Cedric looked around for Harry before sitting down next to Draco.
"Is Harry sick again?" He had just seen the cheerful boy this morning so he didn't know where he could have gone.
"No, Lord Black took him home early." Draco finally turned to face him and Cedric had to choke back his laughter. The word deviant spelled in bright orange letters lay across Draco's forehead.
"What happened to your face?" Tonks cried out as she joined them. He gave her a soft smile and reached for her hand. He couldn't wait to exchange Yule presents with her.
"Lord Black saw a hickey on Harry's neck." Draco scowled as he pushed his book away. Cedric glanced behind him to make sure Madam Pince didn't hear. The woman could hear a book slam two miles away. She must be feeling sorry for the Malfoy Heir because she ignored him.
"I can't believe you! Didn't you think he would see?" Tonks gasped out between her laughter.
"I didn't think we'd see him right away!" Draco sighed and slumped in his chair.
"He said I couldn't come over for three days!" He continued, his eyes pained. Cedric couldn't help his snort at the other boy's dramatics.
"That's why you put them in places other people can't see!" Percy Weasley commented from the next table over. He had three books open and was writing furiously, not bothering to look over at them.
"Percy, you dog! They're only twelve!" Marcus Flint crowed and gave his boyfriend an adoring look.
"I hate to see them apart, Marcus." He couldn't believe he heard such words from stuck up Percy Weasley. He seemed to have relaxed this year. Cedric remembered the first week of class his first year. Percy had gained Gryffindor House triple the amount of points than the rest of them. The Ravenclaw's were seething.
"President! We heard the news. Don't worry, I've already gotten the layout for Grimmauld Place so we can break in." Hermione laid blueprints out on the table.
"Merlin Herm! Where'd you get these? The Blacks are seriously paranoid about stuff like this." She waved off his question and said "I made them from memory." The twins came over and dumped their bags on the table.
"Alright Herm, we got the bear mace and peanut butter you asked for!" Cedric stared at the younger girl. What in the world was she thinking?
"It's alright Vice President. If I cannot follow my own rules, then I'd be a hypocrite. I'm always yelling at Remus and Lord Black about improper behavior, it's time I self reflect." Draco sank even lower in his chair and continued to stare at the ceiling.
"Herm, what's the peanut butter for?" Ron asked as he dragged a chair over to their table.
"I was going to lure Mr. Black out with it. Dogs love peanut butter." He shared a confused look with Neville and they both shrugged.
"And the bear mace?" Ginny shook the canister and Cedric leaned away from her. He was not about to get maced in the library.
"I was going to throw it at Professor Snape. I figured he'd be the biggest obstacle."
"Good thinking Herm! I heard from Bill that Professor Snape once sliced a Troll in half!" Cedric wasn't sure if that was true but he could see the Professor doing it so he didn't comment.
"Exactly! I ever bought handcuffs so they couldn't get away." She sighed and started packing her stuff away. He saw Percy discreetly snag the handcuffs and tried to obliviate himself.

Remus stretched as he woke up and felt Polly wrap her arms around him.
"Stay, mon cœur." Claude peeked out from her other side and murmured "yes stay." He was about to lay back down when a pop echoed inside the room. He grabbed his wand and threw up a shield, only to stare at the old elf.
"Master's werewolf! You must come quickly! Master is having a meltdown!" Remus continued to stare at Kreature. He heaved a sigh and blew his lovers a kiss.
"I will be back, my loves." They called out their goodbyes and he yanked a sweater on.
"Alright Kreacher, let's go." Kreacher apparated him to Grimmauld Place and he tried not to throttle Sirius. The idiot was laying on the ground, staring at the ceiling.
"Pads, what are you doing?" He didn't even blink at his sudden arrival, he just continued to stare blankly ahead. Taking the flowers out of the vase, he dumped the water on his friend.
"Merlin Moony! You couldn't have just tapped my shoulder or something?" Sirius shook his head like a dog and glared at him.
"I was about to enjoy a nice morning with my partners when your decrepit elf interrupted us. Now what's the problem?" Sirius took a shuddering breath before screaming "Harry has a hickey!" Remus felt his mouth fall open in shock.
"By who?"
"That little Malfoy brat, of course! I knew he was bad news. He's a little tart!" Remus started laughing and couldn't stop.
"It's karma, Pads! This is what happens when you sleep with half of the school! At least Harry only has one boyfriend" He cackled even louder.
"Shut up, Rem! I was in my fifth year before I started messing around."
"You were a late bloomer, Sirius. James had already shagged half the Quidditch team by them." Sirius looked like a fish with his mouth opening and closing repeatedly.
"I was not a late bloomer! I had standards!"
"Sirius I saw you snog Cat Piss Amy. I'm pretty sure she would steal other students' pets!" Sirius got pale and gagged. "Oh Merlin, I forgot about that." The sound of giggling stopped their conversation and they turned to find Severus and Harry in the doorway. Harry had ice cream in his hand as he waved at him. A loud hissing came from the stairs and a snake slithered down them, heading straight for Harry.
"Cub, is that a tiny basilisk?"

Narcissa gazed at her boys before yanking Draco's hat off. She sighed as she took in her Cousin's signature flare.
"Draco, why did Sirius curse you?" She recognized the spell and did the counter.
"Because Harry had a hickey." She looked at Lucius and saw him fighting back laughter.
"I see. Perhaps you'll think twice before leaving such noticeable marks on him." Percy Weasley was walking past them, towards his mother and said "that's what I said!"
"Alright, we're going to run to Diagon Alley. Did you get all of your presents for everyone, dear?" Her son nodded his head and continued to pout. She had to admit it was odd not seeing Harry with him. It felt like the two boys were always together.
"Maybe we can get Harry something and drop it off?" Draco perked up and said "that's a wonderful idea Mother! We should also stop by the sweet shop!" She just smiled at him and took her husband's arm.
"Of course, dragon." As they walked down the Alley, they ran into Arthur Weasley. He must be doing some late Yule shopping.
"Hi Mr. Weasley! Are you coming to the Ball?" Draco asked and the red haired man rubbed his hands together.
"Yes. The whole family will be there." She could see the victory in her husband's eyes. The man was so determined to have the Weasley family on their side, she thought fondly.
"It will be a lot of fun." Draco continued. A man bumped into Arthur and he stumbled forward. Narcissa easily caught him.
"Er thank you." His ears were bright red. How cute.
"Not a problem, dear." She patted his shoulder before turning to the rude man who ran into him.
"Watch where you're going." She spat out.
"Well look who it is. What happened to your forehead, Malfoy?" A girl mocked her son. He sneered at her and said "Merlin Vance, I see you grew your teeth back. How unfortunate that it didn't help your looks any." Lord Vance glared at her son and said "watch your mouth boy!" She wasn't going to stand for that.
"Lord Vance, that's no way to talk to a child. I'll have to ask you to leave." She shared a look with her husband. It seemed Arthur Weasley was sorted into Gryffindor for a reason.
"Weasley! What are you doing hanging around with Dark Wizard's?" The man asked, his hand holding onto his wand.
"The Malfoy and Weasley families are allies. I ask that you don't insult them." Arthur's voice was firm as he also took out his wand.
"Dad! I managed to grab the last one!" The youngest Weasley ran over, her voice chipper.
"Ugh! I thought I smelled something rotten! Go away, Vance! You're stinking up the whole alley!" The Vance girl scowled at them before her Father dragged her off.
"President! Petition to knock her teeth out for Yule!"
"Permission granted, Weasley!" They locked hands and nodded seriously to each other.
"Gin, don't let your mother hear that or we'll both be in trouble." Arthur said and gathered all of her bags. He shrunk them and put them in his pocket.
"Well we better get going." Lucius reached out and gave him a hug.
"Thank you for defending us Arthur! I'm so glad our families are allied." She could tell the other man regretted what he said as he hurried off.
"I can't wait to see Dumbledore's face!" Lucius cried out happily as he started humming a Yule carol, her son joining in. They were both utterly ridiculous.

Harry ate his ice cream and looked around the shop. Father Sev had taken him to the muggle side so Sirius could continue having his "crisis." Harry didn't see why he was so upset. It's not like he did anything wrong. He just snogged Draco a little bit!
"Don't worry so much, Harry. Your papa just needs to adjust to the fact that you're growing up." Father said and ruffled his hair.
"Does Papa Siri not like Draco?" Harry didn't know what he'd do if Father said yes. He loved them both so much and didn't know how he'd choose between the two. He knew who he'd choose if it came down to it.
"Of course Papa Siri likes Draco! He just doesn't want you to grow up too quickly." Harry thought about it and said "We decided we weren't going to shag until we're married." Father spat out his ice cream before saying "really? Let's keep that between us. I think Papa Siri really would have a stroke if he heard you say the word shag." Harry shrugged "Okay!"
"Father, are you going to marry Papa?" Father flushed and babbled out nonsense. Harry didn't know what the big deal was. They were basically married already. All they needed was rings! That gave him an idea.
"You don't have to be shy, Father! Do you not want to marry Papa?"
"Of course I want to! I just don't want to rush anything." Harry wrinkled his nose. That was dumb. Maybe he would help them out a little bit! He was rather good at matchmaking. All they needed was a little push.
As they walked through the doors, he spotted Remy and launched himself at the werewolf.
"Remy! How are you? You're coming for Yule, right?" His pseudo Uncle smiled and said "Of course cub! We wouldn't miss it!" They talked for a while before Remy had to go home. As he lay in bed that night, he heard his door creak open.
"Harry, are you awake?" Draco asked from his doorway. He quickly sat up and whispered "Draco! What are you doing here? Siri is going to be mad if he finds out you snuck over!" He still moved over to let his love slip under his blankets.
"I had Dobby bring me over. I couldn't stand to be apart any longer. I will take any punishment Lord Black gives me but it can wait till morning." Draco really was so romantic! He was willing to stand up to Sirius for Harry. It was like one of Hermione's romance novels, he thought as he fanned his face.
"I love you Draco." Draco kissed his forehead and said "I love you too, darling."
