The next day November 16th 1916
The Britannic was on its second day sailing in the Mediterranean bound for Naples Italy and then to Lemnos Greece
At the Grand staircase Lincoln was sitting alone on a chair still pretty tired from last nigths ordeal with the nightmare he had about what he went through on the Titanic
Just then Cora walked torwards Lincoln and she greeted her a cheerful tone.
Cora morning Lincoln
He just slowly turned torwards Sarha's direction before he said anything.
Lincoln oh hey.
Cora are you okay?
Lincoln I am just tired that's all.
Cora I see didn't get enough sleep last night?
Lincoln afraid not.
Cora I see.
As Lincoln and Cora are talking Edward saw them and he started walking torwards them.
Edward morning everyone.
Cora morning.
Lincoln good morning Edward
Edward how's everyone doing today.
Cora I am doing very well thank you.
Edward good...Lincoln?
Lincoln not much I am a little tired but not to tired.
Edward I see well hopefully some fresh air will do you some good chap.
Lincoln yeah hopefully
With that Lincoln got up from the chair and he Edward and Cora walked outside onto the boat deck
And there was the site of the ocean how big and blue it was.
Cora yeah it will do you good .
Lincoln yes.
Cora well I better go I need to get some work done but I'll talk to you you guys later
Lincoln okay see you Cora
Edward see yah.
Cora bye Lincoln
Lincoln bye cora
Edward sometime tomorrow god willing we be in Naples Italy
Lincoln what for?
Edward well from what the captain said she's going there for her usual coaling and water-refuelling stop.
Lincoln oh I understand now
Edward yep she needs all the coal she needs to keep running so we can get to Lemnos and to embark the wounded and sick.
Lincoln I know.
Edward so I suppose you had another dream last nigth?
Upon hearing that Lincoln just signed.
Lincoln yes actually I had another dream last nigth .
Edward about that terrible event huh?
Lincoln yeah.
Edward I understand.
Just then Lincoln began to get up from his chair and turned to Edward.
Lincoln I must go but I'll catch you later.
Edward rigth cheerio
With that Lincoln and Edward went there separate ways.
Later at Sunset the Britannic continued to sail across sea as the sun slowly began
At the dinning room Lincoln began to sit down at table alongside his fellow members of the Royal Army Medical Corp
Edward hello again Lincoln nice evening I should say.
Lincoln yes, yes indeed .
Henry Stewart Anderson everyone may be seated dinner is almost ready.
With that Lincoln and the others took there seats
Edward from what I heard the Americans will be joining the figth.
Lincoln really?
Edward well I can't really confirm that of course.
Lincoln rigth.
Edward I understand your an American rigth.
Lincoln yes that's rigth .
Edward which surprises me .
Lincoln I know I originally wanted to figth but I geuss someone has to take care of the wounded.
Edward yes your better off here rather getting blown up somewhere in Gallipoli or France
Lincoln yeah I geuss your rigth.
Edward chuckled a bit as he took a sip of wine.
Lincoln i am just wish I wasn't on a ship though.
Edward I know seeing that your a Titanic survivor and that your not comfortable being on a ship such as Britannic.
Lincoln that's rigth.
Edward but just know Lincoln you have to think positive don't let the past get to you just know you still have a future.
Lincoln I understand.
Edward you have to let go of the past so you can have a future...you understand?
He just began to think about what Edward was saying to him but he knew what Edward was trying to tell him and he understood everything and he smiled.
Lincoln thank you.
