A/N - They are finally on their way to start the honeymoon. Thanks again to everyone who is reading Scorpion fan fictions all this time later. Extra special thanks to the ones who take time and review and let me know how it is going.

Railman - I think Walter had a little more fun keeping it a secret than I did. Remember Walter told her not to challenge a genius. We will have to see what happens.

Margaret - Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the wedding proceedings. Hopefully you are fully recovered from the flu. Tahiti was nice, but Walter still has some tricks up his sleeve.

Pearliegirl - Haha, yes Walter danced for Paige. Only for Paige though. Yes the final five chapters of this epic journey. Still a few fun surprises left, I hope. As for stories, i have a small four chapter story finished set early season 3, and a 16 chapter story (may add a 17th chapter for added closure, not sure) finished. Working on another 20ish chapter one as we speak; almost finished with it. Not sure which to post next. The 16 or the 4. I'll have to figure it out by next week I guess.

LouBe - I figured it would be fun to have someone act like that towards Walter and then let Paige take care of business. The girls definitely negotiated quite well. Honeymoon here we come.

Part 26 Monday July 6, 2018

After waking up as they approached part of southern California, Walter and Paige ate what would be their lunch. The time change flying to New York meant they would be landing there for a fuel stop around 5:00pm EST. As they arrived at LaGuardia Airport, Walter surprised his wife once again with a quick, one night stay at the Plaza Hotel overlooking Central Park. And not only that, but an 8:00 outdoor dinner reservation at Tavern on the Green. Paige's mouth dropped as he told her about the special surprise he had kept from her until they landed.

"New York is my favorite city in the world Walter. All the people and the shops and restaurants, and all the sights and museums and shows. Did I mention Broadway. The city is just so electric. Promise me that at some point we come back here, you and me." Paige said to him with a smile.

"I promise. I'll get right on it." Walter told her with a smile and a wink.

They ate a delicious meal, their first meal together as a married couple at the restaurant. Walter got some salmon and Paige got a chicken Marsala meal. They both sampled food from each other's plate all throughout the meal. And then they took a romantic carriage ride through Central Park before heading to the top floor and a suite at the famed Plaza Hotel.

"What an amazing surprise Walter. Unreal. Thank you so much." Paige told him.

"I just like seeing you happy, Paige." Walter told her as they were standing on their balcony looking out at the park and all the tall skyscrapers that surrounded it. "This view is breathtaking."

"It most definitely is." Walter told her not looking at any of the buildings.

Paige was sure to thank him several times for the stay in New York City.

Paige knew that the stay was going to be short, but just getting to step foot in her favorite city was worth it. A place she always dreamed about going to. Their flight left early the next morning, and it wasn't until they were taxiing on the runway that Walter told her where they were headed next.

"I guess there is no sense in keeping where we are going from you any longer." Walter told her.

"Out with it then." Paige told him while holding his hand. "I can't believe nobody got anything out of you all week."

"How do the next four days in Paris sound?" Walter asked her as she was climbing out of her seat and onto his lap.

"Are you serious, that would be amazing." Paige told him with one of those famous smiles on her face.

"It is known as the city of love. There is no way I couldn't take you there for part of your honeymoon." Walter told her.

"You are so amazing Walter. Thank you so much." Paige said as she started to well up with tears, grateful for everything that was happening for her.

"Hey, there is no crying allowed on your honeymoon, have I done something wrong?" Walter asked her as he wiped away her tears while smiling at her. "I don't want to upset you."

"These are happy tears, so they have to be allowed." She told him as the next wave began.

"I know, but any tears you have makes me want to protect you." Walter said to her as she cupped his face and kissed him. "I don't like seeing you cry."

"I love you Walter O'Brien." Paige told him.

"I love you even more Paige O'Brien." Walter told her back with a smile, he couldn't help but smile anytime he got to call her Paige O'Brien.

"Do you have any idea how grateful I am for you, Walter? A little less than four years ago I was a single mother who didn't know how to relate to my son while running myself ragged trying to work two jobs just to keep a rat infested roof over our heads. Think about that for a minute Walter." Paige started out saying as tears began to appear in her eyes again. "And look at me now, flying in a private jet, leaving New York City and flying to Paris, France. And then I get to go home to a multi-million dollar home that is completely paid for and I get to live the rest of my life with the man of my dreams and my son who he also wanted to take on as his own son. Who else could say that. You did all of that for me Walter. All of it." Paige told him with tears cascading down her face.

Seeing the emotion in her eyes made Walter tear up as well. "I've already told you Paige, you deserve all of it. I hope you know that. I hate knowing how much you struggled at first, being on your own with Ralph, but you never gave up, or stopped being the most amazing mother in the world to him. Your determination is what got you here. You never backed down from anything that was in your way. I wish I could say the same thing about myself. You still inspire me every day to be better, you truly do. Being around you and knowing the determination you have and the fight you have is incredibly inspiring. And being able to live my life with you, that is the most incredible part of all of it. And I get to say that, because of you Paige. And don't forget the person I was almost four years ago either. Someone who could barely talk to other people, who, who shied away from human contact at all costs and someone who didn't have emotions or believe in love. And the person who saved me, literally saved my life from being alone forever, is not only my best friend, or even my wife, she is my other half, the one person in the entire world who completes me. That is who I get to be with forever. Who else gets to say that. And you did all of that for me Paige, and on top of all of that, you gave me your son to have as mine as well." Walter finished telling her.

"I think those might have been even better than your vows Walter." Paige said as she shed more tears once again realizing all over again how much she loved the man whose arms were holding her tight and always reassuring her that he would never stop being there for her.

"I love you Paige. Everything about you." Walter told her.

"I am so in love with you." Paige told him before giving him a searing kiss not caring about anything else in the world at that moment. After several minutes of passion washed over them, they slowly pulled away from each other to regain some composure. They sat comfortably in each other's arms for almost the entirety of the seven hour flight. Content with just each other smiling, talking, and laughing the whole time. A few calls to Ralph checking in on him was the only outside interference they had for the entire flight.

With the time change, they would be landing in Paris around 7:00 Tuesday evening. And again, Walter was ready to spoil his beautiful bride the second they stepped off the luxurious jet.

A limousine was waiting to pick them up at the airport and they got to take an evening drive through the city of lights. Paige's body by this point felt like it was melded into her husbands, and she wasn't complaining one bit. She knew she never wanted to leave his side again.

"Walter, this is so romantic. I'm blown away already." Paige told him not wanting his arms to move from around her chest as he clutched her just as tight as she was pressing into him. "Everything seems so romantic."

"Anywhere I get to be with you is the most romantic spot in the world to me." Walter told her.

Walter had thought of everything. For years he had been in some way planning out what he hoped to be his life with Paige. Hopeful to someday get up the courage to at first tell her how he felt about her and then to somehow overcome all of his shortcomings and be able to marry her. So, over the years he listened to her and watched her and kept track of all the things she liked and didn't like. Memorized them all.

The man knew every inch of her body like it was the alphabet. And he knew the alphabet in over one hundred languages. Every type of magazine she liked to look through, or book to read. Every movie that made her laugh or cry, and the exact moment it would happen. Her favorite foods, down to the amount of salt she added to her baked potato.

Favorite color, song, artist, or tv show; they were the 100 questions on jeopardy. This man knew the shade of lip gloss, as well as the brand. Shampoo, deodorant, you name it, he knew it. Every sound she made and why she made it. I'll take my wife's hairdresser's birthday for 2000 Alex. It was June 3rd. And her husbands was April 24th by the way. He knew everything about her.

There was nothing he didn't know about the woman he loved more than anything in the world. And if there were ever a time for all the knowledge he had committed to memory to be used it was now, on their honeymoon. Her honeymoon. This was all for her. Paige was a romantic, so of course he knew she would love Paris. The Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Seine River, Champs Elysees, Versailles. They would do all of it. Every. Single. Thing. Four perfect days spent in Paris. Together. Finally, together. Oh, and there was more. Oh, so much more. Dinner cruises and café lunches. A cabaret show at Moulin Rouge. He wasn't going to miss anything. A few nights at the Ritz Paris and a few nights at the Hotel Plaza Athenee with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

And of course, they made sure to spend every evening together working on a Waige baby. Several times.

Four fun filled days, four mind blowing nights in one of the most romantic cities in the world. How could that ever be topped? Who could top that? Walter. Patrick. O'Brien. That's who.

When it came to his honeymoon, or I should say her honeymoon, Walter O'Brien was not leaving anything to chance. He'd shown her Paris, but had he really shown her New York? Yeah, he brought her there for an evening just to tease her. He liked to tease her. Mmm, how he liked to tease her some nights. He knew it was her favorite city in the world. Everything about New York City screamed Paige O'Brien. The lights, the action, the restaurants, the shows, the sights, all of it. He was going to take her to New York City to show her the time of her life and let everyone there know how incredibly lucky he was to have the most stunning woman in the world on his arm.

As they hopped on to the private jet from Richard, once again, Paige had no clue where they were headed. He had basically taken her around the world the last two weeks. Time for a little more teasing before he revealed their final leg.

"So, we have one more stop to make before we head home to Los Angeles. Do you want to try and guess where we are going for the next five days?" Walter asked, knowing she would want to.

"I honestly have no clue where we are going. Give me a hint." Paige asked with a smile.

"OK. We have actually been there before." Walter told her smiling.

"Walter O'Brien. Thanks for narrowing it down. We have been all over the globe the last four years thanks to Scorpion, that's not a clue. I want a real clue." Paige told him before pulling him in closer to her.

"If you want a real clue, you're going to have to let me stand up for a minute." Walter told her, but she didn't remove her arms from around his neck. "Paige, what are you doing?"

"Give me a minute. I'm thinking." She told him back before kissing him.

"Thinking about what?" Walter asked with a devilish grin.

"Whether or not I want to let go of you right now. I may just want to keep you here with me." Paige told him with a smile.

"Okay." Walter said taking the opportunity to kiss her again.

"Alright, you've got twenty seconds, and not a second more." She told him. "Starting right now."

Walter started to take his button-down shirt off. Paige didn't know exactly what he was doing until she saw something on his undershirt.

"Shut up. Walter, are you serious?" Paige asked after a high pitch shriek.

Walter proudly revealing an I Love New York t-shirt that he had picked up while they were there earlier in the week without Paige knowing about it.

"I told you the other day I was going to get right on bringing you to New York didn't I? Paige, I couldn't let you miss out on your favorite city in the world." He told her before she pulled him back down for yet another kiss. This one with plenty of sizzle added into it.

"Have I mentioned before how I have found my lifetime president of the Planning Committee." Paige playfully asked him.

"Once or twice." Walter smiled back at her, "Are you excited?"

"Walter O'Brien. You truly amaze me. Thank you so much for planning this, and yes for keeping it a secret too. As much as I like to know what is always going on, I have to admit, being surprised by you is more fun." Paige told him.
