1Hi what's up I made this story based off some of the events that happened in The Matrix Online so all the background info is real but I hope you enjoy the first part of a long running story!

Chapter I: The Truth Hurts
My name is Odama or at least that's what it is now. My real name is Navarro Lopez but that name exists no more as I am now no longer part of the prison that the Zionites, Machines, and the Merovingian call "The Matrix". Things have changed since the Smith incident, Zion and the Machines have agreed to peace yet the Merovingian looks to tear that peace apart with the recent death of our great leader, Morpheus. Yes that's right I said it Morpheus is dead he was killed by a person only known as "The Assassin" created by the Merovingian. Though he no longer has control of the Assassin that doesn't mean he won't do what he does best and that is to kill. Recently he's gone on rampant killing sprees around The Matrix. He's very deadly and completely made of flies which gives him an easy way to go undetected when stalking prey. Exactly how do I play a role in all of this...well you'll see.
It was 1:50 PM on a Saturday in the Megacity I was hanging out with two of my Redpill crew members and one Bluepill friend named Rachel Murphy. You're probably thinking "Well why are you so laid back won't an Agent come and attack you for being in The Matrix?" The answer is yes and no. Because of the truce we are allowed to travel in the Richland area without worry of an Agent but we were in the International area of the city at the time. We had just walked out of a movie when Microsite and Branch (My two crew members) had noticed 2 Agents entering through the South Entrance. "Crap what are we going to do?" I said as the Agents started to search the mall area. "Look!" Branch pointed to the unguarded West Exit. We made a run for it luckily we made it out without being noticed and realized that Rachel was going to start asking too many questions we couldn't answer...unless we freed her mind. As I predicted Rachel said "Who were those guys and what do they want with you?" I looked at my companions and they nodded giving me a clear indication saying we must free her mind first. "Rachel I'm sorry you know too much we have to do something you may not like but we can't risk anything". "Huh?" She replied. "Branch get the operator on the line and have him find the nearest Redpill Extraction Point. "Yes sir" Branch replied. Our nearest R.E.P. was 100 yds away and we headed there as soon as the call was finished. When we got in we sat down Rachel and gave her "The Talk" and It was a success as she took the Redpill I couldn't help but smile. As we awoke her before her Bluepill self passed out I said "This may lead to pain, suffering, and even death but at least the world will lie to you no longer...I'm sorry but the truth hurts"

1.Megacity: The city where all the Matrix movies take place. 2.Repill/Bluepill: Someone who has been unplugged/ or someone who is still plugged into the Matrix. 3.Richland/International: Two of the four districts in the Megacity the other two are Westview and Downtown.
