Izuku walked out of his classroom and headed home to train for the Sports Festival; he set up his training schedule when Itsuka called him up.

"Hello, Izu-Kun," Itsuka answered.

"Afternoon," Izuku greeted.

"I was wondering if you would be willing to train me; I still have lots to learn about Martial Arts," Itsuka explained.

"I have a favor. Can you meet me at Dagobah Beach?" Izuku asked. "Just be there with exercise clothes; I'll call some others, too," he said.

"I'll be there," Itsuka promised and hung up.

Izuku called Momo. "Hello, Mo-Chan," he spoke when she answered.

"What can I do for you, Izu-Sama?" she spoke.

"Don't take this the wrong way. Do you know Jiro's number?" Izuku asked.

"Yeah, she's been my friend since preschool," Momo answered.

"Can you get her to come to Dagobah Beach with training clothes?" he asked.

"All right, but fair warning, she's shy about her body," Momo agreed.

Izuku had called everyone he knew and was dressed in dark gray training pants and a dark green sleeveless training shirt. Setsuna, Itsuka, Yui, Momo, and Kyoka arrived.

Itsuka wore blue and white yoga pants and a dark blue tank top.

Setsuna: was wearing a pine green tank top and dark purple yoga pants.

Yui: was wearing red yoga pants under a pair of mahogany shorts and a red tank top.

Momo: had on crimson training pants with a fire truck red tank top.

Jiro: was wearing training pants and a sweater.

"All right, everyone I called is here. Good," Izuku nodded. "Thank you for all for coming," he greeted.

"What did you need? If you wanted a peak at our figures, all you had to do was ask," Setsuna winked.

"No, nothing perverted, I promise," Izuku interjected. "I was going to take these two weeks to prepare you folks for the Sports Festival," he offered.

"Man, he beat me to it. I was going to ask him to train us," Itsuka complained.

"But it's only four weeks away?" Kyoka reminded.

"Believe me, four weeks and you five will thank me. I won't lie, but it will be hard. I'll be firm and tough but patient and fair," he stated. "I'll help condition your bodies to progress your Quirks better, "He said, "Also, Itsu-chan and I will help by teaching you Martial arts to help you with your fighting skills," he said.

"So, you'll be our trainer?" Setsuna smirked.

"No, I'm going to be your Sensei," Izuku corrected. Izuku had them dropped off at a place that needed labor work, a shed that needed to be painted, and a porch that needed to be sanded.

"Why are we here? I thought we were going to learn Martial Arts?" Yui asked.

"Don't worry, you will, but I'm putting a twist to it," Izuku smirked. "Since Itsuka wanted some help, I figured we started at square one. Now I want you five to spend the first three days cleaning this mess up and paint that shed and smooth that rough porch," he said firmly.

Izuku had hand sanders and moved them alternatingly, swiping to the outside and inside smoothly, on a rough door as he had it braced against a wall, moved them from side to side.

He made circulating motions on the porch. Izuku showed the five girls a bunch of other movements and advice.

"Are you turning this training like an episode of Karate Kid?" Itsuka asked.

"No, of course not," Izuku shook his head.

Three days passed, and the five had cleared the sight. "Good job now. Things will get tougher," he smirked.

"What is the point of busting our butts, cleaning this crap up when we should be training?" Jiro questioned.

"You have learned plenty for the next step," Izuku explained.

"We didn't learn anything except sweating up a storm," Jiro argued.

"Hard work isn't easy or sweat-free," Izuku stated. "From my experience, hard work is the key to success," he informed.

"You just wanted to watch us do your work, didn't you?" Jiro snarked.

"I'm not Mineta, so no. My way of training is different from most trainers," Izuku explained. "They start from the middle level; I tend to learn from the ground up because if you start from the bottom, think of this like building a temple. You create a sturdy base, and the more layers are added, you can make a foundation that will endure and not topple down," he explained.

"We're not here for cryptic sentences; we are here to train, not a building lesson," Jiro cut in.

"Not everything is as it appears; it just takes one to look at things differently," Izuku replied.

"Oh bullshit, I'm going home man," Jiro huffed and was about to walk away.

"Jiro," Izuku called. "Kyoka Jiro," he said with more authority and seriousness, making her halt; she looked back to see Izuku giving her a stern expression. "Step forward," he said to Jiro as she walked back.

"Show me scrub the wall," Izuku instructed.

"What is the point? The motions are pointless?" Jiro stated, annoyed.

"Scrub the wall," Izuku said sternly; Jiro sighed and made circular motions with her hands. Izuku then mirrored the movements she followed. "Show me sand the deck," she moved her hands with a palm in a swiping motion.

"Now, paint the fence," he said. Jiro moved her hands up and down. "Pick up the stick," he stated; Jiro stepped to the side in a crouch. "Haul the log," he said; she stood up.

"Scrub the wall," he said again, then threw a punch which she did movement block a strike with the side of her hand, to lookers' surprise, and Izuku threw another strike with his other hand, which she moved her hand to stop it.

"Paint the fence," he instructed; he threw two punches low and high, and she did the movements blocking them. "Sand the deck," he said, throwing a low kick which she stepped in, stopping the kick. With her hand low. "Pick up the stick and Haul the log," he stated, throwing a sidekick, which she ducked, and he threw a roundhouse which she stepped to the side, parrying the kick with her forearms as she stood ready.

Izuku then threw punches and kicks with a bit more speed, which Jiro blocked and avoided. "These chores were helping you five build up muscle memory, which helped you learn defense," he claimed. "I know U.A has fancy mumbo-jumbo for training, but I am old school and would rather earn things the hard way, which it's how I got to where I am," he stated.

"You'd rather achieve things like experience, strength, wisdom, skills, and power on your terms," Momo smirked, remembering his words in the classroom that day; her boyfriend will not accept things the easy way he would work for them.

"Correct, now let's get back to training," Izuku instructed.

A week and a half later, the five improved immensely; their Quirks got stronger.

Momo: Her Quirk now allows her to create things quicker and more prominent but learning to conserve her lipids shows she doesn't waste her Quirk.

Itsuka: could control the size of her hands and grow them a lot bigger than before.

Setsuna: learned to keep her movements straighter but keep momentum and fling her parts like arrows.

Yui: could handle more oversized objects and grew things in seconds.

Jiro: learned to produce sound waves as strong as Mics supersonic shout, could now make short concussive blasts of sound.

"Good job, you improved in a short time to an extent we could move to the next level," Izuku stated. "So now Itsuka and I will teach you ladies Martial Arts," he said. So Itsuka and Izuku went on teaching them what they knew.

After the second week, "All right now, let's see what you've learned," Izuku instructed as they did the techniques and styles, everything they were taught when they were done. "Tell you what test your skills in actual combat, spar with another, let's start with you four," he said pointedly.

Kendo and Momo paired off.

Yui and Setsuna were paired off the four waited.

"Hajime!" Izuku called as the four went at it. Jiro stood next to Izuku, wondering about something.

"Something you want to ask me?" Izuku sensed her actions.

"It's just that I hate being small and have no curves; I'm 16 and still look like a ten-year-old; even my hair barely grows and is a dull color," Jiro admitted. "It is like I've stopped growing. The guys often confuse me for a boy," she sighed. "I'm sometimes jealous of the girls in the school, and they have better racks and junk in the trunk than me," she huffed.

"Being small is not a bad thing. You're taller than Mineta, and your lighter, which means you can move faster without the extra weight. Don't tell Momo I said that," Izuku stated. "Besides, size doesn't matter," he said.

"Yeah right," Jiro scoffed as he was a towering 6ft 1 and had muscles comparable to a Greek god, as she swatted his chest with a hand; since Izuku's body has Peak Human Condition, his body is three times stronger than an average human's, his muscle tissue is denser and sterner, his bones were tougher and denser, his skin could take many hits before bruising or bleeding.

Jiro shook her hand with discomfort. "Size doesn't matter, yeah right," she huffed.

"Hmm, the thing that helps a body grow is the growth hormones," Izuku pondered. "If it means that much to you, maybe I can help, but I need to touch you for it to work," he explained.

"Well, no need for foreplay; lay your hands on me," Kyoka demanded.

"That sounded so wrong," Izuku frowned but placed his hands on her shoulder and head and sent a pulse of blue energy in her body, which pulsated back to him, and he stood back with a frown.

"What is it?" Jiro asked.

"Question, did you have a hankering for sweets by any chance when you were younger?" Izuku asked.

"When I was 6 to 11, I had a terrible sweet tooth for sweettarts, jolly ranchers, and sour worms," she explained.

"Well, I know why you haven't been growing. The highly sugar-concentrated candy has critically damaged your Pituitary Gland." Izuku explained.

"How bad I haven't touched those candies in five years. Will they recover?" Kyoka asked nervously.

"I hate to say this if you started your sweettart problem so young: on its own, no. They will not," Izuku said regretfully, as Jiro sighed sadly as her addiction cost her from growing. "But I can repair and rejuvenate them," he said more seriously.

"But that's impossible," Jiro frowned.

"You know one of the oldest lies is: the mirage of Impossibility is another word for giving up, as people accept the doubt of being unable to overcome barriers in your way," Izuku stated. "But if you suck it up, believe in yourself, and go the mile, you'll find rewards gained from doing the work then you can get past the shroud of fog called impossibility," he said.

"All right, if you say you can fix me, then go for it," Kyoka sighed.

"If it means that much. Then fine, I'll help," Izuku said as his hands glowed with two different types of energy: Guardian, Assist with his expression set in a determined and focused face, he sent blue energy into her body and her stunted growth glands for 30 seconds, before releasing her.

"That was tingly, but I still do not look different. But I feel tired," Jiro said.

"Before you intend things to change, you must first have confidence in yourself and accept yourself," Izuku stated before falling asleep. "That is the first step to improve," he finished.

"Fixing smaller organs and glands is easier than larger ones. I didn't need Augmenter and Amplifier for this," Izuku sighed. "Careful what you wish for, Jiro. Things are going to change for you," he said, looking to the four who were still sparing and getting slower and more tired.

"Whoops. Matte, Yame!" he called as the four stopped and panted tiredly. "Good job; now you've experienced combat, there's little left to learn except continue these lessons on your own," Izuku smirked. "But be back after the last two weeks over the weekend and show me how much you improved, understood?" he asked.

"Yes, Sensei-Izu!" The four replied.

"Good," Izuku smirked.

An hour later

Everyone had gone back home; Izuku went over his training schedule. Even though he spent half his four weeks teaching, it does not mean he slacked off. He trained on the side.

So he carefully increased the intensity of his training schedule; he got tipped that four different sights needed cleaning up, also Toshi Recycling contacted him saying they needed a site cleaned and organized, and he got to work; Izuku was dropped off at a location five times the workload; this sight would need half an army to clean, this crazy amount one could say it make seem like he did before child's play. He put his earbuds in and got to work.

Track # 3 Two Steps from Hell

Strength of a Thousand Men

Izuku was wearing a 100-pound weighted vest and 100-pound wrist weights and walked to a big down tree cut in sections with a one-person tree saw in three areas. He cut them into logs, placed them on a larger log, and swung them down hard; the log broke into pieces.

Five hours later, Izuku had cleared a good chunk of the area; he then started using plug and feathers, using a sledgehammer, to break them into smaller rocks, lifting and carrying them to a utility trailer where he wore a harness, pulled the full trailer, and pushed the wagon to the side.

Track# 4 Two Steps From Hell

Birth of a Hero

After Izuku cleared all the crap out of the way, he went over the overgrown grass with a reel mower as the boy dragged a wagon filled with old dug-out tree stumps behind him.

AC/DC – Thunderstruck

Another 5 hours later, so ten hours in total, Izuku, pacing himself cleared the first location as everything got hauled away; the lawn was cut and looked new. "One location done, two to go," Izuku stated.

Almost a week, Izuku cleared the location at sites and Toshi Recycling. Izuku then wanted to work on his Quirks and Martial Arts, so Izuku set up a schedule to work on his Quirks and hand-to-hand combat skills.

One for All

Izuku used Full Cowling, activated it to seventy-five percent, increased it to eighty, then to eighty-five percent. Eighty-five percent, he could feel discomfort but nothing severe, then increased to 90%, which was much more painful; Izuku lowered back to 85 percent, then let his body get use to it.

Izuku then felt something was trying to reach out to him; Izuku sat in a meditative position and looked deep.

In his Mind

He opened his eyes and saw different figures. Most were men, and one outline of a woman.

One stood up. "Hello, 9th user," he smiled.

"Hello to you too, sir," Izuku bowed his head and upper body, respectively.

"Ah, sir is my father. I'm the first user," the Number 1 user stated kindly. Izuku looked at the outline of the woman. "I heard a woman screaming for help. Was that you?" he asked politely.

"It was, as you see the others are fully formed, but I'm halfway in the otherworld and earthbound," she explained.

"Like stuck in a void?" Izuku asked.

"Exactly, I'm the seventh user. My name is-"she started.

"Nana Shimura," Izuku finished.

"How do you know me?" she questioned, stunned.

"Well, I have a habit of studying and researching heroes past and present. I know the top heroes even the old; you're the former number-one hero before All Might," Izuku smart.

"If you know so much. What was my true Quirk?" Nana asked.

"Float," Izuku informed. "One more thing I know the other past One for All Quirks and names," he looked at the rest.

"Your, Yoichi Shigaraki, Your Quirk is Stockpile, but you gained a second Quirk. You call it Thundra: a Quirk that allowed you to summon and use the strongest type of lightning, white lightning, a very rare Quirk," Izuku said.

"The second user name is unknown, but Quirk is Gearshift: the Quirk you can change the speed. Which objects can accelerate through the space," he listed

"Third user Fa Jin: Your Quirk allows you to store up kinetic energy by repeating numerous movements," he stated.

"Fourth user Danger Sense: a sixth sense-like ability to detect and sense danger around you,"

"Fifth user Daigoro Banjo: Your Quirk is Blackwhip; you produced black with teal energy tendrils to cling and snare enemies. It also is affected by the user's emotions, so the greater the emotion, the stronger the Quirk gets,"

"The sixth name is En, and Quirk is Smokescreen, the ability to let out a shroud of thick smoke from the user to either get the drop on opponents or escape,"

"I also already said Ms. Shimura Quirk Float; allows users to levitate and hover in the air," Izuku finished. "I also know the weaknesses of the Quirks," he added.

"All Might is the Eight user, but I've never seen him use these Quirks," Izuku frowned.

"Yeah, muscle head never did acknowledge there was more to the Quirk than just bloated-out muscles," Nana Shimura huffed.

"Well, clearly, I'm not that; besides massive muscles make it harder to move. No offense to All Might, but if he slimmed down. He would be able to move faster," Izuku said.

"I like this one," Nana stated.

"Yeah, He's an interesting one," Yoichi smiled. "But I must know, what gets you up in the morning? Why do you want to be a hero?" he asked seriously. "a Hero who wants to be famous and rich or be the number one hero?"

"Honestly, it'd be nice to be remembered for great deeds. I once thought that way, but now I want to be the one to fix this screwed-up society and let people know that are scared, Quirkless or deemed having a villainous Quirk, or need someone to reach out and show kindness," Izuku stated firmly. "I'll be the Beacon they turn to, to let them know it's all right. There's no need to be scared because even through the blackest night, I'll light the way," he said.

"What if it's a villain or criminal with no redeeming qualities?" The Second user frowned.

"I know the world isn't all sunshine, roses, butterflies, and rainbows. I do not need someone telling me that; I've seen it every day and grown up around it," Izuku stated sternly. "If it comes down between a villain who has murdered thousands of innocent civilians and the families that suffer from it and went retribution. Or just put them in jail for only them to get out and continue," he started.

"I'll go any length to make sure they are stopped and the ones alive are safe from harm, even if it does mean doing the unthinkable and crossing the line and go for the kill," he said, finishing with a deadly serious expression. "But only at an absolute last resort," he added.

"Good answers. We wanted to test your resolve and commitment to be a hero," Yoichi smiled.

"Let's see if you are not just saying words and mean that," Fa Jin huffed.

"With that away," Izuku turned to Nana's outline. "So what do you need from me?" he asked.

"I need your help to make me crossover fully," Nana claimed.

"What if I could bring you back? As you said you are between the spirit world and the earthly realm, I can use my Quirk to restore you," Izuku stated as his hand lit with electric-blue energy. "Since I know your Quirks, I guess it's fair to tell mine" "Mine is Supernatural Force, a mysterious, powerful, and versatile Quirk of an unknown origin," he stated.

"I admire your compassion, but it's impossible to bring back someone far gone," Yoichi smirked.

"I brought back All Might from a half-dead state," Izuku informed. "Impossibility is only impossible when one believes it. But suppose one believes in themselves and the will to never give up. In that case, you break through any limitations, even cheating death," he said with determination gleaming as his eyes glowed with a vortex of multi-blue energies.

"Hmm, if you are sure about this, then. My body is somewhere hidden and cold," Nana spoke.

"You said you're connected to the Earthly realm, then how about this?" Izuku questioned, then his hand glowed an eerily cyan color and raised a hand as the outline of Nana's half-spirit form glowed for a few minutes before fading away.

"What did you do?" Nana asked.

"Don't forget you're inside me," Izuku smirked before realizing how wrong that sounded. "Okay, that sounded dirty. I meant to say that since you are in my subconscious, I still have total control of what happens," he said. "I used my Quirk to set a mental link, and all you have to do is connect to your mind and send me a message," he stated.

"Your Quirk is impressive and ancient, even beyond our understanding. I do know this Supernatural Force is the Quirk of an old era, even before One for All," Yoichi stated. "All right, show us you can do the impossible. We will see if you have the strength to defy the odds, even Death himself," he beckoned.

Izuku turned to Nana's outline. "This is my vow as both warrior and a hero; I'll make sure you'll have a second chance to walk the Earth," he promised, then he faded away.

The second turned to Yoichi. "Do you think he can do it? The one who can complete One for All and make it his own?" he questioned. "He may be those Heroes that want glory and be famous," he frowned.

"Did you see his eyes? They held absolute determination and drive, besides you heard him he doesn't care about fame or glory," Yoichi smirked. "Who knows, we may witness the Rise of a new legend and symbol," he stated with a smile. "Besides, he has One for All 85 percent mastered. Let's watch and see what he does, but I have Faith in him that he can do it," he finished.

"I believe in him too. Also, a second chance at life is a dream most people will take," Nana spoke.

"I'll believe it when I see it," Fa Jin stated. "After all, actions speak louder than words," he stated

Real World

Izuku opened his eyes and felt no discomfort, deactivating Full Cowling. "With that away, let's continue,"

Supernatural Force

Izuku went through the basics and worked to more advanced. He noticed that when powering up using Supernatural Ultra Force or Supernatural Overdrive, it chews through his stamina and energy supply fast, so he thought of ways to lower the drawback.

The rest of the week of working hard, he had a new technique, Supernatural Armor. It combines Guardian, Assist, Assault, and Amplifier energies. An overlapping Steel Blue energies cover his body before disappearing, leaving just a glowing steel blue outline; it heightens the aspects of this technique, Guardian and Assist make a protective shell to shield his body from damage from physical Attacks. Quirks are nullified 50 feet around him, increasing his attacking power from his energy blasts and weapons; this technique only lasts 5 minutes.

Over the weekend, he went over battlefield strategies and tactics and read books on warfare and survival tips to keep his mind sharp.

For two days, Izuku worked on Supernatural Force for hours and finally made a breakthrough. Izuku had found a way to stay powered up in Supernatural Ultra Force and Supernatural Overdrive without putting a strain on his energy supply and chewing through his stamina, which his endurance and stamina from the first week of hard training had increased.

He tapped into a new form, Supernatural Sovereign Drive. He also decided to use the other version of his Quirk, a version he tried to avoid but it was time to move forward. His face settled into an intense look of anger and determination, then he thought of the things that anger him: Quirkists, Bakugo stabbing him in the back, this biased society, the corruption, heroes who only want fame and glory, murderers, rapists, human and child trafficking, villains who kill for fun, and that man-child wishing to kill his classmates to get to All Might.

Focusing on the energy as it began to spike. "RAAAAAHHHHHHGGGH!" Izuku let out an angry roar as the ground around him shook and shattered as an eruption of aesthetic Neon Red energy; instead of the calm and gentle swaying blue energy, this energy was spiraling and swirling wildly and violently.

"Supernatural Berserker Surge!" Izuku yelled out as the energy exploded around him like a vortex blowing out a medium size crater as pieces were shattered and blown away.

Izuku turned to piles of rocks and old broken-down industrial freezers and slammed a fist covered in violent spiraling red energy. Against a 50-foot pile of large rocks hard, the red energy gushed out destroying all of them in one blast.

The Boy swung again at another but stopped just before he hit, and the energy stilled blew a massive chunk out of the pile, then threw shot a softball size of swirling energy at the rest destroying them in a large eruption.

Spinning slamming a foot and lower leg covered in red energy into a freezer shattering it into broken pieces of scrap metal, then sent a series of hard and fast punches and kicks, obliterating them all. Then the energy billowed around more violently and ferociously to its critical mass; he jumped back 100 feet away and 200 feet up before spinning gathering the energy into a big swirling sphere and launching it at the last annihilating everything and the ground, leaving a wide and deep hole.

Supernatural Force's Red energy is the opposite of the blue energy. The blue energy is powerful but calm and focused, the red energy has more destructive capabilities but the more it's fueled by intense emotions such as fury and desire to harm the other that causes it, the more volatile it becomes.

This happened many years ago when Hisashi hit his mom. The red energy came out from what Inko was informed when Hisashi complained to a hospital after the drunken rage and adrenaline running through him wore off. Several ribs were broken, teeth missing, a shattered nose, and a cracked jaw, and he was sent through a wall and shattering the cabinets and dishes into pieces.

Izuku, until now never used that red energy, but it was time to stop denying that version didn't exist. So Izuku spent time developing a super mode for Supernatural Berserker Surge, just like for blue Supernatural Force; he calls it Berserker's Frenzy Supercharge. This mode grants him an insane amount of strength, speed, and high endurance from weapons and physical attacks; he can release enormous blasts and discharge of destructive energy. But he still keeps a grip of control on his emotions, if he loses complete control, the discharge of energy is twice as deadly in this mode; it would be a blast comparable to a bomb.

Martial Arts and Supernatural for All

Izuku decided to work on his Martial Art skills, he stretched so he could kick higher, and he can now kick over his head before it was to his face level. He even created his own style; after all, one doesn't become a master without making his own style.

He made several styles; one he named The Deku Style. the final week passed and Izuku learned much and improved greatly. Supernatural for All now could use 65 to 75% so another bonus from his fruits of labor.

Izuku was now just resting up for Monday and relaxed his mind with meditation and tai chi.
