps loudly pointing in their direction. Some looked over uninterested while others quickly fixed their appearances. The scene changes again to Paulina Sanchez talking to the camera alone with no other students around]
"My name is Paulina Sanchez but you already know that since you saw me earlier with my Padre and mother." The hispanic girl says batting her lashes.
[Her outfit consisted of a pink crop top with a light blue jean jacket and light blue capris and pink high heels.]
"Is there anything we need to know about the town or school?"
"We get attacks every other week that destroys a part of the school so we have a secondary school and the quickest building crew. But my ghost boy never causes destruction during fights. Well, not on purpose," the girl giggles batting her pink coved eyelids and flick her glossy black hair over her shoulder.
"Ghost Boy?"
"Yeah, Invisobill or Danny Phantom."
"What is he/"
[At the question the scene cuts to many people answering it at different times and locations]
"A hero."-Many teens
"A menace."- A select few adults and the Fenton parents
"An annoyance."-Vlad Masters with a twitching eye
"Super cool and nice!"- The younger children of the town.
"He's a joy." - The elderly women and older women.
"He gets the job done with little to no casualties."- Many of the adults and other citizens of the town agreed with the statement and said nothing further after just nodding once and walking off. Majority of the town said this answer with various wording but it still had the same gist.
[The focus goes back to Paulina as the camera pans around the seemingly clear hallway. The footage shakes as the camera suddenly moves to spot three teens in the hallway that weren't there before. Paulina notices that the camera isn't focused on her and follows its line of sight. She audibly scaffs drawing the camera's attention back to her.]
"That's just the freak trio," she informs with a glare directed at the only girl in the trio, "I wouldn't worry too much about those losers."
[The camera turns to the trio again. The audible sounds of high heels clicking gets farther away. The camera turns and spots a short redhead bespeckled boy.]
"Who are they?"
[The boy makes a confused face looking around spotting who the cameraman was referring too. His eyes light up and he looks around fugitivity, gesturing the camera to come closer]
"That's the golden trio. You either love them or hate them honestly," the boy shrugs with a small smile. "They honestly have no idea how popular they are. But then again Sam is scary and Danny makes people nervous." He pauses looking at them for a second then looking back at the camera. "Danny, Sam, and Tucker-the trio. Danny is the one in blue to the left of the girl leaning on the locker, Sam is the girl leaning on the locker, and Tucker is the one in yellow to the right of Sam. Danny unknowingly holds half the school's girl population's hearts. Sam is really pretty," the boy looks down with a blush continuing his speech, "but really violent and strong. Tucker is THE best with technology, after Technus of course, and the girls like to reject him but they find it really flattering that he gives them flowers and stuff on Valentines Day. We call them the trio cause they're always together except very briefly when Danny dated Valerie Grey and when Sam dated the supposed Hungarian exchange student Gregor. Don't say that name to Danny or Sam, it won't end well. I wouldn't bother with them much, Danny does not like strangers." The boy finishes just as the bell rings.
[The camera turns to look for the trio again only to find them gone. The scene changes to Lancer's class as the teacher starts a lecture cursing with book titles for some reason ever so often. The students look uninterested. The teacher announces a an assembly and allows the students to talk amongst themselves]
"Michelle it is not that difficult," the black girl from earlier now known as April groans to her friend. "If you can't do it I'll ask your brother or Tucker and we both don't want that now do we." She gives a shark-like grin.
The smaller girl huffs, "It is not my fault that you find-"
[April launches out of her seat to put a hand over the other girls mouth looking around with narrowed eyes.]
"We don't speak on it. And that was not what we were talking about."
"No one cares what you were talking about Sanders."
[The girl makes an ugly face as the classroom watches anxiously to see what happens next.]
[April's face grimaces, she makes a fist stalking steadily toward the other girl]
"That may be true but you're definitely gonna care about what my fist says," she growls, advancing on the girl quickly.
[The girl stops herself just as an unamused Sam coughs.]
"Stay out of this gothica it has nothing to deal with you or your freaky voodoo powers."
[Sam makes an exasperated look turning around to face Danny who doesn't look happy.]
"All I did was cough?" She questions the rest of the class confusedly.
"April, just let it go." Kira says as she files her nails boredly. She looks at Paulina boredly.
[The girl, Kira, narrows her eyes darting them between April, Sam, and Paulina scoffing in amusement.]
"If you keep that up one day their both gonna kick your ass separately and together," the girl says seriously.
[Many of the other girls in the classroom nod.]
"I'd like to see gothica try," Dash hurumphs.
[Sam makes a confused place looking at both Danny and Tucker. They shrug at her unsure of why she was brought up again]
"Why was I mentioned again? I lieterally coughed. And what do you mean try?" Sam narrows her eyes at the boy causing him to shift uncomfortably in his chair.
"All I'm trying to say is there is no way that you," he says gesturing to Sam's body, "could fight her," he finishes gesturing to a proud Paulina.
[The class visibly starts to get uncomfortable with the tension. Danny cracks his neck from side to side startling the class. He turns his head to Dash then to Sam.]
"Sam," the black haired boy calls lowly.
"Got something to say Fentina?" Dash mocks.
"Look guys, let's just go back doing what we were doing," Tucker attempts to defuse despite knowing Danny wont hit Dash.
"Shut it Foley, no one asked you," Star sneers at him.
[The situation would have gone on longer if not for the loud sound of a door slamming making the class curious. Dylan, the kid by the door peeks out the little window. He turns to the class and shrugs resulting in the class groaning as one. The class carried on as they were before the small fight talking amongst themselves in their groups]
[The scene changes to a different class where a white haired boy sits surrounded by girls.]
"Yeah, me and Sam are on break but we'll get back together shortly."
[A few girls share a look of disbelief. A small mousy girl with brown hair looks up from her book.]
"You sure about that? It's been a year and she hates you and so does Tucker and so does Danny. Especially Danny." She informs with a raised brow.
[The hispanic boy not far from him snorts.]
"Plus," the boy inserts himself with a smile,"Sam is talking to me."
[The same girl looks up again.]
"Don't let Sam here you say that.'
"Mind your business Felicity!"
[The footage shows the students leaving the school and returning home. It shows the people of Amity doing random things such as practicing shooting their many ecto-weapons and going to the mall.]
[Words flash across the screen telling the audience that it's a new day. The next day starts off with Lancer's class.]
"Alright students as you know the Back to School Games are coming up and Mayor Master wants to win this year. As you all know we are competing against Beavertown,[Bevaer-ton], and this year's games are an obstacle course, and a mandatory if you have gym this semester you have to compete, mystery game." The class collectively groaned. "The Sun Also Rises students, it is not that bad."
[The class shared a look. As if chosen to speak, Mickey stands up.]
"We've lost the last few years in a row."
"That is because none of you had gym the first semester of the school year."
"Yeah we did," Valerie called out with furrowed brows.
"East of Eden, not as a whole class. Despite a few animosities you students do work very well together. Especially this class."
[The class trade glances again unsure.]
"Ms. Lambert's class is competing." Lancer deadpans at the students flatley.
[The classes face turns murderous]
"We have to crush them." The class growls as one.
"That's the spirit students."
[After school at the park. Sam and Tucker are seen walking with Nasty Burger cups in their hands. In Front of them the blonde little girl from the Mansion house skips happily. In the middle of the park a group of teens were lounging on towels and blankets.]
"They're still at it," Sam remarks with a raised brow at the group.
Tucker shrugs, "It's Ms. Lambert's class Sam," he turns serious, "no plan or flaw must go overlooked."
[Sam shrugs as they close in on the group. She stopped to yell something at the little girl.]
"Selina don't go from Danny's hearing distance."
[The girls turns and nods, bouncing off down toward a playground. It was common knowledge that Danny Fenton had good hearing and they had to say as much. Text that read 'Danny Fenton has amazing hearing and it is widely known around the town,' flashes across the screen]
[The goth girl wearing a hoodie and tights plops down on a blue blanket where the trio set up shop. Danny, who was laying on his back, looks at her but says nothing dressed in a blue hoodie and jeans. Apparently it was hoodie day because Tucker had on a yellow hoodie and brown jeans and many others in the class had on similar clothing.]
[April, who was laying on her stomach seemingly sleeping, looked up as the two sat down but put her head back on her arms soon after.]
"It has been basically an hour," she tells the two, " and we have no strategy. Or game plan in general. If the pinky princess says that we should just listen to her one more time, I'm gonna shoot her with a Wristray."
[Danny quirks an amused brow huffing a laugh.]
"I bet the mystery game is a combination of teamwork games like," Sam pauses not noticing that the whole class fell silent," Human Knot, Mine Feild, Paintballing, Far Away Kingdom ,or something along those lines."
[Valerie looks at Sam in surprise along with the rest of the class. Said girl shifts so that she is laying down next to Danny as Selina runs up to her.]
"Sam, I don't wanna play anymore." The little girl says with a wobbling bottom lip.
[Selina sits down by Sam's head and proceeds to play with her hair, thanking Tucker who hands her a tissue.]
"Manson, you could be a genius. But if that's the case," Valerie tapers off.
"We can't pre-plan. We'll have to go with the flow." Tucker says leaning back on his elbows on the other side of Danny, who laid in the middle of the two.
"Didn't he say our gym class had to participate?" Star recalls twirling a strand of her blonde hair wearing a tank-top and short shorts.
"Felicity Taylor, Gregor, Romoan, Ashley K., Brittany H.,Dale, Hannah, Mia, Rebecca, Sarah, Tiffanie with two f's, and Ricky Marsh are also in that class. Since three of us," Paulina stops to glare at the trio, "have a problem with at least two of those people it will be fairly simple. Alright team see you out on the field. And bring your A-game losers we are winning."
[The class leaves gathering all their belongings and heading for the park entrance. The trio and Selina stay behind.]
"Lina," Danny calls to the girls softly, "what happened?"
"Kids are mean. They told me my parents didn't want me and that I should get attacked by a ghost." She recalls looking at her hands.
[This causes all three teens to sit up, alarmed. Sam glances at Danny, who shakes his head.]
"You didn't stay within hearing distance," Sam sighs pulling the girl into a hug. "And who cares what those kids say, they probably get in trouble everyday at home for being terrible little-"
"What Sam is trying to say is," Tucker interrupts smoothly, "those kids don't matter."
"But," Selina pulls away from her sister to look her in the eye, "it's true."
"Lina," Danny sighs, pulling the girl into his lap, " that may be true but there are plenty of people who want you. Tucker wants you, Mr.M and Mrs. T want you, Grams wants you, I want you, and most importantly Sam, your sister, wants you." He smiles at said girl. "Let's go, all these cameras are getting annoying. And I don't like the fact that all these strangers are following us around." He says aiming a glare at the camera.
[The scene cuts to an overview of the town at night.]
"Amity Park is a normal town like any other...until it gets spooky. Stay tuned for the next episode as all the ghosts come out to play.'
[A glowing figure is seen looking at the camera intensely. It flies closer, intrigued. A tanned hand grabs the figure by its scruff and a flash appears. Danny Phantom appears in the frame winking at the camera and the screen fades to black.]
