Something nobody would have ever done before, I think; a Transformers/Doctor Who crossover! This is set post-Energon, and has the 9th Doctor with Rose Tyler. I don't own the Doctor, Rose or the TARDIS, or any characters in the Energon universe. Read on…
Rose Tyler was knocked over as the TARDIS rocked back and forth. "What's going on!" she yelled to the Doctor.
"We just took a wrong turn!" said the Doctor, hanging on to the console with one hand and frantically hitting buttons and switches with the other. "We just happened to take the wrong exit and now we're heading…"
"Heading where!" Rose yelled again, as she clung to a handhold and tried to get up.
"…another dimension. Well, never been there before!"
"Another dimension!"
"Yes, a different space and time. Might take a while to find our way back, but we can do it."
Then the lights went out. The TARDIS continued to plunge into unknown regions of time and space.
It was only a few days since the end of the Energon wars. The star that was once Unicron continued to revive Alpha Q's beloved planets, and repairs were underway on the planet Cybertron. Kicker and his family had stuck around to help supervise the many repairs that needed to be done, and to watch the planets recover from temporary lack of a sun. Kicker approached his dad, Doctor Jones, who was looking at a screen transmitting data…
"Hey dad, what's up with that screen? You've been here for hours." Asked Kicker,
"Not sure Kicker. Some very strange energy readings from the north-west quadrant…"
"So what? It's probably nothing, just a leak or something…"
"Well young man, this 'nothing' is leaking over 75 of that sectors Energon into an unknown area."
"Well … want me to check it out then? Ironhide and Arcee are getting bored."
"All right then, but contact me if you see anything out of the ordinary."
It was quiet in the West Quadrant of Cybertron, near the entrance to an Energon plant. Then two engines could be heard; one fast and light, the other heavy and mid-range. Ironhide and Arcee roared across the surface of the metal planet, Kicker riding the pink-and-white motorbike. They pulled up near the entrance to the building, and Kicker hopped off as both transformed.
"Are you sure this is the right place, Kicker?" asked Ironhide.
"Positive, these are the exact coordinates Dad gave me." said Kicker.
"Nothing looks out of the ordinary…" said Arcee.
Then they heard a strange, turbine-like noise. They looked to the right, and a blue box with a flashing light on top faded into view. Kicker recognised it as an old 1950's London police box, from a trip to a museum when he was six. Then the door opened, and a man who appeared to be in his mid-thirties, having short black hair and wearing a black jacket walked out, followed by a young blonde woman. The man looked around, and said, smiling; "Well, this place doesn't look too bad. Can't say much for the colour scheme though."
The girl looked around, then saw Kicker, who had taken his helmet off, and the two Transformers, all staring.
"…Now I think that counts as out of the ordinary," said Arcee.
"…Maybe I should call my dad," said Kicker.
The man then noticed them. Completely unfazed, he approached them.
"Hello!" the man said. "Nice day for a walk isn't it? I'm the Doctor, and this is Rose Tyler, pleased to meet you!"
Well, that wasn't too painful. That's what I like about Doctor Who- you can logically put him in practically any situation with sound canon reasoning- and he won't be fazed by it! Thanks to Pivot for picking out various capitalising errors. I hate grammar checks.
