Chapter
One: Mon amour pour vous
Et
personne ne sait où mon coeur est allé
mon
amour pour vous est sûr
Tient

The
song meant something, he was sure. It was somehow special, or the
person who had taught it to him was.
The
only problem was, who was she?
Kyou
had vague memories of a girl singing the song, but he didn't know
who, when, or even what the words meant.
He
had the strange idea that she had been singing in the rain.
And
then, he heard a voice.
"Ne
pleurent pas mon amour
tous
seront bien..."
And
it faded from hearing, leaving him only with a half-forgotten memory,
and the knowledge that she was somewhere in the school.
---
He
headed home as the rain poured down from the grey sky, soaking him
through.
Who
is she? Who is she?
He
collapsed onto his bed, and fell into a fitful sleep, full of a
dream-girl who didn't care about the curse, and who sang a beautiful
song...

Sorry for the short chapter! I just can't tell you who she is yet! and if the last paragraph is a little ambiguous, he's remembering (subconsciously, at least) a girl he met not long after his mother died. It's the pure, innocent memories of a five-year-old.
