As per usual, any and all mistakes are my own. Sorry I haven't updated in so long, all I can say is hospitals suck, losing family sucks, depression sucks, and lord, coffee and energy drinks aren't a great meal replacement, but they don't suck.

One month after birth. The girls find out more about their stalker. Aoife is a good girl, and Jade is an excellent partner to Tori. (DUH!)

Sitting in MJ's backyard, I settled on the edge of the log, rubbing Sully between the ears as I listened to MJ talk about the latest strain she was growing and how it was close to harvest.

"So will you do it?" MJ asked.

I blinked, coming back to reality. "Will I do what?"

"Try it with me when it's ready?"

"Oh, absolutely. Yes. Just call me when it's ready and I'll be here."

"This is why I love you," MJ said, a beaming smile on her lips as she dropped her cigarette butt into the fire pit. "You're always willing to try the new strains with me."

"Try and stop me," I said, chuckling.

"Where's your other half tonight?"

"She said she'd pick me up around eight, she's just at dinner with her brother and his dad. He's not really keen on Jade being with a female so I said I'd just annoy you while she was out."

"So when does that start?" She asked. I blinked, confused. "When do you start annoying me," she clarified.

"Oh, uh, now?" I poked her side and she snorted a laugh.

"Job accomplished, Tori. Good job."

I smiled and looked at my phone as it chimed and smiled harder. "How's Athena?" She asked.

"I think my parents forgot the lack of sleep and the million diapers you go through. But, she's okay. She's weirdly strong already, trying to push herself to sit up and she rolls in her crib. It's scary. She'll probably be walking before a year."

"God, that is scary."

"My mother was struggling with making a bottle the other night, and I just let her feed. That was weird. I mean, I've pumped so much milk for her, but, it's weird to actually have her feed from me."

"Yeah, that would be a mind trip."

I nodded, looking up as Sully stood and trotted towards the house.

"Jade's here," I said, a second later I stood as she came through the door to the backyard. "Hi, love," I said softly, wrapping my arms around her.

"Hi, babe." She gave me a few quick cheek kisses and on my lips too before she sat, pulling me into her lap.

"How was Riley?"

"He's okay, I think he hates his dad's new girlfriend cause he signed the entire time instead of talking."

"I don't blame him, when we dropped him off two weeks ago, she seemed like a bitch. She didn't even ask how he'd been or how school was. She didn't even seem excited to have him there." I huffed.

"Sounds like she needs a baseball to the face," MJ commented.

"Yeah, you're not wrong."

Jade patted my hips. "Did you get your stuff or do you want to stay longer?" She asked softly, lips by my ear.

I leaned against her, shivering at her low husky voice that sent shocks of arousal through my body. "I got it, and some for your mother too. It's to thank her for letting me stay so often. Do you want some?"

Jade shook her head, and I felt it as she pressed her forehead between my shoulders. "No, I'm okay. I've got to study tonight and-"

Both our phones chimed and I reached for mine, looking at it.

"It's The Slap," I said, opening the notification.

"Jade was seen without Tori for the umpteenth time this month. Has the couple finally split?" The post read with a photo of Jade eating with her brother and his father.

"Who the fuck is that?" MJ asked.

"We don't know, someone's been posting photos of us in private moments, like, just out and having dates and whatnot," Jade said.

"I think you better find out, that's just creepy. You're teenagers for fucks sake, you deserve privacy."

Tori sighed and put her phone back down, leaning against Jade. "Yes, well, it's nothing for now. Besides, we're strong, together, and in love." I held my left hand up. "And engaged. So, whoever it is can choke on a dick."

Jade laughed and stroked my sides. "I agree."

"God that ring is so pretty," MJ said, taking another look at it as I held it towards her. She grabbed my hand, smiling. "You're so lucky."

I smiled and leaned sideways a bit, pressing a soft kiss to Jade's cheek. "I really am the luckiest."

I woke with a groan, reaching for my phone that was vibrating across the bedside table.

Pulling it to me, I answered as I saw it was my mother. "Hey, everything okay?" I asked softly, sliding out of Jade's bed, and headed to the bathroom so I didn't wake her.

"I can't get Athena to settle and your father had to go to work, can you please come home? She settles so well for you."

"I'll be there in five, I just need to get changed."

"Thank you," my mother said with a sigh of relief.

I ended the call and stepped out of the bathroom again, setting my phone down on the edge of the bed as I gathered my clothes from the floor.

"What're you doing?" Jade asked, her voice husky and sleep-infected.

"My mother can't calm Theen, she needs me."

"M'up," Jade said, already pushing herself out of bed.

"No, it's fine, I'll call a taxi, babe. Sleep."

"No way am I letting you go out at three in the morning alone, Tori. Just let me get dressed."

I nodded, kissing her softly as she stepped into the bathroom, grabbing clothes on her way.

"I'll start you some coffee, love," I said as I grabbed my bag and put my phone into it.

Aoife followed me up to the kitchen, sitting at my feet as I watched the water drip through the coffee machine.

As soon as it was ready, I filled two travel mugs and reset it so it was ready for Alice in the morning. I turned as Aoife let out a tiny woof and smiled at Jade who looked very much not awake.

"Let me drive," I offered, handing her one of the coffees.

"Mmkay." She nodded, handing me the keys. "Come Aoife," she murmured, opening the front door.

The large dog ran out ahead of us, and I opened the back door of the car as Jade locked the house up.

Aoife jumped into the back seat and waited to be clipped in by Jade as I started the car up and set the vents to demist the windows.

"I text my mother to let her know what was going on," Jade said as she clicked her seatbelt into place and rested her hand on my thigh as I pulled the car out of the parking spot and onto the road.

"Can you text my mother and let her know we're on the way please?" I asked and she nodded, setting her coffee down between her legs, pulling her phone out.

"Tori, thank god," my mother said as I opened the front door to the house. Athena was screaming louder than she was while we were on the phone, and my heart lurched, my breasts leaking at the pained and exhausted cry she was letting out.

"I got her," I said, dropping my jacket and bag on the edge of the couch before taking her from my mother, patting her back as I sat on the couch.

"I tried everything. I changed her, burped her, fed her, burped her again… she kept refusing the bottle and screaming."

Aoife crawled up beside me and laid her head on my lap as I stroked my hand up and down Athena's back, humming softly and nodding along to my mother's talking.

Athena's cries softened as she threw her head back and forth against my neck, her sobs turned to hiccuping cries as she tried to calm herself.

"Babe, can you sing? My throat is sore from last night," I asked Jade softly.

Jade blinked at me then chuckled when she remembered just how loud I was crying out her name.

"Yeah, Vega. Pass her over," she said, setting our empty coffee cups beside my bag and jacket, dropping her bag alongside it before moving closer to us.

I carefully handed Athena up to her and watched with a swooping heart as Jade rocked her and started to sing the song she'd sing to me to help me through a bad night.

Athena whimpered and slowly fell asleep as Jade finished the song and Jade settled to sit beside me.

"I also put someone else to sleep," Jade whispered.

I looked over at my mother and tried not to laugh too loudly, not wanting to wake either of them.

"Come on," I whispered, gesturing to the stairs.

Jade nodded, standing back up and carrying Athena up the stairs. I laid a blanket from the back of the couch over my mother before Aoife and I was close behind Jade, heading up the stairs. We all went up to my room and settled on my bed. Athena between the both of us, Aoife curled at the end of the bed.

I put my arm across Jade's waist, stroking my thumb along her hip.

"I can't wait to have one of our own," Jade whispered.

My eyes shot open, the sleepiness I felt before now vanished, looking up at her in the low glow of the hall light coming through my doorway.

"A kid? With me?"

Jade nodded. "I love you."

"I love you too, but I'm not birthing another child. That was painful."

Jade snorted a laugh and Athena jerked a bit but stayed asleep. "I'll do it, or we can adopt," she offered.

I shrugged. "Whatever you want, my love."

When I woke up again, it was morning. The sun was just starting to stream through my windows and I tightened my arm across both Jade and Athena, adjusting to being awake as I looked down at the protective arm Jade had across Athena.

My heart ached at the idea of having a child with Jade in the future.

I could smell coffee and bacon, causing my stomach to gurgle with need. I slipped off the bed and set a few pillows where I was so Athena wouldn't fall from my side of the bed and headed downstairs, Aoife close behind me.

"Come on, cutie," I said softly, opening the back door so Aoife could go hang outside while I prepared some coffee for Jade and myself.

"Morning, kiddo."

"Hey, dad. How was work?" I asked as I leaned into his side as he wrapped an arm around me.

"Long and boring. I thought you were staying with Jade last night?"

I nodded. "We stayed there for a while, mum called 'cause she couldn't get Theen to settle, so we came over around three or four, I don't know the hours are kind of blending at the moment. Jade got Athena asleep so we just took her to my room and they're still asleep."

"Thank you, I know us adopting her meant we should be the ones-"

"Do not finish that, dad. I'm here if you need me, just like I would be if she were actually my sister. Just because I gave birth to her means nothing. I'm here if she or you both need me."

My father smiled and kissed the top of my head. "Sometimes I wish you were the firstborn. Maybe we would have stopped at perfection," he said quietly.

I chuckled and shook my head, pouring the coffee as the machine finished. "Then who would be the reason we get kicked out of places? Besides, if it weren't for Trina, I wouldn't have met Jade and I probably wouldn't have gone to Hollywood Arts and life would probably be a whole lot different. So, thank you for having Trina so I could meet Jade."

Aoife barked and I jumped, startled. Looking out the door, I frowned as I saw something falling out of the yard. "Aoife, what's wrong?"

She barked again and ran over to me, whining.

I looked over at my father who was staring at us with confusion also.

"What's that matter, sweetie?" I asked Aoife and she ran to the front door, pawing at it.

I followed, letting her out the door, I knew she wouldn't run off, she had an excellent recall and was top in her training class for it, but I still worried as she took off, barking as she ran down the street.

"Aoife!" I called out, running after her, tugging my jacket on that I'd left downstairs the night before.

"Tori?" My father called out after me.

"Grab a leash and the car," I yelled back, picking up speed as I saw Aoife running after someone.

"Aoife!" I yelled louder.

She glanced back at me and barked before continuing to run, catching up to whoever she was chasing.

The person let out a scream as Aoife pounced on them and stood on their back.

I huffed as I caught up to them. "Aoife, what the hell- Robbie? What are you doing here?"

"I was out for a run," he said, attempting to get up, but with Aoife's growl and body weight on him, he was stuck. "Why is your dog on me?"

"It's Jade's dog," I said. "Aoife, come!" I clicked my fingers and pointed to the spot beside me. A command she'd never had a problem listening to me with before.

Aoife growled more and sniffed at Robbie before barking as she pressed her nose to his pocket.

"Aoife?"

The dog sat her weight fully on his lower back now.

A high-pitched whistle had both Aoife and myself looking in that direction and I saw my father's car coming up the road, Jade jumped out of the car as he pulled out. "Aoife, what're you doing, girl?"

"She chased Robbie from near mum and dad's place," I said, frowning.

Jade crouched down, and Aoife growled and pawed at Robbie's pocket.

"Son, have you got some substances on you that the dog would be alerting to?" My father asked as he came closer to us.

Robbie shook his head. "Just my phone and my cam- I have snacks I think?"

"So, you wouldn't mind emptying your pockets?" My father asked again.

"If you call your dog off, no."

"Aoife, выпускать!" Jade commanded. I blinked at the language change. Release.

"Was that Russian?" I asked as Aoife stepped to sit between Jade and me.

Jade nodded. "After she got back from the training program, I taught her the same things in Russian. She seemed to react better with that so I just swap it up sometimes to keep her brain alert."

"Well, I have no idea how to speak Russian so you're gonna have to teach me that, cause that was… so sexy," I finished the last part as a whisper in her ear as my father helped Robbie up and searched his pockets, placing his phone and small camera on the hood of his car as he patted Robbie down in a standard police search.

"I see no treats," my father said and I stepped closer, frowning as I saw the screen of Robbie's phone, still lit up.

"Is that Jade and me?"

"Ha, wh-what? That's…"

"It is!" Jade said, picking his phone up, swiping through the images. "This is you and me in bed with your sister asleep this morning," Jade said, showing the image to my father and me.

"Okay, look. The slap demands more of you two, okay? I can't help it, the pay is good, I mean, I'm not as good as the other anonymous photographers but-"

"Photographers? Plural?" I asked, my eyebrows raising.

"Alright, girls, get home, I'll take him down to the station and show them the photos. A peeping Tom, huh? Sneaking photos of my daughters and daughter-in-law? Who are all underage, you're going away for a while, kid."

Robbie's jaw opened and snapped shut a few times as my father slipped him into the back seat of his undercover patrol car he'd drive up to me in.

Jade grabbed Aoife by the collar and frowned. "What were you thinking, Aoife?" She huffed, giving the dog a light collar tug before she started walking, Aoife falling into step beside her.

I jogged a few steps to catch up before slipping my hand into Jade's. "I saw something before she ran inside to me, I think it was Robbie hopping the fence to get out of the yard."

"You think he's been spying on us?" She asked as she looked at me.

"I think he might be one of them, he said there were photographers, Jade. He could be one of many or one of a few. I don't know. I barely even got our coffee sorted, I haven't even had a sip. I just… I'm worried."

"Hey, whatever the number, we'll get through it together, okay?"

Jade's phone pinged and she pulled it from her pocket with her free hand, frowning. "Okay, there is more than one." Jade showed me her phone.

I stopped walking and looked at it. "Ugh, I can't see properly, can you read it? My glasses are at home with my stuff and I think my contacts are still in the bathroom."

Jade nodded with a smile. "I love how you call home where I live and not where all your stuff is."

"Jade, my home is wherever you are. My fiancé, the love of my life."

Jade kissed my cheek and I leaned into it briefly before she looked down at her phone as we kept walking.

"Jade and Tori helped with the arrest of Robbie Shapiro. The goth's dog chased the teen for a few blocks before savagely attacking him. Tori's father, David Vega, a Cop and father of three, arrested Shapiro after arriving at the scene. Attached, is an image of the boy in handcuffs getting put into the back of the undercover cop car."

I sighed and stepped up to open the door, letting Aoife in first before pulling Jade aside, kissing her passionately. "Whoever is doing this," I murmured against her lips. "Is probably watching us right now."

Jade nodded, kissing me before pulling me into the house.

"David called me his daughter-in-law," Jade said, grinning.

I beamed a smile and kissed her again. "That's cause you're almost my wife."

"Girls, what on earth happened? first, I hear Aoife barking her head off, which never happens. Then, the door slammed, Athena was put into my arms as Jade and David ran out with no notice," my mother said.

"Holly-"

"Mum-"

Jade and I started at the same time.

"You go," I said, sighing as I ran a hand over my face. I need coffee. Coffee? Coffee? Coffee," I questioned after pointing to each of them before nodding and making my way to the kitchen.

I started to make all three of us a coffee as Jade started speaking.
