Yo, I'm back with the second half of the Aftermath! It's time to find out who's lucky enough to return to Total Drama World Tour, among other twists in this episode! Enjoy!
The Total Drama World Tour Aftermath logo is shown before fading back into the second half of the episode. The whole Aftermath stage is shown, with the five lucky second chance contestants are stood on the left side of the stage, Geoff is stood next to the host chair and the unlucky former Total Drama contestants are sat in the peanut gallery.
Geoff: Welcome back to Total Drama Aftermath Aftermayhem! Before the break started, we interviewed the newest eliminated contestants, Sierra, Duncan and Cody! After the interviews were finished, the main attraction of the Aftermath was announced. A second chance competition! Two of our interns shot peanut cans into the crowd of our former Total Drama players. Most of these just contained peanuts but five lucky people found a golden Chris head in their cans! These five were Harold, Duncan, Trent, Izzy and Eva!
The camera pans to these lucky five and they all wave to the camera, minus Eva who just ignores the camera on her.
Geoff: However, due to a lot of drama going down, we had to postpone the second chance challenge until after the break! Unfortunately, Lindsay was injured during the first part of our second chance challenge and has now reached the hospital.
Beth: I hope she's okay…
Geoff: Don't be worried, Beth! Once I've finished the recap, we'll hear from her!
This seemed to satisfy Beth, so Geoff continued with the recap.
Geoff: My sweet Bridgette was forced on an expedition around the world scouting several potential Total Drama franchise locations. She ended up in Siberia where she was attacked by a Blaineley superfan! Jeez, I never thought someone could like Blaineley… anyway, she was also attacked by a Siberian brown bear. However, I've got good news! Put her up!
The camera focuses on the giant TV screen, where it's changed from a blank screen to Siberia once more, where Bridgette is in a cave, sat around a fire with the Siberian brown bear.
Bridgette: Geoff! Hi!
Geoff: Hey Bridge! How about you tell our audience at the Aftermath what happened?
Bridgette: You got it, Geoff! Well, when Bruno destroyed one of the crews cameras, he hurt his paw! I've bandaged his paw with my remaining supplies and until I can find a way home, I'll look after Bruno!
Geoff: I'm gonna miss you while you're gone, babe!
Bridgette: You too, Geoff!
The bear slowly moved towards the camera and Bridgette quickly beat Bruno to it and turned it off, likely to avoid Bruno destroying it like he had done with the previous camera.
Geoff: Bridgey Bear is not the only one we have on feed! Live from hospital, we have Lindsay!
The blank screen changed to a hospital, where laying in a bed, wrapped up in covers, was Lindsay.
Lindsay: Hey everyone!
Beth: Hey Lindsay!
Lindsay: Hello Heather! How are you?!
Everyone gasps at this revelation.
Harold: Wait, Lindsay, what's my name?
Lindsay: You're…DJ right?
Another series of gasps came from everyone in the Aftermath studio.
Izzy: Huh, seems like Lindsay's hit her head too hard! I did that back on the dock in TDI and I never felt the same afterwards…
Leshawna: Girl's crazy but right! She's able to remember our names but not who is who!
Katie: Like, how are you feeling, Lindsay?
Sadie: Yeah, tell us!
Lindsay: Well, Sadie… I feel good! I think the builders need to run some tests…
Justin: Builders?!
DJ: Now she's mixing up professions?!
Lindsay: Oh, I have to go! Bye guys!
Geoff: Bye Lindsay!
The giant TV once again goes blank.
DJ: I hope she gets better!
Geoff: We all do DJ. Anyways, let's not let this get us too down! We have 1 more thing to do before we get to the second chance challenge!
Eva: What now?
Geoff: Well, the producers felt in order to make the Aftermaths feel more connected to the show, we should all discuss the remaining competitors and how likely it is that they bring the million home!
Justin: Alright, that doesn't sound too bad.
Geoff: That's the spirit, Justin! Let's start with Team Amazon! They somehow managed to survive all the way to Episode 13 without a single elimination! It's no doubt they're a strong team.
Leshawna: Completely agree, Geoff. While I may not be a fan of most of the players left on the team, I have to give credit where credit is due.
Justin: An all-girl team would have been a perfect team for me to be on, I could've controlled the team until merge.
Beth: No offense, Justin but no-one trusts you anymore because of Action.
Justin looked down at that.
Justin: Yeah, that's fair.
Cody: Hey! I take offense to that! I was on Team Amazon!
Justin: Sorry, Cody. I took you out of the equation since we would've worked together anyway due to our Drama Brothers bond.
Cody: I guess that's understandable.
Geoff: Let's talk about each member of Team Amazon in turn! Let's start with the queen of mean, Heather!
Harold: Heather is… an odd case. I know she could be so much nicer if she wanted to but she doesn't.
Leshawna: It's because she's a bad person, sugar. She doesn't care about anyone but herself.
Izzy: Izzy wouldn't say that. Her and Alejandro could be an evil duo!
Geoff: Good point, Izzy! Heather does seem to have taken a liking to Evilandro! Could there be something going on there?
Duncan: Definitely. Those two are made for each other!
Katie: I agree with Duncan. They totes are!
Sadie: Totes!
Geoff: Let's take a moment to focus on Heather's strategy. While it's underhanded, she does always seem to make it far! Why do you think that is, even though everyone hates her?
Beth: She either slips under the radar because of someone else's drama or manages to get immunity at the right time.
Leshawna: She should've been kicked off right after me!
Trent: Yeah, that's right. Watching the show, it did seem like Team Chris and Team Amazon were the favourites and Team Victory was left to rot.
Leshawna: That's why a member of Team Victory has to win this second chance challenge! Harold, baby, you got this!
Harold nods with a smile as the conversation continues.
Geoff: Team Victory aside, Heather hasn't actually done anything that bad this season! It's been Alejandro who's been sabotaging people.
Harold: Tell me something I don't know.
Izzy: I murdered 16 people with a machete in 1999! (1)
Harold: What type of machete?
Izzy: A bowie machete! I have a knife collection, wanna see?
Harold nods as Izzy reaches into her cleavage and pulls out a machete.
Duncan: How the heck did you fit a machete in there?!
Sierra: Izzy-
Izzy: That's not important! Hahaha…
Izzy draws a finger across her throat while looking at Sierra. Sierra quickly gets the message and stops talking.
Geoff: That aside, now that we've talked about her, I'm going to hand out some devices which are the same devices which were used in Total Drama Action. I want everyone to vote in terms of a percentage how likely it is that Heather will win the million. Don't let anyone influence your votes! I'm talking to you two, Katie and Sadie!
The camera pans to Katie and Sadie, who nod, clearly understanding. After Geoff receives this confirmation, Geoff hands the devices out.
Geoff: Huh… I guess I have an extra device since Lindsay had to leave.
Duncan: Why don't you vote, dude?
Geoff: Yeah, I guess. Why not?
After everyone has submitted their votes, Geoff puts his device aside and the other teens follow his lead.
Geoff: Alright, let's go onto our next member of Team Amazon! Let's talk about Courtney.
Duncan: I'm gonna start this off and say that Courtney undoubtedly deserves to win this season.
Trent: I guess I can understand that… she has cheated before though, so she isn't the most honest player.
Justin: She did that because Harold rigged her out of TDI, she just wanted a fair chance to win.
Beth: Why are you still defending Courtney? She doesn't like you and she never did, she was just manipulating you.
Justin: It's not about that, Beth. She showed last season that she's a ruthless competitor, willing to use anything to get to the top. She hid that side of her well in Island and overall, she's one of the strongest people left in the final 7.
Sadie: She hid a lot back in Island. She took control of the team back in Island and reprimanded everyone without bringing anything to the table herself.
Duncan: Watch how you talk about her.
Harold: Sorry Duncan but you do have to admit that if she wasn't in the majority group in Island, she would've been voted out in Fear Factor rather than Tyler.
Duncan: Yeah, I guess that point is fair but the fact she got herself into that majority group shows she was just being strategic.
Eva: She's a ruthless competitor and I respect that, she's my favourite to win, aside from me.
Geoff: She is?!
Eva: Yeah, so what?!
Geoff: Nothing. It's just… she was a driving force in your first elimination.
Eva sighs at that.
Eva: I've thought a lot about that but it really was my fault I was eliminated, no-one else's.
DJ: I'm glad you understand that now, Bridgette was really affected by how you were when you returned to the game. Maybe you could apologise to her? It would mean a lot to her.
Eva: Maybe.
Geoff: Anyway, Courtney has gone through a lot this season already. She deserves it more than some.
Justin: We already know you're talking about Alejandro, man. You can say it.
Sierra: Speaking of those two, has anyone watched the most recent episode?
Cody: Yeah, it looks like Courtney is into Alejandro.
Duncan: He's probably just using her.
Leshawna: I know Alejandro is using her. He wants Heather, I'm sure of it.
Geoff: I guess we'll see next episode. Now that we've discussed Heather, I would like everyone to choose the likelihood of Courtney walking away with the million.
Everyone submitted the score, including Geoff.
Geoff: If you guys haven't heard anything at home or in the audience, you guys can submit your predictions at the official Total Drama website! If anyone guesses the elimination order correctly, they will be entered into a raffle and the winner will meet Chris Mclean and can interview him once the season has ended! On top of this, they can interview any of the Total Drama contestants they would like to at the end of the season! Submit your answers now! The chance to submit your answers will run out by the time the next episode airs, so be quick!
Geoff: Now, let's move on to the final surviving member of Team Amazon, Gwen!
Cody: Gwen definitely deserves to win this season! She's been through a lot and she's had to deal with her rival all season!
Duncan: I agree with you but I feel like your reasons are different from mine.
Cody: I know that's what it might look like but I promise you I genuinely want her to win, as her friend.
Harold: I respect that, if I only vote on friendship out of our final 7 I would vote Tyler to win.
Trent: Wait, you guys are close?
Harold: We're good friends, Trent, but they didn't show any of our friendship during the season for some reason.
Sierra: I think… Gwen deserves to win. She's put up with me for so long and me defending Cody against her when I had no right to do that, considering we aren't together.
Cody: Wow, Sierra, you really have changed… thank you, it really means a lot.
Sierra: It means a lot to me that you put up with me and still want to be my friend after everything I did!
DJ: Honestly, while I don't respect Gwen for enabling cheating, I do respect how hard she is working to make things better between herself and Courtney. She's a nice person at heart.
Trent: I know she's that nice, while she may come off as uncaring and annoyed that she has to be near you, she really is a nice person and cares deeply about her friends.
Katie: Aww, that's so sweet to hear! Trent's so sweet!
Sadie: I knooow right?!
Justin: What about me? I'm sweet, right girls?
Katie and Sadie blush as they speak.
Katie and Sadie: Yes, Justin!
Justin: At least I still have some support on this show…
Geoff: Anyway, what do you guys think of Gwen's strategy this season?
Sierra: She hasn't used much strategy this season, Geoff. She just tries to win challenges and if she doesn't, she throws votes towards people like Heather.
Duncan: I'm sure once the merge hits, she'll adopt a strong strategy. She's resourceful like that.
Eva: When will the merge hit anyway?
Izzy: Yeah, the merge has been super late this season! Just like the police were to my 16 murders back in 1999!
Cody: Hey, Izzy. I recommend not talking about crimes you've committed on international TV.
Izzy: Oh, it's fine. They'll never catch me!
As if to prove her point, Izzy threw a smoke bomb down. When the smoke dissipated, she was gone. DJ's scream gave away her new location, unfortunately for her, as she was perched on DJ's head, covering his eyes with her hands. She removed her hands before she spoke.
Izzy: Peekaboo!
She does this multiple times before getting bored and returning to her seat.
Harold: Izzy, that isn't how that works…
Geoff: Anyway, now that we've discussed Gwen, please once again vote for how likely you think it is she walks away with the million!
Everyone voted and once this had finished, Geoff continued.
Geoff: Now, let's move onto Team Chris! I think we should get the worst out of the way first, so let's discuss Ale-jerk-dro!
Harold: Alejandro is a horrible person. I can understand strategy, which is why I reached out to Heather and tried to get her side of the story but Alejandro is manipulating peoples feelings for his own gain. You should never do that if you have any empathy.
Leshawna: I completely agree. He's a deranged psychopath who only has feelings for the million and somehow Heather. I can't wait until he receives some overdue karma.
Justin: I'm glad we're all on the same page about this guy. The producers essentially replaced me, I'm a much better looking person than him.
Beth: That's a good point, Justin isn't nearly as heartless or horrible. After all, after Action finished, he apologised to everyone he harmed.
Trent: That's right, he did. He is purely a strategical player, he has feelings, unlike Alejandro.
Justin: Thanks, Trent. That wannabe me won't win the competition, I'm sure they'll all figure out who Alejandro really is soon and then it'll only be a matter of time.
Duncan: I know I can't say anything about playing with other people's feelings but Alejandro needs to be booted next.
Sierra: I could respect him if he was just a flirtatious person but he's only like that to take advantage of people.
Geoff: Well, while it's fun to expose Alejandro for who he really is, I don't think anyone is offering any other perspectives to the table. Am I wrong?
No-one said a word for a whole minute.
Geoff: Yeah, clearly nothing is going to change by continuing to talk about Alejandro, so we'll move right on. Next member of Team Chris we need to talk about is Tyler!
Harold: As I mentioned earlier, Tyler and I are good friends. I think the only moment shown of us interacting was back in Japan but we are good friends regardless. While he may be incompetent when it comes to sports, he never gives up, which is something I respect a lot. Also, he'll never leave a man behind. It shows that while when you first meet him, you think he's just another jock but then he shows who he truly is and I respect him for it.
Duncan: Welk, I think Tyler is definitely a good guy but I find it hard seeing him win this season.
Leshawna: What makes you say that, sugar? I know Tyler well from all the reality shows we both competed on and he's got enough fight to win the whole thing.
Duncan: I get that but the thing is, he's not particularly smart, is he? I have a feeling Alejandro will just dump him when he outlives his usefulness, just like how Heather dumped Lindsay.
DJ: I really hope that doesn't happen. I worked with Tyler during the Total Drama Island special and I was on the Killer Bass with him. He's a really sweet guy and he doesn't deserve something like that to happen to him.
Cody: Then again, Lindsay didn't deserve that either. It's totally in the realm of possibility.
Sadie: Someone could like, totally warn him though, right Katie?
Katie: Totally, Sadie.
Harold: Who? Heather doesn't care about Tyler, neither does Courtney plus she's being manipulated by Alejandro. Gwen could do something, sure, but she's never been close to Tyler, I doubt she'd care enough. Alejandro won't say my thing for obvious reasons, Owen is too scared of getting on Al's bad side. The only one who could warn him, considering their friendship is Noah but he was eliminated last episode.
A producer is speaking in Geoff's ear.
Geoff: Now? Okay.
Trent: Now what?
Geoff: You are about to hear something no-one knows about other than me, the producers and Chris.
Izzy: Ooh, spicy! Izzy loves secrets!
Geoff: Well, get ready because I'm about to spill! Sweden was a non-elimination round!
Everyone apart from Geoff: Huh?!
Geoff: Yeah! When Noah was knocked out of the plane, the plane wasn't even in the sky. Noah wasn't actually eliminated; Chris just wanted some drama from the elimination!
Izzy: Woah! So, No-No isn't dead!
Eva: Good for him.
Geoff: Hey, hey! We'll talk about Noah when we get to him! Anything else to say about Tyler?
Cody: For what it's worth, I hope he goes far.
Harold: Me too, Cody. Me too.
Several other people chimed in to voice their agreement.
Geoff: Well, you know what time it is, dudes! Use your device to vote on how likely you think it is that Tyler will win Total Drama World Tour!
Everyone voted and the Geoff began a new discussion.
Geoff: Well, let's save our lucky bookworm for last and talk about Owen!
Beth: Owen is such a nice guy! He doesn't want to hurt anyone, and he is even trying to befriend Alejandro of all people!
Duncan: I've got to agree, the big guy is a good friend, even if he can be a little weird at times.
DJ: Weird? Like when?
Duncan: Dude, don't you remember when we formed the guys alliance and Owen just kissed us?
DJ: Good point.
Izzy: Big O is the best boyfriend I've ever had. Trust me, I've had a lot of boyfriends!
Eva: Honestly, I just find him annoying. He's just a walking fart machine.
Trent: Yeah, that's true. But if you look past that, you see a really good, supportive friend.
Leshawna: Even though I'm not close to him, he's earned my respect, I'll tell you that much.
Harold: An honourable friend, who never wants to kick anyone off even though they're horrible, like Alejandro.
Geoff: Owen's awesome. I remember in the final six of Total Drama Island that everyone was so serious about winning the prize and it was such a bummer but Owen was there to keep me sane.
Justin: While I was in Total Drama Action, my team was under my control but Owen was the only one I genuinely viewed as a friend at the time. I wanted to take him to the final 2 but then Courtney ruined it with her immunity.
Eva: To be fair, you all voted Courtney even though she was immune. You walked yourselves into that one.
Justin: Yeah, we did but still, our team felt like a family and then Courtney showed up, that's why we all voted her off.
Geoff: How about Owen's strategy? I mean, I know there's not much of a strategy there, but still. Thoughts?
Eva: He's been relying on his "little buddy" for the votes and he's just in the competition to have fun and make friends. Pathetic.
Izzy: That's where we disagree, Eva. Big O talked to me about how much his family was struggling financially and that he needs to win the million to help them out.
Geoff: Dude, really?!
Izzy: Yeah, it's true.
Duncan: To be honest, I've always felt bad about how he won Total Drama Island, then gave the money away to win more. He deserves to win the money back, especially with his financial situation.
Everyone stared at the delinquent after he spoke.
Duncan: What?
Harold: You're normally not that caring as a friend.
Duncan: Yeah, well, I've learnt my lesson. Owen's a good friend of mine and I'm down hiding how I really feel about him and his win to be a bad boy.
Geoff: Woah, dude, you've changed!
DJ: It's really nice to see!
Duncan: Thanks, guys.
Geoff: Anyway, I think we've just about covered all things Owen, so everyone cast your votes on how likely it is for Owen to win the million!
Everyone does as Geoff asks and Geoff moves on to the final person left in the competition.
Geoff: Alright, it's time to talk about Noah!
Leshawna: I don't know the turkey too well but if he's making moves on my girl, then he better treat her right.
Geoff: Do you think they're gonna hook up?
Leshawna: They might, they might not but there's always that possibility.
Harold: Honestly, I think me and Noah could've had a strong friendship. We're both intelligent and we both love books. Unfortunately, I don't think Noah is a fan of me. Overall, I don't find him particularly funny but I do hope he does well.
Duncan: Honestly? Noah is a bit of a dick. I remember in the Total Drama Island special that he was a dick to me about Courtney. I made him pay for it but still, it didn't give me a good impression of him. Gwen could do way better.
Izzy: I think No-No needs a girlfriend. Maybe he'll open up a bit more! Or maybe he'll kill her with a shotgun!
Beth: Silly Izzy, Noah's not like that. Is he?
Eva: Trust me, Noah wouldn't shoot someone, he'd much rather shoot himself if it got him away from social interaction.
DJ: He does even like the introverted type, huh?
Justin: That's a massive understatement, especially if you consider him to be anti-me.
Trent: Honestly, I think we should all want Noah to do well. After all, he's the main opposition to Alejandro.
Duncan: Him or Heather, anyway.
Leshawna: Heather? Even though they have a rivalry, I don't think she's as interested in booting Alejandro off as Noah is.
Beth: That's a good point, I mean Noah has tried to beat Alejandro multiple times and he would have succeeded if it wasn't a reward challenge back in Greece.
Sadie: If only Alejandro was eliminated then, right Katie?
Katie: Totes Sadie!
Geoff: Well, I'd say we've discussed Noah enough now. Everyone cast your votes!
Everyone once again did what they were told.
Geoff: Well, now that we have these results, I think it's time to see who seems to be the favourite to win!
The audience cheers at this as Geoff presses a button on a remote he whips out of his pocket. The giant TV goes from showing a blank screen to a screen which shows the final 7 players as pixelated characters. They are all shown running along a pixelated grass ground. Running with them is one completely grey pixelated figure with a white question mark over its pixelated body.
Geoff: That grey figure is our mystery winner from this second chance competition. These pixelated characters are about to face trial after trial. One or two contestants will be eliminated each round, showing in what order everyone ranked our remaining contestants. These trials will be a hint to the audience of what locations and challenges our Total Drama cast will have to face leading up to our epic finale!
The audience cheers as Geoff explains the events taking place on screen.
Geoff: Let's get started!
TOTAL DRAMA THE VIDEO GAME : START
1st trial: The 8 contestants have to jump into a wedding dress or a suit depending on their gender in order to wear it. The order of the 8 contestants are: Heather, Courtney, Gwen, Noah, Owen, Alejandro, Tyler and the mystery contestant. Heather makes the jump and her pixelated form is now wearing her dress. Courtney completes this too and so does Gwen, meaning Team Amazon survives this first trial of popularity. Noah jumps into it later than the females before him, most likely representing his laziness while Owen's jump is smaller than the other players and he shakes the ground, making the mystery contestant fall over. Alejandro jumps into his suit with ease and Tyler trips into it, representing his clumsiness. However, the mystery contestant can't recover in time and since there is both a dress and a suit that the mystery contestant had to jump into considering the ambiguity of the contestants gender. The dress and suit wrap around the mystery contestants feet and pull them off the screen as the other contestants continue to run.
Geoff: Obviously, the mystery contestant gets zero votes for not being an option to vote for!
2nd trial: The contestants are running towards multiple Kung Pao larvae, which float towards the contestants mouth. The larvae fly into each of the contestant's mouths and it seems as if the last to swallow the larvae will be eliminated. Owen quickly finishes his larvae, to no-one's surprise. Noah manages to finish next, allowing the duo to move to the next round. Gwen finishes next, followed by Courtney and Heather. However, rather than one of Tyler or Alejandro finishing, Alejandro throws up, representing his not yet known fear of eating contests, while Tyler just doesn't finish in time. Many more larvae fly into the scene, pinning Alejandro to the ground, followed by Tyler.
Geoff: Alejandro was the least supported contestant among our final 7, while Tyler did considerably better but not enough to move him through the 2nd trial!
3rd trial: From the left of the screen come 5 tranquilliser balls. The balls approach quickly and 4 of the remaining contestants manage to escape from the tranq balls. However, a green hand seems to have emerged from the ground and grabbed Courtney's leg, holding her in place for a tranq ball to hit her. All 5 tranq balls hit Courtney, since there is no way for the other 4 tranq balls to catch up with the 4 who escape.
Geoff: Courtney's way of playing the game isn't too effective, according to our peanut gallery!
4th trial: The 4 remaining contestants run past stone statues of Alejandro, Tyler, the mystery contestant and Courtney and a bird dive bombs the group. All of the contestant manage to dodge the bird. Then, the final 4 are running through fossils, one of which is a massive T-rex, which seems to re-assemble itself and stand tall. Three of the four contestants manage to avoid the T-rex's jaws but the fourth, Noah, doesn't and is caught by the T-rex.
Geoff: Noah seems to be someone who will make it to the end game but will fail to keep up with the final few contestants, according to the peanut gallery.
5th trial: The final 3 players in Total Drama Island form the peanut gallery's idea of the final 3 of Total Drama World Tour. The final three are holding red cloth, causing a bull to charge at each of them. Owen and Heather manage to dodge it but the bull charges Gwen off screen. (2)
Geoff: Gwen is a popular choice to go far but the peanut gallery clearly thinks she doesn't have what it takes to win.
6th trial: Owen and Heather encounter a volcano and have to run and dodge lava. Owen manages to complete the course but Heather falls into the lava and sinks.
Geoff: Heather is a powerful strategist and a worthy competitor but she's clearly been outplayed in her attempts to stay under the radar!
Owen is seen running towards a trophy and a case which a pixelated Chris is holding. Owen grabs the case and cheers as a pixelated Chris, Noah and Izzy are cheering with him.
Geoff: Our Total Drama World Tour Aftermath predicted winner is… OWEN! The peanut gallery thinks he'll overcome all the odds and strike gold twice.
TOTAL DRAMA THE VIDEO GAME : END
The camera pans out from the big TV screen, which seems to be remaining on Owen collecting his winnings, as the audience cheers for the elaborate Total Drama Video Game and the hints they had been provided with.
Geoff: There are your hints, Total Drama fans! See what you can figure out! Work together with other Total Drama fans!
DJ: Geoff, that was so cool! Who made that?!
Harold: My good friend Sam, he's more knowledgeable in videogames and videogame development than I am. (3)
Duncan: Wow, man, you've got some cool friends, huh?
Harold: But of course, I need to keep those who I care about close to protect them. It's my duty as the ultimate ninja! (4)
Geoff: Well, we've done it all this Total Drama Aftermath! We've interviewed our newly eliminated contestants, discussed our final 7 and gathered everyone's thoughts on how well each of our final 7 will do in the final 7 episodes. Now, there's only one thing left to do. It's the moment you've all been waiting for. The Total Drama Second chance Competition!
The audience cheers as Geoff announces that it's time while the 5 lucky contestants prepare themselves.
Geoff: First, I want everyone who only got peanuts in their can to sit in the peanut gallery.
Everyone who this applies to sits down.
Geoff: Then, I want our lucky five potential returnees to sit on the guest couches!
The lucky five sit down on the guest couches. Geoff walks to the centre of the stage. He pulls out a remote as he does so.
Geoff: We've seen the Total Drama: Video Game!
He presses a button on the remote and a large section of the floor of the Aftermath stage is plunged down and out of sight, taking Geoff with it. The audience gasps in worry before Geoff rises up once again with a new floor beneath his feet.
Geoff: Now it's time for the Total Drama: Board Game!
To prove Geoff's point, the floor beneath his feet consisted of 5 sets of multiple different coloured tiles, each with either a final 7 contestant or a Total Drama location visited during Total Drama World Tour. The audience began to cheer as Geoff offered an explanation.
Geoff: There are five sets of tiles, one for each of the contestants who stand a chance of returning to the competition! The contestants will roll this giant die.
An intern hurriedly carries a large die over to Geoff, drops it and leaves. The camera pans across each tyle that could possibly be landed on, starting with a yellow Alejandro, then moving onto a green Area 51, the Australian flag, a blue Owen, the Greece flag, a pink Heather, purple Tyler, yellow Courtney, the Swedish flag, a green Gwen, a purple Noah and finally, the English flag, revealing that this board game would end after 12 spaces. After the final space, some yellow and black tape is across the floor, signifying the end of the course.
Geoff: When they roll the die, they will land on either a contestant in it to win it on Total Drama World Tour, or a location they have visited since the last Aftermath! They will have to complete a custom challenge when they land on one of these spaces! If they manage to complete the challenge, they will remain on their space and still be in the challenge! However, if they fail… their chances of glory this season are gonezo! However, in order to make this game a little more fair to some of our less skilled contestants, there is at least one space on each of our contestants boards which will be a trap space! Landing on this space will mean you drop through the floor and you are eliminated without a challenge! Don't worry though, we haven't done a Blaineley, the drop is safe!
Eva: So you mean that even though I'm the strongest competitor here, I could get screwed over by bad luck?!
Geoff: Pretty much.
Izzy: Izzy likes it, makes it more interesting!
Duncan: Well Duncan wants to win!
Explosivo: Explosivo wants explosions! Boom boom!
Harold: You didn't set up any explosives, right?
Izzy: Izzy? Explosives? No no monsieur, odio los explosivos!
Harold: But-
Trent puts a hand on Harold's shoulder.
Trent: It's not worth it, dude.
With this, the camera goes back to Geoff.
Geoff: With the game explained, could our players please join me at the starting line?
The five second chancers each chose a position on one of the rows of identical spaces.
Geoff: Before I get into establishing the turn order, I want to hear from each contestant what they have to gain from getting onto the show other than the million dollars and what they'll do with the money if they win! Let's start with Trent!
Trent: Well, Geoff, I could use the opportunity to get back on the plane to clear the air with Gwen after last season. Also, I would use the money to help fund my music career.
Geoff: Interesting, dude! I'm sure a lot of our audience would love to see you two make up.
As if to prove Geoff's point, a sizeable chunk of the audience starts to cheer.
Geoff: How about Izzy?
Izzy: Well, Geoff, I want to see Big O again! Last time we talked was like… super bad. Also, I want to get the Team E-Scope band back together! If Izzy won, she would like to buy loads of expensive foods and tour the world with Big O! It's totally better than stealing the food and hijacking a plane, like I did back in 1999!
Geoff: Ignoring the crime stuff, I'm glad you still want to be Owen's friend! I was worried you didn't like him anymore, he was really hurt when you broke up with him.
Izzy: He was?
Geoff: Yeah, dudette! Exclusive Aftermath clip incoming! Warning to the kids at home to skip this one.
The camera pans to the big TV which is showing a clip rather than the conclusion of the Total Drama : Video Game.
AFTERMATH CLIP : START (WARNING: SKIP THIS AFTERMATH CLIP IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN OF TALKS OF SUICIDE, SELF HARM, BLOOD AND GORE)
The Total Drama World Tour plane is shown for a brief moment before panning inside it to show the planes cargo hold. In here, alone, is Owen. The giant blonde is quivering like a leaf as the big guy has his back to the camera. Another camera reveals his face and he doesn't look to be in a good place. Tears are falling from his eyes as if his eyes are a watering hose and the big guy moves a giant hand to wipe them away. This single movement adds a lot to this scene and shows how deep Owen ahs been cut by Izzy's departure. The big guys arm is covered in deep cuts, with thick crimson blood spurting from each individual cut on his arm. He turns his head to the side, to set his sights on the kitchen knife he had stolen prior to making his way deep into the maze that is the cargo hold. His arm quivers as he slowly reaches for the blood covered knife, being pulled back a few times as if in some form of futile resistance but in the end it's no use. Owen grabs the knife by its thick handle and takes off his shirt with his good hand. The camera shows an even more disturbing sight, carved into Owen's chest are four giant letters, the blood oozing from each letter making the scene all the more disturbing. The letters spell 'IZZY' and it seems as if the big guy isn't finished. He takes one more look at the knife, his eyes frenzied and panicked and slowly begins to move it towards where his heart is. The blade is about to penetrate his skin before a skinny hand reaches forward and yanks the knife out of Owen's hand. Through Owen's blurry eyesight, he notices Noah and as his eyesight returns, he notices the look of absolute horror on his face.
Owen: Li-little b-buddy?
Noah: Owen, what the hell are you doing?
The blonde is silent for some time before deciding to just tell the truth.
Owen: I- I can't do this anymore, Noah.
Noah: What?!
Owen: I don't want to be here anymore.
Noah: Owen, I can get Chris to eliminate you if you need to le-
Owen: You don't get it, Noah. I don't want to live anymore.
Noah: WHAT?!
Owen: I… Izzy… she was… perfect for me. I loved her with all my heart. But she told me herself, we're incompatible. I can't handle that pain anymore, Noah. I want to release all that pain. I want to never have to feel pain again.
Noah: Owen, you're not making sense! After all, it was Brainzilla that told you that, not Izzy.
Owen: Noah, if you think that's what's going on, you know nothing about Izzy.
Noah: Regardless, even if she doesn't want to be with you, there are other fish in the sea, right?
Owen: None like Izzy.
Noah: What about Justin? Weren't you in love with him?
But Owen wasn't listening.
Owen: No-one cares about me, Noah. Izzy doesn't care, you don't care, my family doesn't care, no-one cares if I live or die.
Noah: No, Owe—
Owen: Maybe I should never have been born. I think I should rectify that mistake. Maybe then, everything will be right again.
Almost as if he had no control of himself and in a daze, Owen got up and stumbled towards Noah.
Owen: Give me the knife, Noah.
Owen's voice was eerily calm, a stark contrast to the loveable oaf's excitable nature.
Noah: No! Owen, dude, I know Izzy hurt you but you can—
Owen: What are you gonna do, Noah? Stab me? Please, do. No-one cares about me, no-one cares about me, no-one cares about me…
The big oaf continued to repeat this phrase over and over again, advancing on Noah. The bookworm quickly looked around but saw no means of escape. Owen had him backed into a corner. Knowing he couldn't get out of his situation with his mind and logic, he reluctantly dug into his heart, looking for a solution, Once came to mind almost instantly. Noah flung himself at Owen. At this, Owen stopped, waiting for the pain to end all pains… but it never came. The knife clattered on the ground at Noah's feet as he wrapped his scrawny arms as far around Owen as he could, hitting Owen back with four words that meant just as much as Owen's words.
Noah: I CARE ABOUT YOU!
Owen: Wh-what?!
Owen stared at Noah, unable to comprehend what Noah had just said.
Noah: You heard what I said, Owen, I care. When we had that holiday in Jamaica, we spent so much time together. It was fun to spend time with you, which I normally hate doing with pretty much anyone else. You're my only friend in this place… and out.
Owen's expression went blank, as he tried to process what he had just been told.
Owen: But… I thought you cared about no-one.
That statement hurt Noah more than he would care to admit but he ignored that for the time being, knowing who needed helping more.
Noah: I do. I just… don't like to show it.
Owen pauses again and a minute of silence passes between the unlikely duo. Finally, Owen slowly and shakily wraps his arms around Owen and returns the hug. Though it's bone crushing for Noah, he fights through the pain, as he knows Owen is doing right now. They stand like that for a long time and when Owen releases Noah from the hug, Noah steps back. He picks up the knife and studies Owen, realising how much damage he's already done.
Noah: Shit, Owen, I'll get you some bandages. Just wait here.
Noah turns to run back through the maze known as the cargo hold but is halted by Owen grabbing his sleeve.
Owen: Thank you, Noah.
Noah allows a small smile to slip onto his face as he replies.
Noah: Don't mention it, Owen. After all, it's what friends do, right?
With that, Noah sprints away towards the medical supplies, while Owen watches him leave, with tears of happiness now invading his eyes to contrast the previous tears of sadness he had.
AFTERMATH CLIP : END
Once the clip had ended, the camera panned down to the Aftermath stage, where each person on stage was shocked and most looked incredibly upset. All that could be gauged from the audience was loud gasps echoing around the room. Leshawna's eyes are wide, having no idea on how to react. Beth is looking away, having her face buried in Justin's shirt. Speaking of Justin, his eyes are locked on the screen, tears managing to convey what he couldn't at the moment. Katie and Sadie are hugging each other, looking away and whispering to each other, trying to comfort each other. DJ straight up passed out from shock and his squeamish nature. Moving on from the peanut gallery and onto the 6 people on centre stage. Geoff is noticeably upset about the clip, even if he had already seen it. Trent runs off stage to vomit, Harold, usually the one to have something to say at all times, is stone quiet. Eva's frown has grown ever so slightly but it's Duncan and Izzy who react the worst to the news. Duncan has lost all colour in his face and tears openly trickle down his face, something Duncan never does, as he turns to Geoff.
Duncan: What the hell, Geoff! Why is Owen still on the show and not in therapy?!
Geoff: That was my first thought too. Owen stayed on for two reasons. One, Owen insisted he was fine and said he wanted to stay on. Two, Chris wasn't willing to cut the big guy, said he couldn't get kicked off so early.
Harold: Chris's blatant favouritism is a horrible attitude for a host.
Geoff: True, Iz, you alright?
Everyone turns their attention to Izzy, who is completely frozen, no colour in her face and the only movement being tears trickling down her face.
Izzy: Izzy… caused that?
Geoff: Huh?
Izzy: Did Owen almost… because of Izzy?
The others cast worried glances between themselves, unsure of what to do or say.
Geoff: Hey, Izzy, it just means that if you win this second chance challenge, you can see him again!
Izzy: You… you're right.
Leshawna: DJ! Wake up! It's over.
Leshawna moves towards DJ and manages to wake him up.
DJ: W-what was…
Leshawna: Hush, sugar. It's okay.
As Leshawna comforts a terrified DJ, Geoff gets the show going again.
Geoff: Well, let's continue with our second chance challenge! Trent!
As Geoff calls for him, Trent returns and stands at the start line of the Total Drama : Board Game, clearly slightly shaken still.
Geoff: Alright, in order to establish our turn order, I'm going to ask 4 Total Drama themed trivia questions, bros. Whoever gets our first question right goes first and gets an advantage in being able to reach the end quicker, if luck is on their side. Once someone answers right, they won't be involved in the next question. Everyone got it?
The five second chancers all nod, clearly understanding how the game will work.
Geoff: Alright, don't shout your answer out! Once you've got it, raise your hand! First come first served, dudes. If you get it wrong, you can't answer again! If no-one gets it, we move onto our next question! Alright dudes, here comes your first question!
The five competitors are shown looking intently at Geoff.
Geoff: Which two Total Drama competitors have been eliminated the least amount of times?
4 of the players seemed to be thinking but it was Izzy who threw her hand up without hesitation.
Geoff: Izzy! What's the answer, dudette?
Izzy: Gwen and Beth have each been eliminated once!
Geoff: That's correct! Wow, Izzy, how'd you get that so quickly?
Izzy: It was just a guess! As Explosivo always says, boom boom!
Geoff: Okay then… Izzy, you'll roll the die first once we've decided the rest of our turn order! Our next question is… which Total Drama contestant was rigged out of the game by another contestant?
Two people's hands immediately shoot up, being Duncan and Harold.
Geoff: Woah, that was a close one! It seems like we need an instant replay for that one!
Geoff seems to be listening to the producers, who tell him who put their hand up first.
Geoff: It seems like by a very small margin, it was Harold who put his hand up first!
Harold pumps his fist in the air at this, while Duncan snaps his fingers with an annoyed look on his face.
Harold: Yes! It was Courtney in Episode 12 of Total Drama Island, the boot camp episode.
Geoff: Correct, brah! But you didn't need all those extra details… anyway, Harold you'll go second! Let's keep it moving! In what episode of Total Drama World Tour did Alejandro realise that Noah was onto him?
Duncan raises his hand first, having been on the season at that point in the competition.
Geoff: Duncan, bro! What's your answer?
Duncan: Episode 13! After all, I arrived at the end of that episode. While I may have been in that sack, I could still make out everyone's voices.
Geoff: Duncan, bro, you'll roll third! Alright, it's down to Trent and Eva to see who rolls 4th!
Eva looks incredibly frustrated, while Trent looks focused.
Geoff: Our next question is…
Geoff is interrupted by an aggressive hand being thrust into the air.
Geoff: Wow, Eva! I don't know how you're going to get this right but go ahead!
Eva: Wait, you're not going to read the rest of the question?!
Geoff: Nope!
Eva: Uhh… Owen.
Geoff: Closer than you'd expect but wrong.
Geoff: Okay Trent, here's the question. If Gwen had won the million in Total Drama Island, what was she going to spend the money on?
Trent smiles as he recalls some fond memories.
Trent: She was going to give half of it to Owen because of the deal she made with him and their friendship. She was going to then get into a great university and focus on her art, with just enough money to hold a party afterwards.
Geoff: Wow, bro, you got it right to every detail! Guess I should've expected that though, huh? Anyway, Trent gets to roll fourth and Eva is stuck with fifth!
The audience cheers as the Total Drama Board Game was about to begin… as well as the Gwent shippers cheering about Trent's memory.
Geoff: Alright, let's get right into the Total Drama Board Game! Izzy, the dice is yours!
Izzy: Thanks, Geoff!
Izzy grabs the dice and begins putting it into her cleavage.
Geoff: Not like that, Izzy!
Izzy: Aww, fine…
Even though the die has completely disappeared, Izzy rummages around in her cleavage for a second and pulls it out with ease.
Geoff: I know I probably should be surprised… but it's Izzy. Anyway, Izzy, roll the die!
Izzy obliges and the large die shows a number 4.
Geoff: And Izzy rolls a 4!
Izzy moves forward three spaces and finds herself on the Owen space. However, no trapdoor opens, so she is free to attempt the challenge.
Geoff: You landed on Owen's space! Your challenge is to eat this entire cake in 10 minutes to match Owen's appetite!
The cake is wheeled in front of Izzy via an intern and it is a cake containing figures of every contestant from Total Drama history.
Geoff: Your time starts now!
Izzy lifts the cake up and fits the entire thing in her mouth, leaving no remnants. She finishes in one bite.
Geoff: Wow, Izzy, how—
Geoff is interrupted by a gigantic burp that echoes around the whole Aftermath stage. Once Izzy is done, she seems to have gained even more energy and she is bouncing around the stage.
Geoff: Izzy, you're not allowed to leave your space!
Suddenly, Izzy stops moving completely. She now has glasses on her face as she moves back to her square.
Brainzilla: My apologies, carbon-based lifeform commonly referred to as Geoffrey.
Geoff: Brainzilla?!
Izzy: Nah!
Geoff: Ok? Izzy beat her challenge! Now it's Harold's turn to roll the die!
Harold does as he is told and rolls a 7.
Harold: Why is there a 7 on this die?
Geoff: To spice it up, man! Anyway, Harold lands on the Heather space! Say what you want about Heather, she's a great strategist! Harold, your challenge is to solve a logic puzzle within a minute!
Geoff passes Harold a small logic puzzle, which is a device with a list of rules on it that he must follow. Harold begins to sweat as he realises there is a lot to do. Harold starts tapping on the device, likely working out the puzzle with the audiences only information about how the puzzle is going being Harold's reactions.
Harold: Done!
Geoff: Bro, you had 30 seconds left on the clock! Well done!
Harold: Thank you, Geoff.
Geoff: Alright, Duncan, it's your time to roll!
Duncan obliges and rolls a 3. No trapdoor appears, so Duncan can attempt the challenge.
Geoff: Duncan lands on the Australian space! Duncan, for this challenge, you have to ride an emu and have full control over it within a minute!
Duncan: A minute?!
Geoff: Sorry, dude, the challenge is the same for anyone else.
Duncan takes a deep breath as he prepares himself and the emu is led over to Duncan. He remembers everything that's at stake and when he looks up, he notices that Harold is giving him a cheesy grin and a thumbs up. This seems to be enough for the criminal and just in time to, as the emu reaches Duncan. Duncan hurriedly hops onto its back. The emu squawks in alarm but Duncan hurriedly holds on as it bucks.
Harold: Duncan, catch!
Duncan looks up as Harold throws Duncan's skull guitar at him. Duncan catches it and understand what Harold wants him to do, plays a tune. He decides to do a gentle tune opposed to his usual loud rock music to calm down the emu. The emu clearly hears each note as it plays and it calms down.
Geoff: And Duncan does it! Not a moment too soon, dude.
Duncan quickly hops off the emu and straps the guitar around his back.
Duncan: Thanks, Harold.
Harold: No problem.
Geoff: Harold, you just saved your competitor! What's going through your mind right now?
Harold: While Duncan may currently be a competitor, he will always be a friend.
Geoff: Nice, brah! I'm glad you two are getting along. Harold, how'd you know to use his guitar?
Harold: Well Geoff, I grabbed it from his room because we're going to record a song together later. From my experience at Magic Steve's Fowl Friends Camp, I know that emus tend to enjoy music and calm tunes at that. I knew Duncan would understand.
Geoff: Well, I guess we should move onto our next player! Trent, roll the die!
Trent obliges and rolls a 5. He moves towards the Greece space. Unfortunately for Trent, the floor beneath him gives way and Trent disappears as the space returns to its original state.
Trent: What th-
Geoff: Ooh, tough luck for Trent! He landed on a trapped space! Now that Trent is out of the running, we have just 4 second chancers left!
Some of the audience boo at this, as they wanted Trent to win, while the others that want another contestant to win, cheer.
Geoff: Let's keep this game rolling! Eva, it's your turn!
A smile appears on Eva's face, replacing her frustrated expression from the last 4 rolls.
Eva: Finally!
Eva picked up the die with one hand and chucked it at Geoff's head. Geoff quickly dodged after a small scream and the die landed on a 1.
Geoff: What was that for?!
Eva: For not reading the 4th question out after I buzzed in.
Geoff: Would you have known the answer anyways?
A sheepish expression momentarily takes over Eva's face.
Eva: No…
Geoff: Let's just… move on. Eva has landed on the Alejandro space!
Eva moves to the Alejandro space once this cue has been provided to her.
Geoff: Alejandro showed in the second episode of Total Drama World Tour that he has engineering degree! So, you have a minute to balance these 5 items without them falling for 10 seconds!
An intern brought out a watermelon, goat, mannequin, large monitor and a hat that looked suspiciously like Geoff's. Eva immediately got started as Geoff started the timer. She decided to make the base the goat, seeing as how sturdy it seemed in Episode 2 of Total Drama World Tour. Then, she placed the monitor on the goats back, making sure it was steady. Then, the mannequin stood on top of the monitor, after Eva added Geoff's hat on the head of the mannequin and finally the watermelon on top of Geoff's hat.
Geoff: Alright, 10 seconds on the clock!
Eva stood there, silently praying as the tower began to topple. Eventually, the tower toppled down and Eva looked at Geoff, wanting to know how she did.
Geoff: That's… 10.0 seconds exactly! That's lucky for you, Eva!
Eva sighs in relief as Geoff moves back to the first person to roll the die.
Geoff: Izzy, it's back to you! Roll the die!
Izzy obliges, rolling a 6. She moves to the Gwen space.
Geoff: Wow, Izzy rolls high! Okay Izzy, Gwen's known for being a great artist, so for your challenge, you have 30 minutes to create a drawing! Once you're done, show it to me and if it can compare to Gwen's art, then you pass! If not, you're out!
Izzy nods eagerly, grabbing a notepad from Geoff.
Geoff: Izzy, no gore or anything not safe for work, okay?
Izzy: Damnit, okay!
Geoff: While we wait for Izzy's drawing, let's move onto Harold! Roll the die, man!
Harold rolls the die and receives a 6. He moves towards the Noah space.
Geoff: And Harold approaches the end of the board! Noah has become much more active in challenges since London, so to replicate this, you will have to life one of Eva's weight above your head!
Harold: Crap...
Eva watches with an evil smirk as Harold is passed one of her dumbbells, which pulls him to the ground immediately. The nerd tries his hardest but it doesn't budge.
Geoff: Well, we're not getting anywhere here. Harold's out!
Harold: Aww man…
Harold joins Leshawna in the peanut gallery, who attempts to comfort him. However, this is cut off as the camera goes back to the final 3.
Duncan: Unlucky, Harold!
Harold and Duncan send a thumbs up each other's way before Geoff continues.
Geoff: Alright, that means it's down to Duncan, Izzy and Eva! Duncan dude, it's your turn to roll!
Duncan grabs the die and rolls it. He rolls a 5.
Geoff: Duncan, you rolled a 5, bro! That means you're on the Courtney space!
Duncan chuckles at that.
Duncan: Okay, I know Courtney well enough, I should be able to beat this challenge.
Geoff: I like the confidence, bro! Courtney has always been incredibly competitive! She's also been a lover of trash talk, so for your challenge, you'll face someone random from the peanut gallery and whoever trash talks the other better as decided by me will win! If you lose, you're out!
Duncan: Got it. This is my kind of challenge!
A wheel is wheeled onto the stage by an intern and it has the names of all those in the peanut gallery. Geoff spins it and it lands on Sierra. Duncan gulps as he realises who his opponent is.
Geoff: Ooh, tough look, bro! Sierra probably has some SERIOUS dirt on you!
Sierra gets up from the peanut gallery with a malicious grin and Harold follows behind her.
Harold: Mind if I provide you some killer beats, Duncan?
Duncan: Be my guest, dude!
With that, the two opponents are ready to begin.
Geoff: Because this is supposed to be a challenge, Sierra, you go first!
Sierra nods and launches into her insults.
SONG: THE SUPERFAN VS DUNCAN
Harold begins beatboxing as a fast-paced tune begins to pick up.
Sierra: Let's do this, let's begin!
Once I'm done with him, Duncan won't be apologising for just one sin!
I know more about Duncan than he knows about his own crimes,
Stealing? You think that's the worst? I'll reveal his secrets on a dime!
Sierra laughs as the audience cheers at her performance. A bar appears above both her and Duncan, with Geoff's face plastered on the left of it. The bar begins to fill up, with Sierra's performance. Duncan sees this and growls.
Duncan: You think you're cool for knowing everything about me?
Stop acting, we all know you have no personality.
You think you could talk about yourself a little more, with your co-dependency.
Go back to your cringy blogs and being a bottom for Cody!
The audience screams at this performance, as Duncan smirks at Sierra. She is heavily insulted by this but puts her game face on. Geoff's approval bar has risen much higher than it did for Sierra's performance.
Sierra: You wanna talk about personality?
Your moral code is as consistent as the weather, you think cheating is okay? You'll see.
Me and Cody are just friends, more than you can say for yourself and your exes,
Wow, is it that hard for you to retain a positive relationship with anyone from different sexes?
Sierra's approval meter shoots up, higher than Duncan's, as mirrored by the cheering for the audience. She needs only a little more to win. This last performance from Duncan has to be the best so far.
Duncan: Alright, you wanna go? I'll be completely serious.
Anyone who sees you as more than a Cody simp has to be completely delirious.
I've already done so much more with myself as an individual than you ever can.
You think you're likeable? The only way people will like you is if you create an Only Fans!
The audience goes wild once Duncan finishes this last verse. Sierra takes a step back, defeated and Duncan's approval meter fills up completely.
SONG END
Geoff: Woah, dude! That was BRUTAL! You win, without a doubt! Duncan moves on the next round!
Sierra slinks back to the peanut gallery and Cody pats her on the back. Harold and Duncan share a fist bump before Harold returns to the peanut gallery.
Geoff: Alright, with that awesome performance, it's time for Eva to roll the die!
Eva: Finally!
Eva rolls the die and rolls a 6.
Geoff: And Eva rolls a 6! She lands on the Tyler space!
Eva moves to the Tyler space, seemingly much happier with her roll this time around.
Geoff: Alright, Eva! Tyler has been known for being clumsy but determined to be an amazing athlete! For your challenge, you'll have to complete an obstacle course in 30 seconds or less!
Once Geoff has finished speaking, a suspiciously familiar obstacle course pops up from the stage, luckily where no-one is standing.
Leshawna: Woah! Warn us next time! That was way too close!
Geoff: Sorry, dudette! Will do! Anyway, go to the start of the course!
The obstacle course is coated in mud. The first obstacle is a wall that Eva will have to climb over, followed by a ramp leading to two white ropes, hanging in the middle of it and a ramp on the other side. Following that, there is a mud clearing, followed by two walls with tire holes to fit through. After that, there are two axes hanging from trees, which are swinging left and right. After that, the finish line is in plain sight.
Trent: Hey, isn't that that obstacle course from the boot camp episode of Total Drama Island?
Harold: Oh yeah, it is! I don't have fond memories from that thing.
Leshawna: I don't blame you, baby. At least you don't have to worry about it this time around.
Harold: I guess that's true.
The camera cuts back to Eva eagerly waiting to begin.
Geoff: Ready, Eva?
Eva: As I'll ever be.
Geoff: 3,2,1, GO!
Geoff starts the stopwatch as Eva begins the course. She flies at the wall and scales it with little difficulty. She quickly reaches the ramp and uses the first rope to propel herself forward. Unfortunately, her shoe gets caught in the second rope as she leaps through the air, making her fall onto the second ramp hard. She grunts through the pain and makes the split second decision to leave her shoe behind. With that, she launches herself through the tire hole, getting stuck for a second before manoeuvring her way out. Then, she launches herself underneath the axes but is forced to go slow, so she doesn't cut herself too badly. Once she's through, she makes a mad dash for the finish line and dives across the finish line. Geoff is quickly shown stopping the stopwatch.
Geoff: Wow, Eva! You flew through the course!
Eva affords a small smile.
Eva: Thanks.
Geoff: Was it enough though? Your final time was…

Eva nods and returns to her position on the Tyler space.
Geoff: Alright, speaking of times, Izzy, we need to see your art now!
Izzy hands it over eagerly and Geoff looks at it, the camera shows the artwork at the same time. The art shows Owen with an extremely excited look on his face as he hugs two people, one for each arm. In his left arm is Izzy, who is hugging him back with glee, while in his right is Noah, who is grinning despite the pain he is feeling at that second.
Geoff: Izzy, this is beautiful! I didn't know you were a killer artist!
Izzy: Thanks, Geoff!
Geoff: Well, this undoubtedly passes! Izzy, you're still in the game!
Izzy cheers and returns to Gwen's space.
Geoff: Speaking of you, Izzy, it's your turn to roll! This is a big roll, Izzy! If you get a three or more here, you get to answer the final question about one of our final 7 contestants! Get it right and you win the second chance challenge! Get it wrong and you're out of the game!
The audience, including Duncan and Eva gasp at this.
Izzy: WOAH! Let's do this!
Izzy throws the die into the peanut gallery in excitement and hits Justin in the face. The model recoils in pain as the die lands back on the stage, revealing a…

Geoff: There we have it! All Izzy needs to do is answer this final question and he wins!
Izzy eagerly moves towards the finish line and Geoff approaches her.
Geoff: Your final question is this. Noah is the youngest of how many siblings?!
The audience gasps at this rather obscure question.
The camera first focuses on Izzy. She thinks carefully about all she knows about Noah from how much time she has spent with him. She then thinks about what has at stake in the competition. Making sure her ex is safe and having another chance to win the million.
Then it focuses on Duncan. He wouldn't have had a clue if not for Owen, who always talked about Noah often. Duncan attempts to recall all these one sided conversations to see if he mentioned Noah's siblings. What he has at stake in the competition? Mending his shattered relationship with both Gwen and Courtney and fixing his mistakes.
Finally, it focuses on Eva. She is part of Team E-scope, so she has talked to Noah quite a lot. She thinks she has an idea on the answer. She can't lose here. She has been mocked by the few people she calls friends and family about how badly she did in her one season. She needs a chance to redeem herself. To show how strong she really is.
Suddenly, three people yell out an answer.
Duncan, Izzy and Eva: 9!
Everyone gasps at this revelation.
Geoff: Woah dudes, this was a question for Izzy! But you did all get it right! You know what? I like the determination! We'll review a replay and if you all said it at the same time, you can all re-join the competition!
At this, the three contestants cheered but Izzy was much more anxious at having a potential easy win ripped from her grasp.
Geoff pulls out a tablet and looks to be reviewing the footage. He frowns at what he sees, which panics the contestants.
Geoff: Bad new, dudes! Two of you said it at the exact same time but one of you was just too slow! You heard me right! Two of you will be returning to the competition! But who are they?
Everyone holds their breath as Geoff announces the results.
Geoff: The two players re-joining the competition and making the final 9 will be…

Geoff: EVA!
Eva cheers at this, hearing the audience go wild and openly letting her emotions flow. Duncan, on the other hand, collapses onto the floor, devastated. A singular tear rolls down his check as he remains frozen on the floor.
Geoff: Sorry, Duncan. You didn't make it, bro.
Duncan didn't respond, feeling confetti fall onto his back as he struggled to control himself. Suddenly, a hand touched his shoulder. This caught Duncan's attention and he looked up.
Harold: I'm sorry you didn't win, Duncan. Do you want to go and record that song, Duncan? With your killer lyrics against Sierra and my spectacular beatboxing, we could make the biggest hit!
Duncan: Sure, Harold. Let's go.
With that, Duncan placed his emotions to the side for the time being, re-assuring himself with a simple 'I'll see them soon.'. For now, Duncan follows Harold out of the studio and leaves his emotions behind.
The camera pans to Trent, who is talking to Cody.
Trent: C'mon Cody, do you want to go record that song now?
Cody: Let's do it! Sierra, are you coming?
Sierra: Me?! Sure, let's go!
Trent: Justin, let's go!
Justin hears this and follows Trent, with Beth trailing after him.
The camera now pans back to Geoff, who has a large smile on his face, holding Izzy's hand up with his left hand and Eva's hand up with his right.
Geoff: Well, we have our winners! Tune in next time on Total Drama World Tour for some international drama with Izzy, Eva and the rest of the cast!
Izzy: Team E-scope is back, baby!
Eva: I'm ready.
With that, the camera cuts to static and the credits begin to play.
BONUS CLIP:
Geoff is now alone on the Aftermath stage, with confetti left over from the celebration. He is on the phone with Chris.
Geoff: Yo, Chris-meister! What's up?!
It seems that Geoff forgot to turn the phone off speaker, so Chris's voice comes through the phone.
Chris: Not much, man! So, who won?!
Geoff: You'll never believe it, man! Izzy and Eva tied, so they're both coming back!
There was silence on the phone for a second.
Chris: Geoff, you had ONE job!
Geoff: Sorry, dude! It was hard enough cutting Duncan!
Chris: I don't care! But I'll let it slide, just this once. After all, the more teens in the competition, the more torturing I get to do before the season ends!
Geoff: Y-yeah dude, totally!
Chris: Don't forget, Geoff. You're on thin ice.
Geoff: Got it, man! Won't happen again!
With that, Chris ends the call and Geoff put his phone into his pocket.
Geoff: Yeesh, the guy needs to take a serious chill pill!
Someone speaks into Geoff's earpiece.
Geoff: We're still live?! Well, quick, turn it off!
The other person complies, as the camera cuts to black.
Authors notes:
(1): A recurring joke from one a Youtuber I really like, Jschlatt.
(2): I thought I would include another challenge, though I don't know if I will use it.
(3): This is obviously a reference to Sam from TDROTI.
(4): A Danganronpa reference, with Harold having an Ultimate talent.
