Blainley whistled a little tune while walking down a hallway with multiple rooms. Behind her Shion looked like he just wanted to die as he was constantly writing things down "Uh… Terone. Are you still here"
"You bet" inside one of these rooms a voice called.
"Good, good…" Shion murmured, writing this down "Sugar, are you in?"
"Darn tootin I'm in!" Sugar slammed her door open, her face being covered in chocolate. "One of them contestants delivered me some chocolate, so I'm kinda on a high here. Better make some good use of it!"
The cohost silently glanced at Blainely, who was rolling her eyes at her "We won't need you for the moment. We just need you all to report at our next challenge area"
Shion placed a map on a bulletin board "First one there gets to share my room with me~" he teased.
The interns all groaned, just looking at the map and looking for their directions "You'll all be given further rules and roles to play once you're there" she clapped her hands, making them move faster. Sugar was the last of them to walk out, with Shion, still devouring her chocolates so fast it almost looked like she wasn't chewing.
Blainely suddenly turned to the camera, smirking "Last time on Legends, we went on an Odyssey, with them going on three of the iconic levels of the Odyssey. The cyclops, lotus flowers, and the whirlpool… thing. I don't really do the research"
It showed a quick playing of the three destinations "Rhonda managed to carry her team to victory in the end. More or less just by throwing the other team into the debts"
Rhonda was shown swinging a giant hydra like monster before destroying the other team's boat. "And thanks to destroying this, the Tengu lost and had to send someone home. And this someone was Jasmine, thanks to a 'faulty' idol. Wonder who was making those…"
Nick's scene at the end of the episode was shown, with him casually crafting another Blainley face in a plank of wood "Yea, I truly wonder"
Blainley reappeared, smiling at the camera "With Jasmine gone, one of our most competent competitors is gone. So let's see how her team manages to cope in today's episode of Total. Drama. Legends!"
Intro plays
"Dear mom and dad, I'm doin' fine" At the front of the Japanese island, Blainley and Shion were standing next to each other, with them both trying to push the other off screen. Sugar was standing behind them, trying to bring the dazzle and steal the attention from the hosts. While Blainely was enjoying the camera's attention Jake suddenly popped up, before writing something down in his notes.
"You guys are on my Mind" the camera flew to the middle of a large lake in the middle of the island. on the water Rhonda and Justin were sitting on a small boat together. It was so small they were stuck leaning against each other.
"You asked me what I wanted to be" Rhonda smirked confidently at him as she leaned towards him, however, the model looked uncomfortable as they both tipped over the side as some bubbles slowly surfaced. Jackson popped his head out of the water before discretely swimming away.
"I wanna be famous" on the nearby beach Vernon was quietly writing music down on a small notebook. He smiled as he seemingly finished before a bald eagle flew down and swooped the note from his hands.
"I wanna live close to the sun" the bald eagle flew through the forest with its catch. On the ground Nick smiled to himself before writing that down in a bird watching book.
"Go pack your bags because I've already won!" Lightning was running through the forest with a confident smirk on his face as he tried outpacing Wyonetta who was running right next to him with just as confident a smirk.
"Everything to prove, nothing in my way," the duo sprinted past Char, Jasmine, and Donna sitting together on some fallen trees while eating a small snack on their nature trek.
"I'll get there one day" on the other side of the island Anne Maria was lying down on the sand to get a good tan. As Maria enjoyed the sun, Rayna suddenly popped in next to her to enjoy the tan together while winking.
"Cause I wanna be famous!" On the other side of the beach, Sadie was sitting on some stone steps while fawning over Capone. Willow sat behind her, and looked totally out of place and confused about the fawning.
"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!" On the dock Blainley was on earlier, Peter was snapping pictures of where she stood, taking pictures of her footmarks in the sand before sighing miserably.
"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous. I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous" All of the contestants were sitting together, with Anais and Jake sitting across from each other. The shorter girl leaned in with Jake, only to kiss him on the cheek. Jake smiled to himself, before immediately turning away from her to write in his notes again as all of the contestants slowly whistled.

In the morning, Willow was silently lying on the dirt ground, staring up at the cave ceiling. She silently rolled from left to right just trying to get comfortable.
Even as the morning, with Nick and Donna going out to get food, she still refused to get up or really do anything.
"What's your problem?"
Willow silently looked up, seeing Wyonetta standing over her with a stern frown. "Oh… nothing" she shrugged "I'm just being useless like usual"
"Uhu" the jockette frowned before grabbing her by the back of the collar "You're going to be coming with me this morning"
"Huh?" Willow tilted her head, frowning slightly "What will we be doing?"
Wyonetta smirked a bit "You will get to play hockey with a swarm of bears"
The skinny girl just looked confused before she laughed loudly at her "Nah, I'm just pulling your leg here. You're going to be getting the team some honey from a live bee hive."
"W-w-w-why would I do that?"
"Well…" Wyo lifted her to her feet and started pushing her ahead "You feel like you're useless, yes? Your failure to be helpful might have helped cause Jasmine to go home, right?"
"Y-yes…" Willow slowly nodded.
"That's why we're going out to train. Considering Nick and I are now the only actually competent people on the team we're not going to win any challenges unless I help you shape up from weakest link to just as weak link"
The greenette slowly nodded "I-I guess that makes sense…"
"Great" she just continued pushing her out of the cave, just leaving Anais and Jake behind alone inside.
"I-I-I guess it's just the two of us" Anais blushed faintly, leaning against the big boy, who didn't seem all too interested in the situation. He did, however, wrap an arm around her before writing down 'first to snuggle on the team' in his notepad.
Willow and Wyonetta didn't get far out of the cave when Rayna casually appeared in front of them with multiple big red valentine hearts. "Ah, you're just who I was looking for" she smiled.
Wyo frowned "We don't have the time for chocolates"
"W-well, you can eat the chocolates while I'm working" Willow tapped her fingers together "And maybe share"
"I don't like chocolate" she shrugged.
"Good thing they're not for you then" Rayna casually walked past her and handed the big container to Willow, who was totally shocked. She then walked past both of them with a smile, going towards Anais.
Willow stared at the container with shock "w-w-w-who would give someone like me chocolate…?"
She examined the container, finding the title on it showed it was from Jackson "h-him? W-we've never even talked before…"
"What a creep" Wyonetta deadpanned "Let's get to the working out part already" she went right back to dragging the musician.
Confessional: Willow
She was holding one giant chocolate in her hand, shaped like the container it was in "I-I-I've never r-really had an admirer before… I-I don't really know what to do about this…"
Confessional: Rayna
"I've been quite the busy bee this morning. First I had to give Sugar some chocolate from Justin" she started counting on her fingers "Then Anais and Willow got some… and now I have to go find Donna. There's just so many ships it's hard to keep them all straight. I'm glad I finally got around to giving Jackson one though, dude's always so sad he needs someone slobbering on him"
Confessional: Anais
Anais was silently devouring her giant chocolate with a massive grin on her face "I-I have to give Jake something nice. This is probably the tastiest chocolate I've eaten before" she licked her lips before taking another massive bite.

Out in the forrest, Donna and Nick were both looking around. But they were looking for very different things. Donna was just putting multiple berries into a basket while Nick was casually hiding other Blainley idols in different spots.
"It's pretty nice out today!" Donna beamed "Not a single moose has tried impaling me on their horns today"
"That's your good day?" Nick frowned at her.
"Just when they get grumpy and don't want to talk with me"
The Boyscout nodded slightly "What would you say about our remaining companions by the way? Seem like they're all rather useful in their own way"
"Oh, yea, they're all great! They all seem to like you as a leader too!"
Nick smiled "that's right, which is why we should maybe leave a chunk of our berries behind for the animals"
"Leave them… for the animals? Can't they eat theirs from the branch?"
"Oh, of course!" he nodded with a more charming smile "But we shouldn't take more than we need from nature. And if we're so much better than the other team, we might hurt their feelings"
Donna's eyes widened in realization "You're right! Oh, I bet Mittens would like a chunk of these!" she pulled up her backpack, with Mittens just grabbing her basket and dumping most of the berries inside for him to snack on later.
"That should be good" he smiled "I'm sure they'll enjoy these berries either way"
"Going out to forage with you is so fun! If they're still hungry I'm sure we can go and get some more later"
Nick nodded happily, leading her back to the cave "Good point" as they walked, he silently smirked to himself while she was distracted with the monkey.
Confessional: Nick
"So, I'm sure people are wondering why I wouldn't want to feed my team, but it's a pretty simple premise. If your people are fed enough that they aren't starving they'll be somewhat happy, but if they don't have too much food they just won't bother with eating. It's like what they do in North Korea. So with just a little bit less food, everyone on the team will probably be less likely to consider talking back or arguing with me"
He smiled, contemplating other plans "Though… I'll still be sure to give Donna some berries. I don't want her to start acting different or something"

In the winner's mansion the contestants were all in different areas. Justin still hadn't left the boy's room, using the bathroom to try covering all the imperfections on his body. Which, in his mind, didn't seem to really be working.
"Hey, hurry it up in there" Jackson growled, repeatedly banging on the bathroom door "I haven't showered in over a day because of the wilderness"
"I wouldn't assume you're interested in how you look" Justin mocked, smirking to himself as he just continued to work.
The broken hearted boy scowled before slamming the door open, shocking the male model "Sorry, you left it unlocked"
"Do you mind?" Justin stood up, now glaring directly at him.
Jackson, however, wasn't paying attention to what he was saying as he stared at Justin's face "m-maybe you really did need more time in here…"
This caused Justin's expression only to worsen "W-what do you mean by that?"
"Well, it's not my area of expertise, honestly" Jackson raised his hands "But… it looks like you haven't slept in days"
The model grabbed a mirror, seeing that the wrinkles and crow's feet were still more than visible "O-oh god… I'm hideous!" he cried, dropping his upper body and face on the sink "Now I know why you're so depressed all the time!"
Jackson silently glared at him "Yep, you found out exactly why"
He silently watched Justin cry over his beauty, smirking to himself "Well… I don't want to keep you busy. You're going to have to put in a lot of work if you want to fix that" he snickered, walking out of the room.
"I could go eight days without showering if I could see that more"
In another part of the castle, Sadie was nervously walking around with one of Rayna's massive chocolate hearts behind her back. She was leaning from side to side, nervously glancing around.
"Hey Sadie" Char smiled casually walking up to her "What're you doing with all that chocolate?"
She jumped, practically sweating bullets when she finally glanced over at him "I-I'm planning to give them to Rhonda… a-as a present for her to start helping me get stronger"
"With heart chocolates?" he teased, elbowing her in the side.
Sadie's face grew redder and redder "Rayna says this is the only kind of chocolate container she has! Hearts don't always, like, mean love"
Char chuckled "Whatever you say. I could try helping set up the mood to make her more willing to take you on as a protege. I'm always happy to help out"
"That would be so helpful" she smiled "I'm hoping to get this to her before the challenge starts up"
"Oh, I can definitely help with that" Char smiled "RHONDA, someone has something to tell you about!"
Sadie flushed red, waving her hands to try making him quiet down. However, in mere moments, she could hear Rhonda's loud stomps coming their way. She immediately turned back around, continuing to hide the chocolate behind her back.
"Good luck" Char whispered, giving her a quick wink before ditching her.
"Did you need something?" Rhonda finally walked up to her, with her arms crossed "I was kind of busy trying to join Justin in his shower"
Sadie frowned slightly at her declaration "I-I was just… wondering if you wanted to… hang out more. We haven't really done that much"
"That's all you wanted?" the wrestler frowned "You could've just asked me some other time"
"Well, like, I also got some chocolate" she smiled, waving it in front of her "S-so I wanted to give it, like, as soon as possible"
Rhonda silently took the chocolate, hiding a faint blush "Don't think this is a little weird of a shape for 'friendship chocolate'?"
"T-that's really, like, not the important part" Sadie awkwardly glanced at the ground as Rhonda ripped the container open, taking a quick bite out of it.
The wrestler frowned "Ugh, I hate this kind of chocolate" she started trying to hand it back to Sadie.
"W-well I could always, um, try to get a different type of chocolate. What kind do you like?"
She shrugged "None from you, mostly"
Sadie silently frowned as Rhonda started walking away again.
Confessional: Rhonda
"I don't trust one bit about that girl wanting to hang out more. I bet she thinks just because we're hanging out it'd make her look hotter or something. Nice try Sadie, but I know how you pretty girls are, no way you'd have any luck outsmarting me!"

"Contestants, all of you must arrive to the coast for another challenge!" Blainley announced over the megaphone, as per usual, the contestants would get there before long.
"Good, glad you're all getting fully into how things work here" she smiled "Shion is going to be driving you all to another island, which is where the actual challenge is going to be"
Anne Maria shuddered "Please tell me we aint going back to that damn lotus island"
Rayna grinned at her "I don't think that would be too bad. Seems to me you were a lot more honest while we were there~"
"Buzz off" she quietly growled as the two teams slowly got on board.
"Hey Maria" Justin smiled as he walked over to the Jersey Shore Reject.
She just frowned at him "Do you need somethin?"
"Yea, do you need something?" Rayna repeated, standing next to her.
"Oh, I was just coming to say hey" he smiled, taking off his shirt to show off his pecs "I hope I'm not intruding for either of you~"
"Yea, yea. Whateva" Maria rolled her eyes, just looking away from him and going back to talking with Rayna.
The model wasn't quite sure how he was supposed to respond to them ignoring him. But that's when he noticed Rhonda casually sitting on a bucket.
"Hey~" Justin smirked, walking up to her while waving.
"Ah, good to see all the meat is coming my way now" she smirked, just patting her lap.
He clearly looked nervous, but seeing he didn't have many other options he chose to sit down on her lap. Which clearly overjoyed the wrestler who immediately pulling him in closer. "Comfy?"
"Not at all" he admitted
"Good" she smirked, just holding him tighter.
After some time had passed the two teams found themselves on a totally different island. It looked to be more deserted than theirs, mostly being sand with multiple buildings lining the coast.
"This looks like an interesting one" Anais murmured, looking over the buildings "Is this… Atlantas after it came back from the ocean's floor?"
"Well, it's a more or less similar destination" Shion walked out of the captain's room with an innocent smile, wearing a captain's hat.
"S-shouldn't you still be driving the boat" Willow worried.
He did a quick spin "I just wanted to see if anyone wanted to say something… on my hat~" Shion smiled, turning his hat from side to side but still just got a blank expression.
"Oh, fine" he sighed, going back into the captain's room "Peter would've loved taking picture of that"
The boat docked, with a tired looking intern tying their boat to the dock "Welcome to Finnsmouth!" Shion cheered, gesturing to a sign above the pier that was about to fall off.
"I haven't heard or read this story before" Donna grinned "I can't wait to find out!"
"I'm sure you'll regret that" the cohost grinned, being the first to step off and lead them into the town proper. The town actually looked rather nice, even if parts of it looked rather run down and the intern 'civilians' looked very tired.
Jackson was walking in the back of the group, not bothering to talk with anyone. He was effectively used to walking around like this, so it was rather surprising when Willow suddenly started walking next to him.
"...can I help you?" he frowned down at her.
Willow awkwardly tapped her fingers together "I-I just want to hang out a little bit… I thought you could use the companionship"
He just frowned at her, but nodded "Do whatever you want to do, it doesn't bother me"
She nodded slowly, before moving her hand to hold his. The boy's lit red before he immediately pulled his hand away "Anything but doing that specifically"
"O-o-oh, sorry" she frowned "I-I'm sorry"
"It's… fine" he grumbled, now just looking annoyed "Not many people try to touch me exactly'
Willow smiled slightly "w-well, I-I would s-still like to talk to you"
"What, uh, would you want to talk about exactly?" Jackson glanced away from her "I'm not exactly a wonderful conversationalist"
"Mmm, well, um… w-w-w-what would you most want to do on a date?"
Jackson glared "I've never been on a date and haven't planned any. So apologies, but I haven't exactly got a good idea"
"Oh…" Willow slowly nodded "I-I guess I can come up with something nice…"
"What?" he looked confused, before the line in front of them suddenly came to a stop. At the front of the line Shion was gesturing to a restaurant-themed building.
"Here's where your challenge will be!" Shion announced "It's a rather simple one. Our interns have been working on all these challenges for you, so you'll be playing restaurant. Both of you will own restaurants side-by-side and taking in their orders. The team that sells the most of their stock will win"
"Um, that's not really mythology themed" Anais frowned.
"Not everything has to fit the theme" he countered with a cheeky smile "So, here's your aprons and hairnets. You all open in ten minutes"
The contestants caught their supplies, all of them just looked annoyed at what they'd have to do.
Confessional: Char
"This challenge doesn't seem too bad to me. The interns do deserve something nice considering how above and beyond they went with the challenges. They made them as dangerous as they could… but it's still good work. Plus I'm sure they'll be appreciative of a nice meal"
Confessional: Wyonetta
"This isn't what I had in mind for a challenge…" Wyonetta frowned, putting the hairnet on "Working here is bad enough, but we're also doing it for free. I'm also woman enough to admit that my customer service would be crap. But then again, so would most of the team's"

The Tengu went into their building, finding it was fish themed with wooden blue waves and other aquatic themed objects all around them. Though, the place was extremely dirty.
"This is going to be annoying to fix up" Nick frowned, wiping away some spider webs "But I'm sure we can do it together!"
Willow raised her hand "I-I'm probably bad at it… but I can try vacuuming the floor"
"Anais and I can rev up the friers" Jake smiled "I was the first in my family to try running a restaurant so shouldn't be too hard to remember that"
"Oh, how did that work out?" the short genius followed him to the back area.
"Well… the restaurant and the buildings around it are still kind of a pile of ash" he admitted with a chuckle.
Anais immediately started getting worried, glancing nervously behind herself as he closed the door. Donna reached into her backpack, pulling out multiple cleaning devices out "This should be all we need to clean things up!"
"At least all together it shouldn't take too long" Wyonetta grumbled, taking the broom and getting right to work. The four other contestants just went to work, cleaning all they could.
In the other building, it was more themed around deserts and Spanish, with the restaurant looking to be Spanish food. It was just as dirty as the other building "Oh this is going to be easy!" Rhonda smirked "Who doesn't like tacos and that stuff?"
"I would've preferred French food. They are the people of roooooooooooomance" Rayna grinned, leaning closer to Anne Maria.
"How many times do I have to say no, twerp" the Jersey Shore Reject frowned, using her hand to push her away.
Rayna grinned "At least until you stopped checking me over when I'm not looking~"
"Ok, guys" Char clapped his hands with a calm smile "How about we get to work on things? Rayna, you, Jackson, and Anne Maria can work in the back to make the food. Rhonda and I can work the counter, and Sadie will clean the main building. Spruce it up and make it pretty"
"Oooo, I, like, would love to do that!" Sadie jumped up and down excitedly.
"Whateva" Maria rolled her eyes, doing her nails while following the other two back to the kitchen room.
Justin frowned as most of the people got to work "What am I supposed to be doing exactly? Motivation I assume?" he smirked, flexing for Char.
"I actually know the perfect job for you Justin" Char smiled, looking into one of the closets before handing him a costume themed after a cactus.
The male model frowned, immediately crossing his arms "You want me to act like a mascot? I think you're underselling my appeal"
"You're the one getting the people to come in for a meal" the chubby boy encouraged "Think about it. If they see your handsome face in front of the restaurant telling them to go in, they might be hungrier for what you're selling"
This seemed to change his mind, causing him to grin "Well, I suppose I can do that no problem then!" he grabbed the costume, just putting it right on.
When the ten minute period was over, both restaurants seemed to be at least in presentable shape when Shion sounded the bell to tell everyone dinner was served. The interns were quick to make their way over, debating which restaurant they should go through.
"Hey everyone" Justin smiled, waving at them with his charming smile "Why don't you all come this way? We've got food almost as hot as this!"
A few interns took an interest in what he was selling, deciding to go into the Mexican restaurant, however, a few decided to go into the opposite building.
After a few more encouraging words from Justin, he could hear someone walking up to him. He turned to the side and saw Sugar was walking up to him with a big grin.
"Well shucks, you look hilarious in that thing!" she teased, laughing obnoxiously.
"Sugar, if you wouldn't mind I'm trying to get people into our restaurant" Justin frowned "And what could possibly be a better way?"
"Well, I can think of at least ten!" she raised her ten fingers in his face "And I have one I might just be willin to share"
This piqued the model's interest "What would that be exactly?"
She wrapped her arm around his shoulder, pulling him close so they could whisper "As an intern I can help you get ahead on the challenges and all kinds of secret information!" her usually dumb innocent expression turned into an evil smirk as people walked past them on each side.
"That is promising" Justin smirked as well "I could be five steps ahead of the others at that point!"
"But stuff like that aint free hot pants" she pointed at him "Girl needs to look out for herself too"
Justin shuddered "Don't tell me it's another kiss"
"Action aint all a girl needs!" Sugar yelled "I want half the million if you manage to win the whole thing"
"...that's quite a bit to ask" he frowned.
Sugar just shrugged, letting him go "I guess I could always offer it to someone easier to mess with. That Nick fella seems like he'd take the deal"
"N-now hold on, let me at least think about it for the rest of the challenge"
She turned away from him, smirking confidently "I dunno…"
Justin silently got on his knees, clasping his hands together "Please Sugar, give me the moment to consider it. I'll be more than happy to spend the time around you either way" he smiled.
"Well… I guess that's fine by me" Sugar turned back around "But remember it's rude to keep a lady waiting" she blew him a kiss before going into his restaurant.
Once he was out of view, she grabbed her stomach and shook it a bit "All that flirtin's got me hungry!"
Confessional: Justin
"I'm not a huge fan of Sugar, she grossess me out worse than Rhonda. But, that's truly an opportunity I can't turn down. 500k is still better than nothing at all…" he bonked the side of his head "c'mon, think… think…"

After a decent amount of the interns fed, the difference was beginning to be obvious. Nick grumbled, glancing out the window to see that the other business was booming while they just haven't made much progress. In fact, the building looked empty outside the contestants.
Nick stood at the front desk, tapping his fingers on the desk impatiently "We've got to come up with something clever and quick"
"I'm sure we'll be getting some good business before long" Donna smiled, petting Mittens as he ate through a raw salmon.
Wyonetta and the boyscout silently glanced at each other, clearly having the same thought. Nick quietly cleared his throat "Um, Donna?"
"Yes?" she smiled.
"You know I love you and all… but I think the monkey is driving away the customers"
Donna blushed deeply at the start of that statement, before raising Mittens for them to see "Why would they be worried? He has a hair net too!"
As she said, the monkey had a single hair net on its head. It looked too focused on its meal to care about what they were talking about.
"That doesn't help" Wyonetta grumbled "Those things are covered in diseases and they probably think it's messing with the meat"
Donna looked down sadly, but Nick just seemed to be smiling wider "You know Donna… I don't think I give you enough credit on plans"
The girls looked at him, just looking confused before he tried to take Mittens from her. However, the monkey just got more pissed off, swinging its claws at Nick's face.
"Careful with Mittens, he doesn't really like to be carried by new people"
"I've known him for a few weeks at least now!" Nick groaned, hissing at the pain.
Donna turned Mittens around, shaking her head dissaprovingly "You know not to do that Mittens. You're better than that!"
It just shrugged in response. The explorer sighed, looking back at Nick "H-how about I do what you wanted to do with him?"
"Just toss him into the other restaurant" Nick explained "Worse case scenario he'll get his hair everywhere and they'll be upset"
Wyo grinned "That actually is pretty clever!"
"W-would you be ok with that Mittens?" Donna nervously looked down at the monkey, who just shrugged. "I-I guess that would be fine to do then"
"Great" Nick went out the door with Donna following after him. They just walked past a confused Justin before going up to the door. "Can you put Mittens on the floor for me Donna?"
She just smiled and nodded rapidly, setting him down in front of the door. Nick smirked, clearly still pissed as he opened the door and kicked Mittens inside as hard as he could. The two of them simply watched Mittens go to town inside the building. He was screaming like he went full feral as the interns screamed in fear or pain.
"Well, that worked." Nick mused.
After this had worked, the Tengu were beginning to have a booming amount of attention. In the back Jake, Anais, and Willow were all working as fast as they could to cook up the food for the many people coming in.
"I-I see why my parents warned me about this kind of work" Anais sighed, rubbing some sweat off her forehead.
From the back room, Jake came out with a proud smile, holding up a decently large fish "I think this is the last one"
"D-do… y-y-you mind if I tried taking it?" Willow smiled nervously.
Jake just shrugged, giving it to her "We just need to get rid of our stocks. I don't think Shion really cared how we did it"
She smiled softly, putting it into the fryer "t-thanks"
"We're all out of fish people!" in the front Nick called to the interns "So you're all going to have to just go somewhere else. Sorry, but can't feed you unless you're hankering for monkey sandwich"
Mittens quietly growled at him, but didn't act on its anger. "O-of course Nick is just joking around about the monkey sandwich" Donna tried to calm her little buddy.
The interns all groaned before making their way out of the room.
"That worked out pretty well" Wyo grinned "I can't wait to get back to that mansion, now that I know what elegance is like I want it"
Nick chuckled a bit before Willow finally came out with a little baggy. "Where ya going with that Willow?"
"I-I'm just getting rid of our last bits of fish" she blushed faintly "I-I-I promise I won't be long"
"Have fun!" Donna excitedly waved her goodbye. Now off the job, Willow went to the back of the mexican restaurant next door and opened it without knocking or asking.
In the back room she found Jackson wasn't around, so Anne Maria had Rayna against a wall. Willow flushed red, not sure if she was about to smash the shipper in a fit of rage or… attraction.
So she just totally ignored the scene to check the back room. In there, Jackson was trying to move large packs of meat from the freezer without a smidge of success.
"D-d-do you need any help?" Willow worried.
He frowned immediately hearing her voice "I don't need your help with this"
Willow just ignored his anger, setting the meal down before helping him lift the food out of the room.
"Yea, thanks, I guess" Jackson murmured, looking to the side to see Rayna and Maria still leaning against the wall before immediately closing the door again.
"So… what did you want?"
She turned around, awkwardly grabbing the baggie and trying to give it to him. He took it, begrudgingly of course. Inside he found some fried chicken "What's this for"
"I-I thought you could use a meal. I-I-I brought one for myself too"
Jackson grumbled, glancing away from her "I guess I could take a quick bite, the other two aren't doing anything either"
"G-great" Willow smiled, pulling out her meal before taking a little nibble out of it. Her new friend continued to not look at her as he joined her in the little meal, biting into his piece.
In the middle of his bite, each and every contestants could hear a loud bell's ring "And the Tengu have given out the last of their food, meaning they've won"
All around Jackson and Willow they could hear the Sphinx whine and groan in annoyance. "S-sorry about the loss… but you gave it your best!"
"Eh, I've got Sadie and Rhonda working with me now. It's better that I lost, we can finally get rid of Justin"
Willow smiled a bit "w-wanna finish our meal first?"
He just frowned deeper before walking away, not saying anything to her. The pathetic girl frowned a little but followed right after him.
Outside the two restaurants the teams were all waiting expectantly for them "Ah, about time you two joined us" Shion grinned "I hope you two weren't busy of anything~"
Willow flushed red, bumbling over her words. Jackson, meanwhile, just shook his head "We were just sharing a meal"
"Riiiiiiiiiight" Shion smiled, clapping his hands together before ending his taunting "So, Tengu won. As I stated before."
"So we have to eliminate someone now or somethin?" Anne Maria glared "We've competed enough to know how things go"
"Hey, hey, hey, hey" Shion repeated 'hey' over and over again until Anne Maria looked ready to smack him "We said nothing about someone going home"
Nick frowned "So it's a non-elimination then?"
"That's the plan" he smiled "But as well as that, you'll all get to enjoy a tropical break here on this island while we get to work on more challenges!"
"So we did minimum wage work for nothing?" Rhonda cracked her knuckles.
Shion just smiled nonchalantly, taking a step back onto a dingy "More or less!" He giggled before being taken away as mist started surrounding the island.
The contestants looked between themselves. Everyone but Donna seemed suspicious of this.
Confessional: Nick
"Well, it's pretty obvious where this is going. It's gonna be just like that haunted house challenge and we're gonna have to do something to the other team to keep our advantage. Or there's going to be a surprise challenge. Only an idiot would believe that last challenge was the end"
Confessional: Donna
Donna was jumping up and down in her seat "This is just what I needed! We've all been working so hard, it's only fair that the interns and us can finally have a break! Oh, this is going to be so fun, I wanna learn how to surf first and foremost." she pulled out a long list that covered the multiple pages "Then after that I want to practice CPR, teach Mittens how to swim, sit with Nick by the campfire, make better friends with the team"
The camera shut off as she continued to go on and on.

The contestants were now free to do what they want. But none of them really seemed to use this opportunity to their advantage. All of them stayed in close groups, never giving the hosts the chance to jump or surprise them with some new challenge.
They spent so long being paranoid they didn't even get to enjoy the evening when an intern walked up to the two teams.
"Ah, are we getting that challenge now?" Wyonetta smirked.
He just frowned at her "Challenge…? Um, no… Shion and Blainley just, like, wanted us to show you the hotel you'll be staying in"
Wyo just smirked wider "So that's going to be the second challenge. Something related to hotels"
Anais rubbed her chin, thinking hard "Nothing quite comes to mind when I think of hotel legends or myths"
"That's because it's not a challenge" they groaned "Just follow me"
The two teams just followed behind him, finding an old decrepit motel with only so many rooms "And here we are"
"Well, now I really feel screwed by the non-elimination" Nick frowned.
"That's fine by me" Sadie joked, giggling sweetly.
Inside, they found it looked effectively a shot for shot remake of the manor from the Shining, which immediately got deadpanned expressions.
"So what room will I be in?" Anais joked "666?"
"Close" Sugar snickered after appearing from behind the counter in a stereotypical bellhop outfit "665. But I'm afraid with all the residents of this island, people will have to share some rooms to work through this"
Nick just frowned "This show really wants something inappropriate to happen huh?"
Sugar shrugged "I don't make the rules here scout"
Justin raised his hand for a question "Yes, studmuffin, whatcha need?"
"Our team has an odd number. Would it be possible that I can have a room for myself? I do think I deserve the nicest"
"That's up for your team to decide on sweatpants. I also just remembered. At 9pm our maids will be coming up to make sure you're enjoying the rooms and if you need anything"
"Eeeeeeeeee, I've never had a maid before" Sadie smiled as the two teams were lead to different sides of the motel.
Rayna grinned as well "I've always been a bit of a fan for the maid getup"
"So, um, how are we doing to go about pairs?" Char looked at everyone, blushing faintly "I don't know what's most appropriate for this"
"I have no intention of sleeping in a room with most of you" Jackson grumbled "So I'll just take Char"
Rayna grinned as she leaned towards Anne Maria "You wanna-"
"I'll go with the dweeb so no one else has to deal with her obnoxious attitude" the Jersey Shores Reject rolled her eyes.
Justin grinned "This works out then! I'll go to my own special room then…" he slowly backed away from them before taking his room.
The other two pairs went to their room. Rhonda frowned deeply, glancing over her shoulder to see Sadie beaming.
"Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh" Rhonda groaned loudly "I guess it's just us for the last room then"
"That's great!" Sadie squealed "We can, like, do each other's nails!"
"I don't-" before she could try to stop Sadie she was dragged in.

The wrestler moved her hands around slowly. She looked genuinely uncomfortable with how much makeup and work had been done to her nails. "How am I suppose to grab a hot guy's ass when these claws are in the way? They like when you go in soft but firm, not soft and painful"

On the other end the groupings we're going by even faster. Wyonetta pretty quickly took Willow along with her without asking anyone else.
Nick frowned seeing he'd have to room with the 'first-in-line', a child, or Donna.
"I… think it would be best if Jake and I roomed. Better to be safe than sorry"
Anais frowned at this "What do you mean safe than sorry? I'm sure Jake and I would be able to handle ourselves just fine for a night. I'm not a fool who would mess around. We're still developing, after all, we still need our sleep to get bigger"
"You'd need that" Nick murmured.
"Hmmm?" The Brainiac stood on her tippy toes to get closer.
"Nothing, nothing" he chuckled nervously "But if you two promise to be quiet, I guess Donna and I can partner together"
"Second to our room isn't first!" Jake beamed, running as fast as he could to their room before Anais tried following.
Donna sighed softly, leaning against him "They grow up so fast…"
Nick raised an eyebrow at her "Let's… go to the room" he murmured, going into the room.
The scene shifted to later in the night. Nick was in his room, just reading a book while Donna picked ticks off Mittens before quickly eating them. The boyscout tried to not be grossed out when he suddenly heard loud creaking noises in the room behind him.
He flushed red, leaning up before smacking the wall "Hey! I told you two to not do anything!"
"We're not!" Jake called back.
"Yea, I'm sure of that"
In this other room Jake and Anais were bouncing on the bed. "I bet I'll be the first to touch the ceiling!"
"Um, probably" Anais nodded before he started jumping harder and faster. Eventually, he jumped so hard he just stuck a hole in it.
As the contestants got comfy for the night, the hallways were far more active. Going down the Tengu halls, two scaly legs walked slowly. The source of these feet seemed to leave behind puddles of water.
It eventually knocked on the door to Nick's room "Room… ah service"
"Oh, right, coming" the boy scout went to the door, opening it.
He took a moment, but slowly realized that he was face to face with a 6' tall fishman. Nick tried to find his words when the creature shrieked and tackled him.
This creature was so loud, just about every other contestant could hear its screech as well as Nick and Donna's yelps.
"W-what the heck was that?" Rayna's eyes shot open, panicking slightly. She glanced to the side, seeing Anne Maria was sleeping in her night outfit while effectively spooning her.
"Oh… I wish I could just enjoy this" she smiled happily, trying to slowly but carefully creek her way out of the spooning. The Shipper dropped at the door once she was free, seeing multiple shadows moving around in the hallways with soft moist plaps into the ground.
She grimmaced, knowing that means there was a lot likely going on. That's when she heard a noise coming from outside the window. Rayna glanced outside, finding a whole swarm of fishmen were outside the front of the building trying to get inside.
"Ugh… it's too freakin loud outside" Maria groaned, rubbing her eyes slowly.
"Gonna be louder when they get in" Rayna tried to joke before grabbing her tanned goddess and opening the window.
Anne Maria was so tired she didn't even notice Rayna was carrying her until they were both outside the window and were slowly crawling down the wall. "Hey, what are we doin now?"
"It's, well, hard to explain. But there's fishmen hunting us and it's probably a challenge about survival. So we should just try to find somewhere safe"
The Jersey Shore Reject whined rather loud "Of course it's another stupid challenge. God it's annoying"
Rayna put her hands to her lips right after she spoke "W-we have to be quiet Maria. Remember, they're hunting us"
"Yea, yea. I got that, I just aint worried about some giant fish runnin around after us" she snickered mockingly at the very idea.
As they spoke to each other, they could slowly feel the warm candles light up the side of the building. Rayna and Anne Maria slowly glanced to the side, finding multiple fish men were basically rushing at them.
"This is why I wanted to be quiet" the shipper sighed slightly before grabbing Anne Maria in the bridal carry before running like hell away from them.
They weren't the only contestant trying to make their way out of the manor. Just about all of them were trying to fight their way out… one way or another. Everyone was either captured or managed to escape the motel and were now hiding. The only exception to this would be Anais and Jake.
The two of them weren't technically inside the manor, however, as they just climbed onto the top of the roof, with Jake leading them.
"T-this was a pretty good idea" Anais smiled as she weakly tried climbing after him "The fishmen likely wouldn't look up, and this point will be very easy to defend"
Jake slowly nodded "Yea, right, that's my plan." he grinned, giggling to himself as he was the first to reach the top of the manor.
"D-do we have a backup plan in the case that someone else tries to climb up after us?" Anais looked at him expectantly.
He just stared back at her, lifting her up slightly to see he could lift her rather easily "Oh, I have a plan, don't worry" he smiled.
Anais blushed a bit at being held, not even getting the implication as Jake started positioning her like someone would get in to throw something heavy. But he finally let her down with a small smile.
Out of the manor and just around town, only Anne Maria, Rayna, Char, and Wyonetta were still out and about. The one with the best of these spots would be the Wyonetta, who was just lying in a large bush on her side. She did look pretty annoyed just lying around.

"That spot in the bushes is honestly pretty obnoxious. I've got leaves filling my hair and branches prickling my pants. But it's even more annoying that Willow just ran off to try finding Jackson while I was leaving. She just has no concept of survival in that frail body of hers. But that's always something she can sweat out after this challenge is over"

In one of the buildings, Char was pretty calmly walking from room to room while tip-toeing his way around. Even as fishmen ran around outside, he didn't seem all too bothered by the noises.
"I wonder if anyone else on the team escaped" Char wondered, finding some bandaids lying on a table. He smiled, picking it up "Hopefully I won't need anything stronger than this for them"
The friendly boy was about to move to another building when he heard the back door of the building break open. He stood on end, slowly making his way down to the noise, barely making a sound.
When examining, he just found Anne Maria and Rayna sneaking inside, with Maria leading the way. "Oh, it's just you two" he sighed in relief "Are you ok?"
"We're just fine, Rayna got us out pretty easily"
"That's good. For some reason the fishmen haven't been bothering too much with the indoors so things should be going rather easy" Char smiled, poining up at a clock on the wall "Plus, it's only an hour before morning. So this shouldn't be too hard"
Rayna smiled, basically staring at Anne Maria and not paying attention to what he was saying "Yea… lucky us"
This caught the gentleman's attention, causing his face to form into a small frown "So, do you two have a good idea for somewhere safer we could go?"
"I thought you said somethin' bout the fishmen not coming inside, piggie?" Anne Maria set her hands on her hips.
"Well, it's the last hour. I'm sure they're going to be more thorough in their hunting. I'm not the one to usually say things about my figure, but hiding is one of the few downsides to my size"
"Sounds like a you problem if you ask me" she smirked, just going up the stairs with Rayna trailing after her. The big gentleman frowned a bit but followed up after them.
"You really shouldn't be so rude to people who are just on the larger side, Maria, I can be rather nimble" he smiled, trying to reason with her before he tripped over the stair's carpet. He almost slammed his face into the next step as he created a loud thud.
Anne Maria immediately scowled, glancing back down the stairs to see fishmen were starting to make their way to the front door.
"Ah, of course this happens to me!" she groaned, running up the stairs with Rayna. In the main room, she could see a window that was already open for them. "Here's our way out!"
"Please, you first" Rayna smiled at her, finding she was already trying to break out of the room. However, the window was a bit smaller than either of them had anticipated, with Anne Maria's upper half being able to get out of the room while her legs and hips were totally stuck.
"Ugh, this is so fucking embarassing" Maria grunted, clearly getting more infuriated the longer she was stuck there.
"Don't worry" the Shipper slowly grinned to herself "I can help you out"
And so she did, slamming herself against Anne Maria's backside, trying to push her as hard as she could. The Jersey Shore reject flushed red, but just tried to move with her.
Eventually, she managed to pop out of the window, landing face first on the ground "ugh, finally…"
Before she could get back up Rayna fell right on top of her, in a rather comfy spot "I think Char was caught… but definitely winning"
"Yea, I'm sure you are" she grumbled.
"Well, we can't just stay hidden here" Rayna stood back up "Are you doing ok? Will you need me to carry you?"
"I'm just fine, I aint gonna trip like that tub o' lard that tripped over himself" Anne Maria scowled, trying to stand up. However, this standing was clearly weak as she stumbled around.
Rayna just frowned at her, wrapping Anne Maria's arm over her shoulder "There, that should be easier for you"
"Yea, yea. Whateva" Maria rolled her eyes as they start moving.
Time continued to pass the contestants by. After some time, they could even get a glimpse of the sun rising nearby. "Looks like we're going to make it!" Jake cheered on the top of the building, pumping his fists in victory.
"Keep it down, we don't know when the time is up" Anais panicked, trying to pull him back down so they could continue to hide. However, Jake's cheering was so loud even Rayna and Anne Maria could hear it from another side of the island.
Rayna frowned "Looks like we'll tie if it's just those two left on the other team…"
"Guess we lose, not our problem though" the tanned woman smirked "We are the survivors after all, so no reason votin' out us"
This wasn't enough for the shipper, looking around the streets for something she could use. That's when she saw a flashlight being kicked out from an alleyway. She was naturally suspicious of this, moving closer slowly but surely.
That's when she found Sugar 'trying' to hide behind a dumpster but her back was still sticking out. "That's, um, nice of her?"
"That's one way to put it" Anne Maria murmured, not caring about the flashlight as Rayna picked it up.
The shipper silently turned it on, before pointing it up at Jake and Anais like a spotlight was drawn onto them. Now that the darkness didn't cover them, it was a decent bit easier for some of the fishmen to see them. So, they all started crawling up, finding their targets to basically be surrounded now.
"This is what we trained for Anais!" Jake smiled down at her, suddenly picking her up again
"Oh, well, I don't know how well lifting me up is going to stop then" Anais frowned, letting herself be moved into a position like he had her earlier.
"Yea, crazy" Jake just grinned, getting ready to throw her before he slipped onto his back. He grunted in pain while Anais just dropped on her rear.
The First-in-Line whined in pain before rolling down the roof's curve, slamming into multiple fishmen, sending them all careening back down to the ground. Anais stared, clearly shocked by what he had just done.

The little brainiac had a faint blush on her face "I-I really can't believe Jake willingly threw himself down at the fishmen just to try and keep me safe. I-I started getting along with him because he was smart, but he's really just the sweetest too!"
Confessional: Jake
"Well… that almost worked" Jake grumbled with his arm out of its socket "I wanted to be the first to throw her like a football"

Before the fishmen could even try to climb back up the sun rise dawned, telling them all to stop then and there. Shion's boat finally came floating back now, with all the captured contestants tied up or lying on the beach "Well, well. Let's see who we've got here for losers~"
He looked over the contestants, smiling a little when he found four people were still not there yet "Looks like Anais, Wyonetta, Anne Maria, and Rayna are still alive!"
"So it's a tie?" Justin smiled hopefully.
"And a non-elimination like you promised?" Sadie followed his expression.
"Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, no, not really" Shion giggled "The Sphinx lost more of their teammates. Losing five, while the Tengu only lost four"
The Tengu immediately cheered their victory while the Sphinx drooped. "Now we just have to find where they are and how to get them back…" Shion rubbed his head.
While most of them were just out and about, Wyo was still lying down in one of the bushes. She had been totally ignored by the fishmen and was just taking a nap. The jockette had some drool trickling on the ground.
After they were all taken back to the island, Justin almost immediately had the women on his team join him out in the forest "So, we're all in agreement that we send Jackson home, right?"
None of the women were actually looking at him as he tried to flash his confident and charming smile. "Yea, sure, whateva" Anne Maria shrugged, filing her nails "I don't care too much which of those dweebs go home"
"Yea, yea, yea" Rayna quickly nodded, naturally focusing on Maria.
Justin silently looked over at Rhonda and Sadie. The wrestler still had her makeup on and was clearly annoyed by it, but Sadie just looked over the moon at her work.
"Yea, we can do that" Rhonda shrugged, waving her hand to try keeping Sadie from getting closer to her.
"That's… great to hear from you all…" Justin forced a small smile.
Confessional: Justin
"I don't know why those girls were so uninterested. Last time we voted they were all head over heels for me and wanted to vote with me on everything! I need to find a new way to get them all on my side, things are going to get bad again if they all fall off"
Confessional: Jackson
"I'm not too worried about this elimination. I was a bit distracted by… someone, earlier, not exactly important now. But I think things will go fine. Rhonda still doesn't like our target and Sadie will just do whatever she wants. So let's just see how Justin tries countering his loss in the next elimination"

The team arrived at the elimination ceremony. All of them were just looking forward to this being over with. Shion smiled as he straightened the votes in his hand "So, as we all know, if you're voted out you're gone, and you won't be coming back… ever! And so, our first safe for lasting the whole time is Rayna"
The shipper squealed just like Sadie would when she caught her marshmallow "Also safe we have Rhonda, Sadie, and Char"
All three of their caught theirs with ease. Sadie turned to Rhonda, offering her marshmallow to her, which she begrudgingly accepted.
"Justin, you're also good my man~" Shion smiled as Justin caught his.
"And so, our bottom two are Anne Maria and Jackson. Jersey girl, you're pretty regularly rude and plenty of your teammates think you're competition for Justin" Anne Maria silently glanced at Rhonda, who was eating the two marshmallows "And Jackson, you were trying to lock lips with a girl on the other team just about all day. Kinda a bad look"
"I wasn't doing anything like that!" Jackson practically screamed.
Shion just frowned, covering his ears "Yea, yea. I'm right here dude, you don't have to yell that for the whole continent"
He cleared his throat "Anyways… the next contestant to be sent home will be…

"Maria, I'm sorry, but you're out" Shion threw it at Jackson, who was in much higher spirits than he was a second ago.
"W-w-what!?" Rayna gasped "We can't send her home, she's the hottest one here!"
"Yea, I'm the hottest here" Maria scowled "And I lasted longer than most of youse, no way I should be sent home"
"I think you mean second hottest" Justin cleared his throat, but was immediately ignored as Rayna dropped on the ground, grabbing Anne Maria by the hips and wrapped herself around her.
"She can't leave if I won't let go so there" Rayna smirked, getting a similar expression from Anne Maria.
Shion smiled "I love the challenge! But…" he smiled, pressing a button on the elimination ceremony podium. Suddenly, from the water a large green and purple tentacle appeared and grabbed Anne Maria.
The two girls were naturally surprised to find themselves lifted well above the ground. It started repeatedly shaking Anne Maria, until eventually Rayna let go and dropped back onto the ground. Now that it just had the eliminated contestant, it flung her into the distance as hard as it could.
"Nooooooooooo!" Rayna cried "I just started getting her to like me more!"
"Shame to hear" Jackson whispered to himself, just smiling softly while getting up and walking away from the elimination ceremony while some others tried to help cheer Rayna up again.
His good time, however, wasn't going to last when he found red petals leading to the winner's cabin with Wyonetta dressed up as a buttler, and clearly annoyed "Willow told me to wait for you out here" she grumbled.
Jackson let out a small whimper, looking ready to pass out before Wyo started dragging him along either way "She owes me for this one" she grumbled.
AN: And there's our Lovecraft challenge. I don't think this story is as famous as something Cthulu related but it's one of his stories that I most liked. Was a fun double challenge that I've been thinking about for a good bit here. As we saw, the one sent home was Anne Maria, it's honestly a shame to send her home, and I wish i did more with her in general, but she was fun. Rayna and her had a fun little dynamic while it lasted.
