isaacstormblood1: That a bad or good thing?

Disclaimer: I do not own Devil May Cry or RWBY. I only own the OC Drake Redgrave.

The two Beowolves charged at Drake and Yang, one focused on Drake, the other on Yang. Drake casually side-stepped the one that came at him, and saw Yang punch hers with some kind of yellow gauntlets that seemed to have an added shotgun built into it.

"Okay... are those gauntlets with an in-built shotgun or something?" Drake asked with disbelief.

Yang smirked at him. "You betcha, handsome. What you got, that sword?"

Drake scoffed. "Don't knock my sword, or these girls." He whipped out Ebony and Ivory, spun them on his fingers, before whirling around and shooting the Beowolf that had been coming up behind him, the creature flying over the son of Sparda before rolling to a stop, dead. "Yang, Beowolves, say hello to Ebony and Ivory."

He jumped in the air and spun around, shooting as he did in a hailstorm of bullets that struck the Beowolf about to attack Yang from behind. Yang looked behind her in surprise before humming to herself.

'Okay, Mr. mystery hottie from another dimension seems different than anybody else.' Yang thought to herself, a hand on her hip.

Drake landed on his feet, holstered his guns and grabbed Rebellion before stabbing a Beowolf behind him without looking, then lifted it on the impaled blade and sent it flying into its buddies.

"How many more of these guys are there?" Drake said. "What kind of initiation is this?"

"To be Huntresses!" Yang said as she punched the Grimm coming at her.

"...Weird." Drake said before seeing no more of these Beowolf creature were coming and sheathed his sword. "Well then, what's this all about?"

"Come on, we'll walk and talk." Yang said and the two walked on.

Along the way, Yang explained everything to Drake. That there were creatures called Grimm who were drawn to the negativity in humans, so Hunters and Huntresses came about to battle these creatures, and there's even schools where students learn and train to be Hunters and Huntresses. Yang told Drake they were in the Emerald forest, and this was part of students getting into Beacon Acadamy.

"So what about you?" Yang asked after explaining. "What were you doing when you ended up here?"

"Fighting demons." Drake shrugged.

"Demons?" Yang blinked in surprise.

Drake nodded and started explaining how demons had been coming to his world to kill, dominate, do their usual demonic and evil plans only for him to stop them with his guns and sword. Yang asked about something called Aura... which he told her they didn't have that in his world, in fact his world was much different from Yang's. They didn't have the Grimm, they didn't have schools for kids to train to fight monsters, they didn't have kingdoms... exactly unless you count the United Kingdom.

Drake told Yang as much as he could about his world for her to get the point that their worlds were very different... and he had somehow been brought here after a portal opened by demons went unstable because he shot it.

"Why would you shoot the portal though?" Yang asked with a frown.

"I didn't know it was going to lead to this." Drake said, gesturing around them. "If I did... might not have shot it but meeting you may have been worth it."

Yang smirked at him. "Easy there, red boy."

Drake looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Red boy?"

"Yeah, you wear a red coat, red pants, you seem to have a red thing going on." Yang said, gesturing to his attire.

Drake stared at her for several seconds before shrugging. "Fair enough... Goldie Locks."

"Oh, I like you." Yang grinned. "Stick around me, red boy... you might just be amazed."

"Aside from the view I get when looking at you?" Drake flirted back with a smirk. Yang giggled. It felt good for someone to flirt back with her, usually boys she'd flirt with would blush and stutter over themselves to reply back. Here, this guy was confident in flirting back with her.

"Keep your eyes above my neck and you'll not get distracted from my amazing awesomeness." Yang winked at him, making him chuckle. They paused upon hearing brushes rustling. "Someone there?"

Drake sniffed the air and narrowed his eyes before he heard growling. "Looks like we got more of these Grimm."

Two Beowolves came out of the bushes, growling at the two of them. One lunged at Yang only to be struck in the chest with Yang's Shotgun-gauntlets, sending it flying back to its buddy.

Yang looked back at Drake. "Sit back, handsome, and prepare to drool as I rock your world."

Drake raised an eyebrow as Yang faced the Grimm, one of the Beowolves charging at her only to get an uppercut then a kick to the chest. The other one lunged, trying to turn Yang into shish kabab with it's claws as she jumped back and backflipped to land next to Drake.

She laughed. "Geez, you two couldn't hit the..." Yang started trailing off as Drake saw something float down in front of her.

A strand of Yang's blonde hair.

And all of a sudden, Drake started getting this feeling that said 'Those two Grimm just fucked up BIG TIME!'

"You..." Yang muttered angrily, closing her eyes before opening them to reveal her iliac eyes had changed to red, surprising Drake. "YOU MONSTERS!"

Yang... exploded, for the lack of a better word, before she lunged right at the two Grimm. Drake's eyes widened, his jaw dropped, as he watched this girl literally wreck these two creatures.

'Okay, something tells me that you can be best friends with this chick, but as soon as you rip out some of her hair... you're going to Hell quicker than you wish.' Drake thought to himself with awe and a little bit of fear.

Lesson learned: Don't mess with Yang's hair.

The first Beowolf fell to Yang's hand, then the second looked at her. "What, you want some too?!" Yang challenged.

The Beowolf seemed to take that challenge when it was struck from behind and fell over to reveal another girl standing there. She had black hair, r, a black and white, shoulderless uniform, with black armbands on both of her arms with holes in them, black and purple stockings that end mid-thigh, a black scarf around her neck, with a bow on top of her head, and short black high heeled boots. She had a sheath on her back, and a sword in her hand.

Drake wolf whistled. 'Okay, there is a god if I'm with two attractive chicks and... wait, why does she smell like a cat?'

The new girl gave him an odd look and a raised eyebrow.

"He's with me." Yang said. "But he's... not from here, heck he isn't even part of the student program."

"What?" The black-haired girl frowned. "Then how did he get here? Who is he?"

"He is standing right here, ladies." Drake said as he walked over and crossed his arms. "And he is annoyed that you talk like he's not there, and he is going to stop speaking in third person because it's so annoying. So, who are you?"

"...Blake Belladonna."

"Hmm, cute name." Drake said, making her blush. "Okay, short version is this: I'm from another world that has none of these Grim jackasses, no aura, none of the stuff you're used to in this world."

Blake stared at him for several seconds before looking at Yang who nodded. "He's telling the truth, looked so confused when I told him of everything."

Blake looked back at Drake who just shrugged. "How did you get here then?"

"Portal." Was the simple response. "Okay, now Yang's told me enough about what's going on, you need to get some chess pieces or something. Since I got nowhere else to go, or be, or anything to do... mind if I stick with you?"

Back at Beacon

Upon a cliff, a man with grey hair was staring at a screen as a lady with blonde hair stood next to him and was also staring at a screen. They both were checking on the students and seeing if they all had paired up.

"Well, it seems that the last of the students have been paired, Nora Valkyrie and Li Ren" said the blonde-haired lady as she looked at her scroll.

"Oh, that poor boy. I don't see how they get along with each other. At least it's better than Miss Nikos group" continued the lady as she moved to a different screen.

"I don't care what that boys resume said. He's not ready for this kind of training" as she then closed her scroll and began to head back to Beacon while saying "At this rate, they be at the temple in a few minutes."

But as she continued to walk but saw that the old man wasn't following her.

"Professor Ozpin. Are you alright?" asked the lady as she turned back to face him.

Professor Ozpin just looked at his scroll and said "It would seem we have an uninvited guest with our students."

This caught the attention of the blonde lady, causing her to walk back over to Ozpin.

"What do you mean?" questioned the blonde lady as she walked back over to him. He showed his scroll to her and showed Yang and Blake together with a boy with a red coat that they had never seen before.

"Who is that boy?" asked the blonde lady as she too had never seen that boy anywhere since this mission for the students began. She'd certintly remember a teen in a red coat with a massive sword strapped to his back.

"I have no idea, Glynda. I checked our records, and he does not seem to be on the list. I don't know if he wondered in by accident or what, but it would seem that Miss Xiao-Long just found him." said Ozpin as he kept staring at the screen.

"What do you want me to do?" asked Glynda to Ozpin.

"Let's wait. This boy seems to know how t fight and defend himself as he took out several Grimm with that sword and two guns." Ozpin said. "Time will tell what else he's capable of and who he is."

Hearing this, Glynda looked at him like he was crazy but he had never stirred her wrong before, so she decided to just wait and see who this mysterious boy was.

With Drake, Yang and Blake

The trio walked up to the edge of a cliff and saw an old temple in front of them. While Drake looked confused, Yang glanced at Blake. "You think this is it?"

Blake gave her a 'duh' look before going down to the ruin, Yang and Drake following. As they walked to the temple, they saw pedestals with... chess pieces on top of them.

"Chess pieces?" Drake asked as he picked up a Pawn piece before putting it down. "The hell kind of shit have you all gotten into?"

"Haven't I already explained?" Yang asked, looking at him.

"It's still confusing me." Drake shrugged as he leaned back and crossed his arms.

"I guess we should pick one." Blake said, looking at Yang since Drake wasn't a student or part of this in the first place, so she doubted he'd know what to do in this case.

"Hmm... how about a cute little pony?" Yang suggested, picking up a golden knight piece.

"Sure." Blake deadpanned.

"That wasn't too hard." Yang said cheerfully.

"Not like this place's difficult to find." Drake said, Blake nodding in agreement. Suddenly there heard a scream... a very faint, but girlish scream. "Did a girl scream?"

"What should we do?" Yang asked, concerned for whoever that was. Suddenly they heard a screaming... right above them. The three looked up to see a girl in red falling towards them only to collided with some blonde-haired guy and they crashed into a tree.

"What... the... fuck?" Drake said slowly. "Have I finally gone nuts?"

"No... you're still sane." Blake said.

"Oh good. What is it with people falling out of the sky?" Drake asked with a look to Yang. "Does it actually rain people?"

"N-Not exactly." Yang said.

"Did your sister just fall from the sky?" Blake asked Yang.

"Um..." Yang trailed off.

They heard roaring and looked to see a Grimm coming in only to be taken out by a male teenager with long black hair, tied into a ponytail that ended midway down his back. There was a magenta streak on the left side of his hair. His eyes matched the streak in his hair, and his clothing appeared to be influenced by Chinese wears a dark green, diagonally-buttoned, long-sleeved tailcoat that was red on the inside, with black and gold trimming and pink cuffs. The trimming went down the right side of his torso and formed a black color scheme, which seemed to be influenced to some degree by the lotus flower, which is his emblem. He wore a black, long-sleeved shirt beneath the suit, and light-tan pants with black shoes. His name was Lie Ren.

With him was a girl with short orange hair with turquoise eyes. Her clothing was a mix and match of some sort, with different colors and themes. She wore a collared black vest that ends at her waist. Her signature emblem, a hammer with a lightning bolt, could be found on the back. Under the vest were two layers of clothing, colored red and light-blue respectively. On the back of her skirt, she wore a turquoise bow that matched her eyes. She also wore a white sleeveless top that formed a tiny heart shape between her cleavage and collarbone, with a white detached sleeve on each arm. She wore matching pink fingerless gloves on each hand, a pink skirt that started at the waist and ended mid-thigh, and her shoes were a mix of pink and white with pink laces, displaying her emblem on their soles. She also wears armor that begins in the middle of the shoulder and neck and ends by the waist. Her name was Nora Valkyrie.

"Okay, what is-" Drake was cut off as trees were pushed by... a giant fucking Scorpion Grimm that was chasing a girl with red hair green eyes and looked like was was wearing an old fashioned dress wear, like they had back in Ancient Greece. Her name was Pyrrha Nikos.

"Did she just run all this way here with a Deathstalker on her tail?" Blake asked. So that's what the giant Scorpion's called.

"I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just calm down before something crazy happens?!" Yang shouted as her eyes turned red.

"...Got that out of your system?" Drake asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes." Yang nodded.

"Who are you?" Ruby Rose, Yang's sister. asked Drake.

"Drake Redgrave and that's all I'm gonna say because I'm tired of explaining myself over and over again." Drake said, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Geez, what's next, another person falls out of the sky?"

"HELP ME!"

"Of fucking course." Drake muttered before everyone looked up to see Weiss Schnee hanging onto a claw of a big bird Grimm. "Woah, that's one big bird."

"How could you leave me?!" Weiss shouted down at... someone.

"I said jump!" Ruby replied.

"She's gonna fall." Blake said.

"She'll be fine." Ruby said.

"She's falling." Drake and Ren said in unison, causing them to look at each other.

"I got her!" They heard and looked to see the blonde-haired boy that crashed into Ruby jump out the trees and catch Weiss... only for both of them to fall and hit the ground with Weiss sitting on top of the blonde boy.

"My hero." she sat sarcastically said.

"My back." said the poor boy.

"Ouch. Tough luck there man." said Drake as he grimaced at the boy's pain.

But just as he said that, the red haired had been hit by the giant scorpion's claw, as she then skidded across the ground and landed near the group at their feet.

"Great! The gang's all here! Now we can die together!" said Yang, sarcastically, when suddenly she noticed a giant scorpion-like Grimm, called the Deathstalker, that was chasing Jaune and Pyrrha, had appeared.

"Yeah... I ain't dying now." Drake said as he stepped forward and cracked his knuckles. "So, sit back, grab some popcorn... and enjoy the show."

"What's he doing?" Blake asked Yang.

"He can handle himself." Yang said, though she didn't know what Drake was going to do.

Drake walked right up to the Deathstalker that hissed at him, but he just crossed his arms and smirked at it.

"Give it your best shot." He taunted. The Deathstalker took that challenged and its tail lunged fourth and impaled where... Drake had been standing. The Deathstalker brought its tail back and look around as the girls and boys looked equally stunned. Drake had been right there, then in the blink of an eye he was gone.

"Yoo hoo!" They heard and saw Drake sitting on the Deathstalker's tail, with one hand holding him up in a handstand. "You missed, buddy!"

The Deathstalker saw where it's prey had gone and swung it's tail only for Drake to unsheathe Rebellion and stab it into the Deathstalker's tail and drag it down, causing it to screech in pain. Drake then ran and leaped and in a flash of blue, a sheathed Katana appeared.

"Have a taste of Yamato!" Drake shouted, unsheathed the powerful katana and landed on his feet before he did one slash... then rapid slashes and whirled around, slowly sheathing the katana until...

Clink!

As soon as that sound echoed, the Deathstalker fell into pieces of sliced flesh and bone. Drake opened his right hand and Rebellion flew into it and he sheathed the sword across his back. Drake then walked up to the stunned teenagers and smirked.

"What a show, huh?"

Drake heard a screech and looked up to see the big bird flying overhead before it sent giant, sharp feather at him. Drake casually sidestepped and danced through their points of impact before he smirked at the big bird.

"You are really bad at aiming and hitting, you know that?" He called to the bird. "Let me show you how it's done. Lucifer!"

In a flash of light, Rebellion was replaced by a skull shaped backplate from which two wing shaped sheathes extend outward. It has three blood red symbols on its forehead, glowing red menacing eyes and a dark perpetual aura that has some dim glow mixed with it. When attaching on its host, there is a pair of needle-esque plates at the side of two segmented wing sheathes which are placed abnormally on them, mostly at Drake's side and have three claw tips.

Drake jumped into the air and three glowing red swords appeared on either side of him before he sent them at the big bird with a thrust of his hand and struck the big bird, causing it to screech in pain as he landed on his feet then clapped his hands once.

The swords exploded, knocking the Nevermore right out out of the sky. Drake walked right up to the big bird, pulled out Ebony and pressed it against it's head.

"And Jackpot."

BANG!
