LADS LADS LADS! Why oh why? I'm so sorry about last chapter, I was sick and really tired and overdue with updating the story! It was written in such a rush and I know it was bad but I plan on making it up to you all!!!! Just bear with me!

The golden crescent of the smiling morning sun splashed Hogwarts Castle with belts of warm, yellow light. September was nearing the end of its days with a fresh, crisp October looming close in the future. And a very guilty Lily Evans was making plans for her upcoming excursion into Hogsmeade.
The evil feeling had lurked angrily in the depths of her stomach whenever she encountered James Potter over the last few days. When discharged from the hospital wing, Lily had realised the extent of pain her words had caused to the mischievous sixteen year old.
For the previous six years, James had always felt the need to serenade her with wheedling and ridiculous promises if she agreed to ' loll around Hogsmeade ' with him in the few days before the visits. For the very first time, James did not speak a word to her. His annoyingly, ludicrously impish grin had lost some of its vibrance and his tricks and rule-breaking had decreased considerably.
The guilt tumbled and cartwheeled among the deepest recesses of her stomach whenever she glimpsed that unruly head of black hair in the crowds of buzzing students. She had hurt him, that was clear. But Remus had rejoined the Magnicent Marauders once again which showed James had propably relinquished his childish jealousy. Still, she couldn't help but feel at fault for the lack in James' spirit. What she didn't know, after all, was that James was in the throes of wicked, crime planning. He had his biggest trick yet ready just up his sleeve.

James leant in towards the round, low table in the Boys' Dormitory, whispering conspiratorially with an avid Sirius, a skeptical Remus and an over-awed Peter.
'' Well it definitely tops the lame apple – hurling tournament...but I don't know if it will work. Can you really pull it off? '' Remus mused, ignoring the spluttering indignation of an outraged Sirius.
'' Excuse me! That was a brilliant idea...and it was executed perfectly...it just had a pipsqueak as a target, that's all "muttered Sirius, his brow furrowed.
Remus whirled around in his chair, his face reddening. '' Hey! ''
'' If you insult the brains of this team, your uppance comes! Don't dish it out if you can't take it,'' Sirius lounged languidly in his chair, a self-satisified smirk on his smug face.
'' The brains of this operation! '' Remus snorted. '' I ...'' James sighed impatiently and flung a sock at Remus.
'' Shut it you two losers! Anyway, there's no dispute. Obviously, I have the brains,''
James was silenced with a retalitary sock to the face by Remus and an irked sock from Sirius.
'' Hey!! '' he shouted as all three pelted him with filthy socks.

'' Eugh, don't you wash your clothes? '' his muffled comment just proved to cause another avalanche of clothes to fall on top of his struggling form.
The three laughed freely as James struggled wildly under the impending weight of the dirty laundry.
'' Stop, stop! I give up! '' The others glanced at each other reluctantly.
'' Nah! '' voiced Sirius before firing yet another jumble of assorted robes at James.

Lily munched noisily on her bag of Honeydukes Crunching Caterpillar sweets as her fellow dorm girls crowded around.
'' I suppose the only reason you go on Hogsmeade trips is to restock on your famous caterpillar collection! '' Bailey Green, Lily's closest friend said, raising a cool eyebrow.
Lily nodded emphatically in agreement. '' Well, it's part of it,'' she managed to say between chomping.
'' Gross Lils! Put the sweets down or don't speak at all,'' a disapproving blonde said, eyeing the coloured blobs as though they resembled little nuclear bombs. Lily laughed.
'' Shut it, Juls,'' Julie Markson suddenly let her lips curve into a naughty ' I-know-something- you-don't ' Chesire cat grin.
'' Oooh! Do tell! '' Bailey exclaimed, vibrantly bouncing up and down on her water-bed ( Yes, she had requested one, and yes, Dumbledore had felt her need for one was genuine. He had indeed supplied her with a top of the range water-bed, home to exotic eels and magical fish) .
'' Well. I did it this morning. I just walked right up to him and said ' Hey sugar, want to fool around at Hogsmeade? '. And he fell at my feet, gushing over the privilege and the honour it was to meet up with me! '' Julie flashed a dazzling smile.
Lily cocked a hip and glared at her. '' We want the real story,''
'' Well ok. I was really nervous so I just sat there at breakfast. Besides, he was practically attached to James so it would have been plain embarrassing to ask there,''
Bailey nodded encouragingly. '' So I followed him to the library after. He was looking up spells in the Restricted Area. Don't even ask how he got past the magical barriers Madam Pince had up,'' she rolled her eyes heavenward.
'' Anyway...when he was leaving, I just walked up to him and grabbed onto his robes. He turned around and I just said it. I was like ' Hey Sirius. I was just wondering...if you'd like to meet up or...something in Hogsmeade '. I went so red! I swear I was blushing for England. Anyway, he just kinda..chuckled and then he grinned at me and said yes! So I'm meeting him in Zonkos at 4:00 for our little rendezvous! To tell the truth I'm almost shaking with nerves! ''Julie grinned widely despite herself.
Bailey suddenly became very interested in her bitten, chewed nails. Lily looked spiritedly at Julie.
'' You'll be fine Juls! All the guys are crazy about you, you're hardly inexperienced,'' she said enthusiastically.
'' I know but...it's Sirius Black! He's so...I mean last year he was fooling around with Jennifer Yorke and she was two years older and she went on to do glamour modelling! I also heard she asked him! He's so out of my league,'' she added dejectedly.
Lily glanced at Bailey pleadingly. Bailey sighed, closed her eyes and plastered a weak smile across her face.
'' Look, Julie. Sirius only meets the beautiful, sophisticated girls at Hogsmeade. And in the trophy room,'' she added as an afterthought.
'' That's my point,'' Julie wailed. '' This is an utter disaster! ''

'' So...'' Bailey forged ahead, ignoring Julie's whines. '' He obviously thinks you're beautiful and you're sophisticated,''
Julie grimaced. '' I suppose...''
Lily nodded assuringly. '' So Bails, who're you going with? '' Lily interjected, shifting the conversation toward Bailey.
'' Um...no-one,'' she confessed. '' WHAT ??? '' shrieked Julie, shocked to the core. '' But you...you haven't ever gone to Hogsmeade without a guy tagging along like a lovesick puppy! Not since...'' she wracked her brains, '' second year! ''
Bailey chewed her lip nervously. '' Well, I like this guy....and I'm kinda..holding out for him. But I don't know if he likes me or not...he's very...experienced. ''
'' Who? '' breathed Julie. Lily frowned...she thought she had a fair idea...and it didn't look too good.
'' You'll have to guess that one! It's for me to know and you never to find out! '' Bailey replied, blushing slightly.
'' Come on..let's go downstairs. I'm sure everyone's waiting,'' persuaded Lily, slipping out through the dorm door, resuming her heavy munching on the Caterpillars.

James grinned suddenly. '' This is going to be massive! ''
Sirius laughed derisively. '' They won't know what hit them! ''

Bellatrix Black supped slowly from the silver fluted goblet. The deep red blood dripped down her pale chin. She smiled maliciously and purred eagerly as a long, slender finger traced the curve of her jaw.
'' Master,'' she breathed. '' Bella. Arise. I have a weighty task for you to complete. Come and your Dark Lord will reveal black secrets to you,''
The slender witch stood and let the hooded figure lead her forward. She was blindfolded, entirely unaware of her surroundings. The tall woman could hear voices and the swish of cloaks. Death Eaters were present. She could distinguish Lucius Malfoy's silken voice among the others.
The Dark Lord led her to a roasting fire of flaming blue. Her senses were clouded with the magical fumes and the sizzling heat.
'' Stretch out your left arm, Bella,'' demanded the high-pitched, cold voice. She obeyed.
As Bellatrix felt the white-hot iron brand her flawless skin, she moaned throatily, gasping with pleasure. She was being iniated into Voldemort's Inner Circle.
