Amidst a clearing he set him down lying on the ground, sniffed at his face flicked over his cheek and lips his tongue and Tony laughed blithely. "Cut it out!" A huff left the beast akin to laughter as then it nuzzled its muzzle in the crook of Tony's neck exhaled and slackened, held up itself an inch was conscious of its weight that was considerably larger.
If before it had felt surreal to have Loki from him feed how is he to describe that moment, cuddling with a werewolf in the forest. He was warm and engulfed him completely, mane so soft such a silk-like shade of black that through his fingers swam caressing, nails scraping elicit a low, like appreciative growl that reverberated through him coaxing wild thoughts he chided.
Loki stiffened then asudden grunted pushed off him but not away, head low he growled panting alarmed Tony vastly, before he noted then how his body contracted, rapidly dwindling in size the fur, claws and fangs retracting. Bizarre as it was to witness eventually beast gave to man and Loki's features shaped, his rosy skin, his long black hair disheveled and his body bare. Top Tony he collapsed heaving and promptly Tony embraced him. "Easy. I got you. I got you," he wrapped round Loki's tightly his own body pulled him close trying to shield both and warm him. Swiftly Loki relaxed gradually evened his breath as Tony told him: "You did it."
"We did," up he tilts his head greens lock to blue-rimmed browns he tells him: "I couldn't have done any of this without you. And angry, as I am," he shoved a hand through Tony's vest armor pulled out the relic, looked it briskly over was able to deactivate it and Tony groaned in fleeting pain the blue in his veins fading. Midair vanished the relic with Loki disconcertedly asking: "Do you know how dangerous these are?" Browns rolled Tony casually joked that:
"I read the leaflet. Post-use nausea, fatigue, dizziness – I'll survive." Loki shook his head smirked weakly.
"You're mad."
"And you love it." Both smiled wide greens softening, leaned down Loki pressed their mouths in a kiss warm and tender, against his dampened lips then in earnest whispered:
"…I'm glad, that you're here." Tony traced the lines of his face tucked behind his ears loose hair spoke firmly:
"…Told you I would be. No matter what. Wasn't a joke." Features ease Loki's eyes to his warm vastly, perched his forehead top Tony's sighing slowly.
Hands absent grazing soft, cool skin Tony gently then noted: "…Let's go find you something to wear." Faintly Loki smirked admitted moving:
"I didn't think I'd turn. Didn't think I could. Nevertheless, I brought spares," black clothes appeared on the ground beside them folded – with the pants he huffing rose terribly strained muscles flexing, dressing hasteful. Tony snatched the shirt as too he got to his feet – head spun, stumbled – Loki shot a hand out steadied him frowned slightly. "I'll fix you something for the headache when we get home." Tony smiled impulsive at that wide.
Never has home sounded as so warm and welcoming a word, never has it come to mean more than where one goes to sit and rest or sleep, but where they return, to each other and only then does everything fall to place as if wherever else was a trip an errand, and this,
is home.
"Sounds good," he rolled back the shirt extended the neck-hole guiding through it Loki's head that tilted inward, helped him with the sleeves said: "For the record. I knew you could turn," pulled down the top to cover his torso that round then he wrapped his arms winked smirking: "Didn't doubt ya for a sec." Loki's heart in his chest leapt responded:
"I love you; have I mentioned that?" Browns beamed Tony smiled smirked slyly.
"Mm, might've, couple of times…" Touching his face Loki tilted his down drew close his lover whose eyelids lowered as did his volume. "Can't oversay it," abrupt then wryly adds: "I think wolf you is very fond of me too." Inexpectant Loki chuckled heartedly, thought to inform him.
"It's still me, Tony, just," sought a word. "Drunk," decided that at Tony laughed in earnest.
"Yeah that, felt accurate." Giggled shook then his head said: "Come on, let's, head back. Everyone probably thinks we're uh, mating," coyly smirked and Loki swung back his head grinning wide, breathily laughed draped over Tony's shoulders his arm as Tony did his round his waist both moving forward.
"Apparently I was sober enough to know exactly what you were thinking."
"H-Hey it is, your fault," Tony cheekily smirked and Loki chuckled shrugged then.
"Meh, I won't disagree," admitted: "…I was thinking the same thing."
"I knew it!"
"But it's not happening my feral little beast."
"Calling me feral isn't helping."
"I could unwittingly hurt you, love," more softly said to which Tony retorted:
"Babe, I sincerely doubt wolf you would even pinch me."
"Half my mind is elsewhere! And stop saying 'wolf me'."
"Okay, the bigger, furrier, scarier version of you, that only likes me."
"Mmm, that awfully elates you, doesn't it?"
"Yes, it does." Genuine laughter despite their strain about them trailed as, on each other leaning, they moved forward.
