Tidus and Wakka broke apart. Téa wrinkled her nose.

"Eww. Gross!!"

"It's not gross!" Tidus protested.

"Is too!" Téa retorted.

"Feels pretty good to me." Wakka smirked.

The girl's nostrils flared in anger. "I am so telling on you!"

"No, don't!!" Tidus pleaded.

"Starting with your dad!" The girl shouted.

Téa jumped into the shallow waters and started running for the dock. Sora sprang up from his hiding place, startling Tidus.

"Sorry! I didn't mean to spy! I'll explain later!" He called, running after Téa.

"She can't tell my dad." Tidus sniffled. "He'd never let me kiss you..."

"Because I'm a redhead?" Wakka teased.

The younger teen rolled his eyes and chuckled. Wakka smiled and looked over at the beach.

"Looks like Sora is having trouble catching Téa. I'll be right back."

The redhead placed a quick kiss on Tidus' cheek before running off to help Sora. Tidus blushed and touched his cheek. Selphie emerged from the ocean to see Sora and Wakka chasing her sister around.

"Selphie! Save me!" Téa shrieked, running for her sister.

"Selphie! Stop her!" Sora called.

The brunette shrugged and tackled her sister into the sand. She sat on Téa's legs so the younger girl couldn't go anywhere.

"Now explain why I'm sitting on my sister..."

Wakka and Sora ran up. Both were nearly out of breath. Tidus jogged up and took a hold of Wakka's hand.

"You can't let her tell anyone she saw us kissing." Wakka said.

"Us who?" Selphie blinked.

"Me 'n' Tidus..."

"YOU AND TIDUS WERE KISSING!?" Selphie bellowed.

A small flock of birds flew from the palm trees, startled by Selphie's shouting.

"Well...we don't have to worry about Téa now. I'm sure everyone within a 500 mile radius heard that." Wakka said.

"Sorry." Selphie blushed. "But...when Riku dared Tidus to kiss you, you said it was gross."

Now it was Wakka's turn to blush. "I didn't want anyone to know I liked Tidus. I thought he only saw me as a friend."

"Oblivious." Tidus teased.

"Awww! That is so darling!" Selphie cooed.

"Gross." Téa muttered.

"Okay! I shall silence my sister on one condition...I wanna see you kiss!"

Tidus turned bright red.

"Selphie..." Sora sighed.

"It's ok. Seems like a fair deal to me." Wakka replied.

The redhead gently pulled Tidus around in front of him. He leaned down and pressed a kiss to Tidus' lips.

"Awwwwwww!" Selphie squealed. "Téa, if you tattle I'll tell mom who used up all her good makeup..."

"You wouldn't!" Téa cried.

"I would!" The girl replied firmly.

"You are so MEAN!"

"No, I am the boy-boy kiss defender!"

"Oh no..." Sora groaned.

"We've created a monster, Wakkie." Tidus said.

"Fine! I won't tell..."

Selphie let her sister up. The girl crossed her arms and pouted.

"I want to go home."

"Okay by me. Bye guys. Don't let Tidus' lips fall off, Wakka." Selphie smirked.

Tidus' cheeks turned red again. Selphie piled her still pouting sister into her boat and started rowing home.

"I think I'm going to head back too. See how Riku is doing."

"Could you tow Tidus' boat back? We want to row home together."

"Sure. Bye Tidus. See yah Wakka."

"Thanks Sora. Bye." Tidus smiled.

"Later." Wakka nodded.

Sora pushed his and Tidus' boats into the water. He tied Tidus' boat to his then started rowing home. He looked up to see Wakka and Tidus sitting on the dock together, snuggling. Sora smiled sadly.

[I'm happy for you, Tidus. Albeit a little jealous...but mostly happy.]

Sora rowed all the way home and made sure everything was properly put away. He had borrowed his mother's bike and pedaled home. He put the bike in the shed and walked over to Riku's house. April and Mileena were sitting on the back porch together.

"Hi sweetie." April smiled. "How was your day?"

"Good."

"You missed lunch so I put your sandwich in the fridge."

"Thanks mom. How are you doing Mrs. Argent?"

"I'm just fine, Sora. Thank-you."

"Two months?"

Mileena nodded. "Two months."

"Can I see Riku or have you got him locked up somewhere?" Sora grinned.

Riku's mom laughed. "He's cleaning his room, Sora. You can go see him. Don't let Lee give you any trouble."

"Yes ma'am."

Sora took his shoes off before entering the patio door. Riku's dad was sitting at the kitchen table doing a crossword.

"Don't help him clean." The man said without looking up.

"Yessir."

The brunette quickly sprinted upstairs, almost bashing into Riku.

"Whoa!" Riku grinned. "Wouldn't want to bust that pretty lip of yours again..."

Sora stuck his tongue out at his friend. "I come bearing news."

"Ooo. Gossip!" Riku squealed in all mock-girlyness.

The younger teen rolled his eyes and pushed Riku into his bedroom, "Just shut up and listen."

"Okay. I'll be serious. What's up?"

"Wakka and Tidus...shared a paopu and then they kissed."

"Cool. I knew that leggy little blonde would snag Wakka eventually."

"You're a perv."

"I know."

"Téa just happened to witness their second kiss."

"Oh shit." Riku made a face.

"But Selphie was on our side. She's blackmailed Téa into staying quiet."

"Selphie knows?"

Sora sighed, "Yeah. She's appointed herself the 'boy-boy kiss defender'."

Riku laughed. "Man. That girl is perma-fried on sugar."

The brunette nodded. "Definitely."

"Have you kissed anyone Sora?"

"What? No...!" Sora blushed.

"Me either. So that means Wakka and Tidus got their first kiss before anyone in our group. Unless Kairi or Selphie have kissed someone...which I doubt."

"Téa kissed Tidus last week."

"That doesn't count. Your first kiss is with someone you like. Not the annoying girl that lives down the street."

"If you say so."

"I do say so. Now...help me fold my laundry."

"Dude, I am not touching your boxers!"

"Oh c'mon! They're clean!" Riku teased.

"You...are such a perv." Sora laughed, throwing a roll of socks at his friend.

Much silliness in this chapter. I think it was needed after all that seriousness. R&R please .
