Twenty minutes in things were growing heated. Byleistr jumped down took out several werewolves, smirked at Loki who yet again was surrounded, before into the mine submerging. A force he expels shoves back most around zoomed forward, sliced his way through whomever he encountered that were few – everyone was outside fighting.

"Come out, you coward!" Echoey laughter was the only answer.

"Tell me was it true, the pack that had cast you out was nameless, or had it been the Aesir all along?"

"That it has and you know what else Byleistr? I killed Laufey." A growl that to a seething Loki stalked searching.

"I gathered that much, worm."

"Do you know why? Had it never occurred to you from whence my heritage stems? Do you think it were by chance I'd stumbled upon your pack, that I took to Laufey's side seeking approval? I sought the truth, and once I had it I delivered. I dismembered that leech because he deserved no less and neither do you!"

A shout the hybrid furious stormed forth – Loki raised a hand – hadn't cast a spell as Byleistr'd sped behind punched low – Loki turned grasped his wrist locked him in the jaw – Byleistr headbutts him boots him in the guts unholsters a knife swings – staggered in slight Loki catches his arm, twists, Byleistr hooks a fist to his face – Loki expels force – Byleistr stumbles back – speeds off.

Vexed Loki listens close he hears his movement – pinpoints where, marches forward mocks: "Hiding are we?" stomping on – asudden he's stopped – looks up 'damn'.

A witch trap.

He can't move can't use magic.

The wall the ceiling's too far he can't punch rock can't crack the circle.

"Not quite," at a dim cave-clearing in the distance Byleistr smirked, grunted then bent over 'shit'; he's turning.

Bones crack he falls to the ground, in size growing, tearing through his clothes growling, body stretching. A dark, blue mane sprouts from his pores envelopes his whole form, canines protract jaw widens claws extend he roars loudly heaves. Wild black eyes lock on Loki who mentally curses. The hybrid sneers charging – Loki braces, gets slammed out the circle into the rock behind – pains shot up his back cut and bruised sharply – he pulls up a shield Byleistr's claws come briskly lashing, bashing hard the shield cracks – Loki scowls stabbed hasteful a dagger to his waist elicits a roar of rage and pain and he's vigorously shoved aside falls top the jaded ground huffs, turns needs to rise – Byleistr's hauling a boulder at him – he ducks, the rock flies over his head hits the wall – the cave shakes, stones fall from above on him – one hits the base of his skull his vision flares and the hybrid's approaching. He pushes up expels a force that shoves off him the stones and a foot back Byleistr, who leaps as Loki shuffles up lands atop him slams him face-first to the ground slashed claws deeply over his back and Loki yells out – jaw churned he hissed fists clenched chest tight.

He wasn't scared.

He was wrathful.

Once the witches were prioritized and picked off the rest was easy. Vervain floored most vampires few were left, then the hybrids that highly were aggravated by the archers and the conflict moved uphill seeking to uproot them, but despite having claimed many Aesir lives indoubtably they were failing however slowly however brutally they fought,

then everyone'd heard it,

a roar so loud from the caves'd sounded –

Tony smiled widely whispered: "That's my boy." Beside him Steve eyed the Stark bizarrely.

The Jotunns upped their game battling wrathfully, desperately but they were much aware now that they'd lost as were the Aesir whose spirits rejuvenated and combat hardened.

Not long after then the roar was louder, closer – everyone promptly stopped turned.

From the caves marched a beast black as night that was massive, in its hand the severed head of Byleistr. Blood from the base across the ground leaked, green wide eyes maliciously glared the beast snarled sinisterly, pointedly at shrunken every Jotunn as then at the center he stopped, tossed to the ground the head that rolled over.

The Aesir howled and cheered – vampires disappeared – hybrids made to flee some didn't make it.

Tony pushed through the crowd Steve called after him was disregarded. He made the clearing at the sight of him paused. He was breathtaking, in a both intimidating and invigorating manner. Slow steps he took forth and greens locked on him. The crowd quieted some of the rumors that'd unintentionally from Fandral'd spread were aware, as the hunter approached the tribrid,

that knelt before him,

allowed and welcomed his touch when thoughtless and timidly Tony pressed a palm to his forehead, caressed the pelt that was soft and greens closed, before'd slowly reopened and the tribrid rose – asudden swept Tony off his feet hauled him over his shoulder, leapt away into the forest.
