Hey Guys! I am so so so sorry that it's been so long. I was focused on another story for a while, but I'M BACK! Here is the next chapter!

Please leave a Review!

December 17, 1998 (continued…)

After sending Dario a message via the MAC, Draco and Hermione met the others in the library and updated them.

"Okay, so let's go then." Blaise said standing up from one of the many high-backed chairs in the room.

"First, we need Hayden to take the potion." Draco said, "If there is a connection between him and Wolfe, then hopefully the potion will rid him of that."

Blaise nodded as the fireplace burned green, and Dario stepped out with a wooden case in hand.

"I've brought five doses." He told them.

"Five?" Cordelia asked.

Hermione nodded as she turned and looked at her Uncle Chris, "You can take it as well. It should restore your magic, but we're going to let Dad try it first."

Chris nodded, "Will it hurt him?" He asked, concerned for his brother's well-being.

Draco shook his head, "There nothing in the potion that should cause any adverse effects."

"Afterwards, should you all choose to, Benjamin and Anna can take it as well. I asked him to bring an extra one, just in case." Hermione said before inhaling deeply and nodding. "Let's go ahead and get him to take it."

"How exactly do you plan to do that?" Cato asked curiously.

Draco sighed, "We weren't sure."

"How about simply holding him down and pouring it down his throat?" Chris asked with a shrug.

"You could use that a Swallow Charm that was created recently to help prevent choking." Luna suggested.

Hermione nodded, "Let's do that."

Draco, Hermione, Jean, Narcissa, Cato, Chris and Dario all went to the room where Hayden was being kept. Arthur was currently on guard inside the room and when they opened the door, they found Arthur speaking with Hayden.

"Do you truly believe that Hayden? Or is someone telling you that?" Arthur asked calmly.

Hayden huffed rudely and said, "Listen Weasley, I understand that you have a point you're attempting to make but the point I'm attempting to make is that I don't give a shite!"

Hermione swallowed and Draco squeezed her hand before speaking up, "Hey."

Hayden looked over at him, "Ah, Malfoy. I see you lived. Well, I suppose someone knew the cure but at least I've marked you for life." He smirked.

Hermione furrowed her brow, confused but didn't ask about it just yet.

Draco nodded, "Yes, well you weren't the first to do so. I doubt you'll be the last." He said, "So, we've been discussing the situation." He said as Cato and Chris casually moved to either side of Hayden.

"And you've decided on what exactly?" Hayden asked.

Suddenly everything moved quickly. Chris, and Cato grabbed Hayden, holding him tightly while Dario held his mouth open. Draco poured the potion down his throat and Hermione aimed her wand at his throat, "Hirundo." She said, forcing him to swallow the concoction.

Hayden glared at them all for a moment before his eyes shimmered gold for a moment. They faded nearly back to normal but held the same flecks of gold that Hermione's did.

Hayden shook his head and blinked before looking at Hermione, "Minnie…"

Hermione let out a laugh of relief and jumped into her father's arms.

He smiled and hugged her tightly, apologizing profusely.

"It's okay, Dad." She sniffed as they separated.

Hayden nodded and hugged Jean tightly before looking at Draco, "Draco, I am so very sorry for my behavior."

"Sir, it's okay, honestly." Draco said, "We're just thrilled to have you back."

"How do you feel, Mr. Granger?" Dario asked.

Hayden nodded, "I feel like myself only better. It's difficult to explain but I think I can feel the magic."

Draco nodded, "Your eyes have changed."

He furrowed his brows, "How?"

"They're like mine now." Hermione said.

Hayden met his daughter's eyes and his widened, "I never noticed. When did yours change, Minnie?"

Hermione smirked, "When I first used the Celestial wand."

Hayden grinned, "So if you've got the wand now, then we can save the others."

Hermione nodded, "We're working on that." She said, "I need you, Uncle Chris, and Mum to stay in here for a moment."

The others left the room and updated Arthur.

"Are we going now, or should we wait until the morning?" Arthur asked.

Hermione considered the question before replying, "Tomorrow morning. We don't know the location of the castle or the layout well enough to navigate it in the dark."

"Okay then. Daybreak, we leave." Draco added, "Which means we all need to get some rest."

"We need to see if the others want to take the potion tonight." Dario said.

Narcissa nodded, "We'll do that then everyone will go to bed."

The lot of them went back to the library and updated the others, asking if they had decided whether they wanted to take the potion or not.

Chris, and his two kids agreed and all three took it, their eyes becoming deep galaxies of golden flakes.

Afterwards, Draco and Hermione went up to his room and began to get ready for bed.

"Draco…" Hermione said quietly after changing into her pajamas.

"Yes, Love?" He asked, looking over at her as he pulled his pajama tee on.

She looked at him nervously with confusion evident on her face, "What did he mean by marking you?"

Draco sighed and pulled the left leg of his pajama trousers up a bit.

Hermione's eyes widened, "How have I not noticed that?" she asked, rushing over, and crouching down to look closer at his ankle.

Draco sighed and crouched down to join her, "Well, I've kept it covered for the most part. It doesn't hurt. It's just sort of…there."

Hermione rested her chin on her knee and looked into her boyfriend's eyes, "I'm so sorry, Draco."

He pulled her close and kissed her temple, "It's okay, Love. Come on. Let's get to bed. We both need to rest up for tomorrow."

They both went to bed, lying und er the covers. They fell asleep rather quickly, but Hermione was woken suddenly by a dream. Her eyes went wide, and she jumped out of bed running over to the sofa where her beaded bag was lying.

She reached inside, searching for something.

Draco stirred, feeling the lack of her presence as well as sensing her excitement.

He sat up and saw that it was only two o'clock in the morning. "Hermione?" he said, "What's going on?"

She pulled the journal from her bag and began flipping through it as she walked back to the bed.

"It hadn't occurred to me until I had a dream just now. I was looking through the journal not long ago and noticed a sketch of…" She muttered. "There it is!" She exclaimed and showed him the page.

His eyes went wide, "Is that…?"

"I think it might be." She said with a sense of relief.

"How would Leo or Rodrick have known the layout of the Skye Castle?" He asked, looking at the sketch that was labeled Hidden Castle.

Shaking her head, Hermione turned to look at him, "I'm not sure, but hopefully in a few hours, with the help of this, we can ask them."

He nodded and leaned over, kissing her on the cheek.

She shook her head and pulled him into a real kiss.

He grinned into it while kissing her back.

They went back to sleep and held each other close, not knowing for sure what was coming, but knowing that they had each other.

December 18, 1998

The sun wasn't quite up when Draco began to get dressed for the day. Due to the activities he knew they'd be getting into that day, he wore black jean trousers, a dark grey tee with a grey hooded jumper over it.

As he pulled on his trainers, he thought about what the best way was to handle the Wolfe family. Killing them seemed what was most likely to happen but it's not what he wanted. If they had kept Hemione's family as their prisoners for year, Draco thought that they ought to suffer the same fate…in Azkaban.

He looked over at Hermione. She was still sound asleep, and he was glad of it. He wanted her to rest as much as possible. He knew the entire situation had been weighing heavily on her heart and mind.

Her Grandad had been her best friend when she was a child and the possibility of getting him back meant so much to her. Draco's fear was that something would happen to cause that dream to shatter and not come true. If it were to shatter…he knew her heart would shatter along with it and that was something he couldn't stand for. He'd do anything to protect Hermione and her happiness.

He rubbed his face, needing to wind himself up for the battle that was likely to take place within the next few hours.

As Hermione began to stir, he looked over at her and inhaled, preparing himself. He knew when she let out a sigh, that she was fully awake and aware of what day it was.

She sat up and ran her hand through her hair before she looked over at him.

"Morning, love." He said quietly, walking over to her.

She smiled slightly and stood up, kissing his jaw, "Morning, love." she replied before going to the ensuite.

Draco looked out at his terrace as the snow built higher. He wondered what the weather would be like on the Isle of Skye. It was likely to be wet and miserable. Draco sighed and grabbed a jacket to wear on top of his hooded jumper.

Hermione stepped out of the ensuite and began to get ready for the day, pulling clothes out of her luggage.

Draco grabbed his wand holster and sighed before setting it down.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

He turned and saw her pulling a black and white striped tee on.

"I need a wand holster for today but mine is so worn, I'd best not use it. I've used so many repairing charms on it, I'm surprised it's still stitched together, to be honest."

"Well…" Hermione said, pulling out an elegant box from Harroll's Holsters in Hogsmeade, "It's a bit early but this is my gift for you for out seven-month anniversary." She said with a small smile.

He smiled and walked over, "You got me a wand holster?"

"Two, actually." She replied, opening the box, revealing two black leather holsters. "A wrist holster and a waist holster. They had another style that I thought you might like at some point, but I wasn't sure, so I didn't get it."

"What was that kind?" He asked, grinning as her looked at his gifts.

"It's basically a shoulder holster." She said.

He nodded. "Well, these are marvelous!" He smiled, "Thank you. I love you."

She kissed his lips and nodded, "I love you too. Would you mind if I use one today? I have two wands on me, just in case. Mine and the Celestial wand."

"Sure. Which would you like to use?"

"The waist one since my other one is on my wrist." She said, sliding her own holster onto her wrist.

He nodded and slid his new holster on before sliding his wand into it. "It's perfect. Thank you." He said.

She smiled and pulled on a hooded purple jumper and a blue jean jacket. "You're welcome, darling."

As she pulled black boots on over her grey jean trousers, she said, "We should eat something before we go."

He nodded and they headed down to the dining room where they were surprised to find everyone bustling about. The House Elves had set up and entire early morning feast and everyone was eating and talking about the plans for the day. When they spotted Draco and Hermione, the room slowly quieted down.

Jean rushed over and hugged her daughter tightly while Arthur said, "I've set up a portkey to the Isle of Skye. Once there, we'll have to locate the castle ourselves. We'll take the other portkey with us to bring them back with us."

Hermione nodded, "We need to discuss a few things first."

Everyone sat down and ate, listening as she talked.

"Not all of us can go. Some need to stay and protect my dad, my mum, my uncle, my aunt, and my cousins." She said before looking at Mrs. Weasley. "Molly, Narcissa, would you two please stay?"

Molly sighed but nodded, "Of course, dear. You lot had better be extremely careful though."

Narcissa nodded, "Yes, but like Molly said, you all must but cautious."

The others nodded.

"Also, Cordelia, you should stay as well." She said looking at the girl with a pointed expression. "Be their backup."

They weren't sure yet if Cordelia was pregnant, but Hermione knew it was better to be safe than sorry.

Cordelia sighed and nodded, understanding.

"So, I've got a question." Theo asked.

Hermione looked at him expectantly.

"Erm…what are we to do with the Wolfe family once we've found them?" Theo asked.

Luna nodded, "Yes. Are we to take them into custody and alert the Aurors?"

"Or should we just kill them?" Blaise asked, "That's what I vote for…if we're voting." He said with a shrug.

"We're not voting." Draco replied before looking at Hermione.

She sighed, having only thought about finding her family and not considered the Wolfes in the situation.

"We need to get there and locate everyone." Hermione continued. "Any Wolfe family members or associates we come across; we'll have to take them into custody. Of course, you should all be aware that they are rather powerful, so no one should venture off alone. You don't want to get caught on your own."

"What about when they try to kill us? Cause, let's be honest, they're going to try to kill us." Blaise asked, "We don't attempt to kill them?"

"Do what you must to protect yourself. Attempt to take them alive but do what you must." Draco replied.

Blaise nodded, "Okay."

They continued to discuss the plans for a bit longer before gathering a few supplies.

"We'll need a good magical map of Skye." Harry told them as they discussed what they needed.

"I've got the perfect map for you all to take." Narcissa said before stepping out of the dining room.

While she was gone, Luna suggested that they bring a medical kit with them.

"I don't mean to suggest that we'll need it but if something occurs, I'd rather we have it than be without." She explained.

"I've got that covered, Miss Lovegood." Dario said, patting his chest pocket. He pulled out what appeared to be a leather-bound notebook, however when he opened it, he revealed several potions as well as bandages and other items that some of the others didn't recognize.

Draco looked at it closer and nodded, noticing the Dittany, several Blood-Replenishing Potions, a few Wound-Cleaning Potions, and a book called The Healer's Helpmate.

"I've also put a spare wand in here." Dario said, pointing to the wooden rod that was slipped into the side, "It's here just in case someone doesn't have one and needs one to heal somebody."

As Narcissa came back, Dario closed the notebook and slipped it back into his pocket, not wanting to worry her.

"This…" Narcissa said, setting a tube on the dining table, "belonged to Lucius. It's a map that displays anyplace you need to see." She pulled a parchment from the tube and unrolled it.

It was blank and the others looked at her with confused expressions.

She tapped her wand on the parchment and said, "Display Isle of Skye."

A map of the Isle of Skye appeared on the parchment.

"Now, you can move it around or to get a closer look you simply…" She spent some time demonstrating the how to use the map to the others.

Once they understood the map and how to use it, they all gathered around it and discussed the likely places for the castle to be located.

"You know…" Harry said thoughtfully as he studied the map, "Claigan looks like a likely location. It's rather secluded. And I remember Carter once mentioning to Goyle that his family visited there sometimes. He was going to say more but then they noticed me."

Draco nodded, "Let's begin there." He said before rolling up the map

They spent some time splitting the lot of them up into teams so that no one was alone as they went through Skye Castle.

Blaise pulled Cordelia aside and kissed her, "I'll see you when I get back, yea." He grinned.

She nodded, looking at him anxiously.

"What wrong, Darling?" He asked.

"I'm terrified." She said, "It's dangerous. Anything could happen. Please just…be careful."

Blaise nodded and cupped her jaw, "I'll do my very best."

He kissed her once more before going back over to the group.

They all bid the others farewell and took the portkey, a copy of The Skye Herald, to the Isle of Skye.

The group landed on a vacant hill, and everyone quickly looked around as Arthur cast a Disillusionment Charm on the group. When they were certain that no one was nearby, Draco stepped out from the group and pulled the map out, ignoring the sleeting rain.

"Okay, so, we are in Dunvegan. It appears to be about seventeen miles from Claigan." Draco said.

"How should we get there?" Theo asked. "Since we've never been there before, would Apparating be a safe idea?"

Cato nodded, "So long as we all hold hands and whomever is the one to Apparate, stares at Claigan on the map, it'll work." He said, remembering what Narcissa had said.

"Okay then, who should do it?" Pansy asked, looking at the others.

"I'll do it." Draco said with a nod.

They all held each other's hands while he stared directly at the town of Claigan on the map and turned on his heel.

The group appeared on the seashore.

"Let's go. It's bloody freezing here." Ron said through chattering teeth while he held Pansy close.

They climbed over the rocks and looked around before Luna pointed toward the far right, "There's something over there."

A large, dark fortress stood in the shadows of the hills nearby.

Hermione nodded, "That's it."

"How can you be certain?" Arthur asked cautiously.

Hermione inhaled, feeling her magic buzzing through her. "I'm not sure but I know it is."

"Okay. Let's figure out how and where to enter it." Draco said, not doubting Hermione for a second.

"It's got a bloody mote." Blaise groaned, shaking his head while Hermione pulled out the journal.

"Where's the best entrance to get to the cellar?" Ginny asked.

"There's a few." She responded as the group gathered around her.

"We could wade conjure up some boats and go over the mote to the castle, then enter through this exterior cellar door." Theo said.

While they all discussed the different options, Harry continued to stare at the castle with a thoughtful expression. Draco noticed and nudged him.

"What is it?" He asked.

Harry sighed, shaking his head, "I just…" He turned and looked at Draco before nodding for Draco to move away from the group. Once they were a bit away from the others, Harry spoke quietly, "When Dumbledore and I went to find one of the Horcruxes, it was in a cave which had Inferi in it. Do you know what that is?"

Draco's eyes widened as he nodded, "Yes, I do." He looked toward the mote and sighed, "Okay. With Wolfe being such a sick bastard, that is a possibility." He muttered. "And one I'm not willing to risk."

Hermione, feeling a bit of anxiety coming from her boyfriend via Cor Nexum, looked toward Draco and saw that there was concern on his face. She met his eyes, and he sighed before walking back toward the group with Harry.

"All right, listen. Potter mentioned a possible problem…that there could potentially be Inferi in the water."

Theo's eyes went as wide as Quidditch goal hoops, "Inferi! Are you serious?"

"Bloody marvelous." Blaise muttered with a groan.

"How do you suggest we get past the Inferi?" Arthur asked, looking at the mote.

Draco looked thoughtful. "I'm not sure yet."

Hermione looked at Draco and sighed, "I've got an idea but it's really not all that practical for this situation."

"What is it?" Pansy asked.

"We simply enter through the front door. I never thought I'd say this but, we go over the drawbridge and through the front doors." She replied. "From there, we spread out through the castle, remaining in our teams and look for them."

"Okay…this is going to involve a lot of fighting." Ron sighed.

Dario nodded, "Should any of you or the person you're with get injured, send me a Patronus and I'll come running." He said.

Draco inhaled, "Okay, let's move quickly but carefully."

"First, let me make a copy of the layout for each of you." Hermione said, before conjuring copies of the drawing from the journal.

"We'll all meet where we Apparated." Draco said while she passed the copies to each person.

The others nodded and they wished each other luck.

The group snuck through the defensive and protective charms that the Wolfes had installed around the castle by disarming them with care and precision. They remained fully aware of their surroundings as they snuck over to the bridge and hid behind it.

"All right…" Draco hissed to the group, "Be as quiet as possible and everyone, try to locate the four Grangers."

"If at all possible, get them to safety before we attempt to take the Wolfes into custody." Hermione said, wanting to her family to be safe.

Everyone nodded and bent down low. Draco squeezed Hermione's hand before they snuck over the bridge. The front door was locked.

"Alohomora." Luna said quietly while aiming her wand at the door.

They entered and found no one. The group nodded to each other before splitting up.

Hermione and Draco entered the Morning Room, silently. They each scanned the room, before looking at one another and nodding.

They moved to the Drawing Room and heard someone talking across the corridor, near the Ballroom. They rushed over to the far wall and hid behind it, listening for sounds. When they heard nothing, Draco turned the corner and discreetly led the way into the Ballroom.

They suddenly heard laughter coming from the Study next to the Ballroom.

"Mate, I'm simply saying that should that Mudblood Granger get killed during the invasion tomorrow, I won't cry. In fact, I may celebrate."

It was Carter's voice, and they could tell that it was getting closer.

Another person, whomever he was speaking to, laughed.

Draco and Hermione snuck behind some curtains and hid, so they could sneak up on the two of them. They saw Carter and Calum Fiennes walking into the Ballroom, and she nodded to Draco before they silently stunned both blokes.

They bound the two of them up and silenced them so they couldn't make sound whenever they came to. Draco turned to Hermione to find out what she thought they ought to do with the with them but suddenly he felt a searing pain surrounding his left ankle where the curse Hayden had placed on him while under the control of Ezra.

He collapsed onto the stone floor, dropping his wand as the pain grew at an unbelievable pace. Hermione rushed over to him as she heard a hellish laughter fill the room.

"Ah…I should've expected this." She heard and looked over to see Ezra Wolfe standing there, smirking at her, along with two other members of the Wolfe family that she recognized from the family portrait McGonagall had given her. "You do look terribly like Stella." He said, shaking his head, "You must have some of her mind."

Hermione glared at him, "Where are they?"

Ezra smirked. "I don't believe you ought to be focused on that right now, Miss Granger." He said, looking down at Draco who was attempting to listen while feeling dreadful agony. "I see that Hayden placed that lovely curse on you." He said, "It's rather painful, isn't it, Mr. Malfoy."

Draco clenched his teeth together, "Fuck you!"

Ezra laughed and turned to his companions, "Samuel, attend to your brother and his friend while I handle Miss Granger. Draven…" He said looking at the man you had to be Carter's father, "finish Malfoy off."

"No!" Hermione said and shot a s stunning spell at Draven who flew back and landed hard on the ground before she aimed her wand at Ezra and stepped in front of Draco.

"Hermione, no!" Draco groaned, but he was unable to move.

Ezra rolled his eyes, looking down at his son's stunned body, "Idiot." He muttered while, Samuel, Carter's older brother, remained still, wand in hand.

"I'll let you live if you tell me where my family is and leave us alone." Hermione said while only the slightest shake of her voice.

Ezra laughed, "Miss Granger, you don't have the power to stop me from killing you. I hold all of your family's powers and without the Celestial wand, you're practically powerless against me."

"I guess you don't know everything then, you bastard." She hissed, before shooting a stunning charm his way.

He dodged it and shot one back at her. Hermione blocked it before aiming her wand at Samuel. At that moment, Ezra shot an unrecognizable spell at Draco, who was still wandless on the floor, groaning in pain. His forearm split open, spewing blood onto the floor; the blond wizard shouted in agony.

As Hermione realized what happened Ezra shot as killing curse towards her, but it was blocked by Blaise as he and Cato came running into the room. While Blaise continued to block Hermione and Draco from Ezra's relentless attack, Samuel shot the same, unrecognizable curse toward him that Ezra had used, slicing his torso open.

Blaise cried out, collapsing to the floor as blood sprayed everywhere, spilling out onto the floor around him.

Cato shot a stunning spell at Samuel, and he flew back, crashing through the Ballroom's window and falling out into the mote.

As Ezra aimed another curse at Hermione and Draco, Hermione shot a stunning spell at him, sending him flying back against the stone wall where he slid down to the ground, blood smearing the wall as he slid.

Meanwhile, Cato sent Dario a desperate Patronus before rushing to Blaise's side, knowing that Hermione would be with Draco.

Hermione collapsed next to Draco and held his arm tightly, attempting to control the blood flow.

"Draco!" She said, struggling to keep him awake as she saw the amount of blood he had lost. "Love! Stay with me, okay?" She sobbed, not realizing that she was crying.

Draco mumbled something about Ezra, and she assured him the Ezra was handled as she looked over and saw Wolfe, lying against the wall, dead.

Dario and Arthur came running into the Ballroom. Dario saw that Cato was already healing Blaise, so he ran over to Draco and Hermione. He fell to his knees and poured one of the Blood-Replenishing potions down Draco's throat before placing the tip of his wand on the wound.

"Hermione." Dario said in a stressed tone, "Take one of the other Blood-Replenishing Potions over to Blaise, now!"

Hermione grabbed one of the vials of red potion and ran over to Draco's unconscious, best friend. She poured it down his throat before running back to Draco, whose wound was slowly closing.

Ron and Pansy came rushing into the room, wands at the ready, prepared to help.

"Check and make sure Ezra is dead and Draven is still stunned. And check on Samuel, he was thrown out the window." Hermione spoke in a far-off voice as she focused on Draco. Her fears had come true. Her friends had been injured all while helping her and she wasn't even certain that her family was in the castle.

"Dario!" Cato shouted. "We're losing him!"

Dario looked over at where Arthur and Cato were attempting to save Blaise.

He looked down at Draco and nodded, "Hermione, stay with him." He said before rushing over to Blaise with his kit.

"Draco." She sobbed.

Draco groaned, still feeling the pain around his ankle and the partially closed wound in his arm.

Harry, Ginny, Luna, and Theo all entered the room, concern etched on their faces. Three others followed them into the room.

Hermione looked over, her eyes widening once she realized who was standing there.

"We found them in the cellar." Ginny said.

Stella, Leo, and Andrea stood there, staring at the scene, in shock.

Hermione swallowed and looked down at Draco, concern, fear, and numerous other emotions filling her heart.

Pansy rushed over and crouched down, "I'll stay with him." She whispered.

Leaning down, Hermione pressed a kiss to Draco's lips before standing up and walking over to her Grandad, Grandmum, and Great-Grandmum.

She rushed into Leo's arms, and he hugged her tightly.

"Minnie." He said. "I cannot believe it. I truly can't. You're really here!" He exclaimed.

She sobbed into his ragged shirt as Andrea rushed over and hugged her granddaughter as well.

Hermione hugged them both before pulling back and looking at her great-grandmother. She swallowed nervously before Stella opened her arms for the younger Granger.

Hermione hugged her before she asked, "Where's Rodrick?"

Stella sighed, and cupped Hermione's cheek, "He died, sweetheart…about two years ago."

Hermione shook her head, breathing shakily, "I'm so sorry. I came as soon as I could. I didn't even know about any of this until a few months ago."

"Oh, my dear, it's not your fault. You have done a marvelous thing." Stella said.

As they continued to talk, Harry contacted the Head Auror, Harland Mintz.

"Hermione!" Dario shouted, "I must get them both to St. Mungo's." He said, nodding to Blaise and Draco.

Hermione nodded, "Okay…Arthur, you lot will need to make another Portkey for yourselves." She said.

Mr. Weasley nodded and got to work, using the same newspaper they had used to arrive on Skye.

"We'll take Draco, Blaise, and my grandparents to St. Mungo's to be examined. Harry, Ron, you two ought to stay and wait for the Aurors."

Harry nodded, "Okay. We'll come to St. Mungo's when we're done here." He said as Ron came back in with Samuel's soaked and bloodied dead body levitating behind him.

He set the body of Carter's dead brother on the ground and turned to Harry and Hermione.

"We need to go now!" Dario exclaimed, still working on Blaise.

"I've adjusted the destination to take you lot to St. Mungo's." Arthur said, said the bowler hat portkey on the ground.

"Thank you." Hermione said as she grabbed Draco's wand before leaving with Dario, Cato, Draco, Blaise, Pansy, Theo, and her grandparents.

They all landed in the middle of the St. Mungo's waiting room where Dario shouted for more Healers. Upon realizing who it was, the nurses and Healers began moving at a rapid pace. They took Draco and Blaise to the Urgent Trauma Rooms while a few other took Leo, Andrea, and Stella to the Non-Urgent Trauma Rooms.

Hermione tried to stay with Draco, but Dario said they needed to do intense healing spells and she ought to stay with her grandparents. Cato went with Dario, as he knew several healing charms for dark curses.

Hermione wanted to refuse but also didn't want to be in the way of the Healers. She watched as Draco disappeared down the corridor and exhaled shakily.

Pansy and Theo each stood by her side.

"Go be with your grandparents." Pansy said, her voice shaky as well. "We'll come get you as soon as we hear anything."

Hermione swallowed and nodded before going to the room that Leo, Andrea, and Stella had been placed in.

"How are your friends?" Andrea asked.

Hermione shook her head, "I'm not sure. They're being worked on."

Leo stepped forward, "How old are you now, Minnie?"

"Nineteen." She said.

"Blimey." He muttered, looking at her.

A Healer and three nurses entered the room.

"I'm going to step out while they examine all of you." She said, unable to truly enjoy the fact that her grandparents were there, because of Draco's and Blaise's injuries.

She went out to the waiting room and found Dario speaking with Pansy and Theo.

"What's happened?" She asked, rushing over to them.

"Draco's going to be okay." Dario said.

Hermione exhaled before she noticed Pansy crying.

"What about Blaise?" Hermione asked, terrified to hear the response.

"He's still critical. He lost a significant amount of blood, and the spell damaged some internal organs. We're doing our best." Dario said with a sigh before adding, "If you'd like to go see Draco, you may."

Hermione and nodded, "All three of us."

Pansy and Theo looked at her with grateful eyes before Dario took them back to Draco's room.

Hermione rushed over to the resting blond and looked down at him. She gently ran her fingers through his hair that was partially matted down with dried blood.

Pansy and Theo stood on the other side of Draco's bed.

Draco groaned and Hermione looked back down, "Draco?"

He barely opened his eyes, seeing double as he tried to readjust to the change of light.

"Hermione…" He muttered.

"I'm here, Love." She said with a desperate tone to her voice.

"Wha…what happened?" He asked.

She swallowed…unsure of what to say.

Pansy spoke up, "Draco, we found Hermione's grandparents."

Draco turned this head to the right, "Pans?" He said before seeing Theo, "Hey…where's Blaise?"

Hermione inhaled, before replying, "He was injured…badly."

Draco looked at her and attempted to sit up, but it hurt horribly. "Where is he? I need to see him."

"They're working on him, mate. You need to stay here and rest." Theo said, though his own voice held fear for his friends.

Draco shook his head, "No. I must…" He said before Dario and Cato came into the room.

"Draco, we believe that you need to take the Cruciatus Curse Antidote. We think it will rid you of the curse that Hayden placed on you." Dario said.

Draco shook his head, "Yea, whatever. How's Blaise?"

"They're still working on him." Cato said in a caring tone. "I promise, I'll let you know as soon as there's an update."

Draco inhaled shakily.

Dario swallowed, "The curse that Hayden placed on you is called Notatum Agonia in other words 'Marked Agony'. Now, we believe that if you take the potion you created, then it will rid you of the symptoms…other than the mark."

Draco nodded, "Okay, fine."

Dario walked over and handed him a vial of the antidote.

With their help, Draco sat up and quickly drank it before looking back at the men, "Please go check on Blaise."

They both nodded and left the room.

Draco looked at Theo and Pansy, "Can you guys give us a moment?"

His friends nodded before leaving the room and going back out to the waiting room.

He pulled Hermione close and kissed her lips. She cried as she kissed him back, cupping his jaw with both hands.

His hands rested on her waist as her held her close to his bed. After a moment they separated.

Draco pressed his forehead against hers. "Are you okay?" He asked, feeling a bit stronger already.

She nodded, "I'm fine. I've got a small cut on my arm but otherwise, I've barely got a scratch."

He sighed, "I'm so sorry I wasn't able to do more."

"Draco…" She said, shaking her head as she pulled back to meet his eyes, "Love, I almost lost you." She said, through a sob. "I couldn't…I couldn't breathe without you."

He shook his head and kissed her lips softly before saying, "I'm not leaving you anytime soon, Hermione Granger. Remember, Love, we're foretold." He said with a half-smile.

She smiled despite herself and nodded, "We're foretold."

Dario walked, "Oh, I'm sorry!"

"No. It's fine. How's Blaise?" Hermione asked.

Dario nodded, "He's doing better. They've got a handle on the injuries but to make sure the magical repairs hold properly; we'll be keeping him here overnight."

Harry and Ron came running into the room, looking concerned, closely followed by the rest of the group.

"How is everyone?" Harry asked.

"Draco's doing well." Hermione said.

Dario nodded, "You should be able to go home either tonight or in the morning."

Draco nodded.

"Blaise is finally doing better but he was severely injured. My grandparents are being checked out right now." Hermione said, "What happened at the castle?"

"Ezra and Samuel are both dead. The Aurors took the rest of them into custody." Harry replied before exhaling, "It's getting late. The rest of us ought to head back to the Manor. I'm sure they're all concerned."

Hermione nodded, turning to Dario, "Is Draco staying the night here?"

Dario exhaled and walked over to the patient, "I'll do an examination and check him out. If he looks all right, I'll send him home tonight."

Hermione nodded, kissed Draco on the cheek and the group stepped out of the room.

She checked on her grandparents who had been given new clothing and a few potions to strengthen their bodies.

"They appear to be of decent health, but we'd like to examine them again in a few weeks time." Healer Rankin told her.

She nodded and thanked him.

Once the Healer had left, she turned to her grandparents and inhaled nervously, "So, there's a potion…" She said. "It will restore your magic."

Leo furrowed his brow as Stella and Andrea stepped closer, intrigued.

"How can we bed sure?" He asked

Dario entered the room, holding three doses of the Magical Restoration Potion. Hermione began to explain all the details with some help from Dario.

"So, then this…this will restore our magic completely?" Stella asked with excitement in her voice.

Hermione nodded, "Yes. And then we can go to get you all some new wands soon."

"You obviously found the Celestial Wand." Leo said with a proud smile.

Hermione nodded, "I did. Would you like it back?"

"Oh no, Minnie." He said, shaking his head, "It's time for you to have it. It's right."

She smiled and watched as they all took the potion.

Immediately, their eyes became speckled with flecks of gold, even Andrea, who wasn't a blood-Granger.

"I can feel it." Stella said with a wide smile and tears in her eyes.

Leo nodded, "It's been so long since I've felt magic."

Andrea smiled, "I believe you have a visitor, Minnie."

Hermione furrowed her brow before feeling two hands on her waist.

"Hey." He whispered into her ear.

She spun around and wrapped her arms around Draco's neck hugging him tightly but cautiously.

Draco laughed and pulled back to look at her, "Dario gave me a potion to ease my pain through the night and said that I should be back to one-hundred percent by the morning."

Hermione beamed, tears streaming down her cheeks.

Draco furrowed his brow and wiped her tears away with his thumbs, "Love, I'm okay. Everything is okay. I saw Blaise and he said that he's enjoying the strong pain potions their giving him." He said, rolling his eyes at his friend's behavior, "He's looks rather…rough, but he'll be better soon."

She nodded, "Where is everyone else?"

"They all left to go back to the Manor. They're going to let Cordelia know about Blaise. I'm sure I'll get an earful from Mother though if we don't leave soon. I rinsed some of the dried blood off, so Mother doesn't go mental when she sees me."

She nodded before suddenly remembering that they weren't alone, "I'm so sorry. Draco, this is my Grandad, Leo. My Grandmum, Andrea and my Great-Grandmum, Stella." She said, pulling him over to see them. "This is Draco Malfoy, my boyfriend."

"Malfoy?" They all said at the same time.

Hermione nodded, "Yes."

Stella smiled, "Well, it's lovely to meet you, Draco." She said, holding her hand out to shake his.

Draco smiled and shook her hand.

Andrea nodded, "Yes. You two seem like quite a happy couple."

Leo stared at him with skeptical and stern eyes.

"Grandad…" Hermione said nervously.

"How long have you two been together?"

"Nearly seven months." Hermione replied.

"Sir…" Draco said, surprising all of three women in the room as he took a step toward Leonardo and looked him in the eyes. "I am in love with Hermione. I understand that there is a lot of history with the Granger family and Malfoy family…and it's not the greatest history but the future of the families…well, sir, it's a bright future. She and I…we're foretold and even if we weren't, I'd love her with my entire heart. She's the best person I know and there's no other person that I would ever want to spend my life with."

Leo stared at the younger wizard in silence for a moment before speaking, "What do you mean by 'foretold'?"

Hermione swallowed and stepped forward, "There's a prophecy. A seer from France delivered it to Professor Dumbledore the day Draco was born. It states that we're to be married and have children. Once we're together, we'll gain powers that were once thought to be gone from this world…so will our children." She explained before adding, "But, what Draco said is true, even if we weren't foretold, I'd still love him with all of my heart. He's an incredible person, Grandad."

Leo nodded with a thoughtful expression before holding his hand out to shake Draco's.

Hermione exhaled as they shook hands.

"We ought to get back to the Manor." She said, "It's rather late and I'm sure Mum and Dad are eager to see you all."

The group used the Hospital's fireplaces to Floo to the Malfoy Manor. When they arrived in the library, they found everyone in there, waiting for them while drinking tea and talking, though some of them looked rather exhausted.

Hayden's and Chris's faces lit up as they saw their parents and Grandmother for the first time in years. Jean pulled Hermione into her arms while Narcissa did the same with Draco.

"How is your arm, dear?" Narcissa asked as they separated.

"I'm all right, Mother." He said, "I just need some rest."

"Well, it's late, so everyone ought to go on to bed unless they choose to sit in here and talk, which is perfectly fine." Narcissa said, looking at Hayden and Chris as they hugged their parents while tears filled all of their eyes.

They all agreed to go to bed and visit in the morning. Pippy led Stella, Leo, and Andrea to their rooms, which were in the same corridor as the Hayden and Jean as well as Arthur and Molly. Chris and Marissa were nearby as well.

Hermione and Draco began walking to his bedroom but were stopped in the corridor by Cordelia.

Hermione furrowed her brow, seeing the anxiety on the girl's face, "Cordelia, Blaise will be fine. He just needs to be observed for a night."

Cordelia nodded, "I know. Harry told me and despite the fact that I'm going barmy over him being injured, I erm…" She looked around anxiously, "I need to take the test tonight." She said quietly.

Hermione nodded and looked at Draco, who swallowed.

"Come on." He said, looking at his sister, "You can take it in my room, so you're not alone."

She smiled, as her eyes became watery, "Thank you, Draco."

With the test potions in her pocket, she followed the couple back to Draco's bedroom. The three of them entered the room and Cordelia's anxiety echoed through the space.

"Okay so…I erm…I don't know how these tests work. They aren't like the ones we were taught about in Potions at Beauxbatons Academy." She said, pulling the potions from her pocket.

Hermione nodded, "I read about them. This is the detailed version of the pregnancy tests. They can be a bit complicated to understand." She said, "Each vial is filled with a clear potion and a rolled-up piece of parchment that has had a charm placed on it. It has been soaking in the potion for a week at minimum. You're supposed to drink the potion and wait two minutes. During that time, you're supposed to take the parchment out of the vial and lay it on a flat surface. After two minutes you take a fresh drop of your blood and drop it on the parchment. After another two minutes, words explaining whether or not you are pregnant will appear and if you are it will give you several details about the baby such as the father, the gender, the date of conception, and so on."

Cordelia nodded and inhaled shakily, "Well…erm…if I am…" She said nervously. "I don't want to know any details. I want to find that out later or not at all. I would need to discuss it with Blaise."

Hermione nodded, "Okay, so you drink the potion, drop the blood and I'll read the parchment, okay?"

Cordelia nodded, uncorked the potion, and drank it, before taking the parchment out and laying in on the bedside table.

Draco sat down on the bed, his heart pounding as they waited for two minutes. He watched as Cordelia paced back and forth. After the two minutes passed, Cordelia cut her fingertip with her wand and let a drop of blood fall to the parchment. Hermione healed Cordelia's finger while they waited.

The next two minutes seemed to last for an eternity.
