Sorry for not posting in a while. Lots of anger being expressed here.

Hanzo nearly bumped into the woman. He didn't recognize her at first.

"OH! Sorry, so sorry…"

"…It is fine." She seemed confused. "Are you lost?" Ah, it was Mei. He'd seen her going around, helping everyone with small things. It was honestly refreshing to see someone like that: someone who just helped without asking for something in return.

"No, just thinking…do you know anything about Australia?" Hanzo frowned, thinking. There were those 2 Australians that were here, but he didn't know much about the actual continent. And the few Australians he had met, including the 2 that were here, were less than pleasant.

"…The only good Australians I have met are either dead or in prison."

"That's what people keep telling me…" She hurried away. He was mildly curious, but didn't follow: he had his own problems to deal with, mainly trying to figure out how to deal with Gin. Since they'd arrived, he'd been causing issues for each of his teachers, was disrespectful to the commanders' faces, and refused to participate for real with the training, not mentioning he blatantly avoided both Hanzo and Genji. Hanzo rubbed his forehead. How was he supposed to explain a complicated situation with someone who wanted nothing to do with him? And then there was the issue with him openly disrespecting Genji. He could understand himself: Hanzo wasn't the best example of a father figure, but Genji had been in hiding for most of Gin's life, he had been dead in affect. He couldn't stand how Gin was treating his brother. He walked towards Soldier's office. He didn't know what he expected from the old man, but maybe he could-

"-Proved that, so what is it?" Someone was already there?

"I don't need to justify it. I'm done." Gin. Why was Gin speaking to Soldier? Hanzo didn't like it at all, not trusting the man yet.

"Actually, you do. You can't just quit training…or Overwatch, either. You need to give reasons." Gin wanted to stop training? Hanzo crouched by the doorway, listening carefully.

"…I…" Gin grunted in anger and then shouted in Japanese. "I don't have to do anything, old man! You're not my boss. The person who was my boss was killed and both of my relatives are jerks, so what's the point in working with people who are just like them? There isn't. You trust people, you get hurt or killed. That's what happens and nothing is going to change that, no matter what idiotic stuff you read that said it did!" Hanzo winced. He had been trying to protect Gin, but perhaps he had just made it so much worse. He had a gift at doing that, especially with family members. Soldier calmly answered in Japanese,

"If you believe that, why did you agree to train with everyone else?" Hanzo froze. Solider could speak Japanese? Why didn't he know that? Did Genji know that he could?

"That doesn't matter. What matters is I'm done and I'm leaving."

"If you don't want to become an Overwatch member, that's fine, but you won't be safe outside of the facility, and Hanzo and Genji would kill me if they found out I let you leave. You can stay and do whatever you like as long as you don't interrupt anyone's training or duties. It's up to you though and once you quit, you can't come back to training. That's the way it works." Gin muttered nonsense, Hanzo going lower as Gin left the room, in a beeline for the courtyard. Hanzo hesitated, but followed. He had to at least TRY to fix this mess…He got onto the roof and crouched down. Gin didn't turn around, but snapped,

"Leave me alone." Hanzo stared at him, then said gingerly,

"I understand your-" Gin whirled around, shouting hotly,

YOU OF ALL PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH!" Hanzo made another mistake in his verbiage. "Tell me: did you know that your father wasn't your father and that his brother was? No, wait, you don't even know which of you is my father! Hell, I could just not be related to you at all! I want you to leave me alone." Hanzo watched his hands flick his knife around jerkily. It was fluid, but Gin was clearly using it to try and calm down.

"…I'm sorry, Gin." Gin shouted, eyes beginning to water,

"SORRY?! You left me at a stranger's shop when I was 5, telling me you were my father. You killed someone who may be my father, or at least that's what everyone told me! He's a cyborg now, and you're a f****** coward!"

"You do not call someone-"

"No one visited. No one explained. I wasn't told if you were even alive and then you both waltz in, back from the dead and thinking you can be the wonderful parents you seem to believe you are? Genji's a monster-" Hanzo gripped his shoulders, eyes steel as Gin glared at him in rage.

"How dare you. You may call me whatever you wish, but Genji is not to be targeted. I know you are angry, and I will gladly be the target of such if it will help you, but you do not hurt my brother: I did that enough."

"Did you? I don't think you hurt him enough if he abandoned his family!" Hanzo's breath started shaking.

"He never abandoned the Shimada family, I-"

"Then where was he for all these years?! He was alive and he could have visited-"

"I never told anyone where you were!" Hanzo shouted, tears threatening to spill. Hate him, not Genji. Not his little brother.

"HE COULD HAVE LOOKED FOR ME! He's just as much at fault as you are!" Hanzo said softly, trying not to scream,

"I know you are hurt and in pain, and I will do everything I can to help you deal with such-"

"THEN LEAVE ME ALONE!" Gin jumped off the roof, and ran back inside. Hanzo sat down on the roof, covering his face.

"…I love you, Gin."
